本申请公开了一种红景天饮品,包括红景天1-30份,刺玫果3-20份,山楂14-30份,绞股蓝2-10份;本申请还公开了制备红景天饮品的方法,包括如下步骤:原料清洗,煎煮,过滤,浓缩,乙醇醇沉,水沉和冷冻,炼蜜,化糖,配制,以及灌装。本发明的红景天饮品具有消食健胃、生津止渴、抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗辐射抗衰老、提供机体免疫力、双向调节人体机能等作用,无任何人工色素及糖精等,系纯天然饮料,具备独特的口感及保健功能。

技术领域
本申请涉及保健饮品领域,尤其涉及一种红景天饮品及其制备方法。
背景技术
本发明的红景天饮品采用的红景天为高山红景天,是中国长白山高寒区域稀有珍贵植物为原料,因高山红景天内含丰富的红景天甙C14H2O O7及对一酪醇,此外尚含多种氨基酸,多种维生素,及有生物活性的微量元素铁、铝、锌、钴、镉、钛、钼、锰以及淀粉、蛋白质等化合物。可称为“人体营养成分库”,素有“高原人参”之美誉。提取红景天有效成分,配伍其它辅助因子,可制成风味独特、口感良好的保健饮品。
本发明的刺玫果为野刺玫果,又称野蔷薇,属多年生落叶灌木,多生长在我国大小兴安岭原始森林中,目前还未受到有害污染。野刺玫果中含有17中氨基酸和和丰富的生物活性比较明确的锌、铁、硒等十四种人体必须的微量元素,其锌的含量高于其他植物果实,号称“生命之花”;同时还含VA、VC、VE、VB1、VB2、VP、β-胡萝卜素等多种维生素。其中VC含量最高。居于一切蔬菜、水果之首,是“大地植物果实之冠”;号称“VC之王”。有关资料记载和临床实验,野刺玫果及其制品既可以治疗多种人体疾病,又可以具有显著的抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗辐射、耐缺氧、除血栓、降血压、强身壮阳、健脑增智、延年益寿作用。

山楂长期以来,人们就对山楂的食疗效果和药用价值非常重视,已有多种药品含有山楂成分。山楂具有消食健胃,行气散淤的功能,近年来科学研究表明,山楂对高血压、高血酯、心脑血管等疾患有明显的疗效。
绞股蓝,为多年生草质藤木,又称天堂草、福音草、超人参等,日本称之甘蔓茶。在中国主要分布在陕西平利、甘肃康县、湖南、湖北,云南、广西等省,号称“南方人参”,生长在南方的绞股蓝药用含量比较高,民间称其为神奇的“不老长寿药草”,绞股蓝主要有效成份是绞股蓝皂甙、绞股蓝糖甙(多糖)、水溶性氨基酸、黄酮类、多种维生素、微量元素、矿物质等。具有益气健脾,化痰止咳,清热解毒的功效。
由于现今的饮品大多是有食品添加剂或蔬菜、水果等制作而成,对人体调节功能不是很明显,大多饮品只是用食品添加剂勾兑而成,对身体健康没有益处,此外现有技术中饮品有的用药用植物或水果简单加工配制而成,澄明度差或易产生沉淀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,将从红景天中提取的有效活性物质,从刺玫果中提取活性物质,从山楂中提取的活性物质,从绞股蓝中提取的活性物质,与蜂蜜、蔗糖、柠檬酸、氯化钠、蛋白糖(即阿斯巴甜)、异抗坏血酸钠(异VC钠)、乙基麦芽酚、焦糖色素、荔枝香精、葡萄香精等辅料合理配伍,提供一种工艺更加科学,饮料中有效成分更确定,安全性,可靠性更强的,适合工业标准化生产的,适合更广泛人群饮用的新时代饮品,具有抗疲劳,抗缺氧、抗癌、抗辐射、消食健胃、生津止渴、抗高温、降血脂等功能。此外本发明提供的制备方法能够克服传统制备饮品的澄明度差或易产生沉淀的缺点。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种红景天饮品,包括红景天1-30份,刺玫果3-20份,山楂14-30份,绞股蓝2-10份。
优选地,包括红景天15份,刺玫果10份,山楂20份,绞股蓝4份。
优选地,还包括蜂蜜10-50份,蔗糖30-80份,柠檬酸0.4-1.5份,苹果酸1-2.5份,氯化钠1-10份,蛋白糖0.4-1.5份,异抗坏血酸钠0.15-0.30份,乙基麦芽酚0.1-0.3份,焦糖色素0.5-1.5份,荔枝香精0.1-0.3份,葡萄香精0.1-0.3份。
优选地,包括红景天15份,刺玫果10份,山楂20份,绞股蓝4份,蜂蜜20份,蔗糖40份,柠檬酸0.5份,苹果酸1.2份,氯化钠0.8份,蛋白糖1.0份,异抗坏血酸钠0.2份,乙基麦芽酚0.2份,焦糖色素1.0份,荔枝香精0.2份,葡萄香精0.2份,其余为碳酸水。
优选地,还包括苯甲酸钠和焦糖色素。
一种制备红景天饮品的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)原料清洗,
2)煎煮,
3)过滤,
4)浓缩,
5)乙醇醇沉,
6)水沉和冷冻,
7)炼蜜,
8)化糖,
9)配制,以及
10)灌装。
优选地,在所述步骤5)中重复1-3次乙醇醇沉,其中乙醇浓度为40%-70%。
优选地,在所述步骤6)中重复1-3次水沉和冷冻过程。
优选地,在所述步骤8)中顺序添加苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、蛋白糖、柠檬酸。
优选地,在所述步骤9)中顺序添加异抗血酸钠水溶液、乙基麦芽酚水溶液、焦糖色素。
与现有技术相比,本申请所述的一种红景天饮品及其制备方法,达到了如下效果:
为了提纯原来中的活性物质,对原料进行煎煮过程,由于采用了严格的时间、火候控制,防止产生焦化现象,达到煎煮时间后及时放出煎煮液,此程序可以有效防止蛋白沉淀,大大提高了饮品的澄明度。
