Abstract
一种照明装置,包括散热器、设置于散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,及与散热器结合并罩设发光二极管模组的灯罩,发光二极管模组发出的光透过灯罩射出并具有一主发射方向,灯罩上设有一反射体,反射体用于将发光二极管模组发出的光反射至与主发射方向相反的方向。与现有技术相比,本发明照明装置在灯罩上设置反射体,可将照明装置发出的光反射到照明装置的安装面,从而增大照明面积,给用户带来方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种采用半导体发光元件作为光源的照明装置。
背景技术
作为一种新兴的光源,半导体发光元件发光二极管凭借其发光效率高、体积小、重量轻、环保等优点,已被广泛地应用到当前的各个领域当中,大有取代传统光源的趋势。
传统光源如白炽灯属于立体光源,其发出的光可朝向四周照射。而发光二极管灯具的光源属于面光源,其发出的光具有较高的指向性,不能照射到发光二极管灯具的安装面。当发光二极管灯具在诸如隧道、矿井等黑暗的环境中使用时,由于灯具发出的光无法照射到灯具的安装面,灯具的安装面方向因而黑暗无光,给行人或者用户带来不便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种照明装置,该照明装置发出的光可照射到安装面,从而增大照明面积。
一种照明装置,包括座体、设置于座体上的光源,及与座体结合并罩设光源的灯罩,光源发出的光透过灯罩射出并具有一主发射方向,该灯罩上设有一反射体,反射体用于将光源发出的光反射至与主发射方向相反的方向。
一种照明装置,包括散热器、设置于散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,及与散热器结合并罩设发光二极管模组的灯罩,发光二极管模组发出的光透过灯罩射出并具有一主发射方向,灯罩上设有一反射体,反射体用于将发光二极管模组发出的光反射至与主发射方向相反的方向。
与现有技术相比,本发明照明装置在灯罩上设置反射体,可将照明装置发出的光反射到照明装置的安装面,从而增大照明面积,给用户带来方便。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2及图4,本发明一实施例中的照明装置包括座体10、设置于座体10上的光源20,及与座体10结合并罩设光源20的灯罩30,光源20发出的光可透过灯罩30射出并具有一主发射方向M,该灯罩30上设有反射体40,反射体40用于将光源20发出的光反射至与主发射方向M相反的方向。
在一些实施例中,该座体10包括一散热器12,该散热器12包括一基板121及设置在基板121的一面上的若干散热鳍片122。光源20设置在基板121上与散热鳍片122相对的另一面上。图示中的基板121大致呈矩形,安装光源20的一面呈平面,当然在其他的实施例中基板121的形状不限于此,亦可以是呈圆形、方形等形状,安装光源20的一面还可以是弧面状,或者在该面上延伸形成安装光源20的柱体、片体等其他结构。
在一些实施例中,灯罩30可与散热器12直接接合。图示实施例中的座体10还包括一框体14,该框体14设置在散热器12上,灯罩30再与框体14接合。具体的,框体14围设光源20,并在光源20发出的光的主发射方向M上具有一定高度,以形成一收容空间(未标示)。座体10还可以包括一压框16,该压框16压置在灯罩30上,使得灯罩30与框体14固定接合。
光源20包括若干发光二极管模组21。在其他实施例中光源20还可以包括例如激光二极管或者有机发光二极管等其他类型的发光器件。发光二极管模组21贴设在散热器12的基板121上。
在一些实施例中,发光二极管模组21上还可以设置装饰框23,装饰框23置于框体14形成的收容空间内。装饰框23可遮挡发光二极管模组21除发光部分外的其他结构,以使光源20更加美观。进一步的,装饰框23还可以向四周延伸形成反射板的结构,同时起到反光、聚光等光学作用。另外,发光二极管模组21上还可以视需求设置透镜等其他光学元件,以改善发光二极管模组21的出光效果。
在一些实施例中,还可以在散热器12的基板121设有散热鳍片122的一面上设置一电源模组50,用以提供发光二极管模组21工作所需的电流。具体的,在基板121上开设一通孔123,电源模组50的导线(图未示)可穿过该通孔123与发光二极管模组21电连接。对应通孔123处设有一挡板125,该挡板125可保护穿过散热器12的导线等其他元件。挡板125设置在发光二极管模组21之间,将发光二极管模组21分隔设置在两个独立的区域。
