the television is connected with the television interface and is used for playing digital audio information and digital video information which are transmitted by the television interface and are suitable for being played by the television interface;
the wireless switch is connected with the electric lamp and used for controlling the on-off and brightness adjustment of the electric lamp according to the light adjusting signal.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the invention, the processing center in the set top box can convert digital audio and video information received through the wired network interface into analog audio information and analog video information to complete the existing functions of the set top box, and can also send a light adjusting signal to the wireless switch through the wireless network interface, and control the on, off and brightness adjustment of the indoor electric lamp by controlling the action of the wireless switch, thereby realizing the wireless control of the indoor electric lamp, and therefore, the invention can utilize the set top box to carry out household control.

and the processing center is also used for sending the received water consumption reading, the electric meter remaining degree and the gas consumption reading to a preset data memory on the wireless network through the wireless network interface.

the processing center is used for judging whether an alarm condition exists according to the illegal information; under the condition of warning, sending a warning signal to the warning device through the wireless network interface;
and the alarm equipment is used for sending alarm information according to the alarm signal.
The wireless remote controller is connected with the processing center through the wireless network interface and used for sending television control signals and electric lamp control signals to the processing center through the wireless network interface;
the processing center is configured to implement a control action of the television control signal arrangement on the television through the television interface, where the control action of the television control signal arrangement includes: changing a current broadcast channel and setting working parameters of the television; and sending the light adjusting signal to the wireless switch through the wireless network interface according to the electric lamp control signal.
Furthermore, the wireless remote controller also comprises a voice input device and a voice output device which are connected with the processing center through the wireless network interface; the set-top box also comprises a wireless mobile communication interface connected with the processing center;
the voice input equipment is used for receiving voice signal input, converting the voice signal input into an audio electric signal and sending the audio electric signal to the processing center through the wireless network interface;
the processing center is used for modulating the audio electric signal into a wireless signal suitable for being transmitted by a wireless mobile communication network and sending the wireless signal to the wireless mobile communication network through the wireless mobile communication interface; receiving a conversation party wireless signal from the wireless mobile communication network through the wireless mobile communication interface, demodulating the conversation party wireless signal into a conversation party audio electric signal, and sending the conversation party audio electric signal to the voice output equipment through the wireless network interface;
and the voice output equipment is used for converting the audio electric signal of the conversation party into a voice signal of the conversation party and outputting the voice signal.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a structural diagram of an intelligent home system provided by the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the smart home system includes a Set Top Box (STB), a television set 105, a wireless switch 106, and an electric lamp 107; the set-top box comprises: a processing center 101, a television interface 104, a wired network interface 103, and a wireless network interface 102; wherein,
the processing center 101 is connected with the television interface 104 and the wired network interface 103, and is connected with the wireless switch 106 through the wireless network interface 102; for receiving digital audio and video information (e.g., encoded by h.264) via the cable network interface 103, decoding the digital audio and video information into digital audio and video information suitable for being played by the television, and sending the digital audio and video information suitable for being played by the television to the television interface 104; sending a light adjustment signal to the wireless switch 106 through the wireless network interface 102;
the television 105 is connected with the television interface 104 and is used for playing digital audio information and digital video information which are transmitted by the television interface 104 and are suitable for being played by the television;
the wireless switch 106 is connected to the lamp 107, and is used for controlling the lamp 107 to be turned on, turned off, and adjusted in brightness according to the lamp adjusting signal.
Here, the processing center, the television interface, and the cable network interface in the set-top box are hardware bases for the prior art that the set-top box converts digital audio and video information which is transmitted from a cable network and is not suitable for being played by a television into digital audio and video information suitable for being played by the television. The wired network interface in the set-top box is an interface for connecting the processing center with a wired network for transmitting digital audio and video information. The processing center is the functional core of the whole set-top box, and comprises a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a decoder, a demultiplexer, a graphic processor, a video and audio processor, a tuning demodulator and other hardware, so that the decoding of digital audio and video information which is transmitted by a cable network and is not suitable for being played by a television can be realized, and the digital audio and video information is converted into digital audio information and digital video information which are suitable for being played by the television. The television interface is an interface for the processing center to communicate with the television.
