Abstract
The invention discloses a connecting structure for a sheet metal part. The connecting structure is used for connecting a base plate with an upper plate. The base plate is fixedly connected with a bottom bending rib, so as to form a first connector having a ladder shape; the upper plate is fixedly connected with an upper bending rib, so as to form a second connector having the ladder shape; and the second connector and the first connector are in embedded clamping connection and are fixedly connected through a detachable connecting component, so that the base plate and the upper plate are located in a same horizontal plane. The connecting structure for the sheet metal part provided by the invention has the advantages of high structural rigidity, good waterproof effect, convenience in detaching, beautiful appearance and high reliability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sheet metal parts, in particular to a sheet metal part connecting structure.
Background
Sheet metal parts are very common in today's machine tool industry. The existing metal plate connecting structure generally adopts riveting, welding, hinge connection or screw direct connection, and the connecting methods have poor rigidity and are inconvenient to disassemble.
Therefore, Chinese patent CN 2588107Y proposes a patent, and discloses a rivet-free riveted metal plate structure, which comprises an upper plate and a bottom plate, wherein the upper plate is provided with a plurality of plate holes which have the same pore diameter, are uniformly distributed and are arranged in rows, and the upper row of holes and the lower row of holes are distributed in a staggered manner; the bottom plate has a plurality of upper bulges, the number of the bulges is the same with that of the plate holes, the bulges are uniformly distributed, the outer diameters of the bulges are matched with the outer diameters of the plate holes, the bulges on the bottom plate are inserted into the upper plate holes, and a circular bead is arranged at the edge of the bulge corresponding to the plate hole. The technical scheme has the advantages that no rivet is arranged, and a spot welding machine and a manipulator are not used for welding. Therefore, the technical scheme can reduce the cost and improve the efficiency.
However, the above technical solutions have problems: 1) the upper plate and the bottom plate are inconvenient to disassemble and transport and lift after being connected; 2) the rigidity is poor; 3) the process deformation allowance cannot be adjusted after riveting.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a sheet metal part connecting structure, which has the advantages of high rigidity and convenience in assembly and disassembly.
On one hand, the invention provides a sheet metal part connecting structure which is used for connecting a bottom plate and an upper plate, wherein the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a bottom bending rib part to form a stepped first connecting body; the upper plate is fixedly connected with the upper bending rib to form a stepped second connector; the second connector with the joint is inlayed to first connector to through dismantling coupling assembling fixed connection.
Further, in the sheet metal part connecting structure, the bottom bending part is a bottom bending rib plate, and the upper bending part is an upper bending rib plate; the first connecting body and the second connecting body are both structures with cavities; and, the detachable connection assembly is located within the cavity.

Further, in the sheet metal part connecting structure, an interval serving as an adjustment margin is arranged between the bottom plate and the upper plate.
Further, in the sheet metal part connecting structure, the upper plate is provided with a plurality of first plate holes; the upper bending rib plate is provided with a plurality of second plate holes; the bottom bending rib plate is provided with a plurality of third plate holes; the center lines of the first plate hole, the second plate hole and the third plate hole are distributed in an up-and-down alignment manner; and the detachable connecting component passes through the second plate hole, the first plate hole and the third plate hole to fixedly connect the first connecting body and the second connecting body.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment is for connecting a base plate 1 and an upper plate 2. The bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with the bottom bending rib piece to form a stepped first connecting body; the upper plate 2 is fixedly connected with the upper bending rib to form a stepped second connector; the joint is inlayed with first connector to the second connector to through dismantling coupling assembling fixed connection, so that bottom plate 1 and upper plate 2 are located same horizontal plane.
Therefore, after the first connecting body and the second connecting body which are in the ladder shape are embedded and clamped, the bottom plate and the upper plate are connected in a detachable connecting assembly fixed connection mode. The connecting mode has good rigidity, is convenient to disassemble, and is very convenient to lift, install and transport.
In this embodiment, the bottom bending member is a bottom bending rib plate 3, and the upper bending member is an upper bending rib plate 4. The specific structure of the first connecting body is as follows: the bottom plate 1 is provided with a 90-degree flanging; the bottom bending rib plate 3 is provided with two 90-degree flanges and a 135-degree flange; the 90-degree flanging of the bottom plate 1 is fixedly connected with the 90-degree flanging of the bottom bending rib plate 3 at the free end; the 135-degree flanging of the bottom bending rib plate 3 is fixedly connected with the horizontal part of the bottom plate 1.
The specific structure of the second connector is as follows: the upper plate 2 is provided with two 90-degree flanges; the upper bending rib plate 4 is provided with a 90-degree flanging and a 135-degree flanging; the 90-degree flanging of the upper bending rib plate 4 is fixedly connected with the 90-degree flanging at the free end of the upper plate 2; the 135-degree flanging of the upper bending rib plate 4 is fixedly connected with the horizontal part of the upper plate 2.
