Description

Paging method, device and system for heterogeneous network
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a paging method, device, and system for a heterogeneous network.
Background
In an existing LTE (Long Term Evolution) heterogeneous network, a small base station, such as a Pico (Pico) access point, a HeNB (Home eNB), a Femto access point, a Relay access point, and the like, is placed in a coverage area of a Macro base station (Macro eNB), and a UE (User Equipment (terminal)) is under dual coverage of the Macro base station and the small base station, so that the system can obtain the maximum capacity which is the sum of capacities of the Macro base station and the small base station, and the whole communication system has a higher capacity than a conventional LTE Macro base station network. Under the scenes of office buildings, shopping malls, campus networks and the like, the heterogeneous deployment of the small base stations and the macro base stations can effectively enhance network coverage and improve spectrum efficiency, and the small base stations can be accessed to a network in a wired or wireless mode.
In such a heterogeneous network, a base station may generally have one or more cells, and a UE can only connect to one cell, which is called a serving cell of the UE. If the small-sized base station and the macro base station adopt the same-frequency deployment, all the base stations send downlink signals on the same carrier wave, wherein the downlink signals comprise downlink control domain signals and downlink data domain signals. A UE may receive cell signal interference, particularly downlink interference, from another base station when communicating with its serving cell. As shown in fig. 1, line a represents the serving cell of the UE, and line B represents the interfering cell received by the UE. The UE3 under Pico receives interference from the macro base station, and the UE1 of the macro base station located near the HeNB receives interference from the HeNB because there is no access right. In general, the interfered cell is called a victim cell, and the cell interfering with this UE is called an aggressor cell.
In order to reduce interference, a mechanism of time division multiplexing for reducing interference is proposed in the prior art. An aggressor cell transmits a signal at a specific time-frequency resource of some subframes, and does not transmit a signal on other time-frequency resource blocks in a subframe, and such a subframe that does not transmit a signal on most of the time-frequency resource blocks in one subframe is called an almost blank subframe (if all the time-frequency resources on the subframe do not transmit power, it is called an almost blank subframe). And the interference of the affected cell, which is received by the UE of the affected cell at the subframe corresponding to the almost blank subframe, is reduced, so that the aim of reducing the interference is fulfilled.
In the LTE paging mechanism in the prior art, the UE can only receive the paging message at the fixed subframe (PO) of a specific radio frame (PF), that is, receive the paging message at one subframe of subframes No. 0, 4, 5, and 9 of a certain radio frame in a certain paging cycle, and update the system message or initiate a service after acquiring the content of the paging message. After the above interference reduction mechanism is introduced, the original paging mechanism of LTE will have problems. In order to ensure that the UE of the victim cell, especially the UE interfered in the idle state, can hear the Paging message, the aggressor cell is currently allowed to strictly set almost blank subframe according to the PF and PO of the UE of the victim cell, thereby ensuring that the UE of the victim cell successfully receives the Paging message. By adopting the method, the setting of the almost blank subframes of the infringing cell is limited by the PF and PO of each UE of the victim cell, the setting of too many almost blank subframes influences the scheduling of the UE of the infringing cell, the load and the system capacity of the infringing cell are reduced, information based on the UE grade needs to be transmitted on the communication interfaces of the infringing cell and the victim cell, and the signaling overhead is increased.

Detailed Description
For the convenience of understanding, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a paging method for a heterogeneous network, which can be used in the heterogeneous network to avoid an aggressor cell from causing interference to User Equipment (UE) of a victim cell and failing to receive a paging message, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
step S1, when the user equipment meets the interference report condition, reporting an interference report to the base station of the victim cell, so that the base station of the victim cell can generate and issue a paging configuration update message according to the received interference report;
in the step S1, the condition that the ue satisfies the interference report includes: when the interference value is detected to exceed a preset threshold value; or, the receiving of the paging message is abnormal; or the preset interference reporting time reaches the set periodic reporting time. And if any one of the conditions is met, the user equipment reports an interference report. The reported interference report may include: any one or more of an interference indication, an interference value and a cause indication; the interference indication represents the interference severity level, the interference value represents a downlink interference value received by the user equipment, and the reason indication represents that the paging message cannot be received and the reason that the paging message cannot be received.