由于本发明创新的在乙醇醇沉过程后在水沉的过程增加了冷冻过程,醇沉或水沉后上清液过滤后、浓缩液的相对密度要控制在范围内,这两个过程非常关键,增加了这两个过程后制备出的红景天饮品澄明度高,长期放置仍不易产生沉淀。
本发明中由于添加了异坏血酸钠和柠檬酸,两种物质协同作用,防腐效果更好;此外本发明中添加的柠檬酸和苹果酸协同作用,呈现出了强烈的天然果实风味;饮品中添加的氯化钠不仅能够补充人体所需的钠离子,还能够起到调节甜味的作用,效果明显;本发明中添加的碳酸水,有效地提高了饮品的口感,增强天然植物的回味。
本发明中配制过程按照顺序加入辅料,同时严格控制配制环节的温度,保证了产品口感及质量。
本发明主要是采用药食同源植物,根据原料不同的化学性质,采取不同的处理方法,从而提取出原料有效成分、除去易产生鞣质、蛋白质、丹宁等易产生沉淀的物质,既保证了饮料的澄明度,又保持了原料的天然的口感和保健功能。
本发明的红景天饮品具有广泛的适应性,特别适用于脑、体力劳动者(如 科技人员、企业家、司机、学生、股民等);长期从事电脑操作、电子产品开发与研制;在电磁波环境中工作的人员以及手机使用者;年老体弱、类风湿、关节炎、气血两虚者;接受放疗的患者;病后、产后、术后以及综合疲劳症等亚健康人群有极好的康复作用。

实施例1
一种红景天饮品,该饮品配方如下:
红景天15g 刺玫果10g 山楂20g 绞股蓝4g
蜂蜜20g 蔗糖40g 柠檬酸0.5g 苹果酸1.2g
氯化钠2g 蛋白糖1.0g 异抗坏血酸钠0.2g
乙基麦芽酚0.2g 焦糖色素1.0g 荔枝香精0.2ml
葡萄香精0.2ml 其余为碳酸水 制成1000ml
制备方法:
a.称取原料份重的红景天,浸泡1小时后,分三次煎煮,第一次加入12倍重量的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,第二次加入6倍重量的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,第三次加入3倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩 至相对密度为1.10~1.30的提取物;再加70%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩,再加70%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩,再加60%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量;边加水边搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上取上清液,过滤,浓缩。达到水沉的目的,重复冷冻和水沉过程3次,至水溶液澄清透明无沉淀,过滤;浓缩备用;
b.称取原料份重的刺玫果,浸泡30分钟后,分三次煎煮,第一次加入10倍重量的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,第二次加入8倍重量的水,煎煮2小时,过滤,第三次加入5倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.30的提取物;加70%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩;再加60%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩;再加50%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量;边加水边搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液。达到水沉的目的,重复冷冻和水沉过程3次,至水溶液澄清透明无沉淀,过滤;浓缩备用;
c.称取原料份重的山楂,浸泡30分钟后,分三次煎煮,第一次加入10倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,第二次加入8倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,第三次加入5倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.30的提取物;加40%乙醇脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩;加50%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至 煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩;再加60%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量;边加水边搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,达到水沉的目的,重复冷冻和水沉过程3次,至水溶液澄清透明无沉淀,过滤;浓缩备用;
