Abstract
The invention discloses a garbage transfer vehicle which comprises a traction vehicle head, a vehicle-mounted beam and a box body, wherein the box body is a hanging box body, the hanging box body is used for loading garbage in a semi-hanging mode of the vehicle-mounted beam and the traction vehicle head, the load capacity limit of an integrated garbage vehicle can be broken through and exceeded, the load capacity can be easily increased according to the number of wheels at the bottom of the vehicle-mounted beam, and the requirement of long-distance garbage transportation is met.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a garbage truck, in particular to a garbage transfer truck with improved load capacity.
Background
The existing garbage trucks are all integrated by a box body and a head, the load capacity of the existing garbage trucks is limited, the load capacity is strictly controlled, if the existing garbage trucks are overweight, the existing garbage trucks cannot enter a high-speed toll gate and are possibly subjected to administrative penalties, but for increasingly-increased urban garbage, garbage trucks need to be transported across cities and the load capacity needs to be increased due to the fact that garbage yards are gradually built in the suburbs of the cities, and the load capacity of a hanging type box body can break through the rigid requirement of the existing traffic control departments on the integral type garbage truck (note that the integral type truck-mounted weight limit and the load capacity limit of the hanging type truck are different), so that a garbage transfer truck for increasing the load capacity through the hanging type box body is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a garbage transfer vehicle which can increase the carrying capacity through a hanging type box body.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the garbage transfer trolley comprises a traction head, a vehicle-mounted beam and a box body, wherein the box body is a hanging box body, the hanging box body is used for loading garbage, and the combination mode of the vehicle-mounted beam and the traction head is semi-hanging or full-hanging.
As a preferable embodiment, the combination mode of the vehicle-mounted beam and the traction vehicle head is in a semi-hanging type, and a plurality of side arc bones are distributed in the hanging type box body at equal intervals.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the number of the wheels below the rear part of the vehicle-mounted beam is more than three, and rectangular tubes with convex surfaces are respectively arranged above the top surface and below the bottom surface of the hanging type box body.
As a preferred embodiment, a pushing mechanism is arranged in the hanging box body, the pushing mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder fixed on the inner surface of the hanging box body, an intermediate shaft and a pushing frame, the intermediate shaft is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder, and the pushing frame is fixedly connected with or hinged to the intermediate shaft.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the intermediate shaft is formed by splicing multiple connecting shafts, the free end of each connecting shaft is provided with a joint bearing, and the intermediate shaft is formed by combining multiple connecting shafts, such as three, five or six sections.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the cross sectional area of the pushing frame corresponds to that of the hanging box body, two sides of the pushing frame are respectively provided with a T-shaped sliding rod, and the inner surface of the hanging box body is provided with a guide groove of the T-shaped sliding rod.
As the preferred embodiment, the bottom surface of one end of the vehicle-mounted beam is provided with an arc-shaped mounting groove butted with the traction vehicle head, and the joint of the arc-shaped mounting groove and the vehicle-mounted beam is provided with a support rod for supporting the vehicle-mounted beam.

2. The hydraulic cylinder in the hanging box body can push garbage away from the hanging box body easily through the pushing frame, and the problem that the existing garbage truck cannot discharge completely when the garbage truck needs to incline the box body to dump the garbage is solved.
3. The supporting rod below the vehicle-mounted beam is combined with the locking rod and the fixing rod to improve the load capacity of the whole hanging type box body, and the purpose of the invention is achieved.

