Background
The intelligent fan is a device capable of automatically adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the ambient temperature, so that the temperature of the device is kept at a certain level.
In the prior art, a current temperature value of equipment or an environment is usually compared with a preset temperature threshold value, and the rotating speed of a fan is adjusted according to a comparison result so as to control the temperature of the equipment. The process of adjusting the rotating speed of the fan is as follows: the device detects the ambient temperature of the device through the temperature control chip and sends the detected temperature value to a Central Processing Unit (CPU) in real time. When the temperature value detected by any one or more temperature control chips exceeds a preset upper temperature limit threshold, the CPU outputs a speed regulating instruction to increase the current rotating speed of the fan by one gear (for example, from half speed to full speed) so as to increase the rotating speed of the fan and reduce the temperature; similarly, when the temperature value is lower than the preset lower temperature limit threshold, the CPU outputs a speed regulating instruction to reduce the rotating speed of the fan by one gear so as to reduce the rotating speed of the fan and increase the temperature.
However, the conventional method for adjusting the rotation speed of the fan is passive, and the operation for adjusting the rotation speed of the fan is performed only after the temperature of the equipment or the environment reaches a preset temperature threshold, so that the temperature of the equipment is suddenly high and low, and the service life of the equipment is greatly shortened when the equipment is operated in the temperature state for a long time.

Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a fan speed control method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the fan speed regulation method of this embodiment includes:
the fan speed adjusting device of this embodiment may be independent of the apparatus of this embodiment, or may be disposed in the apparatus as a functional component in the apparatus of this embodiment. Specifically, a port on a device refers to a physical interface on the device, which is used for plugging other devices. For example, the ports mainly provided on the back of the housing of the desktop computer include a round SP2 interface for connecting a keyboard and a mouse, an LPT interface (so-called parallel interface) for connecting a printer, a COM interface (so-called serial interface), an audio interface, a network card interface, and a display interface. For another example, a plurality of ports on a switch or a router for connecting devices accessing a network also belong to the category of ports on the devices in the present embodiment. In general, the power consumption of a port in the active state and the idle state is different, and therefore, the port is in different operating states, which means that the total power consumption of the device will be different. And the power consumptions of different ports of the same equipment are different, and the power consumptions of the ports of different equipment are also different. The power consumption of the device changes due to the port changing from the idle state to the use state or from the use state to the idle state, so in this step 101, the fan speed adjusting device needs to acquire the port with the changed working state. Here, many factors affecting the total power consumption of the device need to be explained, in this embodiment, the port factor is focused, and other factors are not described.
102, acquiring power consumption change information corresponding to equipment according to the performance parameters of the port;
and the fan speed regulating device correspondingly acquires the performance parameters of the port after acquiring the port with the changed working state. The performance parameters of each port are pre-stored in the fan speed adjusting device, and the specific storage form is not limited in this embodiment, for example, the performance parameters of the ports and the mapping relationship between the ports and the performance parameters thereof may be stored in a data list, where the mapping relationship is used to enable the fan speed adjusting device to find the performance parameters corresponding to the ports after the ports are acquired.
The performance parameter of this embodiment mainly refers to power consumption of each port in an idle state and a use state, and is collectively referred to as port power consumption. The fan speed adjusting device may store power consumption corresponding to the ports, may also store power (for example, idle power and use power) corresponding to each port, may also store current (for example, idle current and use current) corresponding to each port, and may further store any combination form of power consumption, power and current corresponding to the ports (for example, simultaneously store power and current corresponding to the ports, or simultaneously store power consumption and current corresponding to the ports, and the like). Since different devices may provide performance parameters of their ports in different forms, the information stored in the fan governor indicative of the performance parameters may be specific to the device. However, how to solve the power consumption according to the power or the current belongs to the common general knowledge of those skilled in the art, and the present embodiment is not discussed in detail.
