The invention can also adopt the following scheme to prompt the empty parking space: in the moving process of the shooting device, as long as the sensor collects shooting position information represented by one position identification, the digital camera or the video camera is started to shoot, when a vehicle is parked on a parking space corresponding to the position identification, the corresponding license plate number can be obtained according to the technical scheme, and otherwise, the license plate number of the corresponding position cannot be obtained. And when the license plate number of the corresponding position cannot be obtained, the position is an empty parking space. Therefore, the information is also transmitted to the computer system like the text information of the license plate and stored in the database of the computer system. In this way, the computer system may not have to: the number of the license plate text information stored in the license plate text information and the number of the shooting position parameters of the corresponding license plate images are compared with the actual total number of the empty parking spaces, so that the specific position information of the empty parking spaces can be directly obtained, and then the corresponding empty parking space prompting devices are controlled to display according to the specific position information of the empty parking spaces, so that a driver who finds the parking spaces can be helped to quickly find the positions where the vehicle can park.

movably collecting license plate image information and corresponding position parameters of parked vehicles in each parking space in a parking garage;
converting the license plate image information into text information of a license plate;
storing the text information of the license plate and the corresponding position parameters into a database in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
when a command for inquiring the parking space is received, the corresponding position parameter is searched in the database and displayed according to the text information of the license plate carried in the command.
In order to further provide the empty space information, the method may further include:
collecting image information of vehicles which are not parked in each parking space in the parking garage and position parameters corresponding to the image information; and correspondingly storing the corresponding position parameters and the empty parking space identification information into a database according to the image information of the non-parked vehicle. On this basis, can show the position parameter that corresponds with empty parking stall identification information.
For the garage or the building with the multi-layer garage and the elevator running, in order to execute the operation of calling the elevator by using the found vehicle parking position, after searching the corresponding position parameter in the database according to the text information of the license plate carried in the query command, the operation of controlling the elevator calling control unit is further executed by using the position parameter, so that the aim of calling the elevator by replacing a car finder is fulfilled.
The operation of sending a control command for stopping floors (which is equivalent to that a driver presses a button for reaching floors in the elevator) to the elevator control system can be executed according to the floor information given in the inquired parking position parameters, and the elevator control system automatically controls the elevator to run to the corresponding floor to stop and open the elevator car.
And for the stored text information of the license plate and the corresponding position parameter in the database, when the text information or the empty space identification information of the new license plate corresponding to the position parameter is received, the text information or the empty space identification information of the new license plate is used for covering the stored text information of the license plate. The purpose of doing so is to make only one position parameter stored in the database for any parking position in the parking garage, so as to avoid the situation that a plurality of license plate text messages correspond to one position parameter; and meanwhile, the storage space of the database is saved.
Similarly, for the stored empty space identification information and the corresponding position parameter, when receiving the text information of the new license plate or the empty space identification information corresponding to the position parameter, the text information of the new license plate or the empty space identification information is used for covering the text information of the stored license plate. The purpose is the same as the purpose described above, and the condition that a plurality of license plate text messages correspond to one position parameter is avoided; and meanwhile, the storage space of the database is saved.

Claims (10)

1. A garage vehicle searching query system is characterized by comprising a shooting device, a license plate recognition unit, a computer system and a query terminal which are connected with each other; wherein,
one or more than one shooting device is movably arranged in the parking garage, and the shooting devices are used for acquiring license plate information on the vehicle body at each parking space and acquiring identification information of the parked vehicle at the parking space; or acquiring the empty parking space identification information used for acquiring whether the parking space is empty or not;
the license plate recognition unit is arranged to be communicated with the shooting device and used for receiving information shot by the shooting device, recognizing and converting the information into text information and providing the information to the computer system;
the computer system is arranged to be communicated with the license plate recognition unit and used for receiving the text information of the license plate and storing the text information and the parking space information corresponding to the shooting position in a vehicle searching database in a correlation manner; the system is also provided with a shooting device movement control subsystem for controlling the shooting device to move in place and shoot;
and the inquiry terminal can be communicated with the computer system so as to acquire the license plate text information and the parking space information from the computer system according to the input inquiry command and display the license plate text information and the parking space information on the terminal.

The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the camera is movable within the parking garage by means of a mobile device, wherein the mobile device comprises in particular a stationary part and a mobile part; the static part is fixedly connected with a building structure of the parking garage; the moving part can move on the static part, and the shooting device is arranged on the moving part.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the stationary portion is a travel track and the moving portion is a trolley that is reciprocally movable along the travel track; or the static part is a cable winch, and the moving part is a cable holding mechanism provided with a shooting device.

The system of claim 3, wherein the stationary portion travel track body or cable winch cable is continuously provided with a power output connected to a power source of the camera on the moving portion; or the end part of the walking track of the static part or the return part of the cable winch is provided with a power supply charging output part, and a charging battery of the shooting device on the moving part is connected with the charging output part when the moving part moves to return to the position so as to finish charging of the moving part and the shooting device.

The system according to claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the moving part is provided with a lifting telescopic rod for driving the shooting device to move up and down so as to adapt to the floor heights of different parking garages and finish effective acquisition of information of the vehicles or empty parking spaces at the information-shooting parking spaces; or the moving part is provided with a rotating part, the shooting device is arranged on the rotating part and used for rotating different angles after the moving part is in place, and the shooting device collects the information of vehicles or empty parking spaces at more than one parking space at the same stop position.

The system according to claim 2, 3 or 4, wherein the license plate recognition unit is provided on a mobile part, is connected to a digital camera or a video camera, and is provided with a wireless communication unit communicating with a computer system; or the system is arranged in the computer system and used for converting the image information of the license plate or the empty parking space transmitted by the shooting device into text information and outputting the text information to the vehicle searching database of the computer system.

The system of claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4, wherein the inquiry terminal is disposed in an elevator car or a hoistway, and the computer system is connected to an elevator floor arrival control means; when the computer system receives a parking place inquiry command sent by the inquiry terminal and obtains parking position information according to the inquiry command, an elevator arrival operation control signal is directly sent to an elevator floor arrival control part according to the parking position information and is used for replacing an elevator call control signal.

The system of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, further comprising: more than one empty parking space prompting device; the empty parking space prompting device is arranged at a channel of the parking garage and is connected with the computer system; and the computer system acquires the empty parking space information according to the license plate text information stored in the database and the shooting position parameters of the corresponding license plate images, and sends the empty parking space information to the corresponding empty parking space prompting device for displaying.

The system of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein the computer system further comprises a vehicle-searching route optimizing module for forming optimized route information from the inquiring terminal to the searched vehicle position according to the position of the inquiring terminal, the inquired current vehicle position and the garage route information, and outputting the optimized route information to the inquiring terminal for displaying.

The system of claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, further comprising: the mobile equipment is provided with a position information reading or sensing module which is connected with a shooting device action control module, and after the position information reading or sensing module acquires the position identification information, the mobile part stops moving and the shooting device shoots according to the acquired information.
