发明所要解决的课题
在飞机发动机的领域中,热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与强化纤维的复合材料(FRP)作为重量轻且具有高强度的原材料,备受瞩目,尝试将FRP作为风扇壳的构成材料来应用。

另外,风扇壳为了确保与匹配部件的组装精度,利用机械加工将连结部精加工为最终形状,就以FRP为构成材料的风扇壳而言,在精加工为最终形状后,使用超声波转换器(超声波探头)130进行超声波探伤检查,需要确保没有以机械加工为起因的层间剥离等内部缺陷。
即,在层弯曲的凸缘部,应力尤其容易集中,在层间剥离检查中,是尤其重要的检查场所。超声波检测相对于对象物入射声波,测量通过或反射的声波,但当此时在对象物表面上具有台阶或不连续时,则声波散射,难以正确测定。
更具体地说,如图4所示,当加工区域113的区域端114位于弯曲部115的小径侧的曲面时,加工区域113的区域端114容易成为相对于顺滑的面(在该场合,弯曲部115的小径侧的曲面)的加工台阶(加工未对准),散射从超声波转换器130向弯曲部115发送的超声波USW反射波,存在难以以较高的水平确保相对于风扇壳的超声波探伤检查的检查精度之类的问题。
另外,上述问题不仅在以FRP为构成材料的风扇壳,在以FRP为构成材料的多种成形部件中都产生。
根据本发明,能够提供能不降低复合材料的纤维强度地进行高精度的超声波检查的成形部件。用于解决课题的方法
根据本发明的技术方案,以热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与强化纤维的复合材料为构成材料,能使用连结件在与匹配部件对接的状态下连结的成形部件(层叠部件),具备:部件主体;凸缘,其通过弯曲的弯曲部一体形成在上述部件主体的至少一端侧,形成有能供上述连结件插通的插通孔,并能与上述匹配部件对接;追加衬垫,其从上述凸缘的对接侧的相反侧(连结座面侧)的外表面经过上述弯曲部的小径侧的曲面追加到上述部件主体的外表面的一端侧,并一体地设置,形成有与上述凸缘的上述插通孔整合且能供上述连结件插通的通孔。另外,在上述追加衬垫的外表面侧通过机械加工形成能支撑上述连结件的一部分,且与上述部件主体的外表面垂直且平坦的连结座面,被机械加工的加工区域的区域端(区域终端)超过上述弯曲部定位于上述部件主体侧。
另外,所谓“成形部件”,并不限于用于飞机发动机的风扇壳,还包括以热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与强化纤维的复合材料为构成材料的多种成形部件。

具体实施方式
参照图1A、图1B、图2及图3说明本发明的实施方式。另外,图中,“FF”表示前方向,“FR”表示后方向。
如图2及图3所示,本发明的实施方式的筒状的风扇壳1用于飞机发动机3,覆盖飞机发动机3的多个风扇叶片5,以热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与强化纤维的复合材料(FRP)为构成材料。
另外,风扇壳1使用由连结螺栓B与螺母N构成的多个连结件7,能在与飞机发动机3的发动机壳9(匹配部件的一个例子)及后壳11(匹配部件的一个例子)对接的状态下连结。
风扇壳1具备作为部件主体的筒状的壳主体13,该壳主体13向壳轴向(前后方向)延伸。另外,在壳主体13的前端侧(一端侧)通过弯曲的前弯曲部19一体地形成能与发动机壳9的对象凸缘15对接的环状的前凸缘17,在该前凸缘17上,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成能供连结螺栓B插通的多个(只图示一个)前插通孔17h。
另外,在壳主体13的后端侧(另一端侧)通过弯曲的后弯曲部25一体形成能与后壳11的对象凸缘21对接的环状的后凸缘23,在该后凸缘23上,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成能供连结螺栓B插通的多个(只图示一个)后插通孔23h。
在此,壳主体13、前凸缘17、前弯曲部19、后凸缘23以及后弯曲部25由环氧树脂、苯酚树脂或聚酰亚胺树脂等热固化性树脂与碳素纤维(强化纤维的一个例子)的复合材料构成,具体地说,由含浸了热固化性树脂的共同的碳素纤维的织物(省略图示)及天线(未图示)成形。另外,代替由热固化性树脂与碳素纤维的复合材料构成壳主体13等,可以由聚醚醚酮、聚苯硫醚等热塑性树脂与碳素纤维的复合材料构成。
如图1A及图2所示,从前凸缘17的对接侧的相反侧的外表面经过前弯曲部19的小径侧的曲面到壳主体13的前端侧,追加环状的第一前追加衬垫27并一体地设置。另外,在第一前追加衬垫27的壳主体13侧的端部(端面)形成朝向前端方向逐渐变薄的第一前斜面27s。