The power consumption change information corresponding to the device may be current power consumption, change power consumption, power consumption change trend, and the like of the device. The fan speed regulating device can calculate the current power consumption of the equipment according to the obtained port power consumption corresponding to the port with the changed working state and the current working state of the port, and obtains the changed power consumption and the power consumption change trend corresponding to the equipment by comparing with the previous power consumption of the equipment.
And 103, acquiring a rotating speed adjustment amount according to the power consumption change information and the pre-acquired power consumption-rotating speed relation, so as to adjust the rotating speed of the fan of the equipment according to the rotating speed adjustment amount.
The power consumption-rotation speed relationship represents the corresponding relationship between the power consumption of the equipment and the rotation speed of the fan, and can be generally obtained through an instruction manual of the equipment. After acquiring power consumption change information corresponding to equipment, the fan speed regulating device acquires a power consumption-rotating speed relation acquired in advance, and acquires a rotating speed regulating quantity corresponding to the power consumption change information according to the power consumption-rotating speed relation; the rotating speed adjustment amount refers to an adjustment amount which needs to be made on the rotating speed of the fan to overcome temperature change caused by changing power consumption.
Generally, under the condition that the external environment is relatively stable (for example, a heat source or a cooling device does not suddenly appear), the temperature of the device is mainly determined by the power consumption of the device, and the temperature does not suddenly change, that is, the temperature changes slowly, so that when the fan speed adjusting device obtains the rotating speed adjustment amount, the temperature of the device does not change or greatly changes. Therefore, the fan governor of the present embodiment can increase the rotation speed of the fan according to the rotation speed adjustment amount (i.e., the rotation speed amount required to be increased) before the temperature rises, so as to suppress the temperature rise; the rotation speed of the fan may be reduced according to the rotation speed adjustment amount (i.e., the required reduction rotation speed amount) before the temperature is reduced to restrain the temperature reduction.
According to the fan speed regulating method, the port with the changed working state on the equipment is obtained, the change of the power consumption of the equipment caused by the change of the working state of the port is further obtained, the rotating speed regulating quantity corresponding to the changed power consumption is obtained before the temperature of the equipment changes, and the rotating speed of the fan is regulated according to the rotating speed regulating quantity, so that the change of the temperature of the equipment is restrained, the equipment works in a relatively stable temperature environment, and the service life of the equipment is further prolonged.
In the above embodiment, the power consumption-rotation speed relationship may be stored in the fan speed adjusting device in advance, and the fan speed adjusting device may directly obtain the power consumption-rotation speed relationship stored in advance therein, so as to obtain the rotation speed adjustment amount. The relation between the power consumption and the rotating speed can be obtained in advance by an operator through numerical analysis, numerical fitting and other operations according to the relation between the power consumption and the temperature of the equipment and the relation between the rotating speed and the temperature of the fan, and the relation is stored in the fan speed adjusting device. And the relation between the power consumption and the temperature of the equipment and the relation between the rotating speed and the temperature of the fan can be obtained through an instruction manual of the equipment.
However, since the power consumption-temperature relationship of each device and the rotational speed-temperature relationship of the fan are different from device to device, and the relationships are often described in a curve form, it is a more preferable embodiment that the fan speed control device stores the power consumption-temperature relationship of the device and the rotational speed-temperature relationship of the fan in advance, and acquires the power consumption-rotational speed relationship in real time based on the pre-stored relationships. In this way, the fan speed regulating device can query the power consumption-temperature relation curve according to the power consumption change information to obtain the temperature change information (the temperature change information can comprise the temperature to be raised, the change temperature, the temperature change trend and the like), and query the rotating speed-temperature relation curve according to the temperature change information to obtain the rotating speed adjustment quantity, namely obtain the power consumption-rotating speed relation in real time.
Further, this embodiment provides an implementation manner in which the fan speed adjusting device acquires a port whose operating state changes, that is, the fan speed adjusting device periodically scans the state of the port on the device. For example, the fan speed adjusting device mainly monitors a power supply for supplying power to each port on the device, and when the power supply is found to be changed, the fan speed adjusting device further scans the voltage or current of each port to determine which port or ports have the changed working state, and further obtains the port with the changed working state.
