Abstract
The invention discloses a system updating method and a device in an intelligent television. The method comprises the following steps: sending an inquiry request to an updating server by responding to an online update starting operation triggered in an update application program; receiving a reply command sent by the updating server, and judging whether the intelligent television system has updating information or not, wherein, when the reply command comprises a first command, judging that update of first edition information exists, and when reply command comprises a second command, judging that update of second edition information exists; when the reply command is a third command, judging that no update is available; and displaying the judgment result. The method and device disclosed by the invention solve the problem that in the prior art, when the intelligent television is updated, the user cannot select proper updating manner according to actual demands, and realizes the effect that the user can select proper edition to update according to the demands. Furthermore, the user experience is enhanced.

Background
Televisions are widely used in life as information distribution terminals. With the development of internet technology, smart televisions are occupying more and more important positions in people's lives.

Optionally, after updating the display interface in the upgrade application, the method further includes: in response to a triggered instruction for selecting the first icon, upgrading the first version information of the intelligent television system; or in response to a triggered instruction for selecting the second icon, upgrading the second version information of the intelligent television system.

Example 1
Embodiment 1 of the present invention provides a method for upgrading a system in an intelligent television, where fig. 1 shows an optional flowchart of the method, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:

1. A system upgrading method in an intelligent television is characterized by comprising the following steps:
responding to an online upgrade starting operation triggered in an upgrade application program, and sending a query request to an upgrade server for querying whether upgrade information exists in the intelligent television system, wherein the upgrade server is a server for providing upgrade information for the intelligent television;
receiving a reply instruction sent by the upgrade server, and judging whether the intelligent television system has upgrade information according to the reply instruction, wherein when the reply instruction comprises a first instruction, the intelligent television system is judged to have upgrade of the first version information, and when the reply instruction comprises a second instruction, the intelligent television system is judged to have upgrade of the second version information; when the reply instruction is a third instruction, judging that the intelligent television system is not upgraded, wherein the upgrading of the first version information and the upgrading of the second version information correspond to upgrading information with different attributes respectively;
and displaying the judgment result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first version information is a stable version of the upgrade server that meets first predetermined requirements after being tested for a first predetermined time; the second version information is a development version which meets a second preset requirement after the upgrade server passes through a second preset time, wherein the second preset time is less than the first preset time.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the displaying the determination result comprises:
updating a display interface in the upgrading application program, wherein the display interface in the upgrading application program comprises a first icon and a second icon, the first icon is marked when the intelligent television system is upgraded with first version information, and the second icon is marked when the intelligent television system is upgraded with second version information; and when the intelligent television system is not upgraded, not marking the icon.
4. The method of claim 3, after the updating the display interface in the upgrade application, further comprising:
responding to a triggered instruction for selecting a first icon, and upgrading first version information of the intelligent television system; or,
and in response to a triggered instruction for selecting the second icon, upgrading the second version information of the intelligent television system.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and responding to the start of the offline upgrade operation triggered in the upgrade application program, reading an upgrade file in the corresponding external storage device in the intelligent television, and controlling the intelligent television system to perform offline upgrade.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the reading of the upgrade file in the external storage device corresponding to the smart television and the controlling of the smart television system to perform offline upgrade includes:
responding to a triggered determination instruction, and determining external storage equipment which provides an upgrading file required by offline upgrading for the smart television in the external equipment connected with the smart television;
scanning the determined external storage equipment, and determining an upgrade file which is required to be used for offline upgrade of the intelligent television;
and responding to a triggered offline upgrade instruction, reading the determined upgrade file, and completing the offline upgrade of the intelligent television.
7. A system upgrading device in an intelligent television is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a sending unit, an upgrading application program and an upgrading server, wherein the sending unit is used for responding to the starting of online upgrading operation triggered in the upgrading application program and sending an inquiry request to the upgrading server to inquire whether the intelligent television system has upgrading information or not, and the upgrading server is a server for providing the upgrading information for the intelligent television;