Certainly, with the gradual development of the integration of three networks, the wired network interface can also provide wired access services of the internet and a telephone network, so that the processing center in the set top box has internet communication and telephone service communication with the outside.
The processing center includes a CPU, and thus it can be used for various operations other than the digital audio/video signal decoding operation. The invention constructs the intelligent home system on the basis of the powerful technical resources owned by the processing center.
With the development of the technology and the continuous improvement of the demand of people, the connotation of the smart home is gradually enriched, the intelligent home is developed from the earliest intercom system to the visual intercom system, and is also developed to the existing defined home as a platform, and the home is integrated by utilizing the comprehensive wiring technology, the network communication technology, the safety precaution technology, the automatic control technology and the audio and video technology, so that the efficient management system of the home facilities and the family schedule affairs is constructed, the home safety, the convenience, the comfort and the artistry are improved, and the environment-friendly and energy-saving living environment is realized.
In the set-top box provided by the invention, the processing center communicates with the wireless switch by using the wireless network interface and utilizes the wireless network environment in home, so that the indoor wiring amount is reduced, and the corresponding line cost is reduced. In addition, the existing functions of the set top box and the lamp control function are integrated, and the processing center sends a lamp light adjusting signal to the wireless switch through the wireless network interface, so that the on-off and brightness adjustment of the lamp can be controlled, and the convenience and comfort of home furnishing are greatly improved.
In the invention, the processing center in the set-top box can be in the form of a main chip, and part or all of the processing center and the television interface, the wired network interface and the wireless network interface can also be integrated on the main chip.
Therefore, in the invention, the processing center in the set top box can decode the digital audio and video information received through the wired network interface into the digital audio and video information suitable for being played by the television to complete the existing functions of the set top box, and can also send the light adjusting signal to the wireless switch through the wireless network interface, and the on, off and brightness adjustment of the indoor electric lamp are controlled by controlling the action of the wireless switch, so that the wireless control of the indoor electric lamp is realized, and therefore, the set top box can be used for household control.
As shown in fig. 1, the smart home system further includes a wireless curtain motor driver 108 connected to the processing center via a wireless network interface, a curtain motor 109 connected to the wireless curtain motor driver 108, and a curtain 110 connected to the curtain motor 109;
the processing center 101 is further configured to send a curtain control signal to the wireless curtain motor driver 108 through the wireless network interface 102;
the wireless curtain motor driver 108 controls the movement of the curtain motor 109 to open or close the curtain 110 according to the curtain control signal.
The window is an indispensable part of a house, the curtain is considered as a necessary accessory of the window, when sunlight is needed in the daytime, the curtain can be pulled open, the sunlight can enter the room without obstruction, certain information can be communicated between the inside and the outside of the window, and when the sunlight arrives at night, the curtain needs to be closed, so that the private space in the room is protected.
The processing center in the set-top box provided by the invention can also communicate with the wireless curtain motor driver through the wireless network interface, and the movement of the curtain motor is controlled by controlling the work of the wireless curtain motor driver, so that the automatic opening and closing of the curtain can be realized, and the household comfort and convenience are greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the smart home system further includes a wireless power socket 124 connected to the processing center through the wireless network interface 102, and an electrical appliance 125 connected to the wireless power socket 124;
the processing center 101 is further configured to send a power control signal to the wireless power socket 124 through the wireless network interface 102;
the wireless power socket 124 is used for controlling the power on and off of the electrical appliance 125 connected thereto according to the power control signal.
The electrical devices 125 may be: refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, projectors, driving motors for projectors curtains, Digital Video Disc (DVD) players, audio equipment, and water heaters; of course, the appliance 125 may include the television 105, since the television 105 also needs to be powered to operate.