In order to further improve the working efficiency of the fan speed adjusting device, this embodiment further provides an implementation manner of obtaining a port whose working state changes, which specifically includes: when the port state changes (for example, the use state changes into the idle state, or the idle state changes into the use state), the equipment sends an interrupt signal to the fan speed regulation device; and the fan speed regulating device can judge that the port with the changed working state exists on the equipment according to the received interrupt signal, and then inquires the equipment to obtain the port with the changed working state on the equipment. In this way, the fan speed adjusting device executes the search operation when receiving the interrupt signal, so that the fan speed adjusting device can handle other things at other times, thereby improving the working efficiency and the resource utilization rate. Furthermore, in combination with the support of hardware technology, by setting a plurality of interrupt signal interfaces to respectively correspond to different ports on the device, the fan speed regulating device can directly acquire the changed ports and the change states of the ports according to the received interrupt signals and the corresponding interrupt registers without inquiring the device, so that the working efficiency of the fan speed regulating device can be further improved.
It should be noted that, in the technical solution of the present invention, the temperature of the device is adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the fan according to the working state of the device port, so that the technical solution of the present invention is particularly suitable for devices with a large number of ports or mainly based on port services, such as a medium-high-end switch or a router. Therefore, the following embodiments of the present invention will take the switch as an example to describe the technical solution of the present invention in detail.
Example two
In the embodiment of the present invention, switching refers to a general name of a technology for sending information to be transmitted to a corresponding route meeting requirements by a method of manual or automatic completion by equipment according to the requirement of information transmission at two communication ends. A switch (switch) is a device that performs information exchange functions in a communication system. The switch has a high-bandwidth back bus and an internal switching matrix, and all ports of the switch are hung on the back bus. The working principle is as follows:
a control circuit of the switch receives the data packet, and after receiving the data packet, triggers a processing port of the switch to search an address comparison table stored in a memory so as to determine a port to which a Network Card (NIC) corresponding to a target MAC address (namely a hardware address of a Network Card of the data receiving equipment) in the data packet is hung; the switch then rapidly forwards the packet to the destination port via its internal switching matrix to complete the data transfer. If the destination MAC address does not exist in the address lookup table, the switch broadcasts the destination MAC address to all ports and "learns" the new address based on the received port response and adds it to the address lookup table. The switch can transmit data between a plurality of port pairs at the same time.
As shown in fig. 2, the inside of the switch is generally composed of a switch module 21, a management module 22, a port module 23, a fan module 24, and a power supply module 25. The switch module 21 is composed of a plurality of switch chips, and each switch chip is connected to a plurality of network ports, i.e. ports in the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the switching module 21 of the present embodiment includes a 1 st switching chip, a 2 nd switching chip, and an nth switching chip, where n is an integer greater than or equal to 1; each switch chip is connected to m network ports, where m is also an integer greater than or equal to 1, and it needs to be described herein that the number of network ports connected to each switch chip may also be different. As shown in fig. 2, the 1 st switch chip is connected to the ports RJ45_11 to RJ45_1m, the 2 nd switch chip is connected to the ports RJ45_21 to RJ45_2m, and the nth switch chip is connected to the ports RJ45_ n1 to RJ45_ nm, and the ports constitute the port module 23. In the embodiment, a network card interface RJ45 commonly used in ethernet is taken as an example, but the invention is not limited thereto. The switching module 21 is connected to the management module 22, and the management module 22 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) and a logic control Unit (which may be formed by a programmable logic device). The management module 22 is connected to the fan module 24, wherein the fan module 24 is composed of a plurality of fans, as shown in fig. 2, including a 1 st fan, a 2 nd fan, a. The power module 25 is connected to each of the modules, and is configured to provide operating power to each of the modules.
The ports RJ45_11 to RJ45_ nm are used to connect other devices, such as a Personal Computer (PC). The more other devices the switch chip is connected to through the network port, the greater the power consumption of the switch chip. Generally, for the same switch, each switch chip of the switch is connected to one other device through one network port, and the power consumption added by the switch chip is the same, but the invention is not limited to this.
