Abstract
The invention discloses rose essence water with long-acting moisturizing and whitening effects and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of plant extract utilization, and solves the problems that natural plant extract components of the essence water in the prior art are low in proportion, weak in long-acting moisturizing capability, single in function and the like. The essence water comprises 50-52 parts of rose extract, 4-6 parts of roxburgh rose extract, 0.05-1.00 part of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.02-0.04 part of lemon essential oil, 0.01-0.02 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.08-0.12 part of vitamin E, 6-10 parts of glycerol, 0.08-0.12 part of squalane, 0.04-0.06 part of potassium sorbate and a pH value regulator. The preparation method comprises mixing flos Rosae Rugosae extract, Roman chamomile essential oil, lemon essential oil, squalane, butanediol, vitamin E, glycerol and fructus Rosae Normalis extract to obtain a first mixture; mixing sodium hyaluronate, deionized water and potassium sorbate uniformly to prepare a second mixture; emulsifying and homogenizing the first mixture and the second mixture to obtain the rose essence water with long-acting moisturizing and whitening effects. The essence water prepared by the method can be used for caring skin.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to rose essence water capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is an important barrier of the human body against external damage. However, the change and stimulation of the external climate environment may cause abnormal secretion of sebaceous glands and sweat glands of the skin, the skin of a human being gradually aged, the secretion of sebum is reduced, and the ability of the skin to retain moisture is reduced, so that the skin becomes dry, the stratum corneum of the epidermis of the skin is thickened, and the problems of skin keratinization, chapping, roughness of the surface of the skin, and the like are caused.
With the improvement of living standard in recent years, people pay more and more attention to the skin care. The essence water is an essential article for daily beauty and skin care, can fully supplement water in skin horny layer, and can be used for cleaning skin and keeping skin healthy. Meanwhile, the essence water also has the effect of adjusting the pH value (namely the pH value) of the skin.
However, the base raw materials of common essence water are mostly derived from hydroxyl substances, alcohol substances and the like of mineral petroleum, and the matched raw materials are chemical product coloring agents and aromatizers, and the raw materials contain components harmful to the skin of people, so that the base raw materials can be absorbed by the skin to different degrees after long-term use, permeate into the human body and have adverse effects on facial skin mucosa of people. The quality of the essence water is mainly determined by the amount of natural components, but the natural plant components in the cosmetics in the market of China are less, the long-acting moisturizing capability is weaker, and the functions are single.

Further, the pH value of the essence water is 5.8-6.0, and the dosage of the pH regulator is such that the pH value of the essence water reaches 5.8-6.0.
Furthermore, the rose extract and the roxburgh rose extract are both prepared by taking pure natural fresh petals and fresh fruits as materials.

step 1: adding rose essential oil, Roman chamomile essential oil, lemon essential oil, squalane, butanediol and vitamin E into glycerol in batches, stirring uniformly, and adding rose hydrosol and Rosa roxburghii extract to obtain a first mixture;
step 2: adding sodium hyaluronate into deionized water under stirring, stirring for dissolving, then adding potassium sorbate, stirring for dissolving, and preparing a second mixture;
and step 3: emulsifying and homogenizing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding citric acid and triethanolamine to adjust pH value, adding deionized water to desired volume, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain essence.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can realize at least one of the following beneficial effects:
a) the rose long-acting moisturizing and whitening essence provided by the invention is a solvent-type essence, adopts natural plant active extraction components, applies the rosa roxburghii tratt extract to the essence for the first time, takes the rose extract and the rosa roxburghii tratt extract which have whitening and moisturizing functions as main components, and the rose extract and the rosa roxburghii tratt extract are used in a compound way as extracts of rosa medicinal and edible plants, so that the moisturizing and whitening functions of the rosa roxburghii tratt extract and the rosa roxburghii tratt extract in the essence are fully exerted, the materials are natural, and the components are mild; the Roman chamomile essential oil, the lemon essential oil, the sodium hyaluronate, the vitamin E, the glycerin and other nontoxic and non-irritant active ingredients are supplemented, so that the skin care cream is mild and non-irritant to the skin, has the functions of long-acting moisturizing and whitening, can meet the daily skin care needs of people, and is suitable for various skin types.
b) In the rose long-acting moisturizing and whitening essence provided by the invention, the rose essential oil and the rose hydrosol are high-purity essential oil and hydrosol prepared from fresh rose flowers by a water distillation method. The long-acting moisturizing and whitening essence of roses is prepared by compounding rose hydrosol and rose essential oil, because macromolecular rose essential oil is difficult to directly absorb and permeate, and the rose hydrosol with a proper amount can effectively promote the synergistic absorption of the rose hydrosol and the rose essential oil.

