Description

本申请是原案申请日为2009年9月17日、申请号为200980158896.3、发明名称为《具有内部凸纹的瓶颈及其制造方法》的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及制造一种长颈瓶,所述长颈瓶在瓶的颈部上具有至少一个用于在分配期间影响流动通过瓶的颈部的流体的流动的内部凸起。
背景技术
长颈瓶在饮料包装行业很受欢迎,尤其是用于包装啤酒。本发明的主要目的是提供一种长颈瓶,所述长颈瓶在瓶的颈部上具有至少一个用于在分配期间影响通过瓶的颈部的流体的流动的内部凸起。
本公开包括有许多能够单独实施也可以相互组合的方面。
发明内容
根据本公开的一个方面,一种具有单件式整体成型的玻璃或金属构造的长颈瓶,具有主体,所述主体具有闭合的基部和远离所述基部位于所述主体的端部的肩部,以及沿着轴线从所述肩部延伸且终止于颈部端部的颈部,用于封闭件的附接。所述瓶的颈部包括至少一个内部凸起用于影响从所述主体通过所述颈部的液体的流动。在本公开的示例性实施例中,所述至少一个内部凸起包括至少一个内部环形肋或与所述颈部的轴线共面的至少一个内部肋,或者至少一个内部螺旋肋,或者至少一个内部椭圆肋。
根据本公开的另一方面,一种制造长颈瓶的方法,包括成型半成品或预成型品,并将所述半成品吹制成长颈瓶。在所述半成品成型期间和/或将所述半成品吹制成长颈瓶期间,在瓶的颈部上形成至少一个内部肋。可以通过在半成品成型操作中在所述颈部上成型外部肋,并在所述吹制操作中将所述外部肋推入所述颈部中来成型所述至少一个内部肋。在另一个示例性的实施例中,所述至少一个内部肋通过在所述半成品成型和/或所述瓶吹制操作中,在所述颈部上成型至少一个外部通道并在所述颈部上成型对应的内部肋而成型所述至少一个内部肋。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的一个示例性实施例的长颈瓶20,其包括具有闭合的基部24和肩部26的瓶主体22,以及沿着轴线29从肩部26延伸至瓶口30的瓶的颈部28(图2和图3)。颈部28终止于轮廓适于附接所需封闭件的颈部端部32。瓶20具有总的高度34,颈部28(包括颈颈端部32)具有高度36。为了本发明的目的,术语“长颈瓶”被定义为一种瓶,其中瓶的颈部的高度36至少占瓶的总高度34的25%。在本公开的示例性的实施例中,颈部的高度36占瓶高度34的33%至40%。
长颈瓶20具有单件式整体成型的构造,优选地具有玻璃或金属构造。(术语“整体成型的构造”并不排除例如美国专利4740401公开的类型的单件式整体模制的层状玻璃构造,或者在瓶成型操作后加入其他结构的单件式玻璃或金属瓶。)能在挤压-吹制制造操作中制造长颈玻璃瓶。将熔化的玻璃装料或球坯放置在坯模里,将柱塞移至所述坯模中以抵靠所述坯模的内表面形成熔化的玻璃球坯。然后将所述玻璃预成型品或半成品从所述坯模中移除并放置在吹模中,其中所述半成品主体和所述颈部的主要部分通过朝所述吹模的内部表面吹气(通常是空气)而拉伸,同时所述保持颈部端部在坯模中所形成的几何形状。也能在吹制-吹制制造操作中成型长颈玻璃瓶。长颈金属瓶能由任何合适的技术成型。
根据本公开,至少一个内部特征或凸起形成在瓶的颈部28上,用于影响在分配期间通过瓶的颈部的液体的流动。在图1-4所示的实施例中,这样的内部特征或凸起采用螺旋环绕轴线29的多个内部肋40的形式,其优选与主体22共轴,并形成瓶的中心轴线。螺旋肋40优选基本上相同且相互间隔相同的角度。当液体产品,诸如啤酒、苏打或其他饮料,从瓶22中分配时,螺旋内部肋40对液体产生漩涡作用。
图5-8示意了根据本公开的第二示例性的实施例的长颈瓶42。与在图1-4的瓶20中的元件相同或基本相同的在瓶42中的元件(并在图9-17中的瓶中)对应地用相同的附图标记来表示。在瓶42中,瓶的颈部43的内部凸起或肋采用闭合椭圆肋44的形式。每个椭圆肋44优选被设置在与轴线29成角度的平面上。在图5-8的示例性实施例中具有3个椭圆肋44。椭圆肋44优选是在与所述瓶的轴线29成角度的间隔且平行的平面上。当从瓶42分配液体饮料时,液体流经肋44时易于搅动所述液体并从所述液体中释放气体,例如帮助形成啤酒头或给酒充气。
图9-11示意了长颈瓶46,其中所述在颈部48上的内部凸起采用成角度间隔的纵向肋50的形式。每个肋50与轴线29是共面的。在图9-12的实例中,颈部48基本上是锥形的,每个肋50都是直线的且与轴线29成角度。如果颈部48具有图13的膨胀配置,纵向肋50可以是曲线但仍然与轴线29共面。肋50在所述瓶的颈部的方向上延伸,即肋50与产品流动通过所述瓶的颈部的方向不成角度。所以肋50易于引导产品流动并减少分配期间的产品搅动。
