Abstract

本发明提供一种电子产品,包括壳体,所述壳体包括透明基材层、涂布于透明基材层内表面的透明纹理层和有色纹理层。所述透明纹理层和所述有色纹理层的交界面是凹凸不平的。由于透明纹理层和有色纹理层的交界面是凹凸不平的,从而使得壳体的外观具有凹凸感的立体视觉效果。本发明还提供一种应用于上述电子产品的印刷方法。

具有立体效果的印刷方法及由此获得的电子产品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子产品,以及涉及一种应用于电子产品外壳的印刷方法。
背景技术
现有的电子产品其壳体一般采用透明树脂基材成型,在成型后,再在基材上印刷上所需要的颜色,以使得壳体可遮蔽位于壳体内部的元件,并呈现出不同的外观效果。
然而,现有的印刷方式,其一般是将具有不同色彩的油墨直接印刷到透明基材上,从而在印刷完成后,壳体表面只具有平面的视觉效果,无法形成具有凹凸感的三维立体视觉效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种电子产品,其壳体具有立体视觉效果。
有鉴于此,本发明还提供一种应用于电子产品的印刷方法,其使得壳体具有立体视觉效果。
一种电子产品,包括壳体,所述壳体包括透明基材层、涂布于透明基材层内表面的透明纹理层和有色纹理层。所述透明纹理层和所述有色纹理层的交界面是凹凸不平的。
一种印刷方法,其应用于电子产品壳体,包括在壳体的透明基材层内表面印刷凹凸不平的透明纹理层的步骤;对所述透明纹理层进行干燥的步骤;以及待透明纹理层干燥后,在透明纹理层上印刷有色纹理层的步骤。
由于在本发明中,包含透明纹理层和有色纹理层,且透明纹理层和有色纹理层的交界面是凹凸不平的,当光线照射时,光线分别在透明纹理层和有色纹理层的表面反射,从而使得不同的纹理层叠加产生层次感,并产生具有凹凸感的立体视觉效果。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,其揭示了本发明一实施方式的电子产品10。所述电子产品10可以是,例如,数码相框,其包括壳体11、安装于壳体11上的显示屏12、和安装于壳体11内的电子元件(图未示)。
请参考图2,其揭示了壳体11的具体结构。壳体11包括透明基材层110,在透明基材层110的内表面(远离用户的表面)上涂布透明纹理层111,在透明纹理层111上涂布有色纹理层112。其中,透明纹理层111与有色纹理层112的交界面是凹凸不平的。
透明基材层110的材料为透明树脂,例如PET树脂、PS树脂、PP树脂、PVC树脂、亚克力树脂,并采用在模具中浇注成型的方式制成。
透明纹理层111的材料为透明油墨,并采用印刷机印刷的方式在透明基材层110的表面印刷而成。根据实际需要,透明纹理层111可被印刷成具有各种不同的纹理,例如布纹、大理石纹、木纹等。
有色纹理层12的材料为有色油墨,其同样采用印刷的方式印刷于透明纹理层111的表面。根据实际需要,可调配有色油墨,使得有色纹理层12具有不同的颜色,例如红色、灰色、大理石色、木材色等。
本实施方式的壳体11,当处于光线照射下时,光线穿过透明基材层110,并分别在透明纹理层111和有色纹理层112的表面反射,从而使得不同的纹理层叠加产生层次感,并产生具有凹凸感的立体视觉效果,并搭配不同的颜色和纹理,从而产生不同的视觉效果,例如红色布纹、灰色布纹、大理石纹、木纹等。
请参考图3,其揭示了在壳体11上印刷从而产生立体效果的方法的一个实施例。在S31步骤中,在透明基材层110的内表面印刷一层凹凸不平的透明纹理层111,其印刷的方法可以是已知的各种印刷方法,例如丝印、胶印、凹印等。在S32步骤中,将透明纹理层111进行干燥处理,在本实施方式中,采用将印刷好透明纹理层111的壳体11置于温度为40℃的干燥室中约10小时的方法进行干燥处理。在S33步骤中,待透明纹理层111干燥后,再在透明纹理层111上印刷上有色纹理层112,其印刷方法与印刷透明纹理层111相同。在S34步骤中,将有色纹理层112进行干燥处理,在本实施方式中,采用将印刷好有色纹理层112的壳体11置于温度为40℃的干燥室中约10小时的方法进行干燥处理。

Claims (6)

1.一种电子产品,包括壳体,所述壳体包括透明树脂基材层,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括:涂布于所述透明树脂基材层内表面的透明纹理油墨层和有色纹理油墨层,其中,所述透明纹理油墨层和所述有色纹理油墨层的交界面是凹凸不平的。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子产品,其特征在于:所述透明纹理油墨层具有的纹理为下述纹理的一种:布纹、大理石纹、木纹。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子产品,其特征在于:所述有色纹理油墨层具有的颜色为下述颜色的一种:红色、灰色、大理石色、木材色。
4.一种具有立体效果的印刷方法,其应用于电子产品壳体,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在壳体的透明树脂基材层内表面印刷凹凸不平的透明纹理油墨层;
对所述透明纹理油墨层进行干燥;以及
待透明纹理层油墨干燥后,在透明纹理油墨层上印刷有色纹理油墨层;
对所述有色纹理油墨层进行干燥。
5.如权利要求4所述的印刷方法,其特征在于,所述对透明纹理油墨层进行干燥的步骤为将壳体置于温度为40℃的干燥室中10小时。
6.如权利要求4所述的印刷方法,其特征在于,所述对有色纹理油墨层进行干燥的步骤为将壳体置于温度为40℃的干燥室中10小时。