Here, because various electrical appliances can normally work under the condition of power supply, the processing center can also control the wireless power supply for supplying power to the various electrical appliances through the wireless network interface, thereby controlling the power-on and power-off of the various electrical appliances.
The smart home system shown in fig. 1 further includes a wireless water meter 111, a wireless electricity meter 112 and a wireless gas meter 113 connected to the processing center 101 through the wireless network interface 102; the processing center 101 is connected with a wireless network through a wireless network interface 102;
the wireless water meter 111, the wireless electric meter 112 and the wireless gas meter 113 are respectively used for sending the water consumption reading, the electric meter residual degree and the gas consumption reading at the current moment to a processing center through a wireless network interface;
the processing center 101 is also configured to transmit the received water consumption readings, the remaining electricity meters and the gas consumption readings to a predetermined data storage 114 on the wireless network through the wireless network interface 102.
The processing center can receive corresponding readings sent by the wireless water meter, the wireless radio meter and the wireless gas meter by using the wireless network and upload the readings to the wireless network, thereby avoiding the trouble of manual meter reading and improving the efficiency and the real-time performance of meter reading.
Here, the predetermined data storage on the wireless network may be a dynamic web browser, a static web browser, or other forms of data storage. Even if the user is in a different place, the user can access the browsers to obtain corresponding readings in time, and the convenience and the comfort of home furnishing are greatly improved.
The readings of the wireless water meter, the wireless radio meter and the wireless gas meter can be stored in a memory in the intelligent home system, besides being stored in a data memory on the network, so that the set-top box in the intelligent home system can further comprise a memory 120 connected with the processing center;
in this way, the processing center 101 is operable to transmit the received water consumption readings, electricity meter remaining counts, and gas consumption readings to the memory 120 for storage, thereby saving these data as historical data.
In order to meet the requirement of the smart home on safety, the smart home system provided by the invention further comprises a monitor 115 and an alarm device 116, wherein the monitor 115 and the alarm device are connected with the processing center 101 through the wireless network interface 102;
the monitor 115 is configured to collect illegal information within its own monitoring range, and send the illegal information to the processing center 101 through the wireless network interface 102;
the processing center 101 is used for judging whether an alarm condition exists according to the illegal information; in case of a warning situation, an alarm signal is sent to the alarm device 116 through the wireless network interface;
the alarm device 116 is configured to send out an alarm message according to the alarm signal.
The monitor may be a camera (e.g., a camera, a video camera, etc.), and the monitored object is a person in a sensitive location in the home, for example, when the camera captures audio and video information of a person in a bedroom, the audio and video information may be sent to the processing center, and the processing center may determine whether the audio and video information is audio and video information of a home owner, and if so, determine that there is no alarm, and if not, determine that there is an alarm, at this time, an alarm signal may be sent to an alarm device, such as an alarm, so that it sends an alarm message, for example, an alarm ring with a high sound intensity.
The monitor may also be a smoke monitor, a gas monitor, a cullet monitor, an infrared microwave monitor, an infrared sensor, a door magnetic sensor, etc., and the monitored objects are smoke, gas, cullet, people, door switch states, etc. in a home, for example, if the smoke monitor monitors smoke exceeding a critical concentration, the smoke monitor sends a smoke concentration exceeding signal to the processing center, and the processing center judges that there is an alarm according to the exceeding signal, and sends an alarm signal to the alarm device, so that the alarm device sends an ignition alarm sound. For another example, when the door magnetic sensor of the indoor safe detects that the door of the safe is abnormally opened from the closed state, the door magnetic sensor can send the information of the abnormal opening to the processing center, and the processing center can judge that the alarm is in accordance with the information of the abnormal opening, so as to inform the alarm device to send out alarm information, such as sending a short message to a mobile phone of a host, alarming to a public security department, and the like. For another example, when the infrared sensor detects that someone moves at one side of the window outdoors in the middle of the night, the illegal information can be sent to the processing center through the wireless network interface, the processing center judges whether an alarm condition exists according to the illegal information, and under the condition that the alarm condition exists, an alarm signal is sent to alarm equipment, such as an alarm bell, through the wireless network interface, and the alarm bell immediately sends a sharp alarm bell according to the alarm signal.
