A meat cleaning machine which characterized in that: the meat cleaning device comprises a cleaning box (1), wherein the cleaning box (1) is horizontally arranged, a rotating assembly (2) is arranged on the cleaning box (1), the rotating assembly (2) comprises a first rotating rod (22), the first rotating rod (22) is horizontally arranged in the cleaning box (1), the length direction of the first rotating rod (22) is the same as the width direction of the cleaning box (1), the first rotating rod (22) is located at the center of the length direction of the cleaning box (1), a plurality of first rotating rods (22) are arranged in the vertical direction, the first rotating rods (22) are rotatably connected with the cleaning box (1), and the first rotating rods (22) are used for being arranged on meat in a penetrating manner; the two ends of the first rotating rod (22) in the length direction are respectively provided with a rotating block (24), the rotating blocks (24) are positioned in the cleaning box (1), the rotating blocks (24) are rotatably connected with the cleaning box (1), and the rotating blocks (24) are detachably connected with the first rotating rod (22); a driving piece is arranged at one end of the first rotating rod (22) in the length direction and is positioned outside the cleaning box (1), the driving piece extends towards the direction close to the rotating block (24) and is fixedly connected with the rotating block (24), and the driving piece is used for enabling the first rotating rod (22) to rotate along the axis of the driving piece; cleaning components (3) are arranged at two ends of the cleaning box (1) in the width direction, one cleaning component (3) is used for stirring water close to the corresponding cleaning component (3) in the cleaning box (1), and the other cleaning component (3) is used for reversely stirring the water close to the corresponding cleaning component (3) in the cleaning box (1); the two cleaning assemblies (3) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the cleaning box (1) in the length direction, each cleaning assembly (3) comprises a first motor (31), each first motor (31) is arranged at one end of the cleaning box (1) in the length direction, and the rotation directions of the two first motors (31) are opposite; a magnetic strip is vertically arranged between the first motor (31) and the cleaning box (1), the magnetic strip is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor (31), and the magnetic strip is rotatably connected with the cleaning box (1); a rotor (33) is vertically arranged on one side, close to the cleaning box (1), of the magnetic strip, the rotor (33) is located in the cleaning box (1), the rotor (33) is rotatably connected with the cleaning box (1), and the rotor (33) is different from the magnetic strip close to the rotor in position; the cleaning box (1) comprises a top plate (11), the top plate (11) is covered at the top end of the cleaning box (1), the top plate (11) is hinged with the cleaning box (1), an inflation assembly (4) is arranged on the bottom surface of the cleaning box (1), and the inflation assembly (4) is used for enabling water in the cleaning box (1) to generate bubbles; the inflation assembly (4) comprises gas storage boxes (41) and pipelines (43), the gas storage boxes (41) and the pipelines (43) are fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the cleaning box (1), the number of the pipelines (43) is two, the two pipelines (43) are respectively close to two ends of the cleaning box (1) in the length direction, one end of each pipeline (43) is inserted into the bottom surface of the cleaning box (1) and communicated with the inside of the cleaning box (1), and the other end of each pipeline (43) is communicated with the gas storage box (41); air pumps (42) are respectively arranged on the two pipelines (43); the cleaning box (1) is provided with a heating element which is used for controlling the temperature of water in the cleaning box (1); wash case (1) inner wall and be the cavity structure, it has water to wash case (1) cavity intussuseption, the heating member setting is in the cavity of wasing case (1), wash the fixed inlet tube (12) that is provided with in case (1) one side top, inlet tube (12) one end and the cavity intercommunication of wasing case (1), wash fixed outlet pipe (13) and the drain pipe (14) of being provided with in case (1) one side bottom, outlet pipe (13) one end and the cavity intercommunication of wasing case (1), drain pipe (14) one end and the inside intercommunication of wasing case (1), inlet tube (12), all install valve (121) on outlet pipe (13) and drain pipe (14).