By these two connection methods, a first connection body having a step shape and a second connection body having a step shape are formed. The purpose of adopting 90-degree flanging and 135-degree flanging is that the rigidity of the sheet metal part connecting structure can be further improved by the structural part at the angle. Moreover, the flanging not only can play the role of a connecting plate, but also can play the role of a reinforcing rib.
Aiming at the problem that the process deformation allowance cannot be adjusted by a sheet metal connecting piece in the prior art, an interval used as an adjusting allowance can be preset between the bottom plate 1 and the upper plate 2 so as to eliminate the machining problem and further better ensure that the two plates are in the same plane after being connected.
There are many forms of detachable connection assembly, and the structure selected for this embodiment is described herein. Referring to fig. 2, the upper plate 2 is provided with a plurality of first plate holes a1, and the plurality of first plate holes a1 have the same aperture and are uniformly distributed; the upper bending rib plate 4 is provided with a plurality of second plate holes A2, and the second plate holes A2 have the same aperture and are uniformly distributed; the bottom bending rib plate 3 is provided with a plurality of third plate holes A3; the center lines of the first plate hole A1, the second plate hole A2 and the third plate hole A3 are uniformly distributed in an up-down alignment manner; and, the detachable connection subassembly passes second panel hole A2, first panel hole A1 and third panel hole A3 and fixedly connects the first connector and the second connector. In a particular design, the relative diameters of the three plate holes may be sized as follows: the diameter of the first plate hole a1 is larger than the diameter of the second plate hole a 2; the diameter of second plate holes a2 is larger than the diameter of third plate holes A3.
The detachable connecting assembly comprises a sleeve 5, a threaded connecting piece and a clamping sleeve; the sleeve 5 is connected between plate holes corresponding to the upper plate 2 and the upper bent rib plate 4 and plays a role in guiding and strengthening rigidity; the clamping sleeve is fixedly clamped in a third plate hole A3 of the bottom bending rib plate 3 through the core pulling principle; and, the cutting ferrule hole is provided with the screw thread, through threaded connection spare with bottom plate 1 and upper plate 2 fixed connection. As can be seen from fig. 2, the threaded connection in this embodiment is a screw 6. Of course, other threaded connections may be used. And are not limited herein. Tests prove that when the plate thickness is 1.5-5 mm, a copper ferrule is preferably used. Thicker plate, or cutting sleeve made of other materials. The present invention is not particularly limited herein.
The connection principle of the embodiment of the sheet metal part connection structure shown in fig. 2 is explained below with reference to fig. 3:
firstly, connecting a bottom plate 1 and a bending rib plate 3 together through spot welding, wherein the spot welding plays a good role in preventing water of a connecting structure of a sheet metal part;
then, the upper plate 2 and the sleeve 5 are connected together by fillet welding;
then, the upper plate 2 and the upper bending rib plate 4 are connected together through spot welding, and the spot welding plays a good role in preventing water of the connecting structure of the sheet metal part;
then, matching the welded bottom plate 1 with the welded upper plate 2;
then, a third plate hole A3 on the bottom bending rib plate 3 is drilled,
then, clamping the copper clamping sleeve 7 in a third plate hole A3 of the bottom bending rib plate 3 by the core pulling principle;
finally, the bottom plate 1 and the upper plate 2 are locked by screws 6.
When the screw 6 is disassembled, the screw can be directly unscrewed, and at the moment, the copper ferrule 7 on the screw 6 is still tightly clamped in the hole A3 of the bottom bending rib plate 3. Because copper cutting ferrule 7 can not drop when dismantling, consequently, the dismouting of bottom plate 1 and upper plate 2 can be more convenient.
From the above description of the embodiments it can be seen that:
the advantages of this embodiment are: the sheet metal part connecting structure has the advantages of high rigidity, good waterproof effect, convenience in disassembly and assembly, attractive appearance and high reliability; and because the adjusting allowance is arranged between the bottom plate and the upper plate, the two plates can be more conveniently ensured to be positioned on the same plane after being connected, and the connecting device is particularly suitable for connecting sheet metal parts with the plate thickness of 1.5-5 mm in the machine tool industry and other industries.

the second connector is embedded and clamped with the first connector and is fixedly connected with the first connector through a detachable connecting assembly;
the bottom bending rib piece is a bottom bending rib plate (3), and the upper bending rib piece is an upper bending rib plate (4);
the first connecting body and the second connecting body are both structures with cavities;
an interval used as an adjusting allowance is arranged between the bottom plate (1) and the upper plate (2);
the first connector is: the bottom plate (1) is provided with a 90-degree flanging; the bottom bending rib plate (3) is provided with two 90-degree flanges and a 135-degree flange; the 90-degree flanging of the bottom plate (1) is fixedly connected with the 90-degree flanging of the bottom bending rib plate (3) at the free end; the 135-degree flanging of the bottom bending rib plate (3) is fixedly connected with the horizontal part of the bottom plate (1);