For the sake of simplicity, this embodiment will take the same increase in power consumption of the switch chip every time when another device is connected through one network port, and the technical solution of the present invention is explained based on the internal structure of the switch. The management module in the switch is equivalent to the fan speed regulation device of the invention, that is, the fan speed regulation device in this embodiment is used as a functional module of the equipment (switch). As shown in fig. 3, the fan speed regulation method of the second embodiment includes:
specifically, in terms of hardware implementation, each switch chip in the switch module 21 is connected to an interrupt port on the management module 22, and when any switch chip in the switch module 21 connects or disconnects a network port, that is, when one network port is connected or disconnected with another device (for example, the connected device goes offline), an interrupt signal is sent to the CPU of the management module 22. The CPU of the management module 22 can obtain the source of the interrupt signal, i.e., which switching chip the interrupt signal comes from, according to the interrupt signal interface receiving the interrupt signal, and this embodiment will take the 1 st switching chip, the 2 nd switching chip, and the nth switching chip sending out the interrupt signal as an example.
after the CPU in the management module 22 obtains the interrupt signal, it reads the interrupt registers of the switching chip corresponding to the interrupt signal, that is, reads the interrupt registers of the 1 st switching chip, the 2 nd switching chip, and the nth switching chip, respectively. Then, the interrupt reason, such as port change, switching chip failure, etc., for generating the corresponding interrupt signal is obtained from each interrupt register. In this embodiment, it is assumed that the switch chip is an interrupt signal sent to the CPU when the port is connected or disconnected, and therefore, the CPU queries the interrupt register to know that the port of the switch chip is changed, and then queries the network ports connected to the 1 st switch chip, the 2 nd switch chip, and the nth switch chip, and obtains the network ports connected to the 1 st switch chip, the 2 nd switch chip, and the nth switch chip at present. For example, other devices are connected to the 1 st switching chip connection port RJ45_11, the port RJ45_12 and the port RJ45_ 13; the 2 nd switching chip is connected with other equipment through the network ports RJ45_21, RJ45_22 and RJ45_ 23; the nth switching chip is connected with other devices such as the network ports RJ45_ n1, the network ports RJ45_ n2 and the network ports RJ45_ n 3. Then, by comparing the net ports connected with the 1 st exchange chip, the 2 nd exchange chip and the n-th exchange chip, the net port which changes in each exchange chip is obtained. For example, if the network ports RJ45_11 and RJ45_12 connected to the 1 st switch chip are obtained, the network port RJ45_22 connected to the 2 nd switch chip is a newly added network port connected to another device; and the port RJ45_ n4 connected with the nth switching chip is a port for disconnecting the connected equipment and is called a change port.
303, acquiring power consumption change information corresponding to the exchange chip by the management module according to the prestored network port power consumption and the network port change;
the switch stores power consumption of each network port in advance, wherein the power consumption comprises working power consumption when other equipment is connected and idle power consumption when other equipment is not connected. And calculating the difference between the power consumption corresponding to the current working state of each changed network port and the power consumption corresponding to the state before the change, and summing the power consumption differences of all the changed network ports of the same exchange chip to obtain the changed power consumption and the current power consumption corresponding to the exchange chip. If the power consumption is larger than 0, the power consumption of the exchange chip is increased, and the temperature is about to rise; conversely, the power consumption of the exchange chip is reduced, and the temperature is reduced.
Specifically, in this embodiment, assuming that the working power consumption step (i.e., the difference between the working power consumption and the idle power consumption) of each network port is 350mW, the network ports RJ45_11, RJ45_12 and RJ45_22 change from idle to working, and the network ports RJ45_ n4 change from working to idle, the management module 22 knows that the changed power consumptions corresponding to the 1 st switching chip, the 2 nd switching chip and the n th switching chip caused by the changed network ports RJ45_11, RJ45_12, RJ45_22 and RJ45_ n4 are 700mW, 350mW and 350mW respectively, and can obtain the current power consumption through the changed power consumption and the previous power consumption. Further, it can be known that the corresponding power consumption of the whole switch is 7000mw, the power consumption of the switch is increased, and the temperature of the switch is about to rise.
