The fresh air environment-control all-in-one machine has a fresh air mode, an air mixing mode, an internal circulation mode and a fresh air bypass mode.
A fresh air mode: as shown in fig. 4, in this mode, the exhaust air valve motor 151 controls the air valve to open, the fresh air bypass air valve motor 152 controls the air valve to close, and the internal circulation air valve 8 closes. Outdoor fresh air is introduced through the fresh air inlet 1, purified through the first filter 2 and the fresh air filter 3, enters the heat exchange core 14 of the fresh air channel after passing through the fresh air preheating device 4 (the temperature of the outdoor fresh air is too low, the fresh air is preheated, and the heat exchange core 14 is prevented from being frozen), is introduced into the heat exchanger 18 through the fresh air fan 17 to finish cooling or heating, and finally enters the room through the fresh air outlet 19. Meanwhile, the indoor air is introduced from the exhaust inlet 5, filtered by the second filter 6 and enters the heat exchange core 14, and finally is exhausted to the outside from the exhaust outlet 11 through the exhaust fan 12. When the air passes through the heat exchange core body 14, the outdoor fresh air and the indoor air complete the heat and humidity exchange, and the energy-saving effect is realized.
A wind mixing mode: in this mode, as shown in fig. 5, the exhaust air flap motor 151 controls the air flap to open, the exhaust bypass air flap motor 152 controls the air flap to close, and the internal circulation air flap 8 opens. Outdoor fresh air is introduced through a fresh air inlet 1, purification is completed through a first filter 2 and a fresh air filter 3, then the fresh air enters a heat exchange core 14 of a fresh air channel after passing through a fresh air preheating device 4 (the temperature of the outdoor fresh air is too low, the fresh air is preheated, and the heat exchange core 14 is prevented from freezing), meanwhile, indoor air enters through an internal circulation air inlet 7, is filtered by a third filter 9, is mixed with clean fresh air entering from the fresh air channel through an internal circulation air valve 8, is introduced into a heat exchanger 18 through a fresh air fan 17 to complete refrigeration or heating, and finally enters the room through a fresh air outlet 19. Meanwhile, indoor air is introduced from the air exhaust inlet 5, filtered by the second filter 6 and then enters the heat exchange core 14, and finally the indoor air is exhausted to the outside from the air exhaust outlet 11 through the air exhaust fan 12, and when the indoor air passes through the heat exchange core 14, the outdoor fresh air and the indoor air complete heat and humidity exchange, so that the energy-saving effect is realized.

At the moment, the exhaust fan is closed, indoor air enters through the internal circulation air inlet 7, is filtered by the third filter 9 and then passes through the internal circulation air valve 8, fresh air is introduced into the heat exchanger 18 by the fresh air fan 17 to complete refrigeration or heating, and finally enters the room through the fresh air outlet 19 to complete the internal circulation of the indoor air.
An air exhaust bypass mode: in this mode, as shown in fig. 7, the exhaust air valve motor 151 controls the air valve to close, the exhaust bypass air valve motor 152 controls the air valve to close and open, and the internal circulation air valve 8 closes. The difference between this mode and the new air mode is that the new air enters the air exhaust bypass channel not passing through the heat exchange core 14 but passing through the air exhaust bypass air valve motor 152. The air resistance of airing exhaust under this mode reduces, and the fan 12 load of airing exhaust diminishes, and is more energy-conserving, does not pass through heat exchange core 14 simultaneously airing exhaust, can prolong heat exchange core 14 life.