在一些实施例中,还可以在散热器12的基板121的两端上设置安装支架60。安装支架60可为两个,当然两个安装支架60也可以设置成一体。借由该安装支架60,本发明的照明装置可固定在灯杆、墙壁等处。另外,安装支架60上还可设置转动机构62,因而可相对转动座体10以调节安装支架60与座体10之间的角度。
请同时参考图3,灯罩30由透明或者半透明材料制成。配合散热器12的基板121的形状,灯罩30大致呈一长方盒状。灯罩30包括一开口的结合端31、由结合端31向下延伸而出的一侧壁33,由侧壁33的末端向上倾斜延伸形成的一斜面32及一底面34。结合端31用于与散热器12、框体14、压框16等元件接合。侧壁33由四个侧面围设形成。斜面32与主发射方向M之间具有一夹角。对应侧壁33的四个侧面,斜面32也具有四个倾斜的长条形表面,并且依次首尾连接。底面34为平面,并接合在斜面32的末端。灯罩30在其他的实施例中也可以配合散热器12的基板121的不同形状作出变更,例如可以是圆形等形状。斜面32也可以是圆环状等其他形状。另外,图示中的斜面32的每一长条形表面均是与主发射方向M呈一夹角的平面,在其他实施例中不限于是平面,可以是弧面等曲面。
在一些实施例中,反射体40可贴设在灯罩30的底面34上。较佳的,反射体40贴设在灯罩30的斜面32上。因为斜面32与主发射方向M之间具有一夹角,所以反射体40设置在斜面32上可更好地将光线反射至与主发射方向M相反的方向。图示实施例中的反射体40贴设在斜面32的内表面上,在其他实施例中,也可以贴设在斜面32的外表面上。另外,图示实施例中的反射体40是以直接贴设在斜面32上的反射片的形式呈现,当然在其他实施例中,反射体40还可以是在斜面32的内表面或者外表面上喷涂的一层反射材料层,反射材料层也可起到与反射片相同的功效。
请再参考图4,发光二极管模组21发出的光可穿过灯罩30射出,并具有与铅垂方向相同的一主发射方向M。由于灯罩30的斜面32上具有反射体40,发光二极管模组21发出的光可经该斜面32反射至与主发射方向M相反的方向。由此,照明装置的安装支架60方向即照明装置的安装面方向亦可以得到照明,因而照明装置的照明面积得以增大,给用户带来方便。值得指出的是,该反射应包含镜面反射与漫反射。可以理解,与主发射方向M相反的方向不能限于理解为与主发射方向M呈180度夹角的方向,凡是与主发射方向M的夹角大于90度的方向均应为本文中与主发射方向M“相反的方向”,例如图4中示出的光线的方向。另外,斜面32与主发射方向M之间的夹角大小可视具体需求而作变更。
Claims (10)
1.一种照明装置,包括座体、设置于座体上的光源,及与座体结合并罩设光源的灯罩,光源发出的光透过灯罩射出并具有一主发射方向,其特征在于:该灯罩上设有一反射体,反射体用于将光源发出的光反射至与主发射方向相反的方向。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括一与主发射方向之间具有一夹角的斜面,所述反射体设置在斜面上。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述座体包括一散热器、与散热器接合的一框体及一压框,所述光源设置于散热器上并被框体围设,所述灯罩与框体接合,所述压框压置在灯罩上。
4.如权利要求1至3项中任意一项所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述光源包括若干发光二极管模组。
5.一种照明装置,包括散热器、设置于散热器上的若干发光二极管模组,及与散热器结合并罩设发光二极管模组的灯罩,发光二极管模组发出的光透过灯罩射出并具有一主发射方向,其特征在于:灯罩上设有一反射体,反射体用于将发光二极管模组发出的光反射至与主发射方向相反的方向。
6.如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩包括一与主发射方向之间具有一夹角的斜面,所述反射体设置在该斜面上。
7.如权利要求6所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述灯罩还包括与散热器接合的一结合端、由结合端延伸而出的一侧壁,及一底面,所述斜面接合在侧壁与底面之间。
8.如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于:还包括设置于散热器两端的安装支架,且安装支架上设有转动机构。
9.如权利要求5所述的照明装置,其特征在于:还包括设置于散热器上并与发光二极管模组相对设置的电源模组,所述电源模组的导线穿过散热器与发光二极管模组电连接。
10.如权利要求9所述的照明装置,其特征在于:所述散热器上设有一挡板,所述挡板遮挡电源模组的导线,且发光二极管模组被挡板分隔设置在两个区域。