另外,在第一前追加衬垫27上,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成能供连结螺栓B插通的多个(只图示一个)第一前通孔27h,各第一前通孔27h与对应的前插通孔17h整合。并且,在第一前追加衬垫27的外表面侧由机械加工形成环状且平坦的前连结座面27f,前连结座面27f能支撑连结螺栓B的头部,并且与壳主体13的外表面垂直。
并且,在第一前追加衬垫27的外表面侧进行机械加工的加工区域PA从第一前追加衬垫27的前凸缘17侧的端面延伸到壳主体13侧的端面,加工区域PA的区域端(区域终端)PAe超过前弯曲部19地定位于壳主体13侧。
在前凸缘17的对接侧的外表面追加环状(圆盘状)的第二前追加衬垫29并一体地设置。另外,在第二前追加衬垫29的壳主体13侧的端部(端面)形成朝向前端方向逐渐变薄的第二前斜面29s。
另外,在第二前追加衬垫29上,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成能供连结螺栓B插通的多个第二前通孔29h,各第二前通孔29h与对应的前插通孔17h整合。另外,在第二前追加衬垫29的外表面侧通过机械加工形成环状且平坦的前对接面29f,前对接面29f能与发动机壳9的对象凸缘15对接,并且与壳主体13的外表面垂直。
另外,在第二前追加衬垫29的外表面侧进行机械加工的加工区域PA从第二前追加衬垫29的前凸缘17侧的端面延伸到壳主体13侧的端面,加工区域PA的区域端PAe位于前弯曲部19的跟前侧。
同样地,如图1B及图2所示,从后凸缘23的对接侧的相反侧的外表面经过后弯曲部25的小径侧的曲面到壳主体13的后端侧,追加环状的第一后追加衬垫31并一体地设置。另外,在第一后追加衬垫31的壳主体13侧的端部(端面)形成朝向前端方向逐渐变薄的第一后斜面31s。另外,在第一后追加衬垫31上,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成能供连结螺栓B插通的多个第一后通孔31h,各第一后通孔31h与对应的后插通孔23h整合。
并且,在第一后追加衬垫31的外表面侧通过机械加工形成环状且平坦的后连结座面31f,后连结座面31f能支撑螺母N的底面,并且与壳主体13的外表面垂直。并且,在第一后追加衬垫31的外表面侧进行机械加工的加工区域PA从第一后追加衬垫31的后凸缘23侧的端面延伸到壳主体13侧的端面,加工区域PA的区域端PAe越过后弯曲部25定位于壳主体13侧。
在后凸缘23的对接侧的外表面追加环状(圆盘状)的第二后追加衬垫33并一体地设置。另外,在第二后追加衬垫33的壳主体13侧的端部(端面)形成朝向前端方向逐渐变薄的第二后斜面33s。并且,在第二后追加衬垫33上,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成能供连结螺栓B插通的多个第二后通孔33h,各第二后通孔33h与对应的后插通孔23h整合。另外,在第二后追加衬垫33的外表面侧通过机械加工,在圆周方向上隔着间隔地形成环状且平坦的后对接面33f,后对接面33f能与后壳11的对象凸缘21对接,并且与壳主体13的外表面垂直。
另外,在第二后追加衬垫33的外表面侧进行机械加工的加工区域PA从第二后追加衬垫33的后凸缘23侧的端面延伸到壳主体13侧的端面,加工区域PA的区域端PAe位于后弯曲部25的跟前侧。
在此,第一前追加衬垫27、第二前追加衬垫29、第一后追加衬垫31、以及第二后追加衬垫33由环氧树脂、苯酚树脂、或聚亚酰胺树脂等热固化性树脂与玻璃纤维(强化纤维的一个例子)的复合材料构成,具体地,通过含浸了热固化性树脂并由玻璃纤维构成的织物(省略图示)成形。即,GFRP(玻璃纤维复合材料)与CFRP(碳素纤维复合材料)相比,加工及加工后的检查容易,不会产生由电传导引起的与螺栓之间的触电。
另外,代替第一前追加衬垫27等由热固化性树脂与玻璃纤维的复合材料构成,可以由聚醚醚酮、聚苯硫醚等热塑性树脂与玻璃纤维的复合材料构成。
从前凸缘17的对接侧的相反侧的外表面到壳主体13的外表面的前端侧,追加环状的第一前追加衬垫27并一体地设置,在第一前追加衬垫27的外表面侧通过机械加工形成多个平坦的前连结座面27f,并且在前凸缘17的对接侧的外表面追加环状的第二前追加衬垫29并一体地设置,在第二前追加衬垫29的外表面侧通过机械加工形成多个平坦的前对接面29f。因此,能尽量消除或尽量减少相对于壳主体13、前凸缘17及前弯曲部19的机械加工,能对风扇壳1进行精加工。
