Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种产品释放装置,尤其涉及一种带有用来产生密封破裂压力的泵(pump)的密封装置。
背景技术
至今,药物通过薄箔密封被封装在透明泡罩(blister cover)和刚性材料之间的扁平包装中。多种药物以矩阵排列的形式存在于单个矩形包装中。最终用户通过泡罩可以看到药物,并且可以向下推动药物穿过包装的上述支持层和箔片,从而使药物从包装的底部出来。用户必须使用足够的力量去刺破支持层材料并使药物滑过箔片。推力直接施加在透明的泡罩上面,并且向下传递到药物。有时候被传递的力会压碎药丸,或者破坏胶囊护套。药物一般被挂起在出口小孔周围的粗糙边缘上。用户不得不用指尖拉出口边缘和药物,这就造成进一步损坏药物。对于老年人来说,推动和取出药物的手工技巧通常很难掌握。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种产品释放单元,所述单元在释放过程中不需要直接在产品上施加用户的力或其它推动力量。用户不需要推动或者用力使产品从所述单元中出来。在用户通过拉开可移除的释放口封盖而破裂产品腔室并清除释放口后,产品就通过释放口掉出来。用户将力直接施加在相邻的增压室(pumping chamber)去压缩空气,然后压缩空气再产生破裂压力。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于药物的密封的释放单元,所述密封的释放单元不需要接触或处理药物,直到给药之后。药物可以直接地掉入最终用户的手里或进入配药容器,如一次性杯子。
本发明的另一个目的是提供这样的一种具有打开过程的释放单元,所述打开过程对于老年人来说可以很容易地理解和操作,但是对于年纪小的儿童来说却很难理解和操作。成年人可以很容易地浏览释放单元的结构布局和领会所述的打开程序,并通过按压来产生压缩空气。而另一方面小孩子直接去找彩色的药物,并费劲地移动硬的透明泡罩。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种释放单元,其能够帮助用户移走挂在粗糙的出口边缘上的药物。来自增压室的压缩空气提供了气流用于将平滑的药物从出口位置带出来。
本发明进一步的目的是提供一种具有多个释放单元的药物释放装置,在所述装置中对相邻的未释放单元的干扰被最小化。
简单地说,本发明的这些或那些目的都是通过提供一种响应于破裂压力用于释放产品或药物的密封单元。所述单元具有一基本平坦的部件和一相对的成形部件,所述相对的成形部件被压成有选择地接合所述平坦部件。被围绕在上述部件之间的增压室响应于从外部施加的力而产生破裂压力。同样被包封的储药室(medicationchamber)容纳着有待释放的药物。在这些室之间的流体连通通道可以使得储药室能够响应于破裂压力而破裂。在上述有选择地压接期间形成的周边密封围绕着这些室伸展并能承受破裂压力。带有拉盖(pull-away closure)的释放口可用于将药物从储药室释放来。位于靠近释放口的破裂位置在破裂压力的作用下向外破裂。由破裂产生并连接到拉盖的破裂片(flap)使用户拉开拉盖从而打开释放口用于给药。

基本实施例(图1A、B、C)
