Abstract

一种无需助卷板的无芯纸卷复卷机,其主要特点是复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙不大于10毫米,在复卷下辊的辊体内分布有多条气流通道,在辊体表面分布有多组吸气口,每组吸气口沿着辊体的长度方向排列成一排或多排,各组吸气口分别与辊体内的各条气流通道连通,在靠近复卷下辊端部的位置设置有吸风罩,随着复卷下辊的旋转,辊体内的各条气流通道轮流与吸风罩的吸风口连通和断开。本发明从起卷到复卷完毕的整个复卷过程都不需要依赖助卷板的支撑,也无需改变复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙,因此具有起卷可靠性高、复卷稳定、纸卷芯部的松紧度均匀、不会在纸卷的表面压出压痕等优点。

无需助卷板的无芯纸卷复卷机
技术领域
本发明涉及复卷机,特别是可用于生产无芯纸卷的复卷机。
背景技术
无芯纸卷的特点是纸卷的中间没有卷轴。现有的复卷机在复卷这类纸卷的时候借助一块助卷板来完成起卷过程。例如专利号为94101338.3、名称为“具有在卷绕过程中支持卷筒的表面,用于带材卷筒无芯卷绕的改进的重复卷绕机”的专利,其所公开的复卷机在起卷阶段将复卷上辊和复卷下辊(此专利中称为“卷绕滚轮1、3”)临时靠拢在一起,并且依靠一块助卷板(此专利中称为“支持表面21”)的支撑才能实现起卷,起卷后还需将复卷上辊和复卷下辊复位至正常位置才能继续复卷。这种依赖助卷板起卷的复卷机存在以下问题:1、从起卷到正常复卷的过程中必须改变复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙,导致纸卷在复卷的初期受力不稳定,容易造成复卷失败;2、在复卷的初期依靠助卷板支撑纸卷,难以保证纸卷受力均匀,易于导致纸卷芯部的卷绕松紧度严重不均匀(俗称“花芯”),严重影响纸卷的后续加工和成品质量;3、复卷下辊一边高速旋转一边移动,并且必须精确控制复卷下辊的移动距离,这样必然增加了机构的复杂性和制造成本;4、助卷板的前端需要做成梳齿型,而且梳齿的齿端插入开设在复卷下辊圆柱面的环槽内,而复卷下辊圆柱面的环槽会在纸卷的表面压出明显的压痕,影响纸卷产品的外观质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无需助卷板的无芯纸卷复卷机。
本发明是这样实现的:无需助卷板的无芯纸卷复卷机包括相互平行的复卷上辊和复卷下辊,纸张绕在复卷上辊上并且从复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙中经过,特别地,复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙不大于10毫米,在复卷下辊的辊体内分布有多条气流通道,多条气流通道沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,每一条气流通道连通至辊体表面的一组吸气口,同一条气流通道所连通的一组吸气口在辊体表面排列成一排或多排,每一排吸气口沿着辊体的长度方向排列,各排吸气口沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,在靠近复卷下辊端部的位置设置有吸风罩,随着复卷下辊的旋转,当复卷下辊表面的某排吸气口由远及近靠近复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口所连通的辊体内的气流通道转动至与吸风罩的吸风口对应连通的区域,当复卷下辊表面的某排吸气口由近及远远离复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口所连通的辊体内的气流通道转动至与吸风罩的吸风口偏离的区域。
本发明的起卷原理是利用复卷下辊表面的吸气口在由远及近靠近复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时产生的吸力,使纸张头部卷起,并利用复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的窄小辊隙阻挡卷起的纸张头部,使后续传过来的纸张在复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间随着卷起的纸张头部继续卷绕,实现起卷。
本发明从起卷到复卷完毕的整个复卷过程都不需要依赖助卷板的支撑,也无需改变复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙,因此本发明具有以下优点:1、纸卷在复卷过程中受力稳定而且均匀,可靠性高;2、纸卷芯部的卷绕松紧度均匀,避免产生“花芯”现象;3、无需设置令复卷下辊一边高速旋转一边移动的机构,有利于降低机构的复杂性和制造成本;4、无需在复卷下辊的圆柱面上开设环槽,不会在纸卷的表面压出压痕,提高了纸卷产品的外观质量。

