Abstract
本发明提供一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方及其制备方法。它包括下列重量份数比的原料:枸杞子600-1400份、黄精600-1500份、茯苓600-1500份、山药1000-2000份、桑葚800-1300份、葛根1000-2000份、乌梅600-1200份、决明子900-1500份、甘草200-1000份、桑叶500-1000份、百合600-1200份。本发明制备工艺采用传统水煎提取方法,提取物直接分装入袋,工艺简单、服用方便。本发明应用于高血糖症,有效缓解高血糖症人群“三多一少”、倦怠乏力、反应迟钝、手指活动不灵等症状。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
正常情况下,人体能够通过激素调节和神经调节这两大调节系统确保血糖的来源与去路保持平衡,使血糖维持在一定水平。但是在遗传因素(如糖尿病家族史)与环境因素(如不合理的膳食、肥胖等)的共同作用下,两大调节功能发生紊乱,就会出现血糖水平的升高。长期的高血糖会使全身各个组织器官发生病变,导致急慢性并发症的发生。如胰腺功能衰竭、失水、电解质紊乱、营养缺乏、抵抗力下降、肾功能受损、神经病变、眼底病变等。
人类的健康生活,与外环境(如空气、水源)和内环境(如血液、组织液)的稳定密切相关。血糖过高正是破坏了人体的内环境,引起一系列生化病理改变,影响了各个脏器的功能。为了身体健康,我们应该积极主动地将血糖稳定在正常范围,防止或延缓并发症的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方及其制备方法。
本发明是由下述重量份数的原料制成的:枸杞子600-1400份、黄精600-1500份、茯苓600-1500份、山药1000-2000份、桑椹800-1300份、葛根1000-2000份、乌梅600-1200份、决明子900-1500份、甘草200-1000份、桑叶500-1000份、百合600-1200份。
以上各成分的最佳重量配比是:枸杞子1000份、黄精1000份、茯苓1000份、山药1500份、桑葚1000份、葛根1500份、乌梅900份、决明子1200份、甘草600份、桑叶700份、百合900份。
一、本发明制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方中各原料置于煮提锅中,浸润30分钟,然后加入10倍量的去离子水,室温浸泡2小时后加热至沸腾,煮沸提取2小时,倾出水提液,过滤。
(2)再次加入原料10倍量的去离子水,煮沸提取2小时,倾出水提液,过滤。
(3)合并步骤(1)、(2)所得滤液,冷却至室温,离心30分钟,弃去沉淀,收集上清液。
(4)将步骤(3)所得的滤液浓缩至药液比为1∶2(60℃),添加天然吸附澄清剂(北京正天成澄清技术有限公司),离心30分钟,弃去沉淀,收集上清液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的上清液浓缩至相对密度≥1.27g·ml-1(60℃),干燥,粉碎,分装成10克的小包装。
本发明的配方组成合理,制作工艺科学,携带及食用方便。长期食用本品能有效稳定血糖水平在正常范围,解除高血糖症人群的烦恼。
二、用药分析
枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实。
【性味与归经】甘、平。归肝、肾经。
【功效】滋补肝肾,益精明目。
【应用】治疗精血不足所致的视力减退、内障目昏、头晕目眩、腰膝酸软、遗精滑泄、耳聋、牙齿松动、须发早白、失眠多梦以及肝肾阴虚,潮热盗汗、消渴等证。
《神农本草经》称枸杞子“久服坚筋骨,轻身不老,耐寒暑”。
《本草汇言》赞之“使气可充,血可补,阳可生,阴可长”。
《本草纲目》记载:“枸杞,补肾生精,养肝,明目,坚筋骨,去疲劳,易颜色,变白,明目安神,令人长寿。”
现代医学研究证实:枸杞子含有甜菜硷、多糖、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2及钙、磷、铁、锌、锰、亚油酸等营养成分。枸杞子对免疫有促进作用,同时具有免疫调节作用;可提高血睾酮水平,起强壮作用;对造血功能有促进作用;对正常健康人也有显著升白细胞作用;还有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗突变、抗肿瘤、降血脂、保肝及抗脂肪肝、降血糖、降血压、补肾、明目、养颜、健脑、排毒、保护生殖系统、抗辐射损伤等功能。
黄精为百合科植物滇黄精(Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.)、黄精(Polygonatumsibiricum Red.)或多花黄精(Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.)的干燥根茎。
【性味与归经】甘、平。归脾、肺、肾经。
【功效】补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。
