Abstract
An antioxidant composition comprises quercitrin and gallic acid component, wherein the gallic acid component is gallic acid and/or its derivatives. The quercetagetin and the gallic acid are compounded and used according to a proper proportion, so that the synergistic effect is obvious, the antioxidant effect can be obviously improved, and the stability of products such as food, feed, medicines and the like is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of additives, and particularly relates to an antioxidant composition containing quercetagetin and gallic acid and application thereof.
Background
In the process of placing foods, feeds, medicines and the like, effective components such as grease, vitamins, carotenoids and the like in the foods can generate oxidation reaction, so that the content of the effective components is reduced, and the quality of the products is seriously influenced. Wherein the fat can cause fat deterioration and generate peculiar smell. Carotenoid is the main source of vitamin A in vivo, and also has effects of resisting oxidation, regulating immunity, resisting cancer, delaying aging, etc. Because the molecular structure contains a large number of double bonds, oxidation reaction is easy to occur and loss is easy to occur. Vitamins are a kind of trace organic substances which must be obtained from food for human and animals to maintain normal physiological functions, and play an important role in the growth, metabolism and development processes of human bodies. Most of the vitamins such as VA, VC and the like are easy to oxidize and deteriorate in the standing process, so that the content loss is caused.
To prevent oxidative loss of the active ingredient, the addition of antioxidants is currently a commonly used method. Commercially available antioxidants are mainly chemically synthesized, such as TBHQ (tert-butylhydroquinone), BHA (butylhydroxyanisole), BHT (dibutylhydroxytoluene), EQ (ethoxyquinoline), and the like. EQ is one of the feed antioxidants with excellent performance and is the antioxidant with the highest cost performance. Besides being applied to feeds, TBHQ, BHA, BHT and the like can also be applied to the fields of food and the like. Synthetic antioxidants such as EQ and BHT have low cost, but have different safety problems generally, and the application of products is limited to a certain extent.
Quercetin, chemical name is 3,3,4,5,6, 7-hexahydroxyflavone, has important pharmacological actions such as antioxidation, anti-inflammatory, antiallergic, antitumor, etc., and has good antioxidant effect.
Gallic acid is a polyphenol compound existing in nature, and can be widely applied in fields of food, biology, medicine, chemical industry, etc. In addition, gallic acid is also often present in the form of its derivatives, which mainly include gallic acid salts, gallic acid esters, and gallic acid glycosides.
When in use, different antioxidants are reasonably matched and used, and sometimes have a synergistic effect. The application finds that the quercetagetin and the gallic acid component are compounded and used according to a certain proportion, so that the quercetagetin and the gallic acid component have obvious synergistic interaction effect, the oxidation process of the effective components of the product can be effectively delayed, and the stability of the product quality is ensured.
