Abstract
本发明公开一种背光源驱动电路及其驱动方法、液晶电视机,主要是针对现有背光源驱动电路元器件较多,结构复杂等问题而提出的。本发明所述背光源驱动电路,包括:背光源供电电路,根据接收到的控制电路输出的驱动脉冲信号,向背光源负载提供工作所需的电压;以及,控制电路,响应于控制电压信号,实时采样所述背光源负载的工作电流,依据采样到的电流信号生成相应的驱动脉冲信号并输出。本发明所述背光源驱动电路结构简单,驱动稳定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示器背光源技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光源驱动电路及其驱动方法、液晶电视机。
背景技术
目前,LED(Light Emitting Diode)作为液晶显示器的背光源已被广泛应用。其中,中大尺寸LED液晶电视背光源至少有两路灯条,各灯条的供电及驱动方式如图1所示:
电源供电单元,由PFC(Power Factor Correction,功率因数校正)电源1和半桥谐振控制电路2构成;为与其连接的电路提供电能;
次级供电单元,包括:LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路3和次级供电电路4;其中,所述LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路3的输入端与所述电源供电单元连接,其输出端(即所述开关变压器T1的次侧线圈)经次级供电电路产生12V和100V的电压输出,为驱动单元提供工作电压;
驱动单元,包括:驱动芯片5、升压电路6、调光电路8和电流取样电路9(如图1所示),图1中仅显示了两路灯条7和10的驱动电路的连接,四路或者更多路的灯条均可采用相同的方式进行驱动。每路灯条都使用Boost升压电路6的拓扑方式,需要一个升压MOS管(V3或V5)和一个调光MOS管(V4或V6),并且每路升压电路6都需要电解电容(C5或C6)来满足LED正常工作。
采用上述供电及驱动方式需要较多芯片和外围元器件,成本较高,电路结构复杂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,且驱动稳定的背光源驱动电路及其驱动方法和采用该背光源驱动电路的液晶电视机。
为达到上述目的,本发明背光源驱动电路,包括:背光源供电电路和控制电路;其中,
所述背光源供电电路,根据接收到的所述控制电路输出的驱动脉冲信号,向背光源负载提供工作所需的电压;
所述控制电路,响应于控制电压信号,实时采样所述背光源负载的工作电流,依据采样到的电流信号生成相应的驱动脉冲信号并输出。
进一步地,所述背光源供电电路包括:LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路和整流滤波电路;其中,
所述LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路,根据接收到的所述控制电路输出的驱动脉冲信号,向连接在该电路负载端的所述整流滤波电路输出经谐振后的电信号;
所述整流滤波电路,连接在所述LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路的负载端,将接入的电信号经整流滤波后生成背光源负载工作所需的电压。
进一步地,所述控制电路,包括:电流采样电路、控制子电路和驱动隔离变压器;其中,
所述电流采样电路,实时采样所述背光源负载的工作电流并输出;
所述控制子电路,响应于控制电压信号,接收所述电流采样电路输出的电流信号并将该电流信号转换为电压信号,比较该电压信号与基准电压信号的值并依据比较结果输出相应的次级驱动脉冲信号;
所述驱动隔离变压器,包括:绕组磁芯、缠绕在所述绕组磁芯上作为初级侧的第一线圈和第二线圈以及缠绕在所述绕组磁芯上作为次级侧的次级线圈;用于将次级线圈接收到的次级驱动脉冲信号传送到初级侧,再由初级侧的第一线圈和第二线圈以两路驱动脉冲信号输出。

步骤3、实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流,依据采样到的电流信号生成相应的驱动脉冲信号,返回至步骤2。
进一步地,步骤1具体实现如下:
1.1、响应于控制电压信号输出次级驱动脉冲信号;
1.2、所述次级驱动脉冲信号经隔离变压后生成第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号;
步骤2具体实现如下:
2.1、第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号协同控制,输出谐振电信号;
2.2、所述谐振电信号经整流滤波后形成背光源负载工作所需的电压;

