技术领域
本发明涉及儿童安全(child-resistant)包装，并且更具体地涉及一种适于以(至少)两种儿童安全操作模式中的任意一种来开启的包装。
背景技术
US 2004/0222181A1公开了一种具有儿童安全封盖的包装，该封盖带有与容器颈部瓶口上的外凸起相配合的内凸起。该封盖可通过横向地挤压封盖裙部以使封盖成椭圆形和释放凸起而移除。
US 4553678公开了一种具有儿童安全封盖的包装，该封盖带有与容器颈部瓶口上的外凸起相配合的内凸起。该封盖可通过轴向地抵靠设置在封盖与容器颈部瓶口之间的弹簧按压封盖以释放凸起和容许封盖松脱而移除。

发明内容

如图1至图3中所示，对于螺纹连接到容器26上的封盖22而言，封盖22可以两种儿童安全操作模式移除。在如图4至图5中所示的第一儿童安全挤压和旋转操作模式中，挠弹性裙部36于指垫58处受到挤压以使裙部成椭圆形，并从而使内凸起46相对于外凸起30径向向外地移动。如图5中所示，当裙部已经受到充分挤压而使凸起46越过凸起30，封盖就可从容器颈部瓶口松脱。图6至图7中示出了第二儿童安全推动和旋转操作模式。封盖22克服弹簧52的力而受到向下推动。在封盖的此向下运动期间，封盖裙部36上的内凸轮面40接合外凸起30上的外凸轮面32，以使封盖裙部展开并成椭圆形。当封盖裙部足够椭圆时，封盖就可从容器颈部瓶口松脱。
图8示出了处于非儿童安全操作模式下的包装20，其中，封盖22倒置，并通过压配合、搭扣配合或螺纹配合而收容在颈部瓶口24 的开口端上。在美国专利文献2004/0173561和2004/0178165中示出了这种倒置的非儿童安全操作的实例。
图12至图14示出了根据本发明另一个示例性实施例的双作用儿童安全包装60。包装60包括紧固到容器66的颈部瓶口64上的封盖62。颈部瓶口64具有一个或多个外螺纹段28，其由封盖62的挠弹性周边环形裙部68上的内螺纹段38接合。封盖62包括基部70，裙部68为基部70的一部分。基部70还包括覆盖颈部瓶口64开口的基壁72，以及位于基壁72中的分发口74。罩盖76通过铰链79(图14)联接到基部70上，使得罩盖76可在图14中所示的覆盖分发口74的闭合位置与同分发口间隔开的开启位置之间枢转。铰链79可为任意适合的类型。至少一个内凸起78(图13)由裙部68承载。如图13中所示，裙部68优选具有一对在直径上相对的内凸起78。裙部68还优选具有以90°与内凸起78间隔开的、在直径上相对的外部指垫58。内凸起78接合容器颈部瓶口64上的一对沿直径相对的外凸起80。处于闭合位置的封盖罩盖76优选为通过儿童安全闩锁机构82联接到封盖基部70上。闩锁机构82可为任意适合的类型，优选为美国专利文献2005/0023285中所示的类型。
当封盖62螺纹连接到容器颈部瓶口64上时，封盖裙部68上的内凸起78接合并移过颈部瓶口64上的外凸起80，直到凸起78在后面扣住凸起80处于图13的儿童安全位置。整个封盖62可以挤压和旋转第一儿童安全操作模式从容器颈部瓶口64上移除，其中，指垫58受到挤压以使裙部68成椭圆形，直到凸起78越过凸起80，在此刻，封盖62就可从容器颈部瓶口松脱。作为备选，包装可以第二儿童安全操作模式，通过释放闩锁82并远离基部70枢转罩盖76来打开，以允许经由开口74来分发产品。

Claims (10)