【应用】治疗肺金气阴两伤之干咳少痰、肺肾阴虚之劳嗽久咳、脾胃虚弱、体倦乏力、食欲不振、口干食少,能延缓衰老,改善头晕、腰膝酸软、须发早白、精血不足,内热消渴等症。
《本草纲目》:“补诸虚、止寒热、填精髓。”
《日华子本草》:“补五劳七伤,助筋骨,生肌,耐寒暑,益脾胃,润心肺”。
现代医学研究证实:黄精根茎含烟酸、粘液质、醌类,并含黄精多糖甲、乙、丙,黄精低聚糖甲、乙、丙,多糖甲、乙、丙均由葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖醛酸结合而成;低聚糖甲、乙、丙均由葡萄糖和果糖结合而成,另含赖氨酸等11种氨基酸。能提高机体免疫功能和促进DNA、RNA及蛋白质的合成,促进淋巴细胞转化作用;具有显著的抗结核杆菌作用;对多种致病性真菌有抑制作用;对伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌也有抑制作用;有增加冠脉流量及降压作用,并能降血脂及减轻冠状动脉粥样硬化程度;对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显著抑制作用;还有抑制肾上腺皮质的作用和延缓衰老作用;黄精多糖具有免疫激活作用。
茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf的干燥菌核。
【性味与归经】甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。
【功效】利水渗湿,健脾宁心。
【应用】用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
《日华子本草》:“补五劳七伤,安胎,暖腰膝,开心益智,止健忘。”
《用药心法》:“茯苓,淡能利窍,甘以助阳,除湿之圣药也。味甘平补阳,益脾逐水,生津导气。”
现代医学研究证实:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖具有抗胸腺萎缩及抗脾脏增大和抑制肿瘤生长的功能,茯苓多糖灌胃能增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能,增加ANAE阳性淋巴细胞数,还能使小鼠脾脏抗体分泌细胞数明显增多。茯苓多糖亦能使环磷酰胺所引起的大白鼠白细胞减少加速回升。羧甲基茯苓多糖还有免疫调节、保肝降酶、间接抗病毒、诱生和促诱生干扰素、减轻放射副反应,诱生和促诱生白细胞调节素等多种生理活性。
山药为薯蓣科植物薯蓣Dioscorea opposite Thumb.的干燥根茎。
【性味与归经】甘,平。归肺、脾、肾经。
【功效】补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。
【应用】山药味甘性平,作用缓和,不寒不热,既能补气,又能养阴,补而不滞,滋而不腻。乃平补肺脾肾之佳品。多用于消瘦乏力、食少、便溏者,如《本草纲目》云:“益肾气,健脾胃。”因其含有较多的营养成分,又容易消化吸收,可作为食品长期使用。《神农本草经》云其“补中,益气力,长肌肉”,故对于慢性病或病后虚弱,需营养调补而脾运不健者,则是佳品,如薏米山药粥。
现代医学研究证实:山药的主要成分为淀粉酶,能刺激胃肠道运动,促进肠内物排空,增加小肠吸收功能,有助于消化,降压,降糖,防治心血管疾病。山药的提纯淀粉能降低类脂浓度,同时降低主动脉和心脏的糖的浓度及胆固醇的浓度。山药富含多糖,可刺激和调节免疫系统,能增加血液白细胞含量,加强白细胞的吞噬作用,因此山药可作为人们增加免疫能力的保健药。山药中含有蛋白质(包括人体所需要的16种氨基酸)、糖类、维生素类等有效成分,具有较好的延缓衰老的作用,显著延长生命,经常食用山药,有益健康。
桑椹为桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥果穗。
【性味与归经】甘、酸,寒。归肝、肾经。
【功效】滋阴补血,生津润燥。
【应用】适用于眩晕耳鸣、心悸失眠、须发早白、津伤口渴、内热消渴、血虚便秘、目暗,耳鸣、瘰疬、关节不利。
《滇南本草》:“益肾脏而固精,久服黑发明目。”
《随息隐居食谱》:“滋肝肾,充血液,祛风湿,健步履,息虚风,清虚火。”
《本草拾遗》:“利五脏关节,通血气。久服不饥,安魂镇神,令人聪明,变白不老。”
现代医学研究证实:桑椹含糖、鞣酸、苹果酸及维生素B1、B2,C和胡萝卜素。桑椹油的脂肪酸主要由亚油酸和硬脂酸、油酸等组成。有改善皮肤(包括头皮)血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩及乌发等作用,并能延缓衰老,是健体美颜、抗衰老的佳果与良药。常食桑椹可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。桑葚具有免疫促进作用,对脾脏有增重作用,对溶血性反应有增强作用,可防止人体动脉硬化、骨骼关节硬化,促进新陈代谢。它可以促进血红细胞的生长,防止白细胞减少,并对治疗糖尿病、贫血、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、神经衰弱等病症具有辅助功效。适量食用能促进胃液分泌,刺激肠蠕动及解除燥热。