具体实施方式
本发明所述的无芯纸卷复卷机如图1示,包括相互平行的复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2。纸张3绕在复卷上辊1上并且从复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙中经过。复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙M不大于10毫米。在复卷下辊2的辊体内分布有多条平行于辊体轴线的气流通道4,每条气流通道贯通至辊体的端面。多条气流通道4沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列。每一条气流通道4与辊体表面的一组吸气口5连通。同时参见图1、图2,同一条气流通道4所连通的一组吸气口5在辊体表面排列成一排。或者也可以如图3、图4那样,同一条气流通道4所连通的一组吸气口排列成两排5′、5″。以此类推,同一条气流通道4所连通的一组吸气口还可以排列成更多排。如图2所示,每一排吸气口5沿着辊体2的长度方向排列,但并不要求排列方向必须与辊体的轴线平行,可以有一定的螺旋角。如图1所示,各排吸气口5沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列。在逼近复卷下辊2的端面处固定有吸风罩6。吸风罩6与抽真空设备(图中未示出)连接,使吸风罩6产生负压。吸风罩6的吸风口朝向复卷下辊2的端面。随着复卷下辊2的旋转,当复卷下辊2表面的某排吸气口,例如图1中的一排吸气口5a,由远及近靠近复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口5a所连通的辊体内的气流通道4a转动至与吸风罩6的吸风口对应连通的区域,使得整排吸气口5a产生吸力;当复卷下辊2表面的某排吸气口,例如图1中的一排吸气口5b,由近及远远离复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口5b所连通的辊体内的气流通道4b转动至与吸风罩6的吸风口偏离的区域,使得整排吸气口5b丧失吸力。如此,各条气流通道4随着复卷下辊2的旋转轮流与吸风罩6的吸风口连通和断开。
图1中的气流通道4既可以连通至复卷下辊2的两个端面,也可以只连通至复卷下辊2的一个端面;相应地,吸风罩6既可以布置在复卷下辊2的两端,也可以只布置在复卷下辊2的一端。
吸风罩6也可以如图5、图6所示布置在逼近复卷下辊2的圆柱面并且靠近辊体端部的位置处。吸风罩6的吸风口朝向辊体的圆柱面。相应地,辊体内的气流通道4如图6所示在辊体的圆柱面与吸风罩6连通。
下面结合附图说明图1所示实施例的起卷原理:随着复卷下辊2的转动,辊体表面的一排吸气口5a与吸风罩6的吸风口连通而产生吸力,将纸张3的头部吸附在复卷下辊2上;复卷下辊2随即将纸张的头部往回带,使纸张头部卷起,形成图7所示状态。在图7中,卷起的纸张头部在复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙处受到阻碍,加之原先与吸风罩连通的一排吸气口5a由近及远离开辊隙后,该排吸气口5a就与吸风罩6的吸风口断开而丧失吸力,使得卷起的纸张头部能够被复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙阻挡,于是后续传过来的纸张继续卷绕,实现起卷。
起卷后,纸卷直径逐渐增大,再由复卷上辊1、复卷下辊2以及压纸辊7一起夹着纸卷转动,直至复卷完成后将纸卷尾部的纸张拉断,形成新的纸张头部。
作为本发明的改进方案,图8所示的另一实施例在复卷上辊1的辊体内分布有多条气流通道8,多条气流通道8沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,每一条气流通道8连通至辊体表面的一组吸气口9,同一条气流通道8所连通的一组吸气口9在辊体表面排列成一排或多排,每一排吸气口9沿着辊体的长度方向排列,各排吸气口9沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,在靠近复卷上辊端部的位置设置有第二吸风罩10,随着复卷上辊1的旋转,当复卷上辊表面的某排吸气口,例如图8中的一排吸气口9a,由远及近靠近复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口9a所连通的辊体内的气流通道8a转动至与第二吸风罩10的吸风口对应连通的区域,使得整排吸气口9a 产生吸力,当复卷上辊表面的某排吸气口,例如图8中的一排吸气口9b,由近及远远离复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口9b所连通的辊体内的气流通道8b转动至与第二吸风罩10的吸风口偏离的区域。如此,各条气流通道8随着复卷上辊1的旋转轮流与第二吸风罩10的吸风口连通和断开。
简而言之,图8的改进之处就是为复卷上辊1增设与复卷下辊2类同的气流通道8、吸气口9以及第二吸风罩10。如此改进后,能够更可靠地保证卷起的纸张头部能够被复卷上辊1和复卷下辊2之间的辊隙阻挡,进一步提高起卷的可靠性。气流通道8、吸气口9以及第二吸风罩10的结构和工作原理,以及第二吸风罩10的布置位置可参考前一实施例,不再赘述。

Claims (2)

1.无需助卷板的无芯纸卷复卷机,包括相互平行的复卷上辊和复卷下辊,纸张绕在复卷上辊上并且从复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙中经过,其特征是:复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙不大于10毫米,在复卷下辊的辊体内分布有多条气流通道,多条气流通道沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,每一条气流通道连通至辊体表面的一组吸气口,同一条气流通道所连通的一组吸气口在辊体表面排列成一排或多排,每一排吸气口沿着辊体的长度方向排列,各排吸气口沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,在靠近复卷下辊端部的位置设置有吸风罩,随着复卷下辊的旋转,当复卷下辊表面的某排吸气口由远及近靠近复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口所连通的辊体内的气流通道转动至与吸风罩的吸风口对应连通的区域,当复卷下辊表面的某排吸气口由近及远远离复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口所连通的辊体内的气流通道转动至与吸风罩的吸风口偏离的区域。
2.如权利要求1所述的无需助卷板的无芯纸卷复卷机,其特征是:在复卷上辊的辊体内分布有多条气流通道,多条气流通道沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,每一条气流通道连通至辊体表面的一组吸气口,同一条气流通道所连通的一组吸气口在辊体表面排列成一排或多排,每一排吸气口沿着辊体的长度方向排列,各排吸气口沿着辊体的圆周方向间隔排列,在靠近复卷上辊端部的位置设置有第二吸风罩,随着复卷上辊的旋转,当复卷上辊表面的某排吸气口由远及近靠近复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口所连通的辊体内的气流通道转动至与第二吸风罩的吸风口对应连通的区域,当复卷上辊表面的某排吸气口由近及远远离复卷上辊和复卷下辊之间的辊隙时,该排吸气口所连通的辊体内的气流通道转动至与第二吸风罩的吸风口偏离的区域。