密封的释放单元10(在图1A中以分解的形式显示)容纳有小的产品,例如药物10M。释放单元有基本平坦的部件10F,所述平坦部件10F被压成有选择地与相对的成形部件10S接合在一起。在平坦部件和成形部件之间封有适当的增压容积,比如增压室12P。增压室可以响应于用户施加的外部力而产生破裂压力(在图1B中用箭头F显示)。所述用户可以是最终用户(使用药物的人),或家庭看护人或辅助者,或专业人员。适当的产品容积比如储药室12M被封住并与增压室相邻,用于容纳将被释放的药物。上述两室通过管道导管14处于流体连通,从而可以响应于增压室的破裂压力来使储药室破裂。管道导管通过有选择的压接方式形成在平坦部件和相对的成形部件之间。在有选择的压接过程中形成的周边密封16围绕增压室和储药室以及管道导管伸展,所述周边密封是足够安全的可以承受释放过程中的内部破裂压力。周边密封可以防止外界空气和粉尘进入到密封单元内而不利地影响药物。所述周边密封可以是不透气的,以防止在长期储存中湿气进入到所述单元里。

成形部件10S可以是任何适当的材料,如用于保护药物的PVC或PET.平坦部件10F可以具有多层以提供强度和包封。压靠着上述成形层的坚韧层10T可以是任何适当的耐腐蚀材料如聚乙烯。与坚韧层压靠在一起的气密封层10H可以是任何适当的密封材料,如金属箔。
释放口可以在平坦部件中(如图1C所示)。破裂位置18S可以是位于平坦部件上的适当的尖点或裂缝,比如是通过激光束产生的刻痕或机械划痕边缘。优选地,进入到平坦部件材料的刻痕穿孔要足够深以削弱平坦部件,但是不应深到使密封单元裂开的程度。所述裂缝刻痕应该足够脆弱以便能在破裂压力下爆裂,并同时应当充分安全以保持密封闭合。破裂片18F可以是位于破裂位置上平坦部件材料的拉环(tab)或三角形片。释放口的拉盖18C可以通过平坦部件上的撕扯边来限定。所述撕扯边可以有如图1C所示的三条边,而其第四条边仍然保持附在平坦部件上。在图2B的实施例中,所述撕扯边是如图2B所示的带有四侧的环形,并且拉盖28C可以被完全移去。所述撕扯边和拉盖可以是各种形状和尺寸,只要能使药物通过释放口。所述撕扯边可以是一系列穿过所述平坦部件一半的削弱的穿孔或凹痕。可替换地,所述撕扯边可以是平坦部件上类似于破裂刻痕的刻痕。
多个单元的实施例(图2A、B)
密封释放装置20具有多个围绕在成形部件20S(参见正视图2A)和平坦部件20F(参见后视图2B)之间的释放单元20U。每个单元都具有增压室22P、储药室22M,其中设有导管24来在两室之间提供流体连通通道。周边密封26在释放单元周围伸展以密封增压室和储药室。每个单元具有释放口28,释放口28在后面有一带有破裂片28F的拉盖28C。在图2的实施例中,破裂位置28S是“X”形状的刻痕,所述刻痕在周边密封上并靠近拉盖28C的边界。在靠近每个破裂位置的地方可设置有弱的破裂密封28W(用单阴影线表示)。所述破裂密封是在成形部件20S和平坦部件20F之间的弱结合,其在压接之前已经通过预处理使得在破裂位置上的周边密封强度降低。在增压周期中,在产品室内的汲取压力(pumping pressure)增大。所述压力通过破裂密封流失(slip)并在破裂位置爆裂开,以产生破裂片。
在释放装置20中,每个释放单元20U在增压室的增压端21P和储药室的药物端21M被加长。释放单元被相邻地并行布置,其中每个释放单元的增压室按交替的顺序紧挨着相邻释放单元的储药室,这些单元有利地是用分割刻痕或穿孔20D隔断。
增压室可以是使用户易于压缩以产生破裂压力的圆顶形(如图1A所示)。所述圆顶屈服和下陷使得空气通过管道导管转移。所述储药室可以是带有刚性侧壁的立方形,所述侧壁不会像圆顶一样容易被挤压或弯曲。所述侧壁在交替的圆顶形增压室之间提供了间隔开的屏障(如图2A中所示的间隔S)。所述间隔对于用户的拇指、拇指以外的手指或小型挤压工具来说足够的宽。所述屏障防止了用户在单个压缩周期中挤压或干扰多于一个的圆顶。所述圆顶有足够的弹性以使其在压缩后恢复到原始的圆顶形,并可以重新充满以提供另一次的空气冲击。用户可以再次抽动圆顶来辅助撞出被挂起在释放口的粗糙撕扯边上的药物。