图13-16示意了根据本公开的第四示例性的实施例的长颈瓶52。与图1-12中的更圆锥的几何形状的瓶的颈部28、43、48相比,瓶52具有示例性膨胀的几何形状的颈部54。瓶52中的内部凸起包括至少一个环形内部肋56,所述至少一个环形内部肋56设置在与颈部54的纵向轴线29垂直的平面上。在图13-16的示例中,在颈部54内表面上有一对轴向间隔的在平行的平面中的内部肋56。当通过瓶的颈部分配产品时肋56易于搅动产品,例如释放气体并易于形成啤酒头。
图17示出了长颈酒瓶60,其具有主体62和带有软木塞状的端部66的颈部64。螺旋肋68形成于颈部64的内表面上。图17也示出了瓶的颈部上的内部凸起并不必要局限于颈部,也可以延伸至瓶的主体62内。
虽然可以采用吹制操作,但长颈瓶可以通过形成预成型品或半成品来制造,诸如通过柱塞式压力操作。然后,将半成品从所述半成品模或坯模中移至吹制模,其中在吹制操作中形成瓶的颈部和主体。通常在半成品成型操作中成型瓶的颈部端部32或66的最终形状,同时,在吹制操作中改进瓶的颈部和瓶主体。附图中所示的示例性的实施例包括用于附接螺纹封闭件的螺纹颈端部32。但是,颈部端部可以具有任何合适的几何形状,诸如用于瓶盖压接的皇冠端部几何形状或者软木塞形端部66。
表示本公开特点的瓶的颈部上的内部凸起可以由任何合适的操作形成。在本公开的一个示例性的实施例中,内部颈部凸起根据US2009/0084799A1公开的内容来成型。简单地说,坯模主体具有内部表面,该内部表面具有至少一个具有预定几何形状的凹陷或凹穴(在本公开中是肋形几何形状),该预定几何形状对应于在瓶的颈部上的所需内部凸起的几何形状。半成品的颈部部分被推靠在坯模主体的内部表面,在半成品的颈部部分形成至少一个外部凸起,对应于在模主体内部表面的至少一个内部凸起。随后,当半成品被吹抵靠在吹模的内表面时,有效地推动半成品颈部上的外部凸起通过颈部的壁,以形成与半成品上的外部凸起对应的至少一个内部凸起。根据本公开在瓶的颈部上成型至少一个内部凸起,优选但是不必须地是肋形,并不妨碍还在瓶主体上形成内部的功能性的和/或装饰性的凸起。
图18示出了一种可替代的制造方法,在根据本公开的瓶的颈部70上的所述至少一个内部凸起可以由在半成品成型或吹制半成品形成瓶的操作期间,在瓶的颈部上形成至少一个外部通道72并在瓶的颈部上形成对应的内部肋74来制成。如果在半成品成型操作期间成型外部通道和对应的内部肋,那么外部通道在瓶的吹制操作中将易于于消失。
总之,根据本公开的长颈瓶是单件式整体成型构造,且具有占瓶的总高度或长度至少25%,优选占总瓶长的至少33%至40%的的颈部。瓶的颈部具有至少一个内部凸起,用于在液体的分配期间影响液体通过瓶的颈部的流动。在本公开的若干示例性实施例中,这种内部凸起包括螺旋肋(图1-4和图17)用于对在分配期间的液体产生漩涡作用,纵向肋(图9-12)用于在分配期间阻止漩涡作用,以及椭圆肋(图5-8)或环形肋(图13-16)用于在分配期间搅动液体。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有单件式整体成型结构的瓶,其具有主体,所述主体具有封闭的底部和位于远离所述底部的所述主体的一端的肩部,以及沿着轴线从所述肩部延伸并终止于颈端部的颈部,所述颈端部用于连接封闭件,
其中所述颈部包括用于影响液体从所述主体经过所述颈部的流动的多个成角地间隔的螺旋内部肋,
其中所述颈部在所述颈端部和所述肩部之间是圆锥形的,并且所述螺旋内部肋在所述颈部内设置在所述颈部的圆锥形部位处且设置在与所述颈端部的内表面间隔开的位置处;以及
其中所述多个成角度地间隔的螺旋内部肋完全设置在所述颈部内且不会延伸到所述肩部或所述主体上。

其中所述颈部在所述颈端部和所述肩部之间是圆锥形的,并且所述螺旋内部肋或者所述多个椭圆肋完全在所述颈部内设置在所述颈部的圆锥形部位处且设置在与所述颈端部的内表面间隔开的位置处且不会延伸到所述肩部;以及
其中所述多个成角度地间隔的螺旋内部肋或者所述多个椭圆肋完全设置在所述在所述颈部内且不会延伸到所述肩部或所述主体上。
5.一种具有单件式整体成型结构的瓶,其具有主体,所述主体具有封闭的底部和位于远离所述底部的所述主体的一端的肩部,以及沿着轴线从所述肩部延伸并终止于颈端部的颈部,所述颈端部用于连接封闭件,
其中所述颈部包括用于影响液体从所述主体经过所述颈部的流动的多个间隔的内部特征,
其中所述颈部在所述颈端部和所述肩部之间加宽,并且所述内部特征设置在与所述颈端部的内表面间隔开的位置处的所述颈部的内表面上;以及
其中所述多个间隔的内部特征完全设置在所述颈部内且不会延伸到所述肩部或所述主体上。