葛根为豆科植物野葛Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi的干燥根。
【性味与归经】甘、辛,凉。归脾、胃、肺经。
【功效】解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒毒。
【应用】用于外感发热头痛,项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻,眩晕头痛,中风偏瘫,胸痹心痛,酒毒伤中。
《本草纲目》:“葛根,性凉、气平、味甘,具清热、降火、排毒诸功效。”
《本草正义》:“最能开发脾胃清阳之气。”
现代医学研究证实:葛根主要含碳水化合物,植物蛋白,多种维生素,氨基酸和矿物质,此外还含有黄酮类物质:大豆素,大豆甙,还有大豆素-4,7-二葡萄糖甙,葛根素,葛根素-7-木糖甙,葛根醇,葛根藤及异黄酮甙等。葛根中的异黄酮类化合物葛根素对高血压、高血脂、高血糖和心脑血管疾病有一定疗效。葛根中提出的黄酮能增加脑及冠状血管血流量。经研究发现异黄酮在野葛中的含量跟活性远高于大豆,经常吃野葛食品能姿容养颜,促进皮肤白皙、光润、细腻,使女性焕发青春光彩,同时对更年期综合症有调理作用。随着年龄增长,身体对钙的吸收减少,钙降低,骨骼脱钙,容易发生骨质疏松症,经常食用野葛制品可预防骨质疏松。
乌梅为蔷薇科植物梅Prunus mume(Sieb.)Sieb.et Zucc.的干燥近成熟果实。夏季果实近成熟时采收,低温烘干后闷至色变黑。
【性味与归经】酸、涩,平。归肝、脾、肺、大肠经。
【功效】敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔。
【应用】用于肺虚久咳,久泻久痢,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛。
《本经》:主下气,除热烦满,安心,肢体痛,偏枯不仁,死肌,去青黑痣、恶肉。
《别录》:止下痢,好唾口干。利筋脉,去痹。
《纲目》:敛肺涩肠,治久嗽,泻痢,反胃噎膈,蛔厥吐利,消肿,涌痰,杀虫,解鱼毒、马汗毒、硫黄毒。
现代医学研究证实:乌梅水煎液(1∶1)对炭疽杆菌、白喉和类白喉杆菌、枯草杆菌、葡萄球菌(金黄色、柠檬色、白色)、肺炎球菌皆有抑制作用,对大肠杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、变形杆菌、伤寒和副伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌等肠内致病菌也有效;乌梅对蛔虫有兴奋、刺激蛔虫后退的作用;乌梅能增加胆汁的分泌,并能使胆汁趋于酸性,有增加食欲,促进消化,刺激唾液腺、胃腺分泌消化液的作用;亦有显著的整肠作用,促进肠蠕动,消除炎症;同时又有收缩肠壁的作用,因而可以用于治疗腹泻。
决明子为豆科植物决明Cassia obtuse folia L.或小决明Cassia tora L.的干燥成熟种子。
【性味与归经】甘、苦、咸,微寒。归肝、大肠经。
【功效】清热明目,润肠通便。
【应用】用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪,头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结。
《本经》:治青盲,目淫肤赤白膜,眼赤痛,泪出,久服益精光。
《别录》:疗唇口青。
《药性论》:利五脏,除肝家热。
《日华子本草》:助肝气,益精水;调末涂,消肿毒,熁太阳穴治头痛,又贴脑心止鼻衄;作枕胜黑豆,治头风,明目。
现代医学研究证实:决明子含有多种维生素和丰富的氨基酸、脂肪、碳水化合物等,具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目等功能,常饮决明子茶,可使血压正常,大便通畅,老眼不花。临床实验证明,喝决明子茶可以清肝明目、防止视力模糊、降血压、降血脂、减少胆固醇等,对于防治冠心病、高血压都有不错的疗效;而且决明子富含维生素A及锌,可防治夜盲症以及避免小儿缺锌。此外,决明子茶润肠通便的功能也能解决现代人肠胃及便秘的问题,可以治疗大便燥结,帮助顺利排便。
甘草为豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.、胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrhiza glabra L.的干燥根和根茎。
【性味与归经】甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。
【功效】补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。
【应用】用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