In step S1, the method for reporting the interference report to the base station to which the victim cell belongs by the ue may adopt any one of the following manners, including:
when a random access scrambling code (RACH scrambling code) is sent in the first step of the random access process, an interference report reported to a base station to which a victim cell belongs is carried;
or when the message (Msg3) in the third step is sent in the random access process, carrying an interference report reported to the base station to which the victim cell belongs in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment request signaling;
or, when the message (Msg3) of the third step is sent in the random access process, the interference report reported to the base station to which the victim cell belongs is carried in the medium access control _ control element (MAC _ CE);
or after connecting to the base station to which the victim cell belongs, carrying an interference report reported to the base station to which the victim cell belongs in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection reestablishment request signaling;
or, sending a newly added signaling to the base station to which the victim cell belongs, and carrying the interference report reported to the base station to which the victim cell belongs through the signaling.
Step S2, the ue receives the paging configuration update message generated and issued by the base station to which the victim cell belongs, and updates the paging configuration to the paging configuration avoiding interference according to the paging configuration update message.
In step S2, the specific step of the ue updating the paging configuration to the paging configuration avoiding interference according to the received paging configuration update message is:
updating the position of the monitoring paging message to the position of a subframe and/or a wireless frame included in the paging configuration updating message; the paging configuration update message comprises: the position of the subframe and/or the wireless frame where the paging message is located; or a pre-agreed location of subframes and/or radio frames of the paging message. The updated UE can avoid the interference to monitor the paging message.
On the basis of the above method, optionally, after step S2, after receiving the paging configuration update message sent by the base station to which the victim cell belongs, an update response message may be replied to the base station to which the victim cell belongs.
The paging method of the embodiment is used in a heterogeneous network, and the ue reports an interference report when the interference reporting condition is met, so that a base station to which a victim cell belongs can generate a paging configuration update message according to the received interference report, and the ue can update the paging configuration to a paging configuration avoiding interference by using the received paging configuration update message. The method enables the user equipment to be in an idle state or a connected state, and can actively inform the base station of the victim cell of the interfered state of the user equipment, so that the base station of the victim cell selects the configuration scheduling user equipment avoiding the interference, and under the heterogeneous network scene, the aggression cell can ensure that the UE interfered by the victim cell can also receive the Paging message (Paging message) under the condition of configuring limited almost blank subframes in order to ensure the load of the aggression cell and reduce the signaling overhead on the cell (or base station) level interface.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a paging method for a heterogeneous network, which is substantially the same as the method provided in embodiment 1, except that (see fig. 3): before the user equipment sends the interference report, the method further includes a step S0 of receiving a preset paging configuration issued by the base station to which the victim cell belongs using a broadcast message, where the preset paging configuration includes a paging configuration avoiding interference.
The preset paging configuration may be a paging configuration negotiated in advance by a base station to which a victim cell belongs and a base station to which an aggressor cell belongs, each paging configuration is a low-interference paging configuration in a normal state, and if one or more paging configurations enter a high-interference state, a paging configuration not subjected to high interference is a paging configuration avoiding high interference.
In the above method, one of the preset paging configurations that have been delivered with the broadcast message may be designated as the paging configuration avoiding high interference in the paging configuration update message generated in step S1. In step S2, the ue is enabled to select a paging configuration from the preset paging configurations received in the broadcast message according to the designation of the received paging configuration update message, and update the paging configuration to avoid interference.
At this time, an identifier may be set in the paging configuration update message, and identifies the location of the subframe and/or radio frame of the paging message in the paging configuration preset by the pointed broadcast message. By means of this identification the user equipment can update the listening position to low interference.
The mode of firstly sending the preset paging configuration by the broadcast message does not need to carry the paging configuration avoiding the interference in the subsequently sent paging configuration updating message, and only needs to select from the preset paging configuration received from the previous broadcast message according to the designation of the paging configuration updating message, thereby reducing the occupation of network resources and improving the efficiency of updating the paging configuration avoiding the interference.
