Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具,包括一壳体、容置在壳体内的一散热器和贴设在散热器一侧的若干发光二极管模组,所述壳体的一侧具有一开口,所述壳体顶部和底部形成有水平板,所述散热器包括一竖立在壳体底部的水平板上的基板,所述基板具有二相互成角度的平面,所述平面朝向壳体的开口且平面上贴设所述发光二极管模组。上述发光二极管灯具壳体的下水平板可直接贴设在需要照明道路的路边,使发光二极管灯具直接竖立安装在地面上,所以上述发光二极管灯具相对悬挂在高空中的传统路灯来说更便于安装和维护。

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别是指一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场所看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,完全可以取代现有白炽灯实现室内外照明,也将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
随着发光二极管的相关产品技术不断发展成熟,发光二极管灯具作为新型环保,节能的下一代光源产品,在生活中被人们越来越多的广泛应用,尤其是在道路照明,由于发光二极管自身节能环保的优点,以发光二极管为光源的路灯将取代以白炽灯等为光源的传统的路灯的将是必然趋势。然而,传统户外照明灯的安装使用,基本上都是用灯杆作为支撑体,灯具安装在灯杆支壁上并悬挂在高空之中,因此在灯具的安装及维护上极为不方便。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于安装及维护的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一壳体、容置在壳体内的一散热器和贴设在散热器一侧的若干发光二极管模组,所述壳体的一侧具有一开口,所述壳体顶部和底部形成有水平板,所述散热器包括一竖立在壳体底部的水平板上的基板,所述基板具有二相互成角度的平面,所述平面朝向壳体的开口且平面上贴设所述发光二极管模组。
上述发光二极管灯具壳体的下水平板可直接贴设在需要照明道路的路边,使发光二极管灯具直接竖立安装在地面上,所以上述发光二极管灯具相对悬挂在高空中的传统路灯来说更便于安装和维护。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本发明的发光二极管灯具用于为室内和户外一些特定的场合提供的照明灯光,其包括一散热器10、贴设在散热器10前侧面的若干发光二极管模组20、一对一地安装在发光二极管模组20上的若干导光模组30、覆盖在散热器10后侧面的一壳体40和位于散热器10前侧并与壳体40前侧缘配合而将散热器10及导光模组20等封装其内的一盖体50。
上述散热器10由导热性能良好的材料一体制成,其包括一基板12和自基板12后侧面向后延伸而出的若干散热片14。该基板12由二矩形板体连接而成,且该二板体形成的内夹角呈钝角,从而使该基板12垂直其两侧边缘的横截面呈V形。所述散热片14由基板12后侧面垂直延伸而出且与基板12的两侧边缘平行且靠近基板12两侧的散热片14的高度由内向两侧递减。
上述发光二极管模组20包括一电路板22和安装在电路板22前侧面的若干发光二极管元件24。所述电路板22呈长矩形,并均匀间隔地贴设在散热器10基板12的前侧面且与基板12上下端缘垂直。所述发光二极管元件24沿电路板22的长度方向排列于电路板14上且呈间隔平行的两列排列。
上述导光模组30包括一矩形框架32和在框架32上呈两列排列的若干导光单元34。该框架32正好罩设在发光二极管模组20的电路板22上。所述导光单元34具有一棱台形导光筒壁,该筒壁的上端开口周缘与框架32连接而其下端开口套设对应的一发光二极管元件24。
上述壳体40为一侧开口的一盒体,其具有一开口42,该壳体40由开口42周缘向后拱起,该开口42的大小正好允许散热器10通过而容置在壳体40内。该壳体40包括形成于其顶部与底部并由开口42的上下端缘向散热器10水平延伸而出的二水平板44和由开口42的两侧缘向后拱起的背板46。该二水平板44垂直于散热器10的散热片14及贴设在散热器10基板12上的发光二极管模组20电路板22的长度方向。该背板46垂直连接二水平板44的内侧缘,且背板46上形成有若干条形通气孔460。所述散热器10基板12贴设发光二极管模组20的一侧形成呈V形内凹的角落而在形成散热片14的另一侧面形成一面向壳体40背板46的尖端。
