Abstract
本发明新涉及一种旋转焊接装置,工作台上安装有慢速变频电机和移动平台,在慢速变频电机上固定有焊接零件和焊接缝,在移动平台上固定有焊枪和焊枪升降电机,通过慢速变频电机带动焊接零件上的焊接缝匀速转动,同时焊枪由焊枪升降电机和移动平台控制,始终保持焊枪与焊接缝之间有一个稳定的焊接工作距离,从而实现焊接零部件、异形焊接缝的连续自动焊接,更有效地获得稳定的焊接质量,并实现其高效生产。

本发明是一种旋转焊接装置,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
目前的焊接装置,大多使用人工焊接,或半机械式的机械旋转手工焊接的方式,焊接点不均匀,表面不光滑,焊接质量不高,工作量比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种旋转焊接装置,通过工作台上的慢速变频电机的匀速转动,使焊枪自动焊接零部件,实现焊接点均匀、光滑、美观,稳定了焊接质量,提高了工作效率的目的。
其目的是这样实现的,一种旋转焊接装置是由工作台、慢速变频电机、焊接零件、焊接缝、焊枪、焊枪升降电机、移动平台组成;工作台上安装有慢速变频电机和移动平台,在慢速变频电机上固定有焊接零件和焊接缝,在移动平台上固定有焊枪和焊枪升降电机,同时焊枪与焊接缝保持一定的工作距离。
通过慢速变频电机带动焊接零件上的焊接缝匀速转动,同时焊枪由焊枪升降电机和移动平台控制,始终保持焊枪与焊接缝之间有一个稳定的焊接工作距离,从而实现焊接零部件、异形焊接缝的连续自动焊接,更有效地获得稳定的焊接质量,并实现其高效生产。

下面结合图1详细说明本发明提出的具体工作情况,慢速变频电机2带动焊接零件3的焊接缝4匀速转动,同时,焊枪5由焊接升降机6和移动平台7控制,始终保持焊枪5与焊接缝4之间有一个稳定的焊接工作距离,从而实现焊接零部件、异形焊接缝4的连续自动焊接,更有效地获取稳定的焊接质量,并实现其高效生产。

1.一种旋转焊接装置是由工作台、慢速变频电机、焊接零件、焊接缝、焊枪、焊枪升降电机、移动平台组成;其特征是:工作台上安装有慢速变频电机和移动平台,在慢速变频电机上固定有焊接零件和焊接缝,在移动平台上固定有焊枪和焊枪升降电机,同时焊枪与焊接缝保持一定的工作距离。