Example 3
The present embodiment provides a paging method for a heterogeneous network, which can be used in the heterogeneous network to avoid an aggressor cell from causing interference to User Equipment (UE) of a victim cell and failing to receive a paging message, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step S11, the base station to which the victim cell belongs receives the interference report reported by the user equipment when the interference report condition is satisfied, generates a paging configuration update message according to the received interference report, and sends the paging configuration update message to the user equipment;
in the step S11, the generating of the paging configuration update message according to the received interference report specifically includes the following modes:
the first mode for generating the paging configuration update message is as follows: if the base station to which the victim cell belongs does not negotiate about blank subframe configuration with the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs or the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs does not activate the blank subframe configuration, negotiating with the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs to determine an available low-interference subframe;
determining a paging configuration avoiding interference according to the self-available low-interference subframe, and generating a paging configuration updating message according to the determined paging configuration.
In the first method for generating paging configuration update message, when the base station to which the victim cell belongs and the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs negotiate to determine the low-interference subframe available for itself, one negotiation or multiple negotiations may be adopted, which are described separately:
the one-time negotiation process is as follows:
A. the base station to which the victim cell belongs initiates an activation request of nearly blank subframe setting to the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs, so that the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs configures nearly blank subframes and activates the nearly blank subframe configuration according to the received activation request;
B. and the base station to which the victim cell belongs receives the configuration information of the almost blank subframes carried by the activation confirmation information of the almost blank subframes returned by the base station to which the aggression cell belongs, and determines the low-interference subframes available for the base station according to the configuration information of the almost blank subframes.
After the above one negotiation process, the method may further include: and returning the determined self-available low-interference subframe configuration to the base station to which the invading cell belongs by the base station to which the victim cell belongs.
On the basis of the above-mentioned one negotiation, two or more negotiations may be performed, specifically:
after one negotiation, the base station to which the victim cell belongs receives the current almost blank subframe configuration sent by the aggression cell, and the low-interference subframe available for the base station is determined again according to the received current almost blank subframe configuration;
and sending the re-determined low-interference subframe configuration to the base station to which the invading cell belongs, and performing secondary negotiation.
If multiple negotiations are prepared, the processing procedure of the secondary negotiation is repeated, and the low-interference subframe available for the user equipment can be further determined again.
The second method for generating the paging configuration update message is as follows: if the base station to which the victim cell belongs already negotiates about the configuration of the almost blank subframes with the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs, and the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs already activates the configuration of the almost blank subframes, acquiring the configuration information of the almost blank subframes activated by the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs, and confirming the low-interference subframes available for the base station according to the configuration information of the almost blank subframes;
determining a paging configuration avoiding interference according to the self-available low-interference subframe, and generating a paging configuration updating message according to the determined paging configuration. The generated paging configuration updating message comprises: the position of the subframe and/or the wireless frame where the paging message is located; or a pre-agreed location of subframes and/or radio frames of the paging message.
In the two manners of generating the paging configuration update message, determining the low-interference subframe available to itself according to the almost blank subframe configuration information includes:
and confirming the subframes set as the almost blank subframes of the base station to which the infringing cell belongs through the almost blank subframe configuration information, and selecting the subframes from the subframes corresponding to the almost blank subframes as low-interference subframes available for the subframes.
In the step S11, the issuing the paging configuration update message to the ue may adopt any one of the following manners, including:
carrying the paging configuration updating message in a radio resource control connection establishment signaling between a base station to which the victim cell belongs and the user equipment, and sending the paging configuration updating message to the user equipment through the radio resource control connection establishment signaling;
or, the paging configuration update message is carried in a radio resource control connection reestablishment signaling between the base station to which the victim cell belongs and the user equipment, and the radio resource control connection reestablishment signaling is issued to the user equipment;
or, the paging configuration update message is carried in a radio resource control connection reconfiguration signaling between the base station to which the victim cell belongs and the user equipment, and is issued to the user equipment through the radio resource control connection reconfiguration signaling;
or, the paging configuration update message is carried in an added signaling, and is issued to the user equipment through the signaling;
or, the paging configuration update message is carried in a random access response signaling in a random access process, and is issued to the user equipment through the signaling.
