Abstract

本发明提供一种壳体的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:取重量份数分别为8-15份的端基为氨基的硅烷偶联剂、80-90份的有机溶剂和2-5份的去离子水,混合均匀使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,制得溶胶溶液,取重量份数为75-85份的上述溶胶溶液和15-25份的环氧树脂,混合均匀制得喷涂液;提供塑料基体;在该塑料基体表面涂覆喷涂液并干燥形成膜层。该膜层具有较小的厚度且能均匀覆盖于塑料基体表面,同时能达到较高的硬度,可起到良好的装饰和保护塑料基体的效果。本发明还提供一种上述方法所制得的壳体。

Description

壳体及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体及其制备方法。
背景技术
电子装置的壳体通常要进行烤漆等表面处理。然而,烤漆涂层通常具有较大的厚度,喷涂后通常易出现“肥边”(涂料在基材折弯或拐角处凝聚堆积)的现象。为避免“肥边”的出现,一般采用降低烤漆层的厚度的方法。然而因为油漆的粘度较大,如直接降低烤漆层的厚度,会导致烤漆层的厚度不均匀,降低了电子装置壳体的表面性能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种有效解决上述问题的壳体的制备方法。
另外,还有必要提供一种上述方法所制得的壳体。
一种壳体的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
取重量份数分别为8-15份的端基为氨基的硅烷偶联剂、80-90份的有机溶剂和2-5份的去离子水,混合均匀使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,制得溶胶溶液;
取重量份数为75-85份的上述溶胶溶液和15-25份的环氧树脂,混合均匀制得喷涂液;
提供塑料基体;
在该塑料基体表面涂覆喷涂液并干燥形成膜层。
一种壳体,包括塑料基体及形成于塑料基体表面的膜层,该膜层中含有聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂,且聚硅氧烷端基上的氨基和环氧树脂的环氧基团反应交联。
该膜层具有较小的厚度且能均匀覆盖于塑料基体表面,同时能达到较高的硬度,可起到良好的装饰和保护塑料基体的效果。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
本发明一较佳实施例壳体10(如图1所示)的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)配置喷涂液。
分别取重量份数为8-15份的硅烷偶联剂、80-90份的有机溶剂和2-5份的去离子水,混合均匀后静置以使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,制得溶胶溶液。
该硅烷偶联剂的端基为氨基,具体可为硅烷偶联剂KH-550(γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷)。
该有机溶剂优选为异丙醇或乙醇,但不限于该两种物质。该有机溶剂可起到稀释剂的作用。
取重量份数为75-85份的上述溶胶溶液和15-25份的环氧树脂,高速搅拌使混合均匀,制得喷涂液,该喷涂液为透明的。
可以理解的,还可在喷涂液中添加一定量的颜料使喷涂液具有一定的颜色以起到装饰壳体10的效果。
(2)提供塑料基体11。
(3)在该塑料基体11表面涂覆喷涂液并干燥形成膜层13。
所述涂覆方式可采用喷枪涂覆或浸渍涂覆等。干燥温度为95-105℃,干燥时间为40-50min。干燥形成的膜层13是透明的,且其厚度为0.8-1.2μm。该膜层13中含有聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂。由于环氧树脂具有较高的硬度,因此使得较薄的膜层13能均匀覆盖于塑料基体11的表面,同时能达到较高的硬度,可起到良好的装饰和保护塑料基体11的效果。
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例壳体10包括塑料基体11及形成于塑料基体11表面的膜层13,该膜层13的厚度为0.8-1.2μm。该膜层13中含有聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂,且所述聚硅氧烷端基上的氨基和环氧树脂的环氧基团反应交联。该膜层整体透明且具有较高的硬度,可起到良好的装饰和保护塑料基体11的效果。
下面通过实施例来对本发明进行具体说明。
实施例
取重量份数分别为10份的γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷偶联剂、87份的异丙醇和3份的去离子水,混合均匀后静置以使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,制得溶胶溶液。取重量份数为75份的上述溶胶溶液和25份的环氧树脂,高速搅拌使混合均匀,制得喷涂液。
采用喷枪涂覆上述喷涂液于一聚碳酸酯(PC)材质的塑料基体11上,并在100℃干燥45min形成膜层13。
该膜层13整体透明。
测试该膜层13的铅笔硬度,其铅笔硬度大于H。

Claims (9)

1.一种壳体的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
分别取重量份数为8-15份的端基为氨基的硅烷偶联剂、80-90份的有机溶剂和2-5份的去离子水,混合均匀使硅烷偶联剂充分水解,制得溶胶溶液;
取重量份数为75-85份的上述溶胶溶液和15-25份的环氧树脂,混合均匀制得喷涂液;
提供塑料基体;
在该塑料基体表面涂覆喷涂液并干燥形成膜层。
2.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:该端基为氨基的硅烷偶联剂为γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
3.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:该有机溶剂为异丙醇或乙醇。
4.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述涂覆方式采用喷枪涂覆或浸渍涂覆。
5.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干燥的温度为95-105℃,干燥的时间为40-50min。
6.如权利要求1所述的壳体的制备方法,其特征在于:干燥形成的膜层的厚度为0.8-1.2μm。
7.一种壳体,包括塑料基体及形成于塑料基体表面的膜层,其特征在于:该膜层中含有聚硅氧烷和环氧树脂,且聚硅氧烷端基上的氨基和环氧树脂的环氧基团反应交联。
8.如权利要求7所述的壳体,其特征在于:该膜层的厚度为0.8-1.2μm。
9.如权利要求7所述的壳体,其特征在于:该膜层为透明的。
