Abstract

一种电脑机箱,包括机壳、侧板及锁固机构。机壳为一框体结构且其一侧为一开口以安装该侧板。锁固机构包括定位片、套筒、可在该套筒内滑动的锁固杆及操作件。定位片固定设于机壳上,定位片上开设有锁合孔。套筒固定设于侧板上。操作件设于侧板外侧并连接锁固杆。拨动操作件可使锁固杆进入或脱离锁合孔以固定或拆卸侧板于机壳。该电脑机箱具有结构简单、拆装方便的优点。

电脑机箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可方便组装和拆卸的电脑机箱。
背景技术
电脑机箱的一侧通常设置有一开口,电脑厂商在组装诸如主板、硬盘等内部组件时,可先将各组件穿过该开口并固定在电脑机箱内,然后将一侧板固定在该开口处,由此实现电脑机箱的封闭。
通常固定电脑侧板的方式是直接用螺丝将电脑侧板锁固在电脑基座上。然而,此种方式在装拆电脑侧板时须借助螺丝起子等工具用以拧固螺栓来使左、右侧面板固定在电脑机架上,其组装过程相当繁琐费时,并且浪费人力及工时。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种可方便组装和拆卸的电脑机箱。
一种电脑机箱,包括机壳、侧板及锁固机构。机壳为一框体结构且其一侧为一开口以安装该侧板。锁固机构包括定位片、套筒、可在该套筒内滑动的锁固杆及操作件。定位片固定设于机壳上,定位片上开设有锁合孔。套筒固定设于侧板上。操作件设于侧板外侧并连接锁固杆。拨动操作件可使锁固杆进入或脱离锁合孔以固定或拆卸侧板于机壳。
通过简单地拨动操作件,带动锁固杆进入或脱离锁合孔,即可实现侧板的安装与拆卸。整个过程方便快捷,而且该电脑机箱的结构也比较简单。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的电脑机箱作进一步的详细说明。
请同时参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例的电脑机箱100包括机壳10、侧板20及锁固机构30。机壳10包括前板11,后板13及分别与前板11及后板13相连的上板15,下板17和挡板(图未示)。上述各板组合构成一框体结构且形成一容置空间。机壳10具有一开口(未标示),侧板20装设在机壳10上并通过锁固机构30与其固定,以封闭该开口。
请同时参阅图3和图4,前板11内侧延伸形成两个上下并排的定位片111。每一定位片111上贯穿开设有圆形锁合孔113。侧板20中部内侧延伸形成一个凸台21,凸台21末端形成一套筒23。锁固机构30包括定位片111、套筒23、可在套筒23内滑动的圆柱形锁固杆31,及操作件35。锁固杆31可插入锁合孔113中。锁固机构30还包括设于套筒23内的弹性件33。锁固杆31上设有一限位凸缘311。套筒23的底部设有一档止部231。本实施例中,弹性件33为套设在锁固杆31上的压缩弹簧,其一端与限位凸缘311相抵持,另一端与套筒23的档止部231相抵持。档止部231的宽度小于限位凸缘311的宽度,以防止锁固杆31从套筒23下方脱落。侧板20上开设有长条形通孔25。操作件35大致为L型,其一端套设在锁固杆31上并与之固定,另一端穿过通孔25而突出于电脑机箱100外,以利于使用者用手按压以带动锁固杆31向下运动。
请同时参阅图3、图5及图6,上板15、下板17的边缘均折弯形成一折弯部171,折弯部171开设有若干第一卡扣孔173。第一卡扣孔173包括宽度较大的引导部1731和与其相连且宽度较小的限位部1733。侧板20上下两侧边缘向内延伸形成可对应插入若干第一卡扣孔173的若干第一卡勾27。第一卡勾27的厚度大致与限位部1733的宽度相等。
请同时参阅图1和图7,后板13一侧边缘间隔开设有若干第二卡扣孔131。侧板20后部设有可对应插入若干第二卡扣孔131的若干第二卡勾28。侧板20前部多次弯折形成一插槽29,前板11一侧边缘具有一可插入插槽29内的折边115。
组装锁固机构30时,首先将弹性件33放置在套筒23内,使其一端与套筒23的档止部231相抵持。然后将锁固杆31放置在套筒23内,并使锁固杆31的限位凸缘311与弹性件33相抵持。再将操作件35一端穿过侧板20的通孔25并套设在锁固杆31且与之固定。