It should be noted that, in this step 303, whether the power consumption change information corresponding to the switch chip or the power consumption change information of the switch is obtained is related to the layout scheme of the entire switch. For example: if the switch has 3 switching chips (i.e., n is 3), but only 1 very large fan (i.e., k is 1), only the rotation speed of 1 fan needs to be adjusted here, and the state of any network port is related to the rotation speed of this fan, so that in this step 303, it can be described as obtaining power consumption change information corresponding to the switch. If the switch has 3 switching chips (i.e., n is 3), and there are 3 fans (i.e., k is 3), and it is assumed that each fan is mainly responsible for heat dissipation to one of the switching chips, the power consumption change of each switching chip only affects the rotation speed of the corresponding fan, but not affects the other fans, so that in this step 303, it can be described as obtaining the power consumption change information corresponding to the switching chip. In this embodiment, a plurality of switch chips are taken as an example, and each switch chip corresponds to one fan, so this step 303 is used to obtain power consumption change information corresponding to each switch chip.
304, the management module acquires temperature change information corresponding to the exchange chip according to a prestored power consumption-temperature relation of the exchange chip;
the switch of this embodiment stores a curve of the power consumption of the switch chip changing with temperature, that is, a power consumption-temperature relationship, and may be specifically obtained from a switch chip instruction manual and stored in the switch. The management module 22 may obtain the temperature corresponding to the current power consumption of each switching chip by querying the curve, and obtain information such as a temperature variation and a temperature variation trend by making a difference with the temperature corresponding to the previous power consumption. Fig. 4 is a power consumption-temperature relationship curve of the switching chip in this embodiment, and by querying the curve shown in fig. 4, it can be known that when the power consumption of the 1 st switching chip is increased from 1100mW to 1800mW, the corresponding temperature is increased from 33.0 ℃ to 39.1 ℃, that is, the temperature variation is 6.1 ℃, specifically, the temperature is to be increased by 6.1 ℃; when the power consumption of the 2 nd exchange chip is increased from 1450mW to 1800mW, the corresponding temperature is increased from 36.3 ℃ to 39.1 ℃, namely the temperature variation is 2.8 ℃, and specifically the temperature is about to be increased by 2.8 ℃; when the power consumption of the nth switching chip is reduced from 2150mW to 1800mW, the corresponding temperature is reduced from 41.5 ℃ to 39.1 ℃, namely, the temperature variation is-2.4 ℃, and specifically, the temperature is reduced by 2.4 ℃.
305, the management module acquires a corresponding rotating speed adjustment amount according to a pre-stored rotating speed-temperature relation of the fan and the acquired temperature change information;
in this embodiment, a curve of the variation of the rotation speed of the fan with the temperature, i.e., a relationship between the rotation speed and the temperature, is stored in the switch in advance, and can also be obtained from a switch user manual. The management module 22 may obtain the rotation speed corresponding to the current temperature by querying the curve, and obtain the rotation speed adjustment amount and the adjustment mode (increasing the rotation speed or decreasing the rotation speed) of the fan by making a difference with the rotation speed corresponding to the previous temperature. FIG. 5 is a graph showing the relationship between the rotation speed and the temperature of the fan in this embodiment, and it can be known from the graph shown in FIG. 5 that when the temperature of the 1 st swap chip is increased from 33.0 ℃ to 39.1 ℃, the rotation speed of the corresponding fan (for example, the 1 st fan) needs to be increased from 65 revolutions per second (run/second; abbreviated as: r/s) to 96r/s, that is, the rotation speed adjustment amount is 31 r/s; when the temperature of the 2 nd exchange chip is increased from 36.3 ℃ to 39.1 ℃, the rotating speed of the corresponding fan (such as the 2 nd fan) needs to be increased from 82r/s to 96r/s, namely the rotating speed adjustment amount is 14 r/s; when the temperature of the n-th exchange chip is reduced from 41.5 ℃ to 39.1 ℃, the rotating speed of the corresponding fan (such as the n-th fan) needs to be reduced from 108r/s to 96r/s, namely the rotating speed adjustment amount is-12 r/s. The 1 st fan, the 2 nd fan and the nth fan are fans which are most effective in controlling the temperature of the 1 st exchange chip, the 2 nd exchange chip and the nth exchange chip respectively. Further, when there is a case where a plurality of switch chips share one fan in the switch layout, for example, the 1 st switch chip and the 2 nd switch chip share the 1 st fan, the rotation speed of the 1 st fan should be adjusted according to the sum of the power consumption changes corresponding to the 1 st switch chip and the 2 nd switch chip at this time, and those skilled in the art can directly deduce from the description of the embodiment.
