Specifically, the charging device sets one or more thresholds for Grant services units in the CCA message, so as to control the talk time of the calling terminal that can be directly called without authentication charging during roaming. For example, 3 hours/day may be set. That is, the charging device determines that the calling terminal belongs to roaming, and directly transmits a call for connecting the calling terminal, but the call time of the call cannot exceed 3 hours every day. Alternatively, the threshold may be the accumulated talk time or the talk time of a single call.
Optionally, the Grant services unit in the CCA message may be set to a theoretical maximum, such as 24 hours/day. That is, for the calling of the calling terminal in the roaming process, the charging device directly sends the indication message of the continuous calling without making time limit to the calling time of the calling terminal.
Optionally, if the calling terminal does not belong to the international roaming, the charging authentication is performed, a CCA message is issued to control the call, and an authentication charging processing operation is performed.
Step 306, the charging device sends the indication message of the continuing call to the visited switching center.
The charging device sends CCA message of the continuous call to the switching center of the visit place.
Step 308, the visited place switching center generates a call ticket after the calling of the calling terminal is finished, and sends the call ticket to the clearing device.
