Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置，包括平行设置的上封头和下封头，所述下封头的上表面上镶嵌有平面烫金板，所述平面烫金板采用具有弹性的可耐受300℃～400℃高温的硅胶板，硅胶板的厚度为5～7mm，所述下封头的下部设有限位部，所述限位部上设有可上下移动的至少一个纵向调节件，下封头上设有可左右移动的横向调节件，横向调节件的上端伸出到平面烫金板的上表面上方。本发明通过在下封头表面镶嵌一种耐高温、弹性好的平面烫金板，减缓上、下封头的冲击力，避免因上、下封头平行度不佳而引起的封装不良，且平面烫金板材料弹性好、耐高温,使用寿命长；上、下封头之间设置横向调节件，避免操作手法上的不一致而引起的封装不良，且简单方便、节省材料利用率，提高生产效率。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电芯封装装置，尤其是一种聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置中的封头及封装区域限位。
【背景技术】
目前，聚合物软包锂离子电芯现有的封头装置一般设计成如图2所示的结构，它包括一上封头11、一下封头22。所述的上封头11、下封头22为两平行平板，实际生产过程中在其表面贴特弗龙33一种耐高温材料），但是工艺控制方面存在以下问题：封头的平行度控制问题、封装区域的位置控制等。例如在一定压力下，上下封头的相互冲击会引起其平行度不佳，进而引起电芯的封装不良(此种封装不良隐患一般不易发现），且上下封头面的特弗龙极易破损，增加了操作难度及材料成本。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题，提出一种聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置，既能够控制因封头平行度不佳引起的封装不良隐患，又容易控制封装区域，提高材料利用率及生产效率。
为实现上述目的，本发明提出了一种聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置，包括平行设置的上封头和下封头，所述下封头的上表面上镶嵌有平面烫金板，所述平面烫金板采用具有弹性的可耐受300℃～400℃高温的硅胶板，硅胶板的厚度为5～7mm，所述下封头的下部设有限位部，所述限位部上设有可上下移动的至少一个纵向调节件，下封头上设有可左右移动的横向调节件，横向调节件的上端伸出到平面烫金板的上表面上方。
作为优选，所述限位部上开有两条轨道槽，两条轨道槽内均安装有纵向调 节件，调节方便，限位效果好。
作为优选，两条轨道槽均竖直设置在限位部上，调节方便，限位效果好。
作为优选，两条轨道槽沿限位部的中心线对称分布，调节效果更好，使两端同步调节。
作为优选，所述硅胶板的厚度为6mm。
本发明的有益效果：本发明通过在下封头表面镶嵌一种耐高温、弹性好的平面烫金板，减缓上、下封头的冲击力，避免因上、下封头平行度不佳而引起的封装不良，且平面烫金板材料弹性好、耐高温,使用寿命长；上、下封头之间设置横向调节件，避免操作手法上的不一致而引起的封装不良，且简单方便、节省材料利用率，提高生产效率。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1，聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置，包括平行设置的上封头1和下封头2，所述下封头2的上表面上镶嵌有平面烫金板4，所述平面烫金板4采用具有弹性的可耐受300℃～400℃高温的硅胶板，硅胶板的厚度为5～7mm，所述下封头2的下部设有限位部3，所述限位部3上设有可上下移动的至少一个纵向调节件5，下封头2上设有可左右移动的横向调节件6，横向调节件6的上端伸出到平面烫金板4的上表面上方。所述限位部3上开有两条轨道槽，两条轨道槽内均安装有纵向调节件5。两条轨道槽均竖直设置在限位部3上。两条轨道槽沿限位部3的中心线对称分布。
下封头表面镶嵌的耐高温、弹性好的平面烫金板4，可减缓上、下封头的冲击力，避免因上、下封头平行度不佳而引起的封装不良，且平面烫金板材料弹 性好、耐300℃～400℃高温，使用寿命长。纵向调节件5、横向调节件6可分别调节纵向和横向距离，进行合理限位。
在使用本发明封装装置时，先将封装设备的各参数设定，取内置干电芯的软包包装材料铝塑膜，将其放置与上下封头限位区域位置，踩封装控制其封装。

1.聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置，包括平行设置的上封头(1)和下封头(2)，其特征在于：所述下封头(2)的上表面上镶嵌有平面烫金板(4)，所述平面烫金板(4)采用具有弹性的可耐受300℃～400℃高温的硅胶板，硅胶板的厚度为5～7mm，所述下封头(2)的下部设有限位部(3)，所述限位部(3)上设有可上下移动的至少两个纵向调节件(5)，下封头(2)上设有可左右移动的横向调节件(6)，横向调节件(6)的上端伸出到平面烫金板(4)的上表面上方；所述限位部(3)上开有两条轨道槽，两条轨道槽内均安装有纵向调节件(5)，两条轨道槽均竖直设置在限位部(3)上，两条轨道槽沿限位部(3)的中心线对称分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的聚合物软包锂离子电芯封装装置，其特征在于：所述硅胶板的厚度为6mm。