《药品化义》:甘草,生用凉而泻火,主散表邪,消痈肿,利咽痛,解百药毒,除胃积热,去尿管痛,此甘凉除热之力也。炙用温而补中,主脾虚滑泻,胃虚口渴,寒热咳嗽,气短困倦,劳役虚损,此甘温助脾之功也。但味厚而太甜,补药中不宜多用,恐恋膈不思食也。
现代医学研究证实:甘草有抗炎和抗变态反映的功能,因此在西医临床上主要作为缓和剂。甘草能缓解咳嗽,祛痰,治疗咽痛、咽喉炎;甘草或甘草次酸有去氧皮质酮类作用,对慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症有良好功效;甘草制剂能促进胃部粘液形成和分泌,延长上皮细胞寿命,有抗炎活性,常用于慢性溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的治疗;甘草的黄酮具有消炎、解痉和抗酸作用。
桑叶为桑科植物桑Morus alba L.的干燥叶。
【性味与归经】甘、苦,寒。归肺、肝经。
【功效】疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目。
【应用】用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。
《本草纲目》:桑叶乃手、足阳明之药,治劳热咳嗽,明目长发,止消渴。
《本经逢原》:桑叶清肺胃,祛风明目。取经霜者煎汤,洗风眼下泪。同黑芝麻蜜丸久服,须发不白,不老延年。
《本经》言除寒热出汗,即《大明》蒸熟捣盒风痛出汗之谓。煎饮利五脏,通关节下气。煎酒服,治一切风。桑根烧灰淋汁,与石灰点面上风,灭痣,去恶肉。
现代医学研究证实:桑叶中富含黄酮类、生物碱类、植物甾醇、γ-氨基丁酸、多糖类等化学成分。具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖、降胆固醇、抗凝血、抗血栓形成和抗动脉粥样硬化作用;抑菌、抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤作用;抗衰老、抗疲劳作用。亦有改善胃肠功能、润肠通便及减肥作用。
百合为百合科植物卷丹Lilium lancifolium Thunb、百合L ilium brownii F.E.Brown var.viridulum Baker或细叶百合Lilium pumilum DC的干燥肉质鱗叶。
【性味与归经】甘,寒。归心、肺经。
【功效】养阴润肺,清心安神。
【应用】用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。
《神农本草经》:味甘,平。主治邪气腹胀,心痛,利大、小便,补中益气。
《本草》:主邪气腹胀心痛,利大小便,补中益气,除浮肿胪胀,痞满寒热,遍身疼痛,及乳难喉痹,止涕泪。
《日华子本草》:安心,定胆,益志,养五藏,治癫邪,啼泣,狂叫,惊悸,杀蛊毒气,胁痈乳痈发背及诸疮肿,并治产后血狂运。
现代医学研究证实:百合除含有蛋白质21.29%、脂肪12.43%、还原糖11.47%、淀粉1.61%,及钙、磷、铁、每百克含1.443毫克维生素B、21.2毫克维生素C等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。百合还具有镇咳祛痰、镇静、强壮、抗癌等作用。
三、功能学评价
发明产品对糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖及糖耐量的影响
【试验动物】
昆明种小鼠120只,雄性,体重25~30g。
【试验方法】
1、高血糖动物模型建立
小鼠适应性喂养3d后,取100只禁食(不禁水)12h,腔腹注射四氧嘧啶(120mg/kg),空白对照组注射等量的生理盐水。3d后禁食12h后,从内眦取血测定空腹血糖,以血糖值高于10.0mmol/L为糖尿病小鼠模型。造模成功90只。
2、动物分组及给药:
选40只糖尿病小鼠随机分成4组,每组10只,分别为模型对照组,发明产品低、中、高剂量组(2.5g/kg、5g/kg、10g/kg),另选10只正常小鼠作为正常对照组(未造模)。按0.2ml/10g体积给小鼠每天灌胃1次,正常对照组和模型对照组给予等体积蒸馏水,连续灌胃4周。
3、实验步骤:
3.1降低小鼠空腹血糖实验
40只糖尿病小鼠按分组及给药方法末次给药后,禁食4h但不禁水,从内眦静脉取血,利用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定各组小鼠的空腹血糖。比较各实验组和模型对照组的空腹血糖值及血糖下降百分率。血糖下降百分率(%)=(给药前血糖值-给药后血糖值)/给药前血糖值×100%。
3.2糖耐量实验
40只糖尿病小鼠按分组及给药方法末次给药后,禁食4h但不禁水,再给一次受试液。15min后,各组灌胃给予葡萄糖溶液(2.0g/kg),分别于给葡萄糖之后0、0.5、2h从内眦静脉取血测定血糖值,按以下公式计算各组动物给葡萄糖后各时问点血糖曲线下面积:血糖曲线下面积AUC=0.25×(0h血糖值+4×0.5h血糖值+3×2h血糖值)。
【试验结果】