3.1、实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流;

3.3、步骤3.2所输出的次级驱动脉冲信号经隔离变压后生成第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号,返回至步骤2.1。
为达到上述目的,本发明所述液晶电视机,至少包括液晶显示屏以及背光源模组,所述背光源模组至少包括背光源负载和背光源驱动电路,所述背光源驱动电路为上述任意一所述的背光源驱动电路。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过控制电路实时监测背光源负载的工作电流并依据采样到的电流信号反馈驱动脉冲信号至所述背光源供电电路,以控制背光源供电电路为背光源负载提供所需的工作电压,达到稳定控制流经背光源负载的电流稳定的目的。较现有技术,本发明所述背光源驱动电路及其驱动方法由于采用了闭环控制,其更易实现对背光源负载的稳定驱动,且电路实现更加简单容易。
具体地,本发明可通过采用驱动隔离变压器次级侧电路控制隔离驱动变压器初级侧的LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路,然后将LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路输出的电信号经整流滤波后直接给背光源负载供电,这是一种全新的背光源驱动电路架构。这种架构利用一个驱动隔离变压器代替现有技术中的软开关半桥谐振电路,简化了背光源驱动电路,电路结构简单。
另外,驱动隔离变压器次级侧电路具体可以是并联稳压集成电路和脉宽调制控制电路构成的电路。本发明可通过并联稳压集成电路和脉宽调制控制电路反馈的驱动脉冲信号,来实现同时控制串联在所述背光源供电电路负载端的两路灯条的电流,进而保证了两灯条工作特性的相同且电流的恒定。这种方式,省去了现有技术中LED驱动电路、升压电路、调光电路以及电流取样电路的使用,进一步简化了电路的设计。
采用本发明所述背光源驱动电路的液晶电视机,其背光源驱动电路结构简单,从整体上降低了液晶电视机的成本,且其背光源的工作更加稳定,进而提高了液晶电视机的显示效果。

利用一个隔离变压器来代替现有技术中的半桥谐振控制电路,省去了大量的外围器件,简化了电路的设计同时还保证了电路的性能。

下面结合一具体实施例对本发明所述背光源驱动电路做详细的说明。
如图2所示,本实施例中,所述背光源负载为两条LED灯条,第一LED灯条16和第二LED灯条17串联在所述整流滤波电路的负载端。即,第一LED灯条16的阳极与所述整流滤波电路15的正压输出端相连;第二LED灯条17的阴极与所述整流滤波电路15的负压输出端相连,其阳极接地。
所述背光源供电电路由LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路14和整流滤波电路15构成。
LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路14,由第一开关管MOS1、第二开关管MOS2、电容C1和开关变压器T1构成;所述第一开关管MOS1,其栅极连接在所述驱动隔离变压器20初级侧第一线圈的一接线端203,漏极接入外接交流电信号(如图中所示该交流电信号为市电交流电经PFC电源输出的电信号),源极分别连接在所述驱动隔离变压器20初级侧第一线圈的另一接线端204和所述开关变压器T1初级侧的第一接入端;所述第二开关管MOS2,其栅极连接在所述驱动隔离变压器14初级侧第二线圈的一接线端201,漏极连接在所述第一开关管MOS1的源极,源极分别连接在所述驱动隔离变压器20初级侧第二线圈的另一接线端202、地以及电容C1的一端;所述电容C1,另一端连接在所述开关变压器T1初级侧的第二接入端;所述开关变压器T1,其次级侧连接在所述整流滤波电路15的输入端。

所述电流采样电路18包括:采样电阻R;所述采样电阻R,其一端连接在所述第一LED灯条16的阴极,另一端连接在所述第二LED灯条17的阳极。
所述控制子电路,包括:脉宽调制控制电路N1和并联稳压集成电路N2;其中,本实施例中所述的脉宽调制控制电路N1选用现有的脉宽调制控制芯片,其输入输出端口主要包括:控制电压信号输入端(即偏置电压Vin管脚),驱动脉冲信号输出管脚Drv1和Drv2,接地端GND和电流信号输出端(即RT管脚)。本实施例中所述的并联稳压集成电路N2选用可调式精密稳压集成电路TL431,其阳极端接地,阴极连接在所述脉宽调制控制电路的电流信号输出端,参考端与所述第一LED灯条16的阴极和采样电阻R的一端相连。
