Abstract

本发明涉及一种盘式电机混合动力总成,依次包括有发动机、离合器和变速箱、以及电机,其特征是离合器和变速箱间增设一盘式电机,该电机的盘状转子套设在离合器和变速箱的通轴上,位于盘状转子两侧端面的定子固定在电机端盖上,盘式电机依外壳和端盖被夹固在离合器和变速箱壳体间。本发明选用盘式电机,其可大大降低轴向空间,使得动力总成结构更加紧凑,而且盘式电机采用套设结构与发动机通轴连接,既可保持盘式电机的整体完整,又能在动力维护、检修或者更换时,提供极大的便利,无需拆解电机;盘式电机可充分利用车辆下坡、滑行和制动时的动能,转换成电能,反之,盘式电机也可将电能转换成动能,驱动车辆行驶。

Description

一种盘式电机混合动力总成
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种采用盘式电机组成的混合动力总成。
背景技术:
传统发动机结构如图1,其包括有发动机、离合器和变速箱,发动机为单一动力源,一般为燃油或者燃汽。混合动力一般由主动力源发动机和辅助动力源电机协调驱动,两种不同动力源的连接方式大致有串联、并联和混联。其中一种是采用发动机输出轴与电机同轴结构,无需额外动力合成装置,结构紧凑。但现有技术中,电机大多采用普通电机,也即定子和转子的作用为径向结构的电机,其输出轴长。典型案例有本田混合动力总成,其依次由同轴的发动机、电机、飞轮、离合器、变速箱组成,而有的在离合器外端还连接有第二台电机,其中一台电机为发电机,发动机的部分功率通过电机转换为电能,对另一台电机供电或者对蓄电池充电,该发电机还可利用制动动能对蓄电池进行充电。
中国专利CN200510038820.0公开的一种混合动力汽车动力总成,即对上述技术进行改良,将电机及飞轮合成为一飞轮电机,以此作为替代,来缩短轴长。该说明书中提及的飞轮电机是将发动机的飞轮与电机的转子做成一体,固定在发动机曲轴上。该专利还有一特点即是在转子径向外侧,位于飞轮电机壳体的一侧设有一小启动电机相啮合齿圈,发动机保留了传统小启动电机,用于在动力电池电量不足等情况下启动发动机。
上述现有技术对混合动力的发展均作出有益的贡献,共同点即是在发动机和离合器间串联上电机,可保留原有动力输出结构。但其无法利用制动动能,而且电机的故障检修或者更换,需对动力总成进行拆解,工作量大,不利于使用保养。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是设计一种采用盘式电机独立安装于离合器和变速箱间的混合动力总成。
本发明技术方案是这样实现的:一种盘式电机混合动力总成,依次包括有发动机、离合器和变速箱、以及电机,其特征是离合器和变速箱间设有一盘式电机,盘式电机的转子套设在离合器和变速箱的通轴上,位于转子端面的定子固定在电机端盖上,盘式电机依外壳和端盖被夹固在离合器和变速箱壳体间。盘式电机的安装位置可充分利用制动动能反向发电,达到制动和发电的双重效能,也可充分利用下坡或者滑行时的动能。
所述电机转子成盘式结构,两侧面均固定有磁钢,并在电机两端盖上固定有对应的定子,形成两套电磁系统,组成双面盘式电机。提高了电机单位体积的效率,使得同等功率下电机体积更小更紧凑。
所述在该电机盘式转子一侧的磁钢和定子组成的电磁系统构成发电装置,转子另一侧的磁钢和定子组成的电磁系统则构成电驱动装置;或者转子两侧的电磁系统同时构成发电或电驱动装置。使得在更小的空间内实现能量的转换。
所述转子中心连体有一能让通轴穿过的内花键轴,两端盖与内花键轴间分别设有一对圆轴承和一对平面轴承,轴承对称分立在转子两侧。盘式电机为整体性结构,检修或者更换,只需将电机整体取出即可,无需拆解电机零件。
本发明选择更加合理的盘式电机,相对于传统混合动力总成,其可大大降低轴向空间,使得动力总成结构更加紧凑,而且盘式电机采用套设结构与发动机通轴连接,作为混合动力上的独立整体部件,在动力维护、检修或者更换时,提供极大的便利,无需拆解电机;电机安装在离合器后端,其可充分利用车辆下坡、滑行和制动时的动能,转换成电能,同时也可增加制动效率,缩短制动距离。

