Abstract

本发明板式弹簧保险杠:装在汽车上使用。撞车数以千计,惨象横生,现有的保险杠难起到保险的作用。用弹簧的缓冲作用减震,用齿条和顶簧收住撞车能量。制作价廉、好装、好用,由于撞车的能量被收存,故而能降低人员的死伤率,大大减少了经济损失。

技术领域  装在汽车上使用。
背景技术  撞车数以千计,惨象横生,现有的保险杠难起到保险的作用。
发明内容  用弹簧的缓冲作用减震,用齿条和顶簧收住撞车能量。
具体实施方式  用弹簧钢制作一钢条,该钢条的长、宽、厚分别设为X、Y、Z;将钢条的两头碰接在一起形成一个圆,将该圆压制成一个枣核形状,该制作物以下简称弹簧圈;在弹簧圈即上述枣核形状的腰部两侧对钻两圆孔,用一根螺丝穿过两孔并用螺帽拧住,该螺丝的轴线须将弹簧圈、上下左右均分;选择一辆汽车,该汽车以下简称车子,将车子的保险杠拆下,将上述弹簧圈居中、对称、平行铆接在车子两根大梁的前端,铆接时须保证上述弹簧圈与车子皆保持水平,上述螺丝的轴线与车子两大梁的延长线平行,戴螺丝帽一侧朝向车子的后方;将上述螺丝置换成齿条,齿条的一端用球头和球头卡簧固定在弹簧圈的内侧原来的螺丝孔上,齿条的齿须做成“倒刺”形状,齿面向下,“倒刺”的钩尖指向车子正面的前下方,使得该齿条通过下述的矩形孔时好进不好出;上述螺丝帽置换成顶簧,该顶簧安装后能将上述齿条背面顶住,使得齿条通过下述矩形孔向车子后方运行时只得进不得出;将上述弹簧圈上另一个螺丝孔改成适合上述齿条穿过的矩形孔,该矩形孔的四个边皆比上述齿条最大的横切面的四个边、长8到12毫米,使得齿条任意方向改变30度角时皆好通过且被上述螺丝帽置换的顶簧顶住,由于上述“倒刺”的功能使得上述齿条只能向车尾后方前进,不能倒退;齿条和顶簧的制作安装要求:从车子前方按压弹簧圈,每按压进2公分、上述顶簧皆能把齿条顶住不得回缩,直到弹簧圈的两个内侧面基本贴合;松开上述顶簧并且将齿条向上掀动,齿条能迅速缩回到原位;上述X、Y、Z的值和齿条的长度以及钢材的质量须根据车辆大小选择,但选择制作安装后必须符合下述要求:在装上上述弹簧保险杠的车子、在按正常速度行驶时、撞上前方坚固的墙面后、弹簧圈内侧的两个中心面之间的距离不大于2公分、不小于1公分,上述中心是指上述两个“枣尖”之间的二分之一处;松开上述顶簧,掀动齿条,弹簧圈能回位成原来形状;在实际产品设计制作时可将弹簧圈前内侧中间加衬一块短的、拱形弹簧钢板;两头的“枣尖”形状压制成半圆的形状;齿条和顶簧增加到两个至三个,使得(撞到哪里哪里瘪)。将弹簧圈的前端装饰一下使车辆外形美观如初。上述制作如能与车子的油门、刹车控制系统联动效果会更佳。
本发明有益效果  制作价廉、好装、好用,由于撞车的能量被收存,故而能降低人员的死伤率,大大减少了经济损失。

Claims (1)