通过采样电阻R可实时采样第一LED灯条16和所述第二LED灯条17的电流信号,并得出采样电阻R的端电压,TL431比较参考端的电压值(即采样电阻的端电压)和其内部的基准电压,经与TL431阴极相连的RT管脚反馈比较结果至所述脉宽调制控制电路,如若参考端的电压与基准电压相等,则所述脉宽调制控制芯片N1的工作频率不变依旧输出频率不变的次级驱动脉冲信号;若参考端的电压高于基准电压,则RT管脚输出的电流值变大,脉宽调制控制芯片会依据RT管脚的电流信号相应的调整其工作频率以输出的经频率调整后的次级驱动脉冲信号(其中,所述RT管脚输出的电流信号与所述脉宽调制控制芯片的工作频率为线性关系),次级驱动脉冲信号经驱动隔离变压器以两路驱动脉冲信号反馈至所述背光源供电电路,在驱动脉冲信号的控制下调整背光源供电电路输出的电压信号也发生改变,使加载在所述第一灯条16和第二灯条17的电压值降低,以保证第一灯条16和第二灯条17的电流值恒定;反之同理。这种方式,省去了现有技术中LED驱动电路、升压电路、调光电路以及电流取样电路的使用,进一步简化了电路的设计。
如图6所示,本发明所述背光源驱动电路的驱动方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、响应于控制电压信号输出驱动脉冲信号;
S2、受控于所述驱动脉冲信号输出背光源负载工作所需的电压;
S3、实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流,依据采样到的电流信号生成相应的驱动脉冲信号,返回至步骤2。
作为本发明进一步地实施例,步骤1具体实现如下:
1.1、响应于控制电压信号输出次级驱动脉冲信号;
1.2、所述次级驱动脉冲信号经隔离变压后生成第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号。
作为本发明再进一步地实施例,步骤2具体实现如下:
2.1、第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号协同控制,输出谐振电信号;
2.2、所述谐振电信号经整流滤波后形成背光源负载工作所需的电压。
作为本发明更进一步地实施例,步骤3具体实现如下:
3.1、实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流;
3.2、依据采样到的电流信号得出所述电流采样电路的端电压,比较该端电压与基准电压,相等,输出与原输出频率相同的次级驱动脉冲信号;大于,降低输出的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率;小于,升高输出的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率;
3.3、步骤3.2所输出的次级驱动脉冲信号经隔离变压后生成第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号,返回至步骤2.1。
其中,步骤3.2中,若电流采样电路的端电压大于基准电压时,降低输出的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率;若电流采样电路的端电压小于基准电压时,升高输出的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率。这里需要注意的是:在实际的电路中,采用可调式精密稳压集成电路TL431和脉宽调制控制芯片来实现本步骤,当TL431的参考端的电压(即电流采样电路的端电压)大于其内部的基准电压时,其流经TL431阴极和阳极的电流(即从脉宽调制控制芯片的RT端输出的电流)会增大,其中,RT端输出的电流信号与所述脉宽调制控制芯片的工作频率是呈线性关系的,当RT端输出的电流增大时,脉宽调制控制芯片的工作频率呈一定比例降低,进而输出经频率降低后的次级驱动脉冲信号;相反,当RT端输出的电流降低时,脉宽调制控制芯片的工作频率呈一定比例升高,进而输出经频率升高后的次级驱动脉冲信号。
参照图2所示的背光源驱动电路,对本发明所述的驱动方法作进一步的说明。
当脉宽调制控制芯片N1响应到控制电压信号Vcc(提供PWM IC内部偏压与工作所需的电源)后就开始工作,输出次级驱动脉冲信号。隔离变压器T2将该次级驱动脉冲信号以两路驱动脉冲信号输出,即第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号(如图3a和3b所示)。其中,第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号的时序相反,即当第一脉冲驱动信号为高电平(即正电压值)时,第二脉冲驱动信号为低电平(即负电压值);当第一脉冲驱动信号为低电平(即负电压值)时,第二脉冲驱动信号为高电平(即正电压值)。
