Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,包括壳体、聚光透镜、LED电路板、设置在LED电路板上的若干个LED芯片、散热器及驱动器。LED电路板设置在壳体的空腔内,并与散热器相连。聚光透镜罩设在壳体的空腔下端口部;壳体、散热器和驱动器从下至上顺序相连。壳体下端的周向外壁上还套设有圆环,该圆环与壳体可拆卸式连接,圆环的外径和高度分别与反光杯形卤素灯泡的反光杯的外径和反光杯的环形凸缘的高度相等,散热器的外径小于等于反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座的装配外径。本发明可安装在现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座中使用,减轻了现有卤素灯用户改用LED灯泡所造成的不便,节省了成本,并且能够达到卤素灯泡的亮度。

Description

用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡
技术领域
本发明涉及照明器件,尤其涉及LED灯泡。
背景技术
反光杯形卤素灯是商场、超市、酒店等场所经常使用的一种灯具,其包括反光杯形卤素灯泡和用于将反光杯形卤素灯泡嵌装在天花板上的安装灯座。图5A和图5B分别示出了现有的反光杯形卤素灯泡的外形图及其装配示意图。如图5A所示,反光杯形卤素灯泡9包括一个反光杯91,在反光杯91的下方设有一环形凸缘911,正是借助于该环形凸缘911,反光杯形卤素灯泡9得以固定在图5B所示的安装灯座8中。在图5B中,在吊顶100上开设有一安装孔110,安装灯座8嵌装在该安装孔110内,安装孔的直径与安装灯座的装配外径D0相适配。安装灯座8通过设置于其两侧的凸耳81上的弹簧夹82固定在吊顶100上。
现有的卤素灯泡的工作功率一般为20瓦~50瓦,发光强度高,但是发光效率低(大约为10~20流明/瓦)、耗电大、使用寿命短(一般为1000~2000小时)。由此,人们想到采用LED灯泡来取代现有卤素灯泡。LED灯泡具有发光效率高(约100流明/瓦)、使用寿命长(约5万小时)、色温全(2800K~6500K)的优点,缺点是散热性差,必须通过热传导方式散发热量。如果要使LED灯泡达到现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的亮度,其必须具有较大的散热面积。目前已有部分厂家开发了用于作为天花板筒灯的LED安装灯座,该LED安装灯座与LED灯泡连成一体,使得LED灯泡能够利用LED安装灯座的体积来解决散热问题。但是这种产品在使用过程中会产生以下问题:1.由于LED安装灯座与LED灯泡是连成一体的,如果需要更换LED灯泡,需要将LED安装灯座一起换掉,造成资源的浪费;2.原来使用反光杯形卤素灯的用户无法再使用原有的安装灯具,而且如果要使用LED灯泡,必须重新安装,造成诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,该LED灯泡能够使用现有的反光杯形卤素灯的安装灯座。
本发明所要解决的进一步的问题在于提供一种用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,该LED灯泡能够达到现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的亮度。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,可与反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座配合使用;其特点是,该LED灯泡包括壳体、聚光透镜、LED电路板、设置在LED电路板上的若干个LED芯片、散热器及驱动器;壳体为中空结构;LED电路板设置在壳体的空腔内,并与散热器相连;聚光透镜罩设在壳体的空腔下端口部;壳体、散热器和驱动器从下至上顺序相连;壳体下端的周向外壁上还套设有圆环,该圆环与壳体可拆卸式连接,圆环的外径和高度分别与反光杯形卤素灯泡的反光杯的外径和反光杯的环形凸缘的高度相等;散热器的外径小于等于安装灯座的装配外径。
上述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其中,散热器包括第一散热部、以及位于第一散热部下方并与第一散热部相连的第二散热部;第一散热部的外径D1与所述第二散热部的外径D2满足下式:D2<D1;并且,在LED灯泡安装于反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座时,第一散热部的下端至安装灯座的底面的距离大于安装灯座的高度。
上述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其中,散热器由一中心柱、成辐射状间隔设置在中心柱周向外壁上的多个翅片、以及围设在所述多个翅片外侧的导流罩构成;各翅片由上翼片以及与上翼片连为一体的下翼片组成,上翼片的宽度大于下翼片;导流罩设置在上翼片的外侧;多个翅片的上翼片和导流罩构成散热器的第一散热部,多个翅片的下翼片构成散热器的第二散热部。
采用上述技术方案后,装在壳体上的圆环可起到现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的反光杯的环形凸缘的作用,从而使得本发明的LED灯泡能够安装在现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座中使用,减轻了现有的卤素灯用户因需要改用LED灯泡所造成的不便,并节省了成本。另外,本发明的LED灯泡在损坏时,只需更换LED灯泡,而无需同时更换安装灯座,因而避免了资源的浪费。本发明的散热器结构在确保本发明的LED灯泡能够安装于现有的安装灯座的前提下,使散热面积得到优化,提高了散热效率,从而使得本发明的LED灯泡能够达到现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的亮度。

