一种底模单边锁定机构
技术领域
本发明涉及饮料瓶加工设备领域,具体涉及一种吹瓶机的底模单边锁定机构。
背景技术
现有技术中的吹瓶机一般包括机架、设置在机架上的左右模和底模、以及驱动机构和定位机构,如公告号为CN201755911U中公开的一种直线式吹瓶机的底模锁定装置,包括模具安装板、瓶模模腔、底模、动力机构、定位机构与支座,所述的瓶模模腔尾段套接底模,底模连接动力机构,定位机构水平设置在支座上,所述定位机构包括定位卡块气缸与定位卡块,定位卡块与定位卡块气缸连接,动力机构包括底模安装板与底模升降气缸,底模安装板上表面连接底模,下表面连接底模升降气缸,底模升降气缸固定在支架上。可见,该专利中的底模锁定装置体积庞大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改进的底模单边锁定机构。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种底模单边锁定机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,包括能够绕自身轴心线转动的转轴、驱动所述的转轴转动的动力源、固定设置在所述转轴上的主动连接块、与所述的主动连接块配合的从动连接块、沿水平方向滑动地设置的滑块,所述的从动连接块的一端部与机架转动连接,另一端部与所述滑块相连,当处于合膜状态时,底模与所述机架形成空隙,所述滑块插设在所述空隙内且与所述的底模、所述机架相抵触。
进一步地,所述的主动连接块上设置有导向面,所述的从动连接块上设置有凸块,所述的凸块沿着所述的导向面滑动。
进一步地,所述滑块的上端部形成有凸柱,所述的从动连接块的另一端部形成有滑槽,所述的凸柱沿着所述的滑槽的延伸方向滑动。
进一步地,所述的底模锁定机构还包括沿水平方向设置在所述的机架上的导轨,所述的滑块沿着所述的导轨滑动地设置。
进一步地,所述的机架上开设有供所述的转轴穿过的通孔。
进一步地,所述的主动连接块、从动连接块和滑块位于所述的机架的上表面。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明通过采用不同的锁定结构,使得设备体积减小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步阐述。
如各附图所示,一种底模单边锁定机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,包括能够绕自身轴心线转动的转轴5、驱动转轴5转动的动力源、固定设置在转轴5上的主动连接块7、与主动连接块7配合的从动连接块35、沿水平方向滑动地设置的滑块31,底模锁定机构还包括沿水平方向设置在机架2上的导轨33,滑块31沿着导轨33滑动地设置。
具体地,从动连接块35的一端部与机架2转动连接,另一端部与滑块31相连,主动连接块7上设置有导向面71,从动连接块35上设置有凸块37,凸块37沿着导向面71滑动,滑块31的上端部形成有凸柱32,从动连接块35的另一端部形成有滑槽34,凸柱32沿着滑槽34的延伸方向滑动,机架2上开设有供转轴5穿过的通孔,主动连接块7、从动连接块35和滑块31位于机架2的上表面。
当吹膜组件处于合膜状态时,底模11与机架2形成空隙,滑块插设在空隙内且与底模11、机架2相抵触;当吹膜组件开模时,动力源带动转轴5转动,转轴5带动主动连接块7转动,当主动连接块7转动时,凸块37沿着导向面71滑动,使得滑块上的凸柱32在滑槽34内滑动,从而带动滑块31沿着导轨33滑动,继而锁定机构打开。

Claims (6)

1. 一种底模单边锁定机构,该机构安装在吹瓶机上,其特征在于:包括能够绕自身轴心线转动的转轴(5)、驱动所述的转轴(5)转动的动力源、固定设置在所述转轴(5)上的主动连接块(7)、与所述的主动连接块(7)配合的从动连接块(35)、沿水平方向滑动地设置的滑块(31),所述的从动连接块(35)的一端部与所述的吹瓶机的机架(2)转动连接,另一端部与所述滑块(31)相连,当处于合模状态时,底模(11)与所述机架(2)形成空隙,所述滑块(31)插设在所述空隙内且与所述的底模(11)、所述机架(2)相抵触。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:所述的主动连接块(7)上设置有导向面(71),所述的从动连接块(35)上设置有凸块(37),所述的凸块(37)沿着所述的导向面(71)滑动。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:所述滑块(31)的上端部形成有凸柱(32),所述的从动连接块(35)的另一端部形成有滑槽(34),所述的凸柱(32)沿着所述的滑槽(34)的延伸方向滑动。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:所述的底模锁定机构还包括沿水平方向设置在所述的机架(2)上的导轨(33),所述的滑块(31)沿着所述的导轨(33)滑动地设置。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:所述的机架(2)上开设有供所述的转轴(5)穿过的通孔。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的底模单边锁定机构,其特征在于:所述的主动连接块(7)、从动连接块(35)和滑块(31)位于所述的机架(2)的上表面。
