when oil flows into the oil cylinder 2 through the oil inlet and outlet joint 21, the cylinder cover 22 moves leftwards under the pressure of the oil, so that the trigger rod 7 and the redirection wedge block 8 arranged at the rod end of the trigger rod 7 are driven to move leftwards (namely move towards the direction far away from the touch block), and at the moment, the whole transmission mechanism does not act.
When the hydraulic pressure of the oil is reduced, the oil flows out of the oil cylinder 2 through the oil inlet and outlet joint 21, and the cylinder cover 22 and the whole oil cylinder, together with the brake seat 3 and the brake shoe 4, move rightwards to perform contracting brake action; at this time, the trigger lever 7 and the redirection wedge 8 also move rightward along with the reduction of the oil, and the redirection wedge 8 and the touch block 10 reach a contact state through the previous installation adjustment.
Along with repeated use, the abrasion of the brake shoes 4 is intensified, when the oil pressure is reduced and the brake is contracting, the right moving distance of the brake shoes 4 is increased compared with that of the brake without abrasion, the right moving distance of the oil cylinder 2 is also increased, the right moving distance of the trigger rod 7 and the redirection wedge block 8 is also increased, the redirection wedge block 8 pushes the touch block 10 in the moving process, the transmission rod 9 is driven to move downwards, the rack 13 moves to drive the first gear 14 meshed with the rack 13 to rotate clockwise, the first gear 14 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 23 to rotate, the distance-increasing gear 15 is driven to rotate clockwise, the distance-increasing gear rotates to drive the second gear 16 meshed with the distance-increasing gear 15 to rotate anticlockwise, the rotating rod 17 rotates to drive the rotating rod 17, the rotating rod 17 causes the piston 19 to move rightwards, the brake shoe 3 and the brake shoes 4 are driven to move rightwards, and the moving distance, the constant brake shoe back distance and the constant braking torque are ensured, and the brake failure caused by continuous abrasion of the brake shoe is avoided.