具体实施方式
如图1至图2C所示,本发明的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡包括壳体1、聚光透镜2、LED电路板3、设置在所述LED电路板上的一个或多个LED芯片4、散热器6及驱动器7。壳体1、散热器6和驱动器7从下至上顺序相连。在驱动器上设有接地插口71。壳体1为中空结构。LED电路板3设置在壳体1的空腔12内,并与散热器6相连。聚光透镜2罩设在空腔12的下端口部。LED芯片4所产生的热量被传导到散热器6,通过散热器6散热。在壳体1下端的周向外壁上还套设有圆环10,圆环10与壳体1可拆卸式连接。圆环10的外径D5和高度H5分别与反光杯形卤素灯泡的反光杯的外径D6和反光杯的环形凸缘的高度H6(参见图5A)相等,使得圆环10可起到现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的反光杯的环形凸缘的作用;同时,散热器6的外径小于等于安装灯座的装配外径D0(参见图5B),从而使本发明的LED灯泡可安装在现有的安装孔内使用。在一种优选实施方式中,壳体1为圆柱形,圆环10与壳体1螺纹连接。
在一种较佳实施方式中,本发明的散热器6由一中心柱61、成辐射状间隔设置在中心柱61周向外壁上的多个翅片62、以及围设在多个翅片62外侧的导流罩63构成。散热器的材质可选用铝。中心柱61的中心设有一通孔610,以增大散热面积。通过设置导流罩63,可引导空气沿翅片之间的间隙66的长度方向流动,形成空气对流,从而增加散热效果。各翅片62由上翼片621以及与上翼片连为一体的下翼片622组成,上翼片621的宽度大于下翼片622,导流罩63设置在上翼片621的外侧。这些翅片的上翼片621和导流罩63共同构成了散热器6的第一散热部6a,这些翅片的下翼片622构成了散热器的第二散热部6b。其中,安装灯座8的装配外径D0、第一散热部6a的外径D1(即散热器的外径)、第二散热部6b的外径D2满足下式:D2<D1≤D0。最好是,第二散热部6b的外径D2小于等于壳体1的外径D3。并且,在LED灯泡安装于反光杯形卤素灯的安装灯座8时,第一散热部6a的下端至安装灯座8的底面的距离H1大于安装灯座8的高度H2,如图4A所示。采用上述结构,能够增大散热器的散热面积,提高LED灯泡的散热效率,使得本发明的LED灯泡能够达到现有反光杯形卤素灯泡的亮度。同时,如图4B所示,在LED灯泡反光杯形卤素灯泡安装于反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座8时,由于第一散热部6a的下端至安装灯座8的底面的距离H1大于安装灯座8的高度H2,使得本发明的LED灯泡能够如现有的反光杯形卤素灯泡一样,在安装底座8中自由转动,便于用户调整光照角度。较佳的是,在壳体1与散热器6之间还设有散热底板5,壳体与散热底板的下表面焊连在一起,LED电路板3通过多个螺钉31固定在散热底板5的下表面上,散热底板5的上表面与散热器6的中心柱61和翅片62焊接连接。散热底板5的材质优选铜。在散热底板5上还开设有用于穿设电线的通孔,从驱动器7引出的电线72穿过中心柱以及散热底板上的通孔后与LED电路板3相连。在另一种实施方式中,LED电路板3也可通过导热胶片与散热器6相连。
图3A、3B、3C分别示出了本发明的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡与现有三种类型的反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座的装配示意图。在图3A中,本发明的LED灯泡放入安装灯座8内后,通过设置在安装灯座8上的固定弹簧83卡在壳体1的外圆周面上而固定。在图3B中,本发明的LED灯泡放入安装灯座8内后,通过设置在安装灯座8上的环形卡槽84和固定圆环85与壳体1上的圆环10之间的配合而得以固定。在图3C中,本发明的LED灯泡放入安装灯座8内后,通过一圆环卡簧86卡于壳体1的外圆周面上同时抵靠在圆环10的背面而固定。
虽然本发明的描述结合了特定的实施例,但是本领域普通技术人员应该理解本发明并不限于在此描述的实施例,并可以进行各种修改和变化而不背离本发明的精神和范围。例如,本发明的散热器并不限于在上述实施方式中所例举的翅片排列方式,本发明的实施例并非用以限制本发明需在如实施例所述的翅片结构方能实施本发明。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,与所述反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座配合使用;其特征在于,
所述LED灯泡包括壳体、聚光透镜、LED电路板、设置在所述LED电路板上的若干个LED芯片、散热器及驱动器;
所述壳体为中空结构;所述LED电路板设置在壳体的空腔内,并与所述散热器相连;所述聚光透镜罩设在壳体的空腔下端口部;壳体、散热器和驱动器从下至上顺序相连;
所述壳体下端的周向外壁上还套设有圆环,所述圆环与所述壳体可拆卸式连接,圆环的外径和高度分别与所述反光杯形卤素灯泡的反光杯的外径和反光杯的环形凸缘的高度相等;
所述散热器的外径小于等于所述安装灯座的装配外径;
所述散热器包括第一散热部、以及位于所述第一散热部下方并与第一散热部相连的第二散热部;所述第一散热部的外径D1与所述第二散热部的外径D2满足下式:D2<D1;并且,在所述LED灯泡安装于所述反光杯形卤素灯泡的安装灯座时,所述第一散热部的下端至所述安装灯座的底面的距离大于所述安装灯座的高度。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述散热器的第一散热部的外径等于所述安装灯座的装配外径。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其特征在于,
所述散热器由一中心柱、成辐射状间隔设置在所述中心柱周向外壁上的多个翅片、以及围设在所述多个翅片外侧的导流罩构成;各翅片由上翼片以及与所述上翼片连为一体的下翼片组成,所述上翼片的宽度大于所述下翼片;所述导流罩设置在所述上翼片的外侧;
所述多个翅片的上翼片和所述导流罩构成散热器的第一散热部,所述多个翅片的下翼片构成散热器的第二散热部。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述中心柱的中心设有一通孔。
5.如权利要求3所述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其特征在于,还包括设置在壳体与散热器之间的散热底板,所述壳体和所述LED电路板与所述散热底板的下表面固定连接,散热底板的上表面与散热器的中心柱和翅片固定连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于替代反光杯形卤素灯泡的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述壳体为圆柱形,所述圆环与所述壳体螺纹连接。