Step S12, enabling the ue to update the paging configuration to the paging configuration avoiding interference according to the received paging configuration update message.
In step S12, the step of updating, by the ue, the paging configuration to the paging configuration avoiding the interference according to the paging configuration update message generated by the base station to which the victim cell belongs specifically includes:
updating the position of the monitoring paging message to the position of a subframe and/or a wireless frame included in the paging configuration updating message; the paging configuration update message comprises: the position of the subframe and/or the wireless frame where the paging message is located; or a pre-agreed location of subframes and/or radio frames of the paging message. The updated UE can avoid the interference position to monitor the paging message.
The paging method of the embodiment is used in a heterogeneous network, so that a base station to which a victim cell belongs can generate a paging configuration update message according to an interference report reported by user equipment when the interference report condition is met, and further, the user equipment can update the paging configuration into the paging configuration avoiding interference through the paging configuration update message. The method enables the base station to which the victim cell belongs to select the configuration of avoiding interference to schedule the user equipment according to the interference state actively reported and informed by the user equipment when the user equipment is in an idle state or a connection state, so that the UE interfered by the victim cell can be ensured to receive the Paging message (Paging message) under the condition that limited almost blank subframes are configured for ensuring the load of the aggression cell and reducing the signaling overhead on a cell (or base station) level interface in a heterogeneous network scene.
Example 4
The present embodiment provides a paging method for a heterogeneous network, which is substantially the same as the method provided in embodiment 3, except that (see fig. 5): before receiving an interference report sent by user equipment, the method further includes a step S10 in which a base station to which the victim cell belongs issues a plurality of preset paging configurations to the user equipment by using a broadcast message, where the plurality of preset paging configurations include a paging configuration avoiding interference.
The preset paging configurations may be a plurality of paging configurations negotiated in advance by a base station to which a victim cell belongs and a base station to which an aggression cell belongs, each paging configuration is an interference-free paging configuration in a normal state, and if one or more paging configurations enter an interference state, the non-interference paging configuration is the interference-free paging configuration.
The method may designate one of a plurality of preset paging configurations that have been delivered with the broadcast message as the interference avoidance paging configuration in the paging configuration update message generated at step S11. In step S12, the ue is enabled to select one paging configuration from the plurality of preset paging configurations received in the broadcast message according to the designation in the received paging configuration update message, and update the paging configuration to avoid interference.
In the method, a paging configuration update message generated by a base station to which a victim cell belongs may include an identifier, where the identifier points to a position of a subframe and/or a radio frame of a paging message in a paging configuration preset by a broadcast message. The user equipment can update the position of monitoring the paging message to the position of the subframe and/or the radio frame of the paging message in the paging configuration preset by the broadcast message pointed by the identification. The updated UE can avoid the interference position to monitor the paging message.
The preset paging configuration may be that after the base station to which the victim cell belongs and the base station to which the aggression cell belongs negotiate a low-interference subframe in advance, the victim cell sets the paging configuration, each paging configuration is a paging configuration subjected to low interference in a normal state, and if one or more paging configurations enter a state subjected to high interference, the paging configuration subjected to low interference is a paging configuration avoiding high interference.
The method may designate a preset paging configuration, which is delivered by a broadcast message, as the paging configuration avoiding the interference in the paging configuration update message generated in step S11. In step S12, the ue is enabled to select a paging configuration from the preset paging configurations received in the broadcast message according to the designation in the received paging configuration update message, and update the paging configuration to avoid high interference.
The mode of firstly sending the preset paging configuration by the broadcast message does not need to carry the paging configuration avoiding the interference in the subsequently sent paging configuration updating message, and only needs to select from the preset paging configuration received from the previous broadcast message according to the designation of the paging configuration updating message, thereby reducing the occupation of network resources and improving the efficiency of updating the paging configuration avoiding the high interference.