d.称取原料份重的绞股蓝,浸泡30分钟后,分三次煎煮,第一次加入10倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,第二次加入8倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,第三次加入5倍重量的水,煎煮1小时,过滤,合并三次滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.30的提取物;加40%乙醇脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩;加50%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量,再加水搅匀,冷冻4-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,浓缩;再加60%乙醇醇沉脱去蛋白,静止48小时以上,取上清液,过滤,挥发乙醇,浓缩至煎煮过程浓缩的量;边加水边搅匀,冷冻8-12小时,融化后静止48小时以上,取上清液;达到水沉的目的,重复冷冻和水沉过程3次,至水溶液澄清透明无沉淀,过滤;浓缩备用;
e.炼蜜,量取原料量的蜂蜜,加水至浓度为20%,按每千克蜂蜜6-10个蛋清,蛋清中加水,比例为3:1,搅拌蜂蜜出泡沫,边搅拌加入蛋清,加热,沸腾后撇去浮沫,至无浮沫为止,盛出,封好;
f.化糖,称取原料量的蔗糖,加适量水至浓度为60%,搅拌散开,随后加入步骤a、步骤b、步骤c、步骤d得到的提取液,蛋清打碎成沫后,边搅拌边倒入化糖锅内,加热时经常搅拌,沸腾后撇去浮沫,然后加入步骤c中炼好的蜜,搅拌,继续撇去浮沫至无浮沫为止,停止加热;
g.在步骤f中化好的糖中顺序添加下列辅料:苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、蛋白糖、柠檬酸,搅匀后,过滤;
h.步骤f得到的滤液,检查其澄明度是否良好,待溶液温度降至25℃以下,顺序加入异抗血酸钠水溶液、乙基麦芽酚水溶液、焦糖色素,充分搅拌均匀后,过滤,用碳酸水定容至1000ml,酸甜度、色泽、澄明度等指标均 合格,待灌装;
i.灌装前加入荔枝香精水溶液和葡萄香精水溶液,搅匀后灌装。
实施例2
一种红景天饮品,该饮品配方如下:
红景天1g 刺玫果3g 山楂14g 绞股蓝2g
蜂蜜10g 蔗糖30g 柠檬酸0.4g 苹果酸1g
氯化钠1g 蛋白糖0.4g 异抗坏血酸钠0.15g
乙基麦芽酚0.1g 焦糖色素0.5g 荔枝香精0.1ml 葡萄香精0.1ml
其余为碳酸水 制成1000ml
制备方法:按实施例1所述方法制备。
实施例3
一种红景天饮品,该饮品配方如下:
红景天30g 刺玫果20g 山楂30g 绞股蓝10g
蜂蜜50g 蔗糖80g 柠檬酸1.5g 苹果酸2.5g
氯化钠10g 蛋白糖1.5g 异抗坏血酸钠0.3g 焦糖色素1.5g
乙基麦芽酚0.3g 荔枝香精0.3ml 葡萄香精0.3ml
其余为碳酸水 制成1000ml
制备方法:按实施例1所述方法制备。
实施例4
一种红景天饮品,该饮品配方如下:
红景天15.2g 刺玫果11.5g 山楂22g 绞股蓝6g
蜂蜜30g 蔗糖55g 柠檬酸0.95g 苹果酸1.75g
氯化钠5.5g 蛋白糖0.95g 异抗坏血酸钠0.225g
乙基麦芽酚0.2g
焦糖色素1g 荔枝香精0.2ml 葡萄香精0.2ml
其余为碳酸水 制成1000ml
制备方法:按实施例1所述方法制备。

1.一种红景天饮品,其特征在于,所述饮品包括红景天1-30份,刺玫果3-20份,山楂14-30份,绞股蓝2-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,包括红景天15份,刺玫果10份,山楂20份,绞股蓝4份。
3.如权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,还包括蜂蜜10-50份,蔗糖30-80份,柠檬酸0.4-1.5份,苹果酸1-2.5份,氯化钠1-10份,蛋白糖0.4-1.5份,异抗坏血酸钠0.15-0.30份,乙基麦芽酚0.1-0.3份,焦糖色素0.5-1.5份,荔枝香精0.1-0.3份,葡萄香精0.1-0.3份。
4.如权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,包括红景天15份,刺玫果10份,山楂20份,绞股蓝4份,蜂蜜20份,蔗糖40份,柠檬酸0.5份,苹果酸1.2份,氯化钠2份,蛋白糖1.0份,异抗坏血酸钠0.2份,乙基麦芽酚0.2份,焦糖色素1.0份,荔枝香精0.2份,葡萄香精0.2份,其余为碳酸水。
5.如权利要求1所述的饮品,其特征在于,还包括苯甲酸钠和焦糖色素。
6.一种制备如权利要求1所述的红景天饮品的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
1)原料清洗,
2)煎煮,
3)过滤,
4)浓缩,
5)乙醇醇沉,
6)水沉和冷冻,
7)炼蜜,
8)化糖,
9)配制,以及
10)灌装。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤5)中重复1-3次乙醇醇沉,其中乙醇浓度为40%-70%。
8.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤6)中重复1-3次水沉和冷冻过程。
9.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤8)中顺序添加苯甲酸钠、氯化钠、蛋白糖、柠檬酸。
10.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤9)中顺序添加异抗血酸钠水溶液、乙基麦芽酚水溶液、焦糖色素。