1、发明产品对糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖的影响
注射四氧嘧啶造模后,各组小鼠的空腹血糖值远高于10mmol/L。给予小鼠发明产品4周后,各剂量组的空腹血糖值均低于模型对照组;血糖下降百分率均高于模型对照组,发明产品低剂量组的给药后血糖值与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),发明产品中、高剂量组的给药后血糖值与模型对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。发明产品低、中、高剂量组的血糖下降百分率与模型对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。见表1。
注:与模型对照组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
2、发明产品对糖尿病小鼠糖耐量的影响
与正常组比较,模型组的糖耐量血糖曲线下面积AUC显著升高(P<0.01),提示小鼠的葡萄糖耐量水平已严重受损。发明产品给药4周后,与模型组比较,低、中、高三个剂量组AUC均有所下降,其中中、高剂量组的AUC与模型对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结果表明,发明产品能提高糖尿病小鼠对葡萄糖的耐受能力。见表2。
注:与正常对照组比较,##P<0.01;与模型对照组比较,*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
【试验结论】
通过糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖实验及糖耐量实验,证明发明产品具有一定的降血糖作用,且有助于提高糖尿病小鼠对葡萄糖的耐受能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1提取物及产品的制备
按最佳重量配比称取枸杞子1000份、黄精1000份、茯苓1000份、山药1500份、桑葚1000份、葛根1500份、乌梅900份、决明子1200份、甘草600份、桑叶700份、百合900份。加10倍量去离子水煮提2次,每次2小时,煮提液过滤、离心(3000转/分)30分钟,取上清液,浓缩至药液比1∶2(60℃),后加入天然吸附澄清剂(4%澄清剂A,8%澄清剂B),然后离心(3000转/分)30分钟,取上清液继续浓缩至相对密度≥1.27g·ml-1(60℃)后,带式干燥,粉碎成细粉,分装成10克左右的小包装。
实施例2产品辅助治疗糖尿病
个案报道
李××,女,53岁。被诊断II型糖尿病,出现多食、多饮、多尿、倦怠乏力、反应迟钝,手指活动不灵,不想走路,夜间小腿抽筋等症状,服食本发明产品每日3袋,连续4个月后,病人空腹血糖值有所下降,多食、多饮、多尿症状减轻,身体精神状态好转,小腿不再出现抽筋现象。
Claims (4)
1.一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方,其特征在于所用的原料及其重量份数:枸杞子600-1400份、黄精600-1500份、茯苓600-1500份、山药1000-2000份、桑椹800-1300份、葛根1000-2000份、乌梅600-1200份、决明子900-1500份、甘草200-1000份、桑叶500-1000份、百合600-1200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方,其特征在于所用的原料及其最佳重量配比:枸杞子1000份、黄精1000份、茯苓1000份、山药1500份、桑葚1000份、葛根1500份、乌梅900份、决明子1200份、甘草600份、桑叶700份、百合900份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方及其制备方法,其特征在于制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)将配方中各原料置于煮提锅中,浸润30分钟,然后加入10倍量的去离子水,室温浸泡2小时;然后加热至沸腾,煮沸提取2小时,倾出水提液,过滤;
(2)再次加入原料10倍量的去离子水,煮沸提取2小时,倾出水提液,过滤;
(3)合并步骤(1)、(2)所得滤液,冷却,离心,弃去沉淀,收集上清液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的滤液浓缩,添加天然吸附澄清剂,弃去沉淀,收集上清液;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的上清液浓缩,干燥,粉碎,分装成10克的小包装。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种有助于降低血糖的养生保健食品配方,其特征在于:本发明用于高血糖症,有效缓解高血糖症人群“三多一少”、倦怠乏力、反应迟钝、手指活动不灵等症状。
