背景技术
藤茶,俗称茅岩莓茶、端午茶、藤婆茶(又称山甜茶、龙须茶),系葡萄科蛇葡萄属显齿蛇葡萄科(Ampelopsis grossedentata)(Hand-Mazz)W.T.wang的嫩茎叶。英文名称为vine tea。
藤茶是一种非常古老的中草药资源、类茶植物资源和药食两用植物资源。
相传藤茶为瑶族同胞最先利用, 至今已有数百年的药用历史。历代药学专著及植物志, 诸如《救荒本草》、《植物名实图考》、《植物名汇》、《全国中草药汇编》、《种子植物名称》、《泉州草本》、《江西药物志》、《浙江民间常用草药》、《东北常用中草药手册》、《上海常用中草药》等等, 均有关于藤茶的记载。其性凉, 具有消炎、抑菌、止咳、镇痛、保肝、解酒、消脂、降糖、抗高血压等功效。
藤茶多分布于广西、云贵、湖南湖北等地,适宜于生长在山林较多、水土肥沃湿润之地,藤茶因其具有极高的医药价值及营养成份而被社会各界所重视。
藤茶的主要成份及有效成份是黄酮类化合物。其含量在41.2%左右,其中双氢杨梅树皮素含量在30%左右,含量之高在植物界中十分罕见。黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化作用,能有效清除人体的自由基。而其中的双氢杨梅树皮素则能明显减轻肝组织的变性和坏死,具有保肝降醇退黄之功效。
藤茶还含有丰富的氨基酸、维生素和人体必需的微量元素。 依据中国预防医学科学院营养与食品卫生所营养成分分析结果,每100g产品水分9.4g,热量为291千卡,主要营养素蛋白质20.4g、脂肪0.8g、胡萝卜素5.23mg、维生素E6.32mg、铁10.1mg、锌1.58mg、钙411.3mg、铜0.67mg、镁121.6mg、硒10.62μg。与《食物成分表》中茶叶类相比,其营养成分较齐全,优于一般茶叶,尤其是黄铜类化合物和硒的含量远高于绿茶和花茶。

绞股蓝又名乌七叶胆, 系葫芦科草质藤本植物,多分布于亚热带和北亚热带地区。我国主要分布于秦岭以南诸省区。据普查考证,陕西平利因其独特的气候和相对优越的自然环境,非常适宜绞股蓝的生长,全世界有13个种系,我国有11个种系,平利有7个种系:(短柄绞股蓝、长柄绞股蓝、心籽绞股蓝、甜味绞股蓝、光叶绞股蓝、毛叶绞股蓝、喙果绞股蓝)。平利县已被列入中国唯一绞股蓝原产保护地和第一个有机绞股蓝基地。由于绞股蓝奇特的功效,被誉为“第二人参”,“东方神草”。是现代社会人们紧张的学习、繁忙的工作和激烈的运动后解除疲劳,恢复体力所应首选的营养佳品。
鲜绞股蓝茎细长,有1~3 米,叶片皱缩,易破碎,边缘有锯齿,圆锥花序,长8 一20 厘米,果球状小花,直径5—6厘米,成熟后黑色,稍带清香、微苦,性寒、无毒。民间多用于消炎解毒、止咳祛痰,治疗慢性气管炎。绞股蓝有较好的抗应激作用,有人参样的适应原作用;能增强特异和非特异免疫作用;能促进学习记忆,有抗衰老作用;有降血糖、降血脂和保肝作用;有抗血小板凝聚,扩张血管,降低血压,增加冠脉流量,以及抗心肌缺血、缺氧的作用;对急性脑缺血有保护作用;有明显的体内外抗肿瘤作用。
鸡骨草(Abrus cantoniensis )又称广东相思子,是豆科相思子属的一种植物,常见于中国华南地区。主要含相思碱、胆碱等有效化学成分。 性甘,微苦,凉.归肝,胃经。
据《南宁市药物志》、《中国药植图鉴》、岭南草药志》、《常用中草药手册》记载,鸡骨草主治急慢性、传染性肝炎,小便刺痛,胃脘痛,风湿骨痛,跌打瘀痛。具有清热解毒,舒肝、和胃、散瘀的功效。
茉莉,为木樨科素馨属常绿灌木或藤本植物的统称,原产于印度、巴基斯坦,中国早已引种,并广泛地种植。茉莉喜温暖湿润和阳光充足环境,其叶色翠绿,花朵颜色洁白,香气浓郁,是最常见的芳香性盆栽花木。在素馨属中,最著名的一种是双瓣茉莉,也就是人们平常俗称的茉莉花。
茉莉花有着良好的保健和美容功效。它性寒、味香淡,有理气止痛、清肝明目、生津止渴、温中和胃、祛痰治痢、通便利水、祛风解表、疗瘘、坚齿、降血压、强心、防辐射、抗癌、抗衰老之功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是将藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花等中草药成分制备一种具有护肝保健作用的上等的茶饮品,长期饮用能够起到护肝、抗衰老等养生功效。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:养生护肝藤茶复合饮料,其含有下述wt%的成分:藤茶50~60%,绞股蓝10~15%,鸡骨草6~10%,茉莉花5~15%,食盐0.07~0.1%,柠檬酸0.04~0.1%,余量为水。
所述养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的进一步技术方案:藤茶55~58%,绞股蓝12~14%,鸡骨草6~8%,茉莉花8~10%,食盐0.08~0.09%,柠檬酸0.05~0.07%,余量为水。
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)藤茶预处理:
将干净的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花破碎后过40目筛;
2)浸提过滤:
将破碎好的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花与水以质量比1∶80~100混合,于80℃下水浴浸提30-40min,过滤得到藤茶汁;
3)调配:
将藤茶汁与柠檬酸、食盐和水混合;
4)杀菌:上述混合汁经HTST高温瞬时杀菌(121~131 ℃ 、30S),冷却后即制得养生护肝藤茶复合饮料。