第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号分别输入至第一开关管MOS1和第二开关管MOS2,在第一驱动脉冲信号为高电平时,MOS1管导通,MOS2管截止;在第二驱动脉冲信号为高电平时,MOS2管导通,MOS1管截止;以实现MOS1和MOS2管的交替导通。MOS1和MOS2管交替导通,LLC谐振电路即开始工作。
LLC谐振电路将从PFC电源获取的电能转换为谐振电信号,该谐振电信号经开关变压器T1的初级端传递至次级端,开关变压器T1输出的电信号经过整流滤波电路后输出正负直流电压,直接给第一LED灯条16和第二LED灯条17供电(如4a和4b分别示出了流经第一LED灯条16和第二LED灯条17的电流波形图)。
电流采样电路实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流;其中,并联稳压集成电路N2的作用是实时监测其参考端电压(即所述电流采样电路的端电压),并比较监测到的参考端电压与其内部的基准电压,当参考端电压等于基准电压时,流经N2阴极至阳极的电流为稳定的电流;当参考端电压大于基准电压时,流经N2阴极至阳极的电流增大;当参考端电压小于基准电压时,流经N2阴极至阳极的电流减小。
脉宽调制控制芯片N1的RT端与并联稳压集成电路N2的阴极相连;依据并联稳压集成电路N2的比较结果向所述并联稳压集成电路N2提供工作所需的电流。当RT端输出的电流为一稳定值时,脉宽调制控制芯片N1的工作频率维持不变输出频率不变的次级驱动脉冲信号。当RT端输出的电流降低时,脉宽调制控制芯片N1依据一定比例关系升高其工作频率,使Drv1和Drv2管脚输出的频率高的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率,再经驱动隔离变压器以两路驱动脉冲信号反馈至背光源供电电路,进而使得背光源供电电路输出的电压升高,保证了流经第一灯条16和第二灯条17的电流恒定。反之同理,当RT端输出的电流增大时,脉宽调制控制芯片N1依据一定比例关系降低其工作频率,使Drv1和Dry2管脚输出的频率低的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率,再经驱动隔离变压器以两路驱动脉冲信号反馈至背光源供电电路,在两路反馈驱动脉冲信号的协同控制下,背光源供电电路输出的电压降低,用以保证流经第一灯条16和第二灯条17的电流恒定。本发明所述背光源驱动电路通过上述闭环控制,实现了对背光源灯条的稳定驱动。
其中,相对于次级脉宽调制控制芯片N1的地,第二LED灯条17中的电压为负,第二LED灯条17阳极连接的次级地的电位相对于开关变压器T1的次级线圈的下端电位(该下端电位为负)要高,其负压差产生电流流经第二LED灯条17。通过采样电阻R控制流向次级地的电流大小,来实现控制从地流出的电流大小,从而实现同时控制两串灯条的电流的目的,保证灯条工作特性相同。这种方式,省去了LED驱动芯片及其外围电路以及电解和电感的使用,简化了电路的设计。
本发明所述液晶电视机,至少包括液晶显示屏以及背光源模组,所述背光源模组至少包括背光源负载和背光源驱动电路,所述背光源驱动电路为上述任意一所述的背光源驱动电路。
以上,仅为本发明的较佳实施例,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求所界定的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,包括:背光源供电电路和控制电路;其中,
所述背光源供电电路,根据接收到的所述控制电路输出的驱动脉冲信号,向背光源负载提供工作所需的电压;
所述控制电路,响应于控制电压信号,实时采样所述背光源负载的工作电流,依据采样到的电流信号生成相应的驱动脉冲信号并输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述背光源供电电路包括:LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路和整流滤波电路;其中,
所述LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路,根据接收到的所述控制电路输出的驱动脉冲信号,向连接在该电路负载端的所述整流滤波电路输出经谐振后的电信号;
所述整流滤波电路,连接在所述LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路的负载端,将接入的电信号经整流滤波后生成背光源负载工作所需的电压。
3.根据权利要求1所述背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述控制电路,包括:电流采样电路、控制子电路和驱动隔离变压器;其中,