The control of the processing center to various electric appliances in the smart home system can be passive, for example:
the intelligent home system further comprises a wireless remote controller 117 connected with the processing center 101 through a wireless network interface 102, and used for sending television control signals and electric lamp control signals to the processing center 101 through the wireless network interface 102;
processing center 101 is operable to implement television control signal scheduling control actions for television set 105 via television interface 104, the television control signal scheduling control actions including: changing the current broadcast channel, and setting the working parameters (such as system, contrast, brightness, etc.) of the television; the light adjustment signal is sent to the wireless switch 106 via the wireless network interface 102 in response to the lamp control signal.
Here, the processing center sends the corresponding control signals to the wireless switches of the television and the electric lamp after receiving the television control signal and the electric lamp control signal sent by the wireless remote controller.
Further, the wireless remote control 117 may also have a two-way voice communication function, and the wireless remote control 117 may include a voice input device and a voice output device connected to the processing center 101 through the wireless network interface 102; the set-top box further comprises a wireless mobile communication interface 122 connected to the processing center 101;
the voice input device is equivalent to a telephone microphone, and is used for receiving voice signal input, converting the voice signal input into an audio electric signal, and sending the audio electric signal to the processing center 101 through the wireless network interface;
the processing center 101 is equivalent to a switch and a modem, and is used for modulating the audio signal into a wireless signal suitable for transmission by the wireless mobile communication network, wherein the wireless signal carries voice information contained in the audio signal, and the processing center transmits the wireless signal to the wireless mobile communication network through the wireless mobile communication interface 122, so as to reach a voice communication tool of a conversation party, such as a mobile phone, a fixed telephone, a processing center of a set-top box, and the like, through a base station and the like; receiving a wireless signal of a conversation party from a wireless mobile communication network through a wireless mobile communication interface, demodulating the wireless signal into an audio electric signal of the conversation party, and sending the audio electric signal to voice output equipment through a wireless network interface;
the voice output device is equivalent to a telephone receiver and is used for converting the audio signal of the conversation party into a voice signal of the conversation party and outputting the voice signal.
Here, the voice input device and the voice output device in the wireless remote controller and the processing center in the set-top box together form a group of two-way voice communication tools, and can perform two-way voice communication with other voice communication tools, such as another group of two-way voice communication tools consisting of a mobile phone, a fixed telephone, other set-top boxes and the wireless remote controller. The set top box integrates the audio and video technologies of the television and the telephone, and integrates the television and the telephone together, so that the convenience, the comfort and the artistry of the home are greatly improved.
In order to further improve the convenience of the smart home system provided by the present invention, the set-top box may further include an infrared interface 118 connected to the processing center 101; thus, the smart home system includes an infrared repeater 119 connected to the processing center through an infrared interface, and an electric appliance 125 connected to the infrared repeater 119;
the processing center 101 is further configured to send an electrical apparatus operation control signal to the infrared repeater 119 through the infrared interface 118;
the infrared repeater 119 is used to forward the appliance operation control signal to the corresponding appliance 125 so that the appliance operates as instructed by the appliance operation control signal.
The electrical devices 125 may be: refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, projectors, driving motors for projectors curtains, Digital Video Disc (DVD) players, audio equipment, and water heaters; accordingly, the indication of the appliance operation control signal may be: setting the refrigeration temperature and the refrigeration time of a refrigerator, setting the washing mode of a washing machine, setting the temperature regulation step of an air conditioner, setting the projection time and the projected image of a projector, setting the opening and closing time of a driving motor of a projector curtain, setting the DVD audio and video information and playing step played by a DVB player, setting the music and playing step played by a sound device, setting the heating time and the heating step of a water heater and the like.
