Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
容器(尤其是饮料罐)大多填充有碳酸饮料,其中饮料罐内的压力可高达6巴。当借助于例如拉片打开这样的加压容器时,罐内的压力将突然降低,液体常常会喷出罐外。由于有弄脏的可能性,这种突然的压力平衡是不期望的,因此开发了应防止这种现象的装置。
美国专利No.5,370,262A描述了一种用于饮料罐的盖子,具有带设置在打开盖上方的气孔的辅助盖,当通过将打开盖按入罐内而打开饮料罐时,该辅助盖可防止罐的内容物喷出。随后需要移除辅助盖以倒空饮料罐。
减少饮料罐的突然换气的另一种可能性是逐渐暴露罐的开口。具有相关的盖封闭件的这样的程序在WO 2007/128810A1中有所描述。在这种情况下,在打开罐的过程中,底板在凸轮轮廓上方逐步地下降,以便暴露罐的开口。

发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是消除现有技术的上述缺点并提供一种在打开容器期间能够安全地换气的容器用盖子。
根据本发明,该目的通过上述类型的盖子以这样的方式实现:即,至少一个压力平衡装置包括至少一个关闭元件,并且设置有至少一个压力平衡开口,该至少一个压力平衡开口在致动元件处于关闭位置时借助于至少一个关闭元件可关闭,并且在致动元件从关闭位置移动至打开位置时可以是完全暴露的,压力平衡开口的暴露是可逆的。本发明提供了关闭元件,该关闭元件例如在封闭部件处于关闭位置时密封贯穿盖子的压力平衡开口。当从关闭位置移动致动元件时,至少一个压力平衡开口被暴露。当通过移动致动元件并因此移动关闭元件而关闭容器时,压力平衡开口再次以气密和流体密封方式密封。
优选地,关闭元件被布置为销并且在致动元件的关闭位置下密封至少一个压力平衡开口,该销在致动元件从关闭位置移动至打开位置时可完全移出至少一个压力平衡开口。
当至少一个关闭元件与至少一个致动元件一体地布置时,获得根据本发明的盖子的尤其简单的构造。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,作为其替代形式提出的是,关闭元件与由柔性材料制成且与至少一个压力平衡开口连接的管配合,其中当至少一个致动元件处于关闭位置时,管借助于可逆横截面收缩以气密方式密封。在该变型中,管状或树干状关闭元件被致动元件从打开位置至关闭位置的移动弯曲,从而在管内产生横截面收缩并以气密或流体密封方式密封压力平衡开口。
优选地,至少一个致动元件同时充当用于压力平衡装置的关闭元件,并且至少一个封闭部件以尤其优选的方式具有由柔性材料制成的成形部,当致动元件处于关闭位置时,该封闭部件以气密方式密封至少一个压力平衡开口。
在根据本发明的盖子中的上述压力平衡装置尤其适用于可大致线性且平行于盖子移置的封闭部件。相似地,该压力平衡装置可用于相对于盖子的表面可扭曲的封闭部件,致动元件的扭曲优选地沿螺旋元件进行,并且至少一个压力平衡开口布置在例如螺旋元件内。
优选地还提出的是,至少一个封闭部件相对于盖子以大致垂直的方式可旋转,以便打开至少一个倾倒开口或再次重新密封该至少一个倾倒开口。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,致动元件可固定在关闭位置。从而防止了饮料罐的意外打开。

在尤其优选的实施例中提出的是,关闭元件布置在用于至少一个压力平衡开口的固定元件上。当柄部或固定元件枢转时,首先通过打开压力平衡开口来平衡压力,并且只有在这之后致动元件才会释放以暴露倾倒开口。
已经看到,当以Y形或T形方式布置时,柄部的操作被显著地简化。由于该形状,首先在至少一个预定断开点上施加强力,以便首先打开该断开点,并且为了随后以较小的力导致致动元件暴露。
以尤其优选的方式提出的是,封闭元件和压力平衡开口具有公共(优选地是一体的)的密封件。这样,可获得用于饮料罐的尤其气密和流体密封且可再关闭的盖子。
根据本发明提出的是,在致动元件从关闭位置移动至打开位置时,至少一个关闭元件将首先暴露至少一个压力平衡开口,随后封闭部件暴露倾倒开口。在对容器换气之后,尤其是在加压容器的情况中,需要用于暴露倾倒开口的较小的力以打开倾倒开口。

Claims (9)
1.一种饮料罐的盖子(100),包括平坦的盖子表面(101)和折起的边缘区域(102),并且至少一个倾倒开口(103)布置在所述盖子表面(101)上,所述倾倒开口可借助于布置在所述盖子表面(101)面向所述容器内部的下侧区域中的至少一个封闭元件(120)以流体密封方式关闭,所述封闭元件(120)通过致动元件(110)从关闭位置可移动至打开位置,并且设置有与所述至少一个致动元件(110)配合的至少一个压力平衡装置,其特征在于,
所述致动元件(110)是包括操作元件(111)的滑动元件,所述操作元件与所述致动元件(110)一体形成;
所述至少一个封闭元件(120)设置在所述盖子表面(101)下方,所述至少一个封闭元件包括上升斜坡(122),其中,所述操作元件(111)能沿上升斜坡(122)移动;
所述至少一个压力平衡装置包括至少一个关闭元件(112,113),所述至少一个关闭元件(112,113)设置在所述操作元件(111)上,并且设有位于所述至少一个封闭元件(120)内的至少一个压力平衡开口(123),所述至少一个压力平衡开口(123)在所述致动元件(110)处于所述关闭位置时借助于所述至少一个关闭元件(112,113)可关闭,并且在所述致动元件(110)线性且平行于所述盖子(100)地从所述关闭位置移动至所述打开位置时可以是完全暴露的,所述压力平衡开口(123)的暴露是可逆的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述关闭元件(112,113)布置为销,所述销在所述致动元件(110)从所述关闭位置移动至所述打开位置时可完全移出所述至少一个压力平衡开口(123)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述至少一个关闭元件(112,113)与所述至少一个致动元件(110)一体地布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述至少一个关闭元件(112,113)与由柔性材料制成管(124)配合,所述管(124)的内部起到至少一个压力平衡开口(123)的作用,当所述至少一个致动元件(110)处于所述关闭位置时,所述管(124)借助于可逆横截面收缩以气密方式密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述致动元件(110)可固定在所述关闭位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述致动元件(110)的固定借助于具有柄部(117)的固定元件(115)进行,所述柄部(117)从布置成大致平行于所述盖子表面(101)的平面可旋转,所述固定元件(115)以铰接且不可拆卸的方式与所述致动元件(110)相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,在用于暴露所述致动元件(110)的第一次枢转之前,所述柄部(117)借助于至少一个预定断开点与布置在所述盖子表面(101)上的至少一个连接元件(118)相连。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述柄部(117)以Y形或T形方式布置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的盖子(100),其特征在于,所述至少一个倾倒开口(103)是可再关闭的。
