一种氯酸钾专用防结块剂,由亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑组成,二者的重量比为1-2∶1-2。与现有技术相比,本发明的一种氯酸钾专用防结块剂由于采用亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑两种白炭黑,亲水性白炭黑可以吸收氯酸钾产品内部的水分,疏水性白炭黑可以防止氯酸钾产品外部的水分进入,实现氯酸钾产品防结块的双重保险,试验证实,防结块效果极佳,可以做到氯酸钾产品6个月以上不结块。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种氯酸钾专用防结块剂。
背景技术
氯酸钾由于其特殊的结构,存在着严重的结块性。产品在粉碎后尤其是在热包装的情况下,几天甚至十几小时就结成大块。不仅使用不方便,而且由于它具有易爆炸的特点,用户重新粉碎时,操作不当容易引起爆炸,给用户增加了不安全因素。为此,人们一直在致力于氯酸钾防结块的研究工作。经历了从使用机械隔离到使用无机盐、有机物和表面活性剂等作为防结块剂的过程。目前防结块的研究工作仍在进行。
现有技术中比较普遍使用的氯酸钾防结块剂是普通白炭黑即亲水性白炭黑,其防水机理主要是靠亲水性白炭黑吸取氯酸钾内部的水分来防止氯酸钾产品结块,其防结块效果一般,只能维持一个月左右不结块。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种氯酸钾专用防结块剂,对氯酸钾产品的防结块效果极佳。
本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种氯酸钾专用防结块剂,由亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑组成,二者的重量比为1-2∶1-2。
优选地,所述亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑的颗粒大小均为200-2000目。之所以控制亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑的颗粒大小,是为了使得亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑的颗粒大小与氯酸钾的颗粒大小相适配,尽量在氯酸钾颗粒间的空间中都充满白炭黑,从而充分发挥白炭黑的防结块性能。
优选地,该防结块剂在加入氯酸钾产品中时占氯酸钾产品总重量的0.1-5%。经申请人多次试验证实,加入量的控制也极为关键,加入量过少,防结块效果不佳;加入量过多,则会影响氯酸钾产品的品质。
优选地,所述亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑的重量比为1∶1。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的一种氯酸钾专用防结块剂由于采用亲水性白炭黑和疏水性白炭黑两种白炭黑,亲水性白炭黑可以吸收氯酸钾产品内部的水分,疏水性白炭黑可以防止氯酸钾产品外部的水分进入,实现氯酸钾产品防结块的双重保险,试验证实,防结块效果极佳,可以做到氯酸钾产品6个月以上不结块。