所述电流采样电路,实时采样所述背光源负载的工作电流并输出;
所述控制子电路,响应于控制电压信号,接收所述电流采样电路输出的电流信号并将该电流信号转换为电压信号,比较该电压信号与基准电压信号的值并依据比较结果输出相应的次级驱动脉冲信号;
所述驱动隔离变压器,包括:绕组磁芯、缠绕在所述绕组磁芯上作为初级侧的第一线圈和第二线圈以及缠绕在所述绕组磁芯上作为次级侧的次级线圈;用于将次级线圈接收到的次级驱动脉冲信号传送到初级侧,再由初级侧的第一线圈和第二线圈以两路驱动脉冲信号输出。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一所述背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述背光源负载为两条LED灯条,第一LED灯条和第二LED灯条串联在所述背光源供电电路的负载端。
5.根据权利要求3所述背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述LLC谐振控制及能量传递电路由第一开关管、第二开关管、电容和开关变压器构成;
所述第一开关管,其栅极连接在所述驱动隔离变压器初级侧第一线圈的一接线端,漏极接入外接交流电信号,源极分别连接在所述驱动隔离变压器初级侧第一线圈的另一接线端和所述开关变压器初级侧的第一接入端;
所述第二开关管,其栅极连接在所述驱动隔离变压器初级侧第二线圈的一接线端,漏极连接在所述第一开关管的源极,所述第二开关管的源极分别连接在所述驱动隔离变压器初级侧第二线圈的另一接线端、地以及电容的一端;
所述电容,另一端连接在所述开关变压器初级侧的第二接入端;
所述开关变压器,其次级侧连接在所述整流滤波电路的输入端;
其中,所述第一开关管和所述第二开关管在所述驱动隔离变压器的驱动下交替导通。
6.根据权利要求4所述背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述电流采样电路包括:采样电阻;所述采样电阻,串联在所述第一LED灯条和第二LED灯条之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述控制子电路包括:并联稳压集成电路和脉宽调制控制电路;其中,
所述并联稳压集成电路,其参考端连接在所述第一LED灯条和采样电阻之间,阳极接地,阴极连接在所述脉宽调制控制电路的电流信号输出端;实时监测所述采样电阻的端电压,并比较该端电压与所述并联稳压集成电路内部的基准电压,反馈比较结果至所述脉宽调制控制电路;
所述脉宽调制控制电路,响应于控制电压信号,依据所述并联稳压集成电路的比较结果向所述并联稳压集成电路提供工作所需的电流信号,实时监测向所述并联稳压集成电路输出的电流信号并依据该电流信号调整所述脉宽调制控制电路的工作频率,以向所述背光源供电电路输出相应频率的次级驱动脉冲信号。
8.一种背光源驱动电路的驱动方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、响应于控制电压信号输出驱动脉冲信号;
步骤2、受控于所述驱动脉冲信号输出背光源负载工作所需的电压;
步骤3、实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流,依据采样到的电流信号生成相应的驱动脉冲信号,返回至步骤2。
9.根据权利要求8所述背光源驱动方法,其特征在于,步骤1具体实现如下:
1.1、响应于控制电压信号输出次级驱动脉冲信号;
1.2、所述次级驱动脉冲信号经隔离变压后生成第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号;
步骤2具体实现如下:
2.1、第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号协同控制,输出谐振电信号;
2.2、所述谐振电信号经整流滤波后形成背光源负载工作所需的电压;
步骤3具体实现如下:
3.1、实时采样流经所述背光源负载的工作电流;
3.2、依据采样到的电流信号得出所述电流采样电路的端电压,比较该端电压与基准电压,相等,输出与原输出频率相同的次级驱动脉冲信号;大于,降低输出的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率;小于,升高输出的次级驱动脉冲信号的频率;
3.3、步骤3.2所输出的次级驱动脉冲信号经隔离变压后生成第一驱动脉冲信号和第二驱动脉冲信号,返回至步骤2.1。
10.一种液晶电视机,至少包括液晶显示屏以及背光源模组,所述背光源模组至少包括背光源负载和背光源驱动电路,其特征在于,所述背光源驱动电路为权利要求1至7中任意一所述的背光源驱动电路。
