Abstract
The invention relates to an endoscope probe fixer, which comprises a knob (11) with a first through hole (114) and a base (12) with a second through hole (124), wherein the knob is clamped on an elastic split (121) of the base through the first through hole and a fixing boss (111) on the inner wall of the first through hole, a second through hole with variable size for an endoscope probe to pass through is formed in the center of the elastic split, and the fixing boss drives a fixing rib (1211) with gradually increased thickness on the outer wall surface of the elastic split by rotating the knob, so that the size of the second through hole can be changed, and the endoscope probe can be clamped or loosened. The invention also provides an obturator assembly and a penetrator with the endoscope probe holder. The endoscope probe can be stably fixed on the stopper component by adopting the knob and the base with adjustable inner diameter, and the endoscope probe cannot shake in the stopper component during puncture, so that clear endoscope imaging can be obtained.

Technical Field

Background
In the existing minimally invasive surgery, a puncture outfit is often used, and the puncture outfit is usually composed of an obturator component and a sleeve component. When puncturing a first puncture instrument near a lesion of a patient, visual puncturing is generally required because the inside of the body of the patient is not visible.

Detailed Description
An endoscopic probe holder, and obturator assembly and penetrator having the same, in accordance with the present invention are further described with reference to fig. 1-8. In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "upper", "lower", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and therefore, should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2, an endoscope probe holder 10 of the present invention includes a knob 11 having a first through hole 114 and a base 12 having a second through hole 124, the knob 11 is engaged with an elastic split 121 of the base through the first through hole 114 and a locking boss 112 and a limiting surface 113 on an inner wall of the first through hole 114, a plurality (for example, 3) of the elastic split 121 collectively form a second through hole 124 with a variable size for an endoscope probe to pass through, by rotating the knob 11, a fixing boss 111 on the inner wall of the first through hole 114 presses a fixing rib 1211 with an increasing thickness on an outer wall surface of the elastic split 121, so that the size of the second through hole 124 can be changed, and the endoscope probe can be clamped or loosened.
As shown in fig. 3, the knob 11 includes a handle 115 and a cylinder connected to the handle 115, a first through hole 114 penetrates through the handle 115 and the cylinder, more than 2 (e.g., 3) fixing bosses 111 are uniformly arranged on the upper portion of the inner wall of the first through hole 114, a plurality of clamping bosses 112 are arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the first through hole 114, the clamping bosses 112 are located at the same plane position in the axial direction of the first through hole 114, each two clamping bosses 112 form a boss pair, an annular limiting surface 113 is connected between the two clamping bosses 112 in each boss pair, a fixing boss 111 is located between two adjacent boss pairs, a gap is formed between the fixing boss 111 and the clamping boss 112, and the gap can accommodate the thickness of a clamping ramp 1212 of the base 12, so that the clamping ramp 1212 can pass through the gap when the knob 11 rotates. In particular, in the circumferential direction of the first through hole 114, the size of the limiting surface 113 is larger than the circumferential size of the clamping inclined table 1212 on the outer wall surface of the elastic split 121 of the base 12; in the radial direction of the first through hole 114, the height of the limiting surface 113 is smaller than the height of the detent boss 112. The advantage of this arrangement is that when mounting, the knob 11 can pass over the inclined clamping table 1212 on the base 12 from the limiting surface 113 with a small force, so as to realize the assembly of the knob 11 and the base 12; in the using process, when the fixing boss 111 is engaged with the fixing rib 1211, the plurality of clamping bosses 112 together form an annular pressing surface with a smaller size, so that the clamping inclined table 1212 is not easy to separate from the annular pressing surface, thereby ensuring the stable matching of the knob 11 and the base 12 and avoiding the knob 11 from separating from the base 12.
To facilitate rotation of handle 115 by the operator's fingers, handle 115 is a torx handle, although other types of handles, such as a conventional round handle, may be used.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the base 12 includes an annular inner ring 123 and an annular outer ring 125, the annular inner ring 123 is composed of more than 2 (e.g. 3) arc-shaped elastic segments 121 with a certain gap therebetween, a fixing rib 1211 is disposed at an upper middle portion of an outer wall surface of each elastic segment 121, a locking ramp 1212 increasing in size from top to bottom is disposed at a bottom portion of the fixing rib 1211, and a distance between the annular inner ring 123 and the annular outer ring 125 is greater than a thickness of a lower cylindrical body of the knob 11. The gap between the inner ring 123 and the outer ring 125 thus accommodates the thickness of the inner wall of the lower cylinder of the knob 11. During assembly, the first through hole 114 of the knob 11 is sleeved on the annular inner ring 123 of the base 12, each limiting surface 113 corresponds to one fixing rib 1211, the cylinder body is pressed down by force, so that the arc-shaped elastic segments 121 on the annular inner ring 123 are compressed and deformed towards the center of the annular inner ring 123, and all the limiting surfaces 113 cross the corresponding clamping inclined platforms 1212 on the fixing ribs 1211, and the purpose of assembling the knob 11 on the base 12 is achieved.
FIG. 5 shows the knob 11 just assembled to the base 12, with the diameter of the second through-hole 124 at a maximum; fig. 1 shows the knob 11 screwed to the base 12, in which the diameter of the second through hole 124 is the smallest.
In the present invention, the fixing bosses 111 correspond to the elastic segments 121 one by one, and there are as many elastic segments 121 as there are fixing bosses 111, and preferably, there are 3 fixing bosses 111 and 3 elastic segments 121.
In a preferred embodiment, the fixing boss 111 is provided with a plurality of first positioning grooves 1111 in parallel, and correspondingly, the fixing rib 1211 of the elastic split 121 is provided with a plurality of second positioning grooves 1213 engaged with the first positioning grooves 1111. The second detent 1213 acts to locate the first detent 1111 relative to one another to prevent undesired rebound of the knob 11 once it is rotated into position.
The knob 11 and the base 12 may be molded from plastic.
As shown in fig. 6, which is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the obturator assembly with an endoscope probe holder according to the present invention, the obturator assembly includes an obturator 20 and an endoscope probe holder 10, a buckle 122 is disposed at a lower portion of a base 12 of the endoscope probe holder and is matched with a blocking rod 21 of the obturator 20, a corresponding limiting hole 211 is disposed on the blocking rod 21, and the buckle 122 is wedged into the limiting hole 211, so that the endoscope probe holder 10 is mounted on the blocking rod 21.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the puncture instrument provided by the invention comprises an obturator 20, a cannula assembly 30 and an endoscope probe fixing device 10. The endoscope probe 40 is held by the endoscope probe holder 10, and the grip of the endoscope probe holder 10 on the endoscope probe 40 can be adjusted by rotating the knob 11.
The endoscope probe fixer of the invention adopts the way that the knob is matched with the base, so that the endoscope probe 40 does not shake after being inserted into the stopper, and the fixer has the advantages of simple structure and firm fixation, and simultaneously, doctors can determine the tightness degree of the endoscope probe according to own habits, thereby facilitating the operation and judgment of the doctors.

