Abstract
本发明公开了一种内加热塑料挤出机,它包括机壳(1),其特征在于:在机壳(1)外设有加热层(4),在机壳(1)内设有挤出螺杆(2),挤出螺杆(2)的一侧连接电机(3),挤出螺杆(2)的另一侧连接轴承座(10),挤出螺杆(2)内设有空腔(5),在空腔(5)内设置导油管(7),导油管(7)穿出轴承座(3)、机壳(1)的侧壁与加热油箱(8)连接。本发明的导油管的结构简单,同电热管、电热丝相比,不易发生故障,可以长期工作而不用维修。同现有技术相比,本发明具有结构简单,热效率高,加热均匀,维护方便等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内加热塑料挤出机,属于塑料挤出机技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,塑料挤出机一般采用机壳外部的加热方式。缺点是内外加热不均匀,挤出效果不好。因此有些塑料挤出机在挤出螺杆内部加入电阻丝、电热管等加热元件,使得塑料挤出机内外加热均匀,但电阻丝、电热管结构复杂,元件容易损坏,造成螺杆内加热温度不稳定,因此需要经常更换,而且电热效率低,成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种内加热塑料挤出机,加热速度快,更加均匀以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是这样实现的:内加热塑料挤出机,它包括机壳,在机壳外设有加热层,在机壳内设有挤出螺杆,挤出螺杆的一侧连接电机,挤出螺杆的另一侧连接轴承座,挤出螺杆内设有空腔,在空腔内设置导油管,导油管穿出轴承座、机壳的侧壁与加热油箱连接。
前述的内加热塑料挤出机,所述挤出螺杆上设有温度感应器。
前述的内加热塑料挤出机,所述挤出螺杆内设置U型导油管。
前述的内加热塑料挤出机,所述导油管与加热油箱的连接段设有保温管。
本发明的导油管能够装入热油,在内加热塑料挤出机内外同时加热,加热均匀,导热油的热效率更高,使用成本更低。同时,导油管的结构简单,同电热管、电热丝相比,不易发生故障,可以长期工作而不用维修。同现有技术相比,本发明具有结构简单,热效率高,加热均匀,维护方便等优点。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:内加热塑料挤出机,制作挤出机的机壳1,在机壳1外安装加热层4,在机壳1内安装挤出螺杆2,挤出螺杆2的一侧连接电机3,挤出螺杆2的另一侧连接轴承座10,使得挤出螺杆2可以旋转,挤出螺杆2内制作出空腔5,在空腔5内安装导油管7,导油管7穿出轴承座3、机壳1的侧壁与加热油箱8连接。轴承座3中间设置通孔,在机壳1的侧壁通过安装盘11与导油管7连接。挤出螺杆2内采用的是U型导油管7,U型导油管7的两个管口与加热油箱8连接,在挤出机的一端完成导热油的循环。
在挤出螺杆2上安装多个温度感应器6,能够检测挤出螺杆2各段的温度,温控调节更精确。
在导油管7与加热油箱8的连接段还设置保温管9,保温节能。
工作时,将塑料放入内加热塑料挤出机,由加热层4和导油管7同时对塑料进行加热。并根据温度感应器6监测的温度,及时调整导油管7中导热油的温度。

1.一种内加热塑料挤出机,它包括机壳(1),其特征在于:在机壳(1)外设有加热层(4),在机壳(1)内设有挤出螺杆(2),挤出螺杆(2)的一侧连接电机(3),挤出螺杆(2)的另一侧连接轴承座(10),挤出螺杆(2)内设有空腔(5),在空腔(5)内设置导油管(7),导油管(7)穿出轴承座(3)、机壳(1)的侧壁与加热油箱(8)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内加热塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述挤出螺杆(2)上设有温度感应器(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的内加热塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述挤出螺杆(2)内设置U型导油管(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内加热塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述导油管(7)与加热油箱(8)的连接段设有保温管(9)。