Referring to fig. 1, the garbage transfer vehicle comprises a traction vehicle head 1, a vehicle-mounted beam 3 and a box body, wherein the box body is a hanging type box body 2, the hanging type box body is used for loading garbage, the combination mode of the vehicle-mounted beam 3 and the traction vehicle head is semi-hanging type or full-hanging type, the load capacity of the garbage vehicle exceeding an integrated type (the vehicle head and the vehicle-mounted beam are integrated) can be broken through hanging type combination, the load capacity can be easily increased according to the number of wheels at the bottom of the vehicle-mounted beam 3, and the requirement of long-distance garbage transportation is met.
Referring to fig. 1 or 3, in the present embodiment, the coupling manner of the on-board beam 3 and the tractor head is a semi-hanging type, a plurality of side arc ribs 19 are distributed in the hanging type box body 2 at equal intervals, and the side arc ribs 19 can increase the strength of the whole hanging type box body 2. The wheels 4 under the 3 backs of on-vehicle roof beam are more than three rows, the top surface top of hanging box 2, bottom surface below are equipped with the rectangular pipe 9 on convex surface respectively, can increase the rigidity of whole hanging box 2 through increasing wheel 4, rectangular pipe 9, increase the loading capacity, satisfy the requirement of striding the city transportation.
Referring to fig. 2-8, in order to push garbage out of the hanging type box body 2, after the garbage enters from the opening 5 at the upper part of the hanging type box body 2, when the garbage needs to be removed, a pushing mechanism is arranged in the hanging type box body 2, the pushing mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder 6 fixed on the inner surface of the hanging type box body, an intermediate shaft 7 and a pushing frame 8, the intermediate shaft 7 is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 6, the pushing frame 8 is fixedly connected or hinged with the intermediate shaft 7, in the embodiment, the pushing frame 8 is hinged with the intermediate shaft 7, the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 6 is arranged obliquely downwards, the influence of deformation caused by overlong intermediate shaft 7 when the intermediate shaft is arranged linearly can be avoided, and when the hydraulic cylinder 6 outputs, the included angle between the intermediate shaft 7 and the bottom surface of the hanging type box body 2 is changed. The intermediate shaft 7 is formed by splicing a multi-stage connecting shaft 10, a joint bearing 11 is arranged at the free end of the connecting shaft 10, and the joint bearing 11 is used for being connected with the pushing frame 8. The joint bearing 11 is rotatable. The cross-sectional area of the pushing frame 8 corresponds to the cross-sectional area of the hanging box body 2, and the bottom of the pushing frame 8 is away from the bottom of the hanging box body 2 by a certain distance to prevent the clamping. In order to keep the traveling route of the pushing frame 8 straight, two side edges of the pushing frame 8 are respectively provided with a T-shaped slide bar 12, the inner surface of the hanging type box body 2 is provided with a guide groove (not shown) of the T-shaped slide bar 12, when the pushing frame 8 moves forwards, the T-shaped slide bar 12 travels along the guide groove, the pushing frame 8 pushes garbage out of the hanging type box body 2, and further, a guide rod 20 is arranged above the pushing frame 8, and the guide rod 20 is embedded into the hanging type box body 2 for further guiding, so that the stable operation of the pushing frame 8 can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 6-7, in order to perfectly combine the traction vehicle head 1, the bottom surface of one end of the vehicle-mounted beam 3 is provided with an arc-shaped mounting groove 13 butted with the traction vehicle head 1, and a support rod 14 for supporting the hanging box 2 body is arranged at the joint of the arc-shaped mounting groove 13 and the vehicle-mounted beam 3. The support rod 14 is installed at the output end of a hydraulic actuator 15, the lifting of the support rod 14 can be controlled through the hydraulic actuator 15, when the hanging type box body 2 and the traction vehicle head 1 are separated, the front end of the vehicle-mounted beam 3 can be supported through the support rod 14, the upper portion of the support rod 14 is fixed by two locking rods 16 which can be locked with each other, a fixing rod 17 is arranged on the periphery of each of the two locking rods 16, the upper end of each fixing rod 17 is hinged to the vehicle-mounted beam 3, when the support rod 14 is embraced by the locking rods 16, the support rod 14 can be prevented from being deformed by the locking rods 16, and the fixing rods 17 fix the locking rods 16 again from the periphery, so that the firmness degree of the whole support rod 14 can be improved.
In order to prevent the locking rod 16 and the support rod 14 from being locked, the locking rod 16 is provided with a concave-convex groove 18 at a position attached to the support rod 14, the concave-convex groove is defined by a plurality of rotatable round pulleys, and a guardrail 21 is further arranged below the vehicle-mounted beam 3.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The garbage transfer vehicle comprises a traction vehicle head, a vehicle-mounted beam and a box body, and is characterized in that the box body is a hanging box body, the hanging box body is used for loading garbage, and the combination mode of the hanging vehicle-mounted beam and the traction vehicle head is semi-hanging or full-hanging.

The garbage transfer vehicle as defined in claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism is provided in the hanging box and comprises a hydraulic cylinder fixed on the inner surface of the hanging box, an intermediate shaft and a pushing frame, the intermediate shaft is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder, and the pushing frame is fixedly connected or hinged with the intermediate shaft.
5. The waste transport vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder is inclined downward, and the angle between the intermediate shaft and the bottom surface of the hanging box body is changed when the hydraulic cylinder outputs the waste transport vehicle.
6. A refuse transfer vehicle according to claim 5, characterized in that the intermediate shaft is formed by splicing a plurality of connecting shafts, and the free end of the connecting shaft is provided with a joint bearing.

The refuse transfer vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the support rod is installed at the output end of a hydraulic actuator, the upper portion of the support rod is fixed by two locking rods which can be locked with each other, a fixing rod is respectively provided at the periphery of the two locking rods, and the upper end of the fixing rod is hinged on the hanging-type box body.
10. A refuse transfer vehicle according to claim 9, characterized in that the locking bar is provided with a tongue and groove at the location where it abuts against the support bar, the tongue and groove being defined by a plurality of rotatable round pulleys.
