技术领域
本发明涉及一种所说明的类型的喷雾器(Spruehgeraet),其带有用于驱动鼓风机的驱动马达,带有吹管,通过吹管由鼓风机输送空气流,带有布置在背部支架处的喷雾剂箱,且带有喷嘴,喷嘴通过喷雾剂管道与喷雾剂箱相连接且给空气流供给喷雾剂。

由文件WO 2010/008374A1已知一种背携式的(rueckengetragen)送风机(Blasgeraet),在其中由于在喷嘴处所产生的负压,喷雾剂(Spruehmittel)被配量给空气流。在喷嘴处形成的负压一方面取决于马达转速且另一方面取决于喷嘴关于喷雾剂箱布置的高度。在操作中,使用者不仅可向下而且可向上喷洒。通过吹管的竖直的摆动运动产生在喷嘴与喷雾剂箱之间的高度差的区别和因此在喷嘴处的静液压力的改变,静液压力明显影响所供给的喷雾剂量。
也已知通过泵将喷雾剂输送到吹管中。然而,喷雾器的构造由此变得更加复杂,且由于附加的零件增加了喷雾器的重量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供这种类型的喷雾器,其结构简单且确保均匀的喷雾剂排出(Spruehmittelaustrag)。
该目的通过这种喷雾器来实现,其特征在于,在喷嘴上游在喷雾剂管道中布置有压力调节器。
通过在喷雾剂管道中的压力调节器可调整由于吹管在操作中在摆动时不同的工作高度而产生的压力差。在恒定的压力下,压力调节器给喷嘴供给喷雾剂。不需要单独的泵。喷雾剂可只根据在出口喷嘴 处的负压和在喷雾剂箱与喷嘴之间的大地测量学的压力差来配量。
有利地,空气流通过排出口离开吹管。压力调节器和喷嘴尤其相邻于排出口地布置在吹管处。通过压力调节器和喷嘴彼此直接相邻地布置,由于在压力调节器与喷嘴之间的高度差的压力差最小。喷嘴相邻于排出口的布置引起良好的喷雾剂排出。

图1显示了一种背携式的喷雾器1。喷雾器1具有背部支架2,在背部支架2处固定有未示出的肩带,利用肩带可由使用者在背部上携带背部支架2。在背部支架2处固定有壳体3,在壳体3中布置有驱动马达4,其驱动鼓风机45。驱动马达4构造为内燃机、尤其为两冲程发动机或为经混合润滑的四冲程发动机。在内燃机4下方布置有燃料箱5,其可被集成到壳体3中或可构造成单独的壳体件。在壳体3上方,在背部支架2处固定有喷雾剂箱8。在喷雾剂箱8中,液态的喷雾剂被填充直至填充高度16。喷雾剂箱8由箱盖9封闭。

如图7所示,杠杆25可摆动地支承在壳体28中的摆动支座41处。在背对调节膜24的端部处,在杠杆25处固定有阀体42,其在闭合的位置中被压向阀座43且利用其形成进口阀26。在杠杆25与下部的壳体外壳38之间布置有弹簧27。弹簧27相对于操作元件29布置在杠杆25处。
如图8所示,操作元件29在停止运转位置30中被进一步拧入调节器壳体28中。在该位置中,操作元件29偏转调节膜24。由此,杠杆25摆动且阀体42从阀座43提起。进口阀26在该位置中被打开,使得喷雾剂可无阻碍地流动通过压力调节器18。

Claims (11)

1. 一种喷雾器,其带有用于驱动鼓风机(45)的驱动马达(4),带有吹管(11),通过所述吹管(11)由所述鼓风机(45)输送空气流,带有布置在背部支架(2)处的喷雾剂箱(8),且带有喷嘴(17),所述喷嘴(17)通过喷雾剂管道(19)与所述喷雾剂箱(8)相连接且给所述空气流供给喷雾剂,其特征在于,在所述喷嘴(17)上游在所述喷雾剂管道(19)中布置有压力调节器(18),其中,所述压力调节器(18)具有调节腔(23)、限制所述调节腔(23)的调节膜(24)和到所述调节腔(23)中的进口阀(26),其中,所述进口阀(26)的位置关联于所述调节膜(24)的位置,所述压力调节器(18)具有停止运转位置(30),并且所述压力调节器(18)具有操作元件(29),其在停止运转位置(30)中偏转所述调节膜(24)且由此打开所述进口阀(26)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述空气流通过排出口(44)离开所述吹管(11),而所述压力调节器(18)和所述喷嘴(17)相邻于所述排出口(44)布置在所述吹管(11)处。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,设置有用于喷雾剂的配量装置(10),其在所述喷雾剂管道(19)中布置在所述压力调节器(18)与所述喷嘴(17)之间。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述进口阀(26)被弹性加载到其闭合方向上。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述调节膜(24)的背对所述调节腔(23)的侧面被加载以环境压力。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述调节膜(24)的背对所述调节腔(23)的侧面与所述喷雾剂箱(8)的内腔相连接。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述喷雾剂箱(8)被压力加载。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述喷雾剂箱(8)通过压力管道(20)与所述鼓风机(45)的过压区域相连接。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述鼓风机(45)具有鼓风机叶轮(6),其布置在鼓风机螺旋(7)中,其中,所述压力管道(20)通到所述鼓风机螺旋(7)中。
10. 根据权利要求8所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,在所述压力管道(20)中布置有朝向所述喷雾剂箱(8)开启的止回阀(21)。
11. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾器,其特征在于,所述压力调节器(18)通过至少部分地包围所述吹管(11)的固定夹(32)被固定在所述吹管(11)处。