请同时参阅图3、图4及图8,当需要将侧板20固定在机壳10上时,首先将侧板20上下两侧的若干第一卡勾27插入上板15及下板17上对应的若干第一卡扣孔173中,并使第一卡勾27位于第一卡扣孔173的引导部1731内。此时,前板11的折边115刚好与侧板20前部的插槽29对齐,且侧板20的若干第二卡勾28刚好与后板13的若干第二卡扣孔131对齐。按压操作件35使其在侧板20的长条形通孔25内向下滑动,锁固杆31也将被带动向下运动并压缩弹性件33。水平向前推动侧板20。当锁固杆31刚好位于锁合孔113的正下方时,停止对操作件35施力,锁固杆31在弹性件33的回复力的作用下向上运动并从锁合孔113外进入锁合孔113内。此时,第一卡勾27位于第一卡扣孔173的限位部1733内,且第二卡勾28进入第二卡扣孔131内,且折边115进入插槽29。由此,侧板20被锁固至机壳10上。
拆卸侧板20时,首先按压操作件35,使锁固杆31从锁合孔113内退出,再水平向后拉动侧板20,使第一卡勾27位于第一卡扣孔173的引导部1731内,并使第二卡勾28从第二卡扣孔131中脱离,且折边115从插槽29中脱离,这样,侧板20可以较为容易地从机壳10上拆下。
可以理解,第一卡勾27、第一卡扣孔173、第二卡勾28、第二卡扣孔131、折边115及插槽29皆可省略。操作件35也可与锁固杆31一体成型。如果套筒23直接固定在侧板20上,凸台21也可省略。如果用手直接拨动操作件35使其上下运动,弹性件33也可省略。定位片111的数量也可为一个或更多。
另外,本领域技术人员还可以在本发明精神内作其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所作的变化,都包含在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种电脑机箱,包括机壳、侧板及锁固机构,该机壳为一框体结构且其一侧为一开口以安装该侧板,其特征在于:该锁固机构包括定位片、套筒、可在该套筒内滑动的锁固杆,及操作件,该定位片固定设于该机壳上,该定位片上开设有锁合孔,该套筒固定设于该侧板上,该操作件设于该侧板外侧并连接该锁固杆,拨动该操作件可使该锁固杆进入或脱离该锁合孔以固定或拆卸该侧板于该机壳。
2.如权利要求1所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该锁固机构还包括设于该套筒内的弹性件,以提供该锁固杆进入或脱离该锁合孔的弹性回复力。
3.如权利要求2所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该锁固杆上设有限位凸缘,该套筒内设有档止部,该弹性件为套设在该锁固杆上的压缩弹簧,其一端与该限位凸缘相抵持,另一端与该档止部相抵持。
4.如权利要求1所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该侧板上设有一个凸台,该套筒形成于该凸台上。
5.如权利要求1所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该侧板上开设有一通孔,该操作件的一部分穿过该通孔。
6.如权利要求1所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该机壳上开设有若干第一卡扣孔,该侧板上下两侧边缘设有可对应插入该若干第一卡扣孔的若干第一卡勾。
7.如权利要求6所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该第一卡扣孔包括引导部和与该引导部相连且宽度比其小的限位部,该限位部的宽度与该第一卡勾的厚度相等。
8.如权利要求1所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该机壳上开设有若干第二卡扣孔,该侧板后部边缘设有可对应插入该若干第二卡扣孔的若干第二卡勾。
9.如权利要求1所述的电脑机箱,其特征在于:该侧板一端弯折形成一插槽,该机壳边缘具有一可插入该插槽内的折边。