上述盖体50的大小正好容置于壳体40开口42内,其包括一矩形框体(未标号)、从框体顶部延伸而出的一顶板52、连接框体底部的一安装盒54、从框体两侧向外延伸的二结合缘56和覆盖在框体前端开口的一矩形板状透镜58。所述顶板52大致呈三角形平板体,其中部朝内向散热器10凸起,且顶板52的形状正好与散热器10的基板12互补,顶板52两侧的斜边贴设在基板12靠近顶部的前端面上。该安装盒54顶面及底面均与顶板52平行,该安装盒54整体呈三棱柱形,其横截面为与顶板52形状一致的三角形,安装盒54朝内向散热器10对称地凸起有贴设在基板12前侧面的二斜面。该二结合缘56沿着二斜面及顶板52斜边由框体两侧倾斜延伸而出,该结合缘54在盖体50容置在壳体40内时卡在壳体40开口42两侧缘的前端,以将盖体50定位。该透镜58由透明或半透明玻璃制成,其呈矩形平板体,透镜58大小完全覆盖安装在基板12前侧面的发光二极管模组20和导光模组30。
上述发光二极管灯具处于组装状态时,发光二极管模组20贴设在散热器10基板12前侧面且导光模组30一一对应地安装在发光二极管模组30上;散热器10容置在壳体40内且散热器20的基板12垂直地竖立在壳体40下水平板44上,且散热器10基板12贴设有发光二极管模组30的前侧面朝向壳体40的开口42,散热器10后侧的散热片14夹置在基板12与壳体40背板46之间且向后靠近背板46的通气孔460,以使散热片14具有较好的空气流通性;该盖体50封盖壳体40的开口42且该盖体50的外周缘与开口42的内缘配合而将散热器10等封装于盖体50与壳体40形成的封装空间内。
上述发光二极管灯具在使用时,发光二极管灯具壳体40的下水平板44直接贴设在需要照明道路的路边,使发光二极管灯具直接竖立安装在地面上,所以上述发光二极管灯具相对悬挂在高空中的传统路灯来说更便于安装和维护,同时无须使用灯杆,降低工程投资。上述发光二极管灯具的发光二极管模组20产生的热量直接被散热器10基板12吸收后均匀分布到散热片14上,再由封装于壳体40内的散热片14通过壳体40上的通气孔460散发到周围环境中去,从而达冷却对发光二极管模组20的目的。此外,在照明效果方面上述发光二极管灯具直接安装在路边,其照明效果更加明显,可避免灯具的传统安装中,由于灯具与照射路面距离较远而导致的光能浪费;在使用中,发光二极管灯具的照射方向一般与道路上行人或车辆的前进方向相反,以使照向行人或车辆的灯光在行人或车辆的后面产生阴影,同时会产生明显的逆光照明的效果,使路面物体的轮廓更加清晰,而如果发光二极管灯具的照射方向与道路上行人或车辆的前进方向相同,则会在行人或车辆的前面产生阴影而影响照明效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一壳体、容置在壳体内的一散热器和贴设在散热器一侧的若干发光二极管模组,所述壳体的一侧具有一开口,其特征在于:所述壳体顶部和底部形成有水平板,所述散热器包括一竖立在壳体底部的水平板上的基板,所述基板具有二相互成角度的平面,所述平面朝向壳体的开口且平面上贴设所述发光二极管模组,所述发光二极管模组包括一长矩形电路板和安装在电路板一侧的若干发光二极管元件,所述电路板的另一侧面贴设在散热器基板的平面上,且电路板相互间隔并垂直于所述水平板,所述基板背向开口的另一侧延伸有散热片,该散热片垂直于所述水平板以对应所述发光二极管模组,所述壳体还包括由开口两侧缘向后拱起的背板,背板上开设有若干纵长条形通孔,该条形通孔的延伸方向与散热片延伸方向相同以促进散热片热量的散发。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板由相互成钝角的矩形板体组成,从而使该基板垂直其两侧边缘的横截面呈V形。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述基板在形成散热片的一侧形成一背向壳体开口的尖端,且散热片夹置在壳体与基板之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述水平板由壳体开口的上下端缘向散热器延伸而出。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述背板垂直连接水平板靠向散热器的另一侧边缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括若干导光模组,所述导光模组包括一罩设在电路板上的框架和安装在框架上并一一对应发光二极管元件的若干导光单元。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一容置于壳体开口内并封盖所述开口的一盖体,所述盖体包括一矩形框体、从框体顶部延伸而出的一顶板、连接框体底部的一安装盒、从框体两侧向外延伸的二结合缘和覆盖在框体前端开口的一矩形板状透镜。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述顶板呈三角形平板体,其中部朝内向散热器凸起,且顶板的形状正好与散热器的基板互补并贴设在基板靠近顶部的一侧面上,所述安装盒顶面及底面均与顶板平行,安装盒整体呈三棱柱形且其横截面为与顶板形状一致的三角形,安装盒朝内向散热器对称地凸起有贴设在基板前侧面的二斜面。
9.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述结合缘由框体两侧倾斜延伸而出并卡在壳体开口两侧缘的前端,所述透镜呈矩形平板体且完全覆盖安装在基板二平面的发光二极管模组。