And step 306, the management module adjusts the rotating speed of the fan according to the obtained rotating speed adjustment amount so as to stabilize the temperature of the switch.
Specifically, the logic control unit in the management module 22 is responsible for adjusting the rotation speed of each fan. For example, the logic control unit increases the rotation speed of the 1 st fan by 31r/s, increases the rotation speed of the 2 nd fan by 14r/s and decreases the rotation speed of the n-th fan by 12r/s according to the speed regulation control command provided by the CPU and the speed regulation parameter (namely the rotation speed adjustment amount) in the speed regulation control command.
Through the operation, when the power consumption of the exchange chip changes, the change trend of the temperature caused by the power consumption change can be predicted according to the working state of the port, the fan rotating speed required by the temperature change is obtained, the fan rotating speed is adjusted in advance before the temperature changes, the temperature of the exchange chip is kept relatively stable, the service life of the exchange chip is prolonged, the temperature of the exchanger is controlled finally, the exchanger works in a relatively stable temperature environment, and the service life of the exchanger is prolonged.
In addition, it is necessary to explain again: the switch of this embodiment includes a plurality of switch chips and a plurality of fans, and of course, the switch may also be a structure including one switch chip and one fan, or a structure including a plurality of switch chips and one fan. At this time, the speed regulation method of this embodiment needs to obtain the change power consumption of the whole switch, obtain the temperature change trend caused by the total change power consumption, and further obtain the rotation speed adjustment amount, so as to adjust the rotation speed of the single fan, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the temperature of the switch.
However, a large-scale switch usually includes a plurality of switch chips and a plurality of fans, and the technical solution of this embodiment can control the temperature of the corresponding switch chip by individually controlling all the fans, that is, by controlling the fan with the most effective temperature control of each switch chip. Generally, when the ambient temperature is relatively low, the network port connected to one of the switching chips is fully plugged to perform full load operation, and the other switching chips are all in an idle state, the prior art usually monitors that the temperature of one switching chip exceeds a preset value, so that all fans immediately operate in a high-speed operation mode. When the fan works in a high-speed running mode, the sound of the fan is loud, so that not only can noise pollution be caused, but also more power consumption can be wasted, and the whole machine equipment consumes higher power consumption under the condition of smaller workload. Through the technical scheme of the invention, a certain or limited number of fans can be independently controlled to cool the exchange chip working at full load, thereby overcoming the defects in the prior art.
Implementation III
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a fan speed adjusting device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the fan speed control device of the present embodiment includes: a port acquisition module 61, a power consumption acquisition module 62 and a rotation speed acquisition module 63.
The port obtaining module 61 is connected to a device requiring temperature control, and is configured to obtain a port of which a working state changes on the device, and provide the obtained port to the power consumption obtaining module 62; the power consumption obtaining module 62 is connected to the port obtaining module 61, and is configured to obtain power consumption change information corresponding to the device according to the performance parameter of the port provided by the port obtaining module 61, and provide the obtained power consumption change information to the rotating speed obtaining module 63. The power consumption change information corresponding to the device may be current power consumption, change power consumption, power consumption change trend, and the like of the device. The rotating speed obtaining module 63 is respectively connected to the power consumption obtaining module 62 and the device, and is configured to obtain a rotating speed adjustment amount according to the power consumption change information provided by the power consumption obtaining module 62 and a power consumption-rotating speed relationship obtained in advance, so as to adjust the rotating speed of the fan of the device according to the rotating speed adjustment amount.