本发明的有效效果为:本发明的养生护肝藤茶复合饮料是一种味觉极佳的茶饮品,本品入口微苦,而后甘甜,先苦后甜回味无穷。本品具有良好的养生保健的功效,生津止渴、清咽利喉、养肝护肝、降压降糖、解毒止痛、消脂减肥、防辐抗癌、延缓衰老。养生护肝藤茶复合饮料所含成分属纯天然、绿色产品,不添加任何食品添加剂,该饮料所含成分资源丰富,成本低廉。养生护肝藤茶复合饮料口感甘醇,便于吸收,特别适合有饮茶习惯的患者饮用。该饮料的生产工艺简便,易于操作。
具体实施方式
实施例1
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料,其含有下述wt%的成分:藤茶50%,绞股蓝10%,鸡骨草6%,茉莉花5%,食盐0.07%,柠檬酸0.04%,余量为水。
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)藤茶预处理:
将干净的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花破碎后过40目筛;
2)浸提过滤:
将破碎好的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花与水以质量比1∶80混合,于80℃下水浴浸提30min,过滤得到藤茶汁;
3)调配:
将藤茶汁与柠檬酸、食盐和水混合;
4)杀菌:上述混合汁经HTST高温瞬时杀菌(131 ℃ 、30S),冷却后即制得养生护肝藤茶复合饮料。
实施例2
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料,其含有下述wt%的成分:藤茶60%,绞股蓝15%,鸡骨草10%,茉莉花15%,食盐0.1%,柠檬酸0.1%,余量为水。
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)藤茶预处理:
将干净的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花破碎后过40目筛;
2)浸提过滤:
将破碎好的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花与水以质量比1∶100混合,于80℃下水浴浸提40min,过滤得到藤茶汁;
3)调配:
将藤茶汁与柠檬酸、食盐和水混合;
4)杀菌:上述混合汁经HTST高温瞬时杀菌(121 ℃ 、30S),冷却后即制得养生护肝藤茶复合饮料。
实施例3
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料:藤茶55%,绞股蓝12%,鸡骨草6%,茉莉花8%,食盐0.08%,柠檬酸0.05%,余量为水。
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)藤茶预处理:
将干净的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花破碎后过40目筛;
2)浸提过滤:
将破碎好的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花与水以质量比1∶80混合,于80℃下水浴浸提40min,过滤得到藤茶汁;
3)调配:
将藤茶汁与柠檬酸、食盐和水混合;
4)杀菌:上述混合汁经HTST高温瞬时杀菌(125 ℃ 、30S),冷却后即制得养生护肝藤茶复合饮料。
实施例4
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料:藤茶58%,绞股蓝14%,鸡骨草8%,茉莉花10%,食盐0.09%,柠檬酸0.07%,余量为水。
养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)藤茶预处理:
将干净的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花破碎后过40目筛;
2)浸提过滤:
将破碎好的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花与水以质量比1∶90混合,于80℃下水浴浸提35min,过滤得到藤茶汁;
3)调配:
将藤茶汁与柠檬酸、食盐和水混合;
4)杀菌:上述混合汁经HTST高温瞬时杀菌(125℃ 、30S),冷却后即制得养生护肝藤茶复合饮料。

1.养生护肝藤茶复合饮料,其特征在于,其含有下述wt%的成分:藤茶50~60%,绞股蓝10~15%,鸡骨草6~10%,茉莉花5~15%,食盐0.07~0.1%,柠檬酸0.04~0.1%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养生护肝藤茶复合饮料,其特征在于,藤茶55~58%,绞股蓝12~14%,鸡骨草6~8%,茉莉花8~10%,食盐0.08~0.09%,柠檬酸0.05~0.07%,余量为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的养生护肝藤茶复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,其步骤如下:
1)藤茶预处理:
将干净的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花破碎后过40目筛;
2)浸提过滤:
将破碎好的藤茶、绞股蓝、鸡骨草、茉莉花与水以质量比1∶80~100混合,于80℃下水浴浸提30-40min,过滤得到藤茶汁;
3)调配:
将藤茶汁与柠檬酸、食盐和水混合;
4)杀菌:上述混合汁经HTST高温瞬时杀菌,温度为121~131℃,时间为30S,冷却后即制得养生护肝藤茶复合饮料。