The invention provides rose essence water with long-acting moisturizing and whitening effects, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-52 parts of rose extract, 4-6 parts of roxburgh rose extract, 0.05-1.00 part of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.02-0.04 part of lemon essential oil, 0.01-0.02 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.08-0.12 part of vitamin E, 6-10 parts of glycerol, 0.08-0.12 part of squalane, 0.04-0.06 part of potassium sorbate and a pH value regulator, and the balance of deionized water, wherein the pH value of the essence water is 5.8-6.0, namely, the dosage of the pH regulator can enable the pH value of the essence water to reach 5.8-6.0.
It should be noted that, in the above essence water, the rose extract and the rosa roxburghii tratt extract are both prepared from pure natural fresh petals and fresh fruits.
The pH regulator is citric acid and triethanolamine, the addition amount of the citric acid and the triethanolamine is based on the adjustment of the pH value to a target value, and researches show that the optimal pH value of human skin is weak acidity, and the use amount is adjusted according to the acidity and alkalinity of raw materials, so that the pH value of the essence water reaches 5.8-6.0.

extracting rose: the main components of the rose extract are rose essential oil and rose hydrosol which are obtained by distilling fresh rose petals, and the rose extract is rich in vitamin C, carotene, vitamin B and vitamin K, and can strengthen and contract capillary vessels and tighten skin; the second component is rich in geraniol, citronellol, linalool and other active ingredients, has the functions of diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria and the like, and is suitable for all skin types which are mature, dry or sensitive and any sensitive red swelling and inflamed skin; the rose essential oil has super-strong permeability, perfect absorptivity and 100% safety, and has strong whitening effect; the rose essential oil can regulate endocrine, promote metabolism, decompose pigment, and lighten skin spots; the five-rose hydrosol is extremely soluble in water, has the effects of supplementing water, moisturizing and the like, improves the dryness of the skin, restores the elasticity of the skin and enables women to have white and elastic healthy skin, and is an aromatic extract suitable for the skin care of women.
The Rosa roxburghii extract: fresh rosa roxburghii tratt fruits are squeezed, extracted twice and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain the rosa roxburghii tratt extract. The extract is rich in active substances such as vitamin C, superoxide dismutase (SOD), nicotinic acid, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin K, vitamin E and the like, and has the effects of lightening melanin, promoting the discharge of melanin, improving color spots, darkness, resisting oxidation, whitening skin, refining skin, promoting the generation of collagen, enhancing the elasticity and tension of the dermis of the skin and the like.