The fan speed adjusting device of this embodiment may be set independently of the device, or may be set in the device as a functional module in the device, and may be configured to execute the fan speed adjusting method provided by the present invention, specifically, by acquiring a port on the device where a working state changes, and according to an influence of the port on power consumption and temperature of the device, acquiring a rotation speed adjustment amount required for suppressing a temperature change, and further adjusting a rotation speed of the fan according to the rotation speed adjustment amount. The fan speed regulating device of the embodiment overcomes temperature change by regulating the rotating speed of the fan in advance, so that the temperature of the equipment can be kept at a certain level, the temperature of the equipment cannot be suddenly increased or decreased, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
The port obtaining module 61 of this embodiment may specifically determine whether the working state of the port changes by querying the state of the port on the device at regular time, for example, by querying the voltage or current of the port, and further obtain the port with the changed working state.
In the above manner, the port obtaining module 61 works in the state of querying the port state most of the time, and the working efficiency is low. Therefore, the embodiment further provides an implementation structure of the port obtaining module 61, which specifically includes: a receiving unit 611 and a query obtaining unit 612. The receiving unit 611 is connected to the device, and is configured to receive an interrupt signal sent by the device when a port changes; the query acquiring unit 612 is connected to the receiving unit 611 and the device, and configured to query the device according to the interrupt signal received by the receiving unit 611, so as to acquire the port of the device whose operating state changes. The working principle of the port acquisition module 61 based on the implementation structure is an implementation mode different from a timing query mode, and the working load of the port acquisition module 61 can be reduced, so that the working efficiency of the fan speed regulating device is improved on the whole.
Further, the power consumption obtaining module 62 of this embodiment specifically obtains power consumption change information corresponding to the device according to the preset port power consumption and the current working state of the port. The power consumption of the port can be obtained through an equipment workbook and stored in the fan speed regulation device, the corresponding power consumption of the port in a use state is different from that of the port in an idle state, and the change of the equipment power consumption caused by the change of the working state of the port can be obtained according to the change of the working state of the port.
In the above technical solution, the relation between power consumption and rotation speed may be obtained in advance and stored in the fan speed adjusting device according to the relation between power consumption and temperature of the equipment and the relation between rotation speed and temperature of the fan provided by the equipment workbook. However, this method needs an operator to calculate and obtain the relationship between power consumption and rotation speed in advance, and since it is difficult to obtain an accurate expression because the power consumption-temperature relationship and the rotation speed-temperature relationship of the fan are mostly given in the device instruction manual in the form of a curve, this embodiment further provides an implementation method for obtaining the relationship between power consumption and rotation speed, and the speed adjusting device for the fan further includes: a relationship acquisition module 64.
Specifically, the relationship between power consumption and temperature of the device and the relationship between rotational speed and temperature of the fan are pre-stored in the fan speed adjusting device, and the relationship obtaining module 64 obtains the relationship between power consumption and rotational speed in real time according to the pre-stored relationship. Specifically, the power consumption-temperature relation curve can be inquired according to the power consumption change information to obtain the temperature change information (the temperature change information can comprise the temperature to be raised, the change temperature, the temperature change trend and the like), and the rotating speed-temperature relation curve can be inquired according to the temperature change information to obtain the rotating speed adjustment quantity.
In the fan speed adjusting device of the present embodiment, each functional module or unit may correspondingly execute the corresponding part of the process in the method embodiment provided by the present invention, and therefore, the detailed description is not provided herein. The fan speed adjusting device of this embodiment adjusts the temperature of the device by adjusting the rotating speed of the fan according to the working state of the device port, and therefore, the technical scheme of the present invention is particularly suitable for devices with a large number of ports or mainly based on port services, such as a medium-high-end switch or a router.