所述管道导管24具有从增压室敞开的增压入口24P和敞开到储药室内的药物出口24M。导管提供了从增压室进入到储药室的流体连通通道。内部密封24S可以用于封闭管道导管,以使储药室相对增压室封闭。内部密封在运送和储存密封单元期间或其它的非使用期间可以使流体连通通道封闭。所述内部密封在破裂压力作用下胀破,从而正好在释放之前恢复流体连通通道。一些药物要求在环境方面得到保护的具有临界密封周界的容积,小的容积呈现出与药物有较少的内部空气接触面,而且短的周界产生失效和污染的可能性较小。内部密封将药物与增压室里的空气隔离并且使药物不受围绕增压室的周边密封的泄漏影响。增压室22P与储药室不处于流体连通,直到破裂压力失去作用或移去内部密封。
公共室的实施例(图3)
释放单元30具有一公共室30C,所述公共室在一端有增压容积32P,在另一端有药物容积32M。对增压容积施加压力可以造成位于药物端的破裂位置38S上的裂缝爆裂。公共室的实施例没有管道导管。由于存在公共室,因此增压室和药物室之间是流体连通的。所述裂缝可以是在释放口38的角落位置处的“L”形的刻痕(在图3用粗体示出)。
共面的实施例(图4)
所述的平坦部件和相对的周边边缘可以共面来限定一稳定的工作面用于开启释放单元。共面的释放单元40可以设置在接近平坦柜台或台面48T(参见图4)的边缘,且增压室42P稳固地靠着台面和储药室42M安放,储药室42M的边缘悬垂。至少储药室的裂缝部分伸展超过台子边缘。台面的平面提供了一稳定的、水平的表面用于容纳和支持释放单元的平面侧边。用户向下压在紧靠着桌面的增压室42P上(用箭头P表示),引起破裂片48P向下爆裂(用箭头R表示)。
在所述释放单元的一端施加压力P而在另一端获得破裂结果R,对小孩子来说是一种“迂回”,是不明显的。任性的孩子透过透明的、刚性成形部件40S将看到明亮色彩的药物,并将注意力立刻集中在“糖果状的”物体上。
工业实用性
对于本领域普通技术人员来说,明显地,如上文述,通过提供一种产品释放单元来完成本发明的目的,其中用户无需直接在药物上施加压力或其它推动强制力。响应于被压缩的空气,储药室破裂而产品则通过释放口掉出来。直到被释放出之后,这些药物是不需要被触碰的。打开程序容易被成年人理解,但对于年纪小的孩子来说则是难懂和迂回的。所述压缩空气可以帮助用户移动粘在释放口的药物。药物在不干扰邻近的未释放的药物的情况下就可以完成释放。

Claims (20)
1.一种密封单元,通过响应于破裂压力来释放产品,包含:
基本平坦部件;
成形部件,其与所述平坦部件相对,并被有选择地压接所述平坦部件;
增压容积,其被包封在所述平坦部件和所述相对的成形部件之间,用来响应于外部施加的力而产生破裂压力;
产品容积,其被包封在所述平坦部件和所述相对的成形部件之间,用于容纳有待释放的产品;
流体连通,其在所述增压容积和所述产品容积之间,使得产品容积响应于来自增压容积的破裂压力而破裂;
产品,容纳在所述产品容积中;
周边密封,其在所述有选择地压接期间形成,并围绕着所述增压容积和所述产品容积伸展,所述周边密封可抵挡所述破裂压力;
释放口,其带有拉盖,使所述产品从所述产品容积中释放出来;
破裂位置,其靠近所述释放口,在所述破裂压力的作用下向外破裂;和
破裂片,其通过在所述破裂位置上的破裂而产生并连接到所述拉盖,允许拉离所述拉盖来打开所述释放口从而释放容纳在所述产品容积内的所述产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的释放单元,其中,所述密封的增压容积是增压室,并且所述密封的产品容积是产品室。
3.如权利要求2所述的释放单元,进一步包含:
位于所述周边密封内的管道导管,所述管道导管通过所述有选择地压接而形成在所述平坦部件和所述相对的成形部件之间,具有从所述增压室打开的增压入口和打开进入所述产品室的产品出口,并且提供了从所述增压室进入所述产品室的所述流体连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的释放单元,进一步包含:
内部密封,用于封闭所述产品室和所述增压室之间的所述管道导管,所述内部密封在破裂压力作用下会密封失效。
5.如权利要求1所述的释放单元,进一步包含:
周边边缘,位于所述平坦部件周围;
相对的周边边缘,位于所述成形部件周围;
所述周边边缘在所述有选择地压接期间在所述增压容积和所述产品容积周围形成所述周边密封。
6.如权利要求5所述的释放单元,其中所述周边密封是气密封的。
7.如权利要求5所述的释放单元,其中所述平坦部件和所述周边边缘是共面的。
8.如权利要求1所述的释放单元,其中所述平坦部件进一步包含:
压靠着所述成形层的坚韧层;
以及压靠着所述坚韧层的气密的箔层。
9.如权利要求1所述的释放单元,其中位于所述密封的产品容积外面的所述释放口穿过所述的平坦部件,并且所述破裂位置是位于所述平坦部件上的裂缝。
10.如权利要求9所述的释放单元,其中所述的破裂位置的裂缝是位于所述平坦部件上的刻痕。
11.如权利要求9所述的释放单元,进一步包含:
破裂密封,所述破裂密封形成在破裂位置处的周边密封削弱区段,其不能承受所述破裂压力从而引起所述破裂片的破裂。
12.如权利要求9所述的释放单元,其中所述破裂片是覆盖在破裂位置上的所述平坦部件的三角形片。
13.如权利要求9所述的释放单元,其中所述释放口的所述拉盖是由在所述产品容积周围的所述周边密封范围内的撕扯边所限定。
14.如权利要求13所述的释放单元,其中所述撕扯边是位于所述平坦部件中的一系列穿孔。
15.如权利要求13所述的释放单元,其中所述撕扯边是位于所述平坦部件上的刻痕。
16.密封装置,通过响应于破裂压力来释放药物,其包含:
平坦部件;
成形部件,其与平坦部件相对,并被有选择性地压接所述平坦部件;
多个释放单元,其被包封在所述平坦部件和所述相对的成形部件之间;
增压室,其在每个释放单元内用于产生所述破裂压力;
储药室,其在每个释放单元内用于容纳有待被释放的药物;
流体连通,其在所述增压室和所述储药室之间,使所述破裂压力从所述增压室连通到所述储药室;
药物,其被容纳在各个储药室内;
周边密封,其在所述有选择地压接期间形成,用于承受所述破裂压力,并在所述释放单元周围延伸以密封所述增压室和所述储药室;
释放口,其带有拉盖并在每个储药室的外部,所述释放口用于释放在所述密封的储药室内的药物;
破裂位置,其靠近每个释放口,所述破裂位置在破裂压力的作用下向外破裂;以及
破裂片,其通过破裂位置的破裂而产生,并且连接到所述拉盖上,允许拉离所述拉盖,从而打开所述释放口用于释放容纳在所述储药室内的药物。
17.如权利要求16所述的密封释放装置,其中每个释放单元沿用于所述增压室的增压末端延长和沿用于所述储药室的药物末端延长;并且
所述释放单元被相邻地并行布置,其中每个释放单元的增压室按交替的顺序紧挨着相邻释放单元的储药室。
18.如权利要求17所述的密封释放装置,其中:
所述增压室是在所述破裂压力下易于压缩的圆顶形;以及
所述储药室具有刚性侧壁,所述刚性侧壁用于在交替的增压室之间提供间隔开的屏障。
19.如权利要求18所述的密封释放装置,其中所述屏障间隔足够宽使得可以施加外部力到所述增压室以产生所述破裂压力。
20.如权利要求18所述的密封释放装置,其中所述的圆顶形的增压室具有足够的弹性,从而使其在压缩后恢复所述圆顶形。