Example 5
In this embodiment, the method of the foregoing embodiments 1 and 3 is further described in combination with the implementation process of the foregoing paging method in an LET heterogeneous network, as shown in fig. 6, including:
step 1, when the UE of the victim cell detects that the interference value exceeds a preset threshold value; or, the receiving exception of the Paging message (Paging message) occurs; or, when the preset interference reporting time reaches the set periodic reporting time, sending an interference report to the eNB to which the victim cell belongs (i.e. the base station to which the victim cell belongs), where the interference report may include: any one or more of an interference indication, an interference value and a cause indication; wherein the reason indication indicates that the paging message is not received and one or more reasons for not receiving the paging message;
in step 1, the UE may select any one of the following manners to report the interference report to the eNB to which the victim cell belongs, which specifically includes:
(1) as shown in fig. 7, when the UE transmits the RACH scrambling code by using the first step of the random access procedure, the UE carries an interference report.
(2) As shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the UE uses the third step of the random access procedure, i.e. sends Msg3 using UL, the UE may carry an interference report, and may use one of two signaling, RRCConnectionRequest () contained in Msg3 of the third step of the random access procedure; or the interference report is carried in the MAC _ CE of the RACH.
(3) As shown in fig. 10 and 11, after an IDLE UE (IDLE UE) is Connected to a victim cell through a random access procedure, or when a Connected UE (Connected UE) is already Connected to the victim cell, RRC connection reestablishment request signaling (i.e., rrcconnectionrequestrequest ()) is used, and an interference report is carried in the signaling; or carrying an interference report in the MAC _ CE of the RPACH;
(4) as shown in fig. 12, the UE utilizes the added new signaling sent to the eNB to which the victim cell belongs, and carries the interference report in the signaling.
Step 2, 3, after receiving the interference report reported by the UE, if the eNB to which the victim cell belongs (i.e. the base station to which the victim cell belongs) does not negotiate the configuration of the almost blank subframe with the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs (i.e. the base station to which the aggressor cell belongs), or the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs does not activate the almost blank subframe, the eNB to which the victim cell belongs initiates an activation request for setting the almost blank subframe to the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs, and the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs sets the almost blank subframe and activates the configuration of the almost blank subframe after receiving the activation message;
step 4, the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs returns almost blank subframe activation confirmation information, the activation confirmation information replied in the step 4 can carry specific configuration information of almost blank subframes, and the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs can know which subframes of the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs are set as almost blank subframes through the configuration information, so that an available low-interference subframe of the eNB is determined;
in the processing flow of the method, after one negotiation, a suitable almost blank subframe configuration may be determined through multiple negotiations (as shown by a dotted line in the figure).
Step 5, according to the determined appropriate almost blank subframe configuration, the Paging configuration update information can be generated, and the Paging configuration update information (i.e. Paging message configuration update message in fig. 7) is issued to the UE.
In the Paging configuration update information generated in step 5, it is specified in which fixed subframes of fixed radio frames the UE monitors Paging messages (downlink messages) to avoid interference, i.e. to update the Paging configuration of the UE. As shown in fig. 15, the aggressor cell sets almost blank subframes at subframes # 1 and # 6 of the radio frame, and the subframe of the victim cell corresponds subframes # 0 and # 5 as low-interference subframes in order to match the almost blank subframes of the aggressor cell to the maximum extent. A UE that would have listened to the Paging message on the 4# subframe or the 9# subframe cannot correctly receive the Paging message because the 4# subframe or the 9# subframe is interfered. At this time, the UE may be notified in the delivered Paging configuration update message to change its PO location, stop monitoring the Paging message in the originally set subframe, for example, the 4# subframe or the 9# subframe, change to monitoring the Paging message in the other low-interference Paging subframe locations, for example, the 0# subframe or the 5# subframe, or select other subframes other than subframes No. 0, 4, 5, and 9 as POs, or monitor the Paging message in multiple subframes. Thereby updating the UE to a paging configuration that avoids interference.
In practice, besides specifying and changing the position of the fixed subframe, i.e. the PO position, of the UE in the delivered Paging configuration update information, the position of the radio frame corresponding to Paging of the UE may also be changed according to the density of the almost blank subframe configuration.
In step 5, the generated paging configuration update message may include: the position of the subframe and/or the wireless frame where the paging message is located; or a pre-agreed location of subframes and/or radio frames of the paging message.