Here, the set-top box may have an infrared interface for communicating with an infrared repeater for repeating an electrical appliance operation control signal, in addition to the wired network interface and the wireless network interface, and certainly, the signal for communicating with the infrared repeater is an infrared signal.
The infrared repeater is control signal forwarding equipment for controlling the operation of electric appliances by a processing center, the reason for setting the infrared repeater is manifold, firstly, the electric appliances are various in types, the arrangement positions in a house are scattered, so that the infrared repeater has different distances from a set top box, if the processing center is in direct communication with various electric appliances, the power of electric appliance operation control signals sent by the processing center is difficult to have a uniform standard, if the power is too large, the energy consumption is large, and misoperation of various electric appliances can be caused, if the power is too small, the electric appliances can possibly not receive the control signals because the distance is too far, the electric appliance operation control signals can be sent to the infrared repeater by using uniform power by the processing center by using the infrared repeater, and then the infrared repeater forwards the electric appliance operation control signals by using uniform power, so that the power consumption is reduced and the misoperation is prevented; the second reason is that the control signal of various electric appliances, such as air conditioners, DVD players, audio equipment, etc., is an infrared signal, and it is advantageous to unify the control signal by using the characteristic that the infrared repeater can convert the operation control signal of the infrared electric appliance.
Because the types of the electrical appliances are more and the types of the electrical appliance operation control signals are more, the infrared transponder can also have a signal analysis function, namely after the infrared transponder receives the electrical appliance operation control signals sent by the processing center, the infrared transponder can firstly analyze the type of the electrical appliance to which the signals are directed, and then forwards the control signals to the corresponding electrical appliances with proper power so as to prevent the control signals from being sent to other electrical appliances and causing misoperation.
The processing center in the intelligent home system can passively control various electric appliances, namely, the processing center sends electric appliance operation control signals to the infrared transponder under the control of external signals, and if the processing center receives the control signals sent by the remote controller, the processing center sends the electric appliance operation control signals to the infrared transponder. Of course, the control of the appliances by the processing center may also be active. For example:
in the intelligent home system, the set-top box further comprises a timing module 121 and a wireless mobile communication interface 122 which are connected with the processing center;
the timing module 121 is configured to send a predetermined time arrival signal to the processing center 101 at a predetermined time;
the processing center 101 is further configured to send an electrical appliance status query signal to the infrared repeater 119 through the infrared interface 118 according to the arrival signal at the predetermined time; judging whether the electric appliance 125 works normally according to the received electric appliance working state information; the information that the electrical appliance is not working normally is sent to a preset mobile phone 123 in the form of a short message through the wireless mobile communication interface 122;
the infrared repeater 119 is further configured to transmit an appliance status query signal to the corresponding appliance 125, and transmit the operating status information of the appliance 125 to the processing center 101;
the electric appliance 125 returns its own operation state information to the infrared repeater 119 according to the electric appliance state inquiry signal.
Here, the timing module in the set-top box may be implemented by using a clock, for example, the predetermined time is 17: 00, the intended work is: and inquiring the water temperature of the water heater at the moment, judging whether the water temperature exceeds 35 ℃, and reporting to a mobile phone of a host by using a short message if the water temperature does not exceed 35 ℃. Then when the clock reaches 17: 00, sending 17: 00, to notify the processing center to start processing the predetermined job. Therefore, after receiving the signal, the processing center sends a water temperature query signal of the water heater to the infrared transponder through the infrared interface, the infrared transponder analyzes the query signal and forwards the query signal to the water heater, and the water heater randomly sends the water temperature (such as 15 ℃) to the infrared transponder, and the infrared transponder returns to the processing center to finish query work. And after judging that the water temperature does not exceed 35 ℃, the processing center sends the water temperature (15 ℃) to the host mobile phone in a form of short messages through the wireless mobile communication interface. Furthermore, the owner of the home can send the information of the temperature rising to 35 ℃ back to the processing center by using the short message, so that the processing center sends a water heater temperature rising signal to the infrared transponder, the temperature rising target is 35 ℃, the signal is forwarded to the water heater through the infrared transponder, the water heater heats water according to the arrangement of the signal, and the owner can take a hot bath immediately after returning to work at night.