In practical application, in consideration of the comprehensive performance of the essence water, the rose essence water for long-acting moisturizing and whitening comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50.3 parts of rose extract, 5 parts of roxburgh rose extract, 0.07 part of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.03 part of lemon essential oil, 0.01 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 part of vitamin E, 7 parts of glycerol, 0.1 part of squalane, 0.05 part of potassium sorbate and a pH regulator, and the balance of deionized water, wherein the pH value of the essence water is 5.8.
Considering that the essential water is a main component, in order to further reduce the irritation of the essential water to the skin, the solvent is deionized water. On one hand, deionized water is used as a solvent, so that the stimulation of essence water to skin can be further reduced; another convenience adopts deionized water as the solvent, can also improve the water content in above-mentioned essence water, further improves its function of moisturizing.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the rose essence water for long-acting moisturizing and whitening, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding rose essential oil, Roman chamomile essential oil, lemon essential oil, squalane, butanediol and vitamin E into glycerol in batches, stirring uniformly, and adding rose hydrosol and Rosa roxburghii extract to obtain a first mixture;
step 2: adding sodium hyaluronate into deionized water under stirring, stirring for dissolving, then adding potassium sorbate, stirring for dissolving, and preparing a second mixture;
and step 3: emulsifying and homogenizing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding citric acid and triethanolamine to adjust the pH value, adding deionized water to a constant volume, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and filling into bottles to obtain the essence water.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the rose long-acting moisturizing and whitening essence provided by the invention has the beneficial effects basically the same as those of the rose long-acting moisturizing and whitening essence provided by the invention, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Specifically, in the preparation method of the rose essence water with long-acting moisture retention and whitening effects, the mixing sequence of each mixture and the adding sequence of each raw material in each mixture are critical to obtaining the essence water with uniform mixing and good storage stability, the essence water with uniform mixing and good storage stability can be obtained by respectively preparing the first mixture (rose essential oil, roman chamomile essential oil, lemon essential oil, squalane, butanediol, vitamin E, rose hydrosol and rosa roxburghii tratt extract) and the second mixture (sodium hyaluronate, deionized water and potassium sorbate), mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, and adding the pH value regulator to adjust the pH value.
In order to promote the water-emulsion fusion of the rose essence for long-acting moisturizing and whitening, in the step 2, the temperature of the deionized water is 40-50 ℃ (for example, 45 ℃).
Considering whether the moisture-keeping effect of the essential water is directly influenced by uniformly mixing the rose essential oil, the rose hydrosol and the rosa roxburghii tratt extract, the step 1 comprises the following steps:
step 11: dividing the Rosa roxburghii extract, the rose essential oil and the rose hydrosol into two parts respectively;
step 12: adding the first part of rose essential oil into glycerol, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first primary mixture;
step 13: uniformly stirring and mixing Roman chamomile essential oil, lemon essential oil, squalane, butanediol and vitamin E to obtain a second primary mixture;
step 14: adding the first part of the roxburgh rose extract and the first part of the rose hydrosol into the second primary mixture to obtain a third primary mixture;
step 15: uniformly stirring and mixing the second part of rose essential oil, the second part of roxburgh rose extract and the second part of rose hydrosol to obtain a fourth primary mixture;
step 16: and uniformly stirring the third primary mixture and the fourth primary mixture to obtain a first mixture.
Therefore, the first mixture is prepared by respectively dividing the roxburgh rose extract, the rose essential oil and the rose hydrosol into two parts and stirring and mixing the two parts for multiple times and in multiple sequences, so that the emulsification and mixing of the rose essential oil, the rose hydrosol and the roxburgh rose extract can be effectively promoted, a positive superposition effect is obtained, and the moisturizing effect and the storage stability of the essence lotion are further improved.
Example 1(100ml)
Adding 0.3% of rose essential oil, 0.07% of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.03% of lemon essential oil and 0.1% of vitamin E into 10% of glycerin by times, stirring uniformly, adding 50% of rose hydrosol to obtain a first mixture,
adding 0.01% sodium hyaluronate into deionized water at 45 ℃ while stirring, adding 0.05% potassium sorbate after stirring and dissolving, and stirring and dissolving to obtain a second mixture.
Mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding 5% fructus Rosae Normalis extract, stirring at 45 deg.C to dissolve, adding appropriate amount of triethanolamine and citric acid to adjust pH to 5.8, adding deionized water to constant volume of 100ml, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain essence.
Example 2(100ml)
Adding 1% of rose essential oil, 0.09% of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.04% of lemon essential oil and 0.12% of vitamin E into 7% of glycerin by times, stirring uniformly, adding 50.5% of rose hydrosol to prepare a first mixture,
adding 0.02% sodium hyaluronate into deionized water at 50 ℃ while stirring, adding 0.04% potassium sorbate after stirring and dissolving, and stirring and dissolving to obtain a second mixture.
Mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding 6% fructus Rosae Normalis extract, stirring at 50 deg.C for dissolving, adding appropriate amount of triethanolamine and citric acid to adjust pH to 5.8, adding deionized water to constant volume of 100ml, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain essence.

The safety test is carried out on the example 1 and the comparative example 1, 30 volunteers are selected according to the experiment method of the human skin closed patch in the fifth part of technical specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), and the samples of the example 1 and the comparative example 1 are synchronously carried out on the closed patch test, so that the phenomena of skin redness or allergy such as erythema and the like are not seen (see table 1), and the essential water prepared in the example 1 is safe and does not cause any adverse phenomenon.

The moisturizing effect test is carried out for 3h on the example 1 and the comparative example 2, 20 testers are selected from each sample according to QB/T4256-. The skin stratum corneum water and oil contents and the transdermal water loss rate values before (initial value of sample not used), 0h after (initial value of sample used), 1h and 3h after the sample was used were measured using the moisturmetersc MSC1212(DELFIN) and TAPOMETER SWL5167(DELFIN), respectively, and the obtained values were recorded and the average value was calculated, and the results are shown in table 2.