同样地,从后凸缘23的对接侧的相反侧的外表面到壳主体13的外表面的后端侧,追加环状的第一后追加衬垫31并一体地设置,在第一后追加衬垫31的外表面侧通过机械加工形成多个平坦的后连结座面31f,并且在后凸缘23的对接侧的外表面追加环状的第二后追加衬垫33并一体地设置,在第二后追加衬垫33的外表面侧通过机械加工形成多个平坦的后对接面33f。因此,能够尽量消除或尽量减少相对于后凸缘23及后弯曲部25的机械加工,从而能够对风扇壳1进行精加工。
另外,在第一前追加衬垫27的外表面侧通过机械加工形成平坦的前连结座面27f,在第一前追加衬垫27的外表面侧进行机械加工的加工区域PA的区域端PAe越过前弯曲部19并定位于壳主体13侧,因此应力不会集中在特定部位,在通过机械加工将风扇壳1加工为最终形状时,能够尽量消除在风扇壳1的前侧部分(前弯曲部19侧)产生加工台阶(加工未对准)。尤其在第一前追加衬垫27的壳主体13侧的端部形成第一前斜面27s,因此应力进一步扩散,因此能够使风扇壳1的前侧部分的加工台阶的发生率大致为0。
同样地,在第一后追加衬垫31的外表面侧通过机械加工形成平坦的连结座面31f,在第一后追加衬垫31的外表面侧进行机械加工的加工区域PA的区域端PAe越过后弯曲部25并定位于壳主体13侧,因此能够尽量消除在风扇壳1的后侧部分(后弯曲部25侧)产生加工台阶。尤其在第一后追加衬垫31的壳主体13侧的端部形成第一后斜面31s,因此能够使风扇壳1的后侧部分的加工台阶的发生率几乎为0。
因此,根据本发明的实施方式,能够尽量消除在风扇壳1的前侧部分及后侧部分产生加工台阶,因此抑制从超声波转换器(参照图4)向前弯曲部19及后弯曲部25等发送的超声波的反射的紊乱,能够将相对于风扇壳1的超声波探伤检查的检查精度充分地确保到较高水平。
由于能够尽量消除或尽量减少相对于壳主体13等的机械加工,对风扇壳1进行精加工,因此能够减少次品的产生率,能够大幅提高风扇壳1的生产性。
根据本发明的特征,从凸缘的对接侧的相反侧的外表面到部件主体的外表面的一端侧追加追加衬垫并一体地设置,在追加衬垫的外表面侧通过机械加工形成平坦的连结座面,因此能够尽量消除或尽量减少相对于部件主体、凸缘及弯曲部的机械加工,从而能够对成形部件进行精加工。
另外,在上述追加衬垫的外表面侧通过机械加工形成平坦的连结座面,被机械加工的加工区域的区域端越过弯曲部定位于部件主体侧,因此在通过机械加工将成形部件精加工为最终形状时,能够尽量减少在成形部件上产生加工台阶(加工未对准)。
另外,本发明未限定于上述实施方式的说明,例如,通过进行将适用于风扇壳1的技术思想应用于风扇壳1以外的成形部件等其他适当的改变,能以多种样式实施。另外,本发明所含的权利范围未限定于这些实施方式。

Claims (5)
1.一种成形部件,其以热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与强化纤维的复合材料为构成材料,能使用连结件在与匹配部件对接的状态下连结,该成形部件的特征在于,
具备:
部件主体;
凸缘,其通过弯曲的弯曲部一体形成在上述部件主体的至少一端侧,形成有能供上述连结件插通的插通孔,并能与上述匹配部件对接;以及
追加衬垫,其从上述凸缘的对接侧的相反侧的外表面经过上述弯曲部的小径侧的曲面追加到上述部件主体的外表面的一端侧,并一体地设置,形成有与上述凸缘的上述插通孔整合且能供上述连结件插通的通孔,
在上述追加衬垫的外表面侧通过机械加工形成平坦的连结座面,该连结座面能支撑上述连结件的一部分,且与上述部件主体的外表面垂直,被机械加工的加工区域的区域端超过上述弯曲部定位于上述部件主体侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成形部件,其特征在于,
在上述追加衬垫的上述部件主体侧的端部形成朝向前端方向逐渐变薄的斜面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的成形部件,其特征在于,
上述追加衬垫是第一追加衬垫,上述通孔是第一通孔,
具备第二追加衬垫,其追加在上述凸缘的对接侧的外表面,并一体地设置,形成有与上述凸缘的上述插通孔整合且能供上述连结件插通的第二通孔,
在上述第二追加衬垫的外表面侧通过机械加工形成平坦的对接面,该对接面能与上述匹配部件对接,并且与上述部件主体的外表面垂直。
4.根据权利要求3所述的成形部件,其特征在于,
上述部件主体、上述凸缘及上述弯曲部由热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与碳素纤维的复合材料构成,上述第一追加衬垫及上述第二追加衬垫由热固化性树脂或热塑性树脂与玻璃纤维的复合材料构成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的成形部件,其特征在于,
用于飞机发动机,并且覆盖上述飞机发动机的多个风扇叶片,
上述部件主体呈筒状,上述凸缘呈环状。
