Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of woodware coating, in particular to a coating process for enabling woodware to show a three-dimensional effect.
Background
The method is characterized in that wood paint is coated on the surface of a wood product (comprising wooden furniture, wooden ornamental products and the like), and is mainly used for decorating and protecting the wood product; the existing coating process is to directly spray paint on a woodware product after simple pretreatment of the surface, and then to shape after drying; although the wood ware product can be well protected by modulating the paint formula; but is somewhat lacking in decorative effect.
Wood has structural features visible to the naked eye including: annual rings, saplings, heartwood, wood rays, pipe holes and the like. In the traditional coating process, even if transparent wood paint is coated, the wood grain patterns which are finally displayed and can be seen only are formed by annual rings, edge materials and core materials, and the coating process requires that the paint coating colors are uniform, so that the coated wood product is too rigid and monotonous, and cannot completely display the stereoscopic impression of natural wood grains.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a coating process which can make the woodware show a three-dimensional effect; the coating process can protect the woodware, and is simple and short in time; especially, the wood can completely embody the structural characteristics of the wood, so that the woodware has aesthetic feeling of different colors and levels and rich and full natural stereoscopic impression.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a coating process for enabling woodware to present a three-dimensional effect is characterized by comprising the following coating steps:
step A, sanding of woodware materials: comprehensively sanding the woodware material by No. 240 sand paper;
step B, background color application: diluting the pigment with a diluent, and then diluting the pigment according to the ratio of 30-50 g/m2The wood ware material after sanding is comprehensively sprayed by the amount of the sand so that the whole color of the wood ware material is consistent; after finishing the ground color, standing and drying the woodware material for 3-5 minutes; the pigment is prepared by adding diluent into red, yellow and green dyes to adjust the required hue and color concentration, wherein the usage amount of the toner is 1-3%, and if the usage amount is not less thanDissolving alcohol-soluble dye with ethanol, and dissolving common dye with butyl acetate;
step C, sealing and fixing the primer: c, firstly, using primer to make the wood material subjected to standing drying in the step B into 60-80 g/m2The amount of the adhesive is sprayed once, then the adhesive is kept stand and dried for 3-5 minutes, and finally No. 400 abrasive paper is used for polishing to remove burrs; the primer may be any of various primers commonly used in the art.
Step D, wiping the colorant: firstly, wiping the wood material with the primer sealed by cotton cloth stained with a colorant to wipe the colorant into a conduit of the wood material, and then wiping off the redundant colorant on the surface of the wood material by clean cotton cloth;
step E, transparent primer coating: firstly, transparent primer is used for coating the woodware material with the colorant according to the proportion of 100-120 g/m2The coating is sprayed comprehensively, then dried and polished by No. 320 abrasive paper after drying;
the transparent primer coating process is repeated for two times; the clear primer may be any of various clear primers commonly used in the art.
Step F, transparent finish coating: the transparent finishing coat for the woodware material with the transparent primer is coated according to the proportion of 80-100 g/m2The wood lacquer can be various finish paints commonly used in the field, and the finishing paint is dried to finish the coating process for enabling the woodware to show the three-dimensional effect.
Before the bottom color is applied in the step B, a green repairing process is also included, namely, the alcohol-soluble green dye is firstly diluted to the color concentration of 0.5-2% by using ethanol, and then the diluted green dye is locally sprayed on the sanded woodware material; the step only carries out green trimming on the darker or redder part of the wood material, and if the darker or redder part of the wood material does not exist, the procedure can be omitted.
Before the green trimming procedure, the method also comprises a red trimming procedure, namely, firstly diluting the alcohol-soluble red dye to 0.5-2% of color concentration by using ethanol, and then locally spraying the diluted red dye on the sanded woodware material; the step only corrects the lighter or whiter part of the woodware material, and if the lighter or whiter part of the woodware material does not exist, the procedure can be omitted.
Preferably, the colorant in the step D is obtained by mixing and grinding natural linseed oil and transparent iron oxide according to the weight ratio of 0.5-6: 1 until the fineness is less than or equal to 15 mu m, and the wiping type colorant can also be the existing wiping type colorant product.
Preferably, in the step E of applying the transparent primer, the drying condition is 10 ℃ or more for at least 40 minutes.
Preferably, in the sealing primer of step C, the primer is a primer prepared by diluting with a thinner for No. 2 cup 10-12' in the rock field.
Preferably, in the transparent primer applied in the step E, the transparent primer is prepared into No. 2 cup 14-20' of the rock field by using a thinner.
Preferably, in the step F, the transparent finish paint is prepared into No. 2 cup 10-12' in the rock field by using a diluent.
The invention comprises the steps of red trimming, green trimming, ground color applying, primer sealing, colorant wiping, transparent primer applying, transparent finish applying and the like; wherein,
the red correction is to spray only the part of the material with lighter or whiter color;
the green modification is to spray only the darker or redder part of the material;
the ground color is not only for making the whole color consistent, but also for pulling up all the fiber conduits of the wood to make the wood have stereoscopic impression;
the sealing primer isolates the ground color, has coloring function, can seal the ground color, can make the ground color natural and soft, prevents the wood from excessively absorbing the color on one hand, and makes the color wiped at the back not influence the color at the front on the other hand;
wiping a coloring agent to wipe colors into the conduit penetrating the wood fiber to generate deep colors at the conduit, wiping redundant coloring agent on the surface (non-conduit) of the woodware without leaving deep colors, adjusting the light and shade of the colors by wiping, increasing the layering of the colors of the coating and the definition of wood grains, thereby presenting a three-dimensional effect;
then, transparent primer and transparent finish paint are applied to protect the color and materials and make the surface smooth and increase the texture; the invention has the advantages that the plurality of working procedures are orderly and closely matched, each working procedure is dried for a certain time, the next working procedure is carried out when the certain humidity is reached, simultaneously, different viscosities and different spraying amounts of the paint used in each working procedure are limited, and finally, the woodware product coated by the coating process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the physical and chemical properties meet the industrial standard, the visual effect is obviously improved, the color is bright, and the product has three-dimensional layering sense and rich and full natural stereoscopic impression.