Claims (10)
1. The endoscope probe holder as recited in claim 1, wherein the knob (11) comprises a handle (115) and a cylinder, the first through hole (114) penetrates through the middle of the handle (115) and the cylinder, more than 2 fixing bosses (111) are uniformly arranged on the upper portion of the inner wall of the first through hole (114), and a clamping boss (112) and a limiting surface (113) are arranged on the bottom of the inner wall of the first through hole (114) and used for forming a clamping with a clamping ramp (1212) on the outer wall surface of the elastic split piece (121) to prevent the knob (11) from being separated from the base (12).

4. The endoscopic probe holder as recited in claim 3, characterized in that said annular inner ring (123) and annular outer ring (125) are made in one piece.
5. The endoscopic probe holder as recited in any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said holding boss (111) has 3, and correspondingly said resilient split (121) has 3.

The endoscopic probe holder as set forth in any of claims 1 to 4, wherein a plurality of first positioning grooves (1111) are provided in parallel on the fixing boss (111), and correspondingly, a plurality of second positioning grooves (1213) engaged with the first positioning grooves (1111) are provided on the fixing rib (1211) of the resilient split (121).
7. An endoscope probe holder according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that the lower part of said base (12) is provided with a catch (122) which cooperates with a limiting hole (211) in the stopper rod (21) of the stopper (20).
8. An endoscope probe holder according to any of claims 1-4, characterized in that said knob (11) and/or base (12) are made of plastic.
9. An obturator assembly comprising an obturator (20), characterised by further comprising an endoscopic probe holder (10) according to any of claims 1-8.
10. A puncture instrument comprising an obturator (20) and a cannula assembly (30), characterized by further comprising an endoscopic probe holder (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