The test results showed that the initial value (0h) of the used sample in the test group was increased from 32% to 63% and the moisture content was increased by about 1.97 times, compared to the value before the unused sample (before use), and that the moisture content was increased by about 57% and 1.73 times in comparative example 2, which indicated that the moisture content in example 1 was increased more significantly than that in comparative example 2 at the initial stage of use.
The oil content of example 1 decreased from 52% to 40% with a decrease of 12% and that of comparative example 2 decreased from 51% to 42% with a decrease of 9%, indicating that the oil content of example 1 decreased more than that of comparative example 2 at the initial stage of use.
The water and oil contents of the skin are respectively detected in the test period of 1h and the test period of 3h, the results show that after the test period of 1h, the water content and the oil content of the example 1 are respectively 40% and 49%, the water and oil balance is effectively promoted, after the test period of 3h, the water content and the oil content are respectively 40% and 49%, compared with the water and oil ratio after the test period of 1h, the example 1 is basically kept unchanged after the test period of 3h, and the results show that the product of the example 1 can still continuously promote the water and oil balance for a long time after the product is used for 3h, and the moisturizing effect is obvious; while the water-oil content of comparative example 2 after 1h of the test was 36% and 51%, respectively, and the water-oil content after 3h was 34% and 52%, respectively, the water-oil ratio before use was substantially restored, and the results show that comparative example 2 had no moisturizing effect after 1h of use.
The essential water of example 1 was tested for storage stability, and the results are shown in table 3, and the essential water has no significant change in appearance, odor, and pH in the freeze-thaw cycle, heat/cold resistance test, and has storage stability.

The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The rose essence lotion capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 50-52 parts of rose extract, 4-6 parts of roxburgh rose extract, 0.05-1.00 part of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.02-0.04 part of lemon essential oil, 0.01-0.02 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.08-0.12 part of vitamin E, 6-10 parts of glycerol, 0.08-0.12 part of squalane, 0.04-0.06 part of potassium sorbate, a pH value regulator and the balance of deionized water.
2. The rose essence lotion capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time according to claim 1, wherein the pH value of the essence lotion is 5.8-6.0, and the pH regulator is used in an amount such that the pH value of the essence lotion reaches 5.8-6.0.
3. The rose essence lotion capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time according to claim 1, wherein the rose extract and the rosa roxburghii tratt extract are respectively prepared from fresh petals and fresh fruits of pure natural plants.
4. The rose essence water capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time according to claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is citric acid and triethanolamine.
5. The rose essence water capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time according to claim 1, wherein the rose extract comprises rose hydrosol and rose essential oil, and the mass ratio of the rose hydrosol to the rose essential oil is 160-170: 1.
6. the rose essence water capable of preserving moisture and whitening skin for a long time according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the components comprise, by weight: 50.3 parts of rose extract, 5 parts of roxburgh rose extract, 0.07 part of Roman chamomile essential oil, 0.03 part of lemon essential oil, 0.01 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1 part of vitamin E, 7 parts of glycerol, 0.1 part of squalane, 0.05 part of potassium sorbate, a pH regulator and the balance of deionized water.
7. A preparation method of rose essence water with long-acting moisturizing and whitening effects is used for preparing the essence water according to claims 1 to 6, and comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding rose essential oil, Roman chamomile essential oil, lemon essential oil, squalane, butanediol and vitamin E into glycerol in batches, stirring uniformly, and then adding rose hydrosol and rosa roxburghii tratt extract to prepare a first mixture;
step 2: adding sodium hyaluronate into deionized water, stirring for dissolving, then adding potassium sorbate, stirring for dissolving, and preparing a second mixture;
and step 3: emulsifying and homogenizing the first mixture and the second mixture, adding a solvent to a constant volume, and homogenizing to obtain the essence water.
8. The method for preparing the rose essence water for long-acting moisturizing and whitening according to claim 7, wherein in the step 2, sodium hyaluronate is added to deionized water under stirring.
9. The method for preparing the rose essence water for long-acting moisturizing and whitening according to claim 7, wherein in the step 2, the temperature of deionized water is 40-50 ℃.
10. The method for preparing the rose essence water for long-acting moisturizing and whitening according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein in the step 3, the method further comprises the following steps after homogenization:
citric acid and triethanolamine are added to adjust the pH value of the rose essence water for long-acting moisture retention and whitening to 5.8-6.0.
