Abstract

本发明公开了一种高分子防水粘结剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA60-75份、丙烯酸羟丙酯20-30份、丙烯酸羟乙酯5-8份、聚四氟乙烯0.2-2份。本发明高分子防水粘结剂具有高粘结性,并且具有很好的防水效果,在路面施工中使用方便,解决了现有技术中公路的铺装层与水泥砼基层之间在高强度外力下产生强大剪切力,从而使路面出现破裂不平的现象的技术问题。

一种高分子防水粘结剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘结剂,属于高分子组合物领域。
背景技术
随着道路结构的超负荷运营的加重,致使很多路面在投入运营后不久即出现了裂缝、拥包、车辙、脆裂、脱落等现象,路面铺装层的过早破坏成为一个亟待解决的问题。根据调查显示,导致上述现象的原因在于沥青铺装与旧水泥混凝土路面间脱落而造成的铺装层推移、脱落、拥包,而这些问题的根源主要是由于路面路面铺装层与水泥砼基层之间产生了较大的剪应力,当沥青铺装与水泥砼基层间界面粘附力过小,剪应力超过层间粘结层的极限剪应力时,就会在水平方向上产生相对位移而发生水平方向的剪切破坏。因而,急需改善剪切力的问题,也就是在一种在铺装层与水泥砼基层之间需要一种粘结力更强且防水性强的粘结剂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种粘结力强、防水性好的高分子防水粘结剂。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种高分子防水粘结剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA 60-75份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 20-30份、丙烯酸羟乙酯5-8份、聚四氟乙烯0.2-2份。
作为述的高分子防水粘结剂的优选方案,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA  60份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 28份、丙烯酸羟乙酯7.5份、聚四氟乙烯1.5份。
本发明高分子防不粘结剂,只需将各组分充水混合,到施工现在加水调匀即可,加水量可根据温度湿度的不同进行增减的调节。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明高分子防水粘结剂具有高粘结性,并且具有很好的防水效果,在路面施工中使用方便,解决了现有技术中公路的铺装层与水泥砼基层之间在高强度外力下产生强大剪切力,从而使路面出现破裂不平的现象的技术问题。

实施例1:
一种高分子防水粘结剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA  60份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 28份、丙烯酸羟乙酯7.5份、聚四氟乙烯1.5份。
实施例2:
一种高分子防水粘结剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA 60份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 30份、丙烯酸羟乙酯5份、聚四氟乙烯2份。
实施例3:
一种高分子防水粘结剂,各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA 75份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 20份、丙烯酸羟乙酯8份、聚四氟乙烯0.2份。

1.一种高分子防水粘结剂,其特征在于:各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA 60-75份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 20-30份、丙烯酸羟乙酯5-8份、聚四氟乙烯0.2-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高分子防水粘结剂,其特征在于:各组分按重要份计,乳化沥青100份、EVA  60份、丙烯酸羟丙酯 28份、丙烯酸羟乙酯7.5份、聚四氟乙烯1.5份。
