Abstract

本发明提供一种具有支架的电子设备,其包括电路板、后盖和支架,所述支架安装于后盖上,所述后盖上固定有第二导电片,所述第二导电片与电路板相连;所述支架与后盖接触的端部固定有与第二导电片接触的第一导电片,所述第一导电片上连接有线缆,该线缆沿着该支架本体轴向延伸的穿过该支架。将支架安装到后盖,第一导电片和第二导电片相接触,进而使线缆与电路板电连接,线缆伸出支架的一端可连接外接设备,无需再在电子设备的壳体开设插孔和插槽,使其外观简洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有支架的电子设备,尤指一种具有兼具接口功能支架的电子设备。
背景技术
现有的电子设备种类繁多,如数位相框、MP4等,大多电子设备都具有一个支架用于支撑电子设备,方便用户观看数位内容。并且,电子设备通常具有很多附件设备,例如电源适配器、耳机、遥控手柄等,这些外设往往需要通过在电子设备的外壳上开设的专用插孔和插槽,来与电路板电连接。
然而,各类插孔和插槽使得电子设备外观有失美感,插接外设后整体外观繁复,导致用户在使用产品时的舒适感大打折扣。
发明内容
基于上述内容,有必要提供一种具有支架的电子设备,该支架兼具接口功能,电子设备无需在其外壳上开设插孔和插槽,外观简洁。
本发明提供一种具有支架的电子设备,其包括电路板、后盖和支架,所述支架安装于后盖上,所述后盖上固定有第二导电片,所述第二导电片与电路板相连;所述支架与后盖接触的端部固定有与第二导电片接触的第一导电片,所述第一导电片上连接有线缆,该线缆沿着该支架本体轴向延伸的穿过该支架。将支架安装到后盖,第一导电片和第二导电片相接触,进而使线缆与电路板电连接,线缆伸出支架的一端可连接外接设备。
较于现有技术,本发明使电子设备的支架兼具了接口功能,无需再在壳体开设插孔可插槽,使其外观简洁。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,具有支架的电子设备100包括电路板10、支架20和后盖30,支架20安装于后盖30上。请参阅图2,在本实施方式中,所述后盖30上形成有容纳所述支架20的装配孔31,沿所述装配孔31周向内表面设有凸台311,支架20与后盖30接触端在周向外表面上形成有与所述凸台311相适配的螺纹213,支架20通过该螺纹213螺接于后盖上。
支架20为中空体,其与后盖30接触的端部固定有第一导电片23,第一导电片23上连接有线缆24,线缆24的另一端穿过该中空支架20。在本实施方式中,支架20包括中空的支架体21和支架盖22,所述支架盖22安装于该支架体21与后盖30接触的端部,所述第一导电片23固定于该支架盖22上。请一并参阅图3,支架体21沿轴向内表面设有两个螺纹柱212,支架盖22上相应该螺纹柱212开有限位孔222,螺钉25穿过所述限位孔222与所述螺纹柱212螺接,支架盖22以此被固定在支架体21上。
第一导电片23为凸形,其包括两自由端231和连接两自由端的凸起232,所述支架盖22上开设有第一开口221,其位置和形状与所述凸起232相适配,所述第一导电片23的凸起232从所述第一开口221凸出。支架体21内设有限位块对211,所述限位块对211间距等于所述两自由端231的间距,所述第一导电片23通过两自由端231卡住所述限位块对,第一导电片23以此被安装在支架20上。在其他实施方式中,也可以不通过限位块对211,而是通过其他方式,例如焊接或螺纹连接,将第一导电片23安装于支架20上。
所述后盖30上固定有与第一导电片23接触的第二导电片32,所述第二导电片32与电路板(图未示)相连。在本实施方式中,第二导电片32为凸形,其包括两第二自由端321和连接两第二自由端的第二凸起322,后盖30上相应所述第一导电片位置设有第二开口312,其形状与所所述第二导电片32的第二凸起322相适配,所述第二导电片32的第二凸起322从所述第二开口312凸出。第二导电片的两第二自由端321可通过导线或接触等方式与电路板(图未示)相连。
将支架20安装到后盖30后,第一导电片23的凸起232和第二导电片32的第二凸起322相接触,进而使线缆24与电路板(图未示)电连接,线缆24伸出支架体21的一端可连接外接设备,例如耳机,遥控手柄等。所述支架20兼具接口功能,无需再在电子设备100的壳体开设插孔和插槽,使其外观简洁。
应当指出的是,实施例中所阐述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干的变形和改进,这些也应该视为属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有支架的电子设备,其包括电路板、后盖和支架,所述支架安装于后盖上,其特征在于:所述后盖上固定有第二导电片,所述第二导电片与电路板相连;所述支架与后盖接触的端部固定有与第二导电片接触的第一导电片,所述第一导电片上连接有线缆,该线缆沿着该支架本体轴向延伸的穿过该支架,该线缆用于与外接设备连接使得支架具有接口功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述支架包括中空的支架体和支架盖,该支架盖安装于该支架体与后盖接触的端部,所述第一导电片固定于该支架盖上。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述支架体沿轴向内表面设有至少两个螺纹柱,所述支架盖上相应该螺纹柱开有限位孔,螺钉穿过所述限位孔与所述螺纹柱螺接。
4.如权利要求2所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第一导电片为凸形,其包括两自由端和连接两自由端的凸起;所述支架盖上开设有第一开口,其位置和形状与所述凸起相适配,所述第一导电片的凸起从所述第一开口凸出。
5.如权利要求4所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述支架体内设有限位块对,所述限位块对间距等于所述两自由端的间距,所述第一导电片通过两自由端卡住所述限位块对。
6.如权利要求4所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第一导电片通过焊接或螺纹连接方式固定在所述支架体上。
7.如权利要求1至6任意一项所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第二导电片为凸形,其包括两第二自由端和连接两第二自由端的第二凸起;所述后盖上相应所述第一导电片位置设有第二开口,其形状与所述第二导电片的第二凸起相适配,所述第二导电片的凸起从所述第二开口凸出。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述后盖上形成有容纳所述支架的装配孔,沿所述装配孔周向内表面设有凸台,所述支架与后盖接触端在周向外表面上形成有与所述凸台相适配的螺纹。
9.如权利要求1所述的具有支架的电子设备,其特征在于:所述第二导电片通过导线与所述电路板相连。
