技术领域
本发明涉及医学领域，具体地说，涉及一种治疗小儿肺炎的药剂。
背景技术
小儿肺炎是以发热咳嗽、喘息、鼻煽为主要临床特征的病症，多发于婴幼儿，一年四季均可发病，以冬春两季多见。中医认为：其病因多为气候骤变、感受外邪，邪从皮毛或口鼻而人，外邪犯肺所致，或遭受其他外感热邪，热邪犯肺或在病变过程中复感外邪，邪气闭肺，均可发病。西医治疗多以抗感染，疗效肯定，但无法清理病原体，对机体已形成的损伤和免疫紊乱无法治愈，因此，不能彻底改善临床症状。
目前，对于治疗小儿肺炎的药物的需要不断增强。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗小儿肺炎的药剂。
为了实现本发明的目的，本发明提供一种治疗小儿肺炎的药剂，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：芦根15份、忍冬藤25份、连翘20份、鱼腥草30份、山姜10份、千斤健10份、乳香8份、王不留行15份、天葵子15份、五味子25份、车前草5份、巴戟天10份、甘草20份、代代花8份和白术10份。
优选地，所述药剂为片剂、分散片、速溶片、散剂或颗粒剂。
本发明所述的治疗小儿肺炎的药剂使用天然药物，因此其具有见效快、疗效好、无毒副作用的优点。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明，但这并非是对本发明的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想，可以做出各种修改或改进，但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想，均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1本发明散剂的制备
取芦根150克、忍冬藤250克、连翘200克、鱼腥草300克、山姜100克、千斤健100克、乳香80克、王不留行150克、天葵子150克、五味子250克、车前草50克、巴戟天100克、甘草200克、代代花80克和白术100克，粉碎，过100目筛，然后加入蔗糖400克，混匀，装入100袋中即得。
实验例
诊断标准
参照《中华人民共和国卫生部，儿科疾病诊断标准.上海：上海医科大学出版社，1997：120-127.》制订的诊断标准。选取患儿，其中男24例，女26例，年龄1-12岁，病程在1-14d，肺部听诊均可闻及吸气末固定性湿啰音，X线表现：双肺纹理增粗，可见点片状阴影，无并发症。
使用实施例1中制得的散剂来进行治疗，其中一天2次，每次一袋，治疗14天为一个疗程。
疗效判定标准
痊愈：用药后3天内体温恢复正常，5天内咳嗽停止，10天内肺部干湿啰音及X线胸片检查肺部阴影完全消失；
显效：用药后3天内体温正常，7天内咳嗽缓解，10天内肺部干湿啰音明显减少，X线胸片检查肺部阴影基本消失；
好转：用药7天体温基本恢复正常，1个疗程结束时咳嗽症状仍存在，但较治疗前明显减轻，肺部体征及X线胸片检查肺部阴影有所减轻；
无效：用药疗程结束时仍有发热或刺激性咳嗽，肺部体征及X线胸片检查肺部阴影仍存在。
在经过治疗后，50例患儿中，痊愈43例，显效5例，好转2例。

1.一种治疗小儿肺炎的药剂，其特征在于，它是由下列原料药按重量份计制成：芦根15份、忍冬藤25份、连翘20份、鱼腥草30份、山姜10份、千斤健10份、乳香8份、王不留行15份、天葵子15份、五味子25份、车前草5份、巴戟天10份、甘草20份、代代花8份和白术10份。