In step 5, the eNB to which the victim cell belongs may issue the paging configuration update message to the user equipment in any one of the following manners, which specifically includes:
(1) a paging configuration update message sent to the ue is carried by the RRC dedicated signaling, such as RRC connection setup signaling (RRCConnectionSetup ()) (see fig. 8), or RRC connection reestablishment signaling (RCConnectionReestablishment ()) (see fig. 9), or RRC connection reconfiguration signaling (RRCConnectionReconfiguration ()) (see fig. 10 and 11); or random access response command of the random access procedure (see fig. 7)
(2) Through the added new signaling sent to the user equipment, the paging configuration update message (as shown in fig. 12) sent to the user equipment is carried;
when the eNB to which the victim cell belongs carries the paging configuration update message issued to the user equipment through the RRC dedicated signaling, the user equipment may report the interference report when sending the scrambling code in the first step in the random access process.
As shown in fig. 6, after the UE reports the interference report in step 1, if the eNB to which the victim cell belongs already negotiates about the configuration of the almost blank subframes with the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs, and the aggressor cell already activates the configuration, the eNB to which the victim cell belongs may determine the low-interference subframes (subframes corresponding to the almost blank subframes) available to itself (i.e., determine the appropriate configuration of the almost blank subframes) according to the known configuration of the almost blank subframes activated by the eNB to which the aggressor cell belongs, and then directly proceed to step 5.
After step 5, an optional step 6 may be added, where after receiving the Paging message configuration update information (i.e., Paging configuration update message), the UE sends a Paging message update response to notify the eNB that the eNB has received the update message. The response message may be replied with RRC dedicated signaling, as in RRCConnectionSetupComplete (), rrcconnectionsreconfigurationcomplete (), or rrcconnectionsreedetablshmentcomplete (), carrying the response message.
And if the UE does not receive the feedback of the interference report within the specified time (namely, the UE does not receive the Paging message configuration updating information sent by the eNB to which the victim cell belongs), the process is initiated again.
As shown in the processing flow shown in fig. 6, in step 1, if the user equipment transmits the interference report when transmitting the scrambling code in the first step of the random access procedure, in step 5, the eNB to which the victim cell belongs may also transmit a Paging message configuration update (i.e., a Paging configuration update message) in the second step of the random access procedure (see fig. 7).
Example 6
In this embodiment, the method in the foregoing embodiments 2 and 4 is further described in combination with a procedure of implementing paging processing in an LET heterogeneous network, as shown in fig. 15, including:
before reporting the interference report by the UE of the victim cell in step 1, in a step 10, an eNB to which the victim cell belongs sends a Paging update configuration set to the user equipment through a broadcast message, where the Paging update configuration set may be a Paging update configuration set obtained by negotiating between the eNB to which the victim cell belongs and an eNB to which an aggressor cell belongs, and includes a Paging configuration avoiding high interference;
in this way, the processing of the steps 2 to 4 is not required, the step 5 is directly entered, the Paging message configuration update (namely the Paging configuration update message) is generated, and the Paging message configuration update is issued to the user equipment. The generated Paging message configuration update (i.e., Paging configuration update message) may include an identifier that points to the location of the subframe and/or radio frame of the Paging message in the Paging configuration preset by the broadcast message. The user equipment can update the position of monitoring the paging message to the position of the subframe and/or the radio frame of the paging message in the paging configuration preset by the broadcast message pointed by the identification. The updated UE can avoid the interference position to monitor the paging message.
The method for reporting the interference report to the eNB to which the victim cell belongs by the ue in the method of this embodiment is the same as that in embodiment 5, and reference may be made to embodiment 5, and this is not repeated here.
In the method of this embodiment, a manner in which an eNB to which a victim cell belongs issues Paging message configuration update (i.e., Paging configuration update message) to a user equipment is the same as that provided in embodiment 5, and reference may be made to embodiment 5, and this is not repeated here.
The configuration of Paging update is issued by using a broadcast message, after the eNB to which the victim cell belongs receives the interference report of the UE, the UE can specify the Paging position to be updated in the generated Paging message configuration update, and after the UE receives the Paging message configuration update issued by the eNB to which the victim cell belongs, the UE can update the position of monitoring the Paging according to the specified Paging position and the configuration of Paging update issued by the broadcast message.