The working state information of the various electrical appliances can also be returned to the infrared transponder and forwarded to the processing center through the infrared transponder; the alarm and the occurrence time thereof judged by the processing center can be sent to a memory in the set-top box by the processing center for storage so as to form historical data.
In the invention, the control of the wireless switch, the wireless curtain motor driver, the wireless power supply, various electric appliances, the monitor, the alarm device, the wireless water meter, the wireless electric meter, the wireless gas meter and the like by the processing center can be implemented passively, namely after receiving a control signal of the outside, such as a remote controller and the like, or actively, for example, the control is carried out actively at a preset time.
In the intelligent home system provided by the invention, the interfaces connected with the processing center are various, and can be wired network interfaces (such as a television wired network interface, a wired broadband network interface, a wired telephone network interface, a serial interface, an RS232 interface, a VGA interface and the like), wireless network interfaces (such as a Bluetooth interface, a wireless mobile communication interface, an Internet of things interface, a wireless Internet interface and the like), infrared interfaces and other possible interfaces, such as a USB interface and the like. The processing center can communicate with a plurality of electric appliances such as a television, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a DVD player, a driving motor of a projector and a projection curtain, a water heater, a wireless curtain motor driver, a wireless electric meter, a wireless water meter and a wireless gas meter and the like by utilizing the interfaces, thereby controlling the work of the electric appliances, inquiring the working state information of the electric appliances in real time or at regular time, processing the corresponding information, uploading, alarming, judging, monitoring and the like to a wired network, a wireless network and a wireless mobile communication network in time, thus, the invention integrates various facilities of the home life by utilizing the set-top box, constructs a high-efficiency management system of residential facilities and family schedule affairs, improves the safety, convenience, comfort and artistry of the home, and the environment-friendly and energy-saving living environment is realized, and the purpose of utilizing the set top box to control the home is realized.

(1) in the invention, the processing center in the set top box can convert digital audio and video information received through the wired network interface into analog audio information and analog video information to complete the existing functions of the set top box, and can also send a light adjusting signal to the wireless switch through the wireless network interface, and control the on, off and brightness adjustment of the indoor electric lamp by controlling the action of the wireless switch, thereby realizing the wireless control of the indoor electric lamp, and therefore, the invention can utilize the set top box to carry out household control.
(2) The processing center in the set top box provided by the invention utilizes the wireless network interface to communicate with the wireless switch, and utilizes the wireless network environment in home, so that the indoor wiring amount is reduced, and the corresponding line cost is reduced
(3) The invention integrates the existing functions of the set-top box with the control functions of various electric appliances, and the processing center sends control signals to the various electric appliances through the wireless network interface, so that the work of the electric appliances can be controlled, and the convenience and the comfort of home furnishing are greatly improved.
(4) The processing center can utilize the wireless network to receive corresponding readings sent by the wireless water meter, the wireless radio meter and the wireless gas meter and upload the readings to the wireless network, thereby avoiding the trouble of manual meter reading and improving the efficiency and the real-time performance of meter reading.
(5) The voice input device and the voice output device in the wireless remote controller and the processing center in the set-top box jointly form a group of two-way voice communication tools, and the two-way voice communication tools can be in two-way voice communication with other voice communication tools, such as another group of two-way voice communication tools consisting of a mobile phone, a fixed telephone, other set-top boxes and the wireless remote controller. The set top box integrates the audio and video technologies of the television and the telephone, and integrates the television and the telephone together, so that the convenience, the comfort and the artistry of the home are greatly improved.