具体实施方式:
参照图2,盘式电机混合动力总成,依次包括有发动机1、离合器2和变速箱3,在离合器2和变速箱3间设有一盘式电机4,盘式电机4的转子41套设在离合器2和变速箱3的通轴5上,位于转子41端面的定子42固定在电机端盖43上,盘式电机4依外壳40和端盖43被夹固在离合器2和变速箱3壳体间,形成可靠的固定方案,而拆卸时,盘式电机4为一整体结构。本结构还适合在通轴上安装多台盘式电机,也即在离合器和变速箱之间的通轴上套设一台以上的盘式电机,通过电机数的叠加,而增加功率输出。
参照图3和图4,电机转子41成盘式结构,其两侧端面均固定有磁钢44,并在电机两端盖43上均固定有对应的定子42,组成双面盘式电机,以提高电机单位体积的效能,使电机结构更薄。双面盘式电机4可根据设计需要,由盘式转子41一侧的磁钢44和定子42组成的电磁系统构成发电装置,由盘式转子41另一侧的磁钢44和定子42组成的电磁系统构成电驱动装置,该动力总成运用于车辆上时,可边行驶边对蓄电池充电和供给电机部分电力。为此,双面盘式电机4可以设计成两种工作模式:一是电机的两套电磁系统同时发电或者同时电驱动,由控制电路选择其工作模式;二是电机的两套电磁系统可实现各自发电及电驱动,也即工作时,一侧的电磁系统为发电模式,另一侧的电磁系统则为电驱动模式,如图4,图中导线7分别为电驱动电力引入和发电的电力输出。两套装置互不干扰,一套电磁系统在电驱动时而另一套电磁系统在发电。根据需要,两套装置也可实现同时电驱动或发电。
如图3,双面盘式电机的盘式转子41圆心连体有一能让通轴5穿过的内花键轴45,也即通轴5表面加工成与之配合的外花键结构,使电机与通轴5的传动连接更为简单。电机两端盖43与内花键轴45间分别设有一对圆轴承46和一对平面轴承47,轴承对称分立在转子41两侧,确保盘式转子41在两个定子42中能精确的定位。该结构使得盘式电机4内、外部几乎成对称分布的整体,给动力总成的装配、检修均带来便利。
另外,盘式转子41铁芯为圆盘式结构,磁钢44分布在圆盘两侧表面,内、外压环48、49和磁钢44边沿的接触面均设有斜度结构,通过内、外压环48、49压紧固定在转子铁芯表面。
为了提高盘式电机的散热效能,在定子42与端盖43间设有冷却流道6,利用冷却流道6带走电机工作时产生的热量,控制电机工作在合理的温区。
综上所述,本发明采用双面盘式电机作为混合动力的辅助动力源,既可同步作为电驱动、或可逆发电,又可设计成一侧电驱动一侧发电结构;双面盘式电机结构更加紧凑,最大限度控制混合动力的轴向长度;双面盘式电机整体性好,直接安装在离合器和变速箱间,无须对原有发动机结构作大的改变,只需对发动机通轴外花键加工即可;特殊动力需求下,可在通轴上同时安装多台双面盘式电机,组合成多机辅助驱动结构,提高电机功率的方案简单易行。

Claims (7)

1、一种盘式电机混合动力总成,依次包括有发动机、离合器和变速箱、以及电机,其特征是离合器和变速箱间设有一盘式电机,盘式电机的转子套设在离合器和变速箱的通轴上,位于转子端面的定子固定在电机端盖上,盘式电机依外壳和端盖被夹固在离合器和变速箱壳体间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种盘式电机混合动力总成,其特征是电机转子成盘式结构,两侧端面均固定有磁钢,并在电机两端盖上固定有对应的定子,形成两套电磁系统,组成双面盘式电机。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种盘式电机混合动力总成,其特征是在该电机盘式转子一侧的磁钢和定子组成的电磁系统构成发电装置,盘式转子另一侧的磁钢和定子组成的电磁系统则构成电驱动装置;或者盘式转子两侧的电磁系统同时构成发电或电驱动装置。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种盘式电机混合动力总成,其特征是盘式转子圆心连体有一能让通轴穿过的内花键轴,两端盖与内花键轴间分别设有一对圆轴承和一对平面轴承,轴承对称分立在转子两侧。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种盘式电机混合动力总成,其特征是离合器和变速箱之间的通轴上套设一台以上的盘式电机。
6、根据权利要求3所述的一种盘式电机混合动力总成,其特征是盘式转子铁芯为圆盘式结构,磁钢分布在圆盘两侧表面,通过内、外压环固定在铁芯表面。
7、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种盘式电机混合动力总成,其特征是定子与端盖间设有冷却流道。
