技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板,尤其涉及一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板。
背景技术
本申请人在2002年8月16日申请了发明名称为《一种复合板》的实用新型,它公告时间为2003年9月3诶,它公告号为CN2570025Y。该复合板,由面板、底板、蜂窝纸、塑料发泡填充体组成,面板、底板为吹塑或热压直接成型的塑料板,蜂窝纸夹于面板与底板之间,面板的边缘与相对应的底板边缘采用超声波焊接或胶水粘连成密闭性固定相联接,塑料发泡填充体填充于蜂窝纸和面板、底板之间未接触的间隙。由于采用直接成型的塑料板作为面板和底板,以蜂窝纸充当板材的骨架,以塑料发泡材料作为填充体和黏合剂,使该复合板可以根据实际使用要求设计出变化灵活的各种形状,而无须另外加工;该结构还可方便地在复合板内内嵌连接连接板或连接管,以加强复合板的强度,并增强复合板与其它部件的连接强度。该复合板具有重量轻、强度高、易于清洗、造价低的优点,但是还存在有如下的有待改进之处:其一,蜂窝纸板材质与吸塑面板材质、吸塑底板材质不同,因此它们之间的粘接或焊接强度差,易脱落;其二,蜂窝纸板支撑强度不高,因此还需要填充塑料发泡材料,增加产品用料,造价高;其三,蜂窝纸板加工不便,费时,并只能加工成规则的平板状。
发明内容
本发明提供一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其克服了背景技术蜂窝复合板所存在的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,它至少包括支撑主体以及塑料面板。该支撑主体至少包括支撑芯,该支撑芯为蜂窝结构并是由塑料发泡材料加工而成。该塑料面板固接支撑在支撑主体之上,而且,该支撑芯和塑料面板固接在一起。
本发明的一较佳实施例中,该支撑主体还包括支撑骨架,该支撑骨架是由金属材料加工而成,而且,该支撑芯支撑骨架和塑料面板固接在一起。
本发明的一较佳实施例中,该支撑骨架包覆支撑芯全部周边或部分周边。
本发明的一较佳实施例中,还包括塑料底板,它固接支撑在支撑主体之下,而且,该支撑芯、塑料面板和塑料底板固接在一起。
本发明的一较佳实施例中,该塑料面板为吸塑面板,该塑料底板为吸塑底板。
本发明的一较佳实施例中,该支撑芯和塑料面板、塑料底板之间的固接都采用粘接或焊接连接方式。

本技术方案与背景技术相比:由于支撑芯为蜂窝结构并是由塑料发泡材料加工而成,因此克服了背景技术所存在的不足,并具有如下的优点:其一,由塑料发泡材料加工的蜂窝结构,支撑强度高,可以不需填充塑料发泡填充体,造价低;其二,支撑芯的材质与塑料面板、塑料底板的材质属于同一类,因此它们之间的焊接或粘接牢固,不会脱离,它们之间热膨胀系数相同能够防止因热胀冷缩而脱离;其三,采用塑料发泡材料加工蜂窝结构,可一次成型,可直接成型出规则或不规则状支撑芯。由于该蜂窝槽开口朝上或朝下,因此能够很好地支撑塑料面板所承受的重力,支撑强度高。由于该支撑芯的蜂窝槽为盲槽或通槽,并能够一次模压发泡成型为所需形状。

该支撑主体10包括支撑芯11,该支撑芯11为蜂窝结构并是由塑料发泡材料加工而成,本实施例中该支撑芯11整体为平板形状。请查阅图2以及图3,该蜂窝结构是依据蜜蜂巢穴的结构特征而制造出来的仿生结构产品。本实施例中,该蜂窝结构包括一上整板111以及多个连接在该上整板111底面的正六边形周壁112,而且,相邻的正六边形周壁112共边。该蜂窝结构中,该正六边形周壁112和上整板111配合构成多个蜂窝槽,该蜂窝槽都为盲槽而且开口全朝下。由于设有上整板111,因此该蜂窝结构可一次模压发泡成型,成型后无需再加工。该模压发泡成型所需的模具,它的上模113和下模114的结构如图4所示,该上模113和下模114组合所生成的型腔115为蜂窝结构。
该塑料面板20和塑料底板30的结构相同,都为厚度在0.3mm-4mm之间的单层塑料;单层塑料板使用ABS、PP或PS等材料经过吸塑或直接加工成所需的形状,然后切成面板所需尺寸,如正方形,矩形,圆形或其他规则和不规则的形状。本实施例中,该吸塑面板20、吸塑底板30均为矩形平板,而且,该吸塑面板20、吸塑底板30上都印有木纹或其它纹路,或,都复合有木纹或其它纹路的复合层。在本实施例中,该吸塑面板20、吸塑底板30是以单层塑料为例来做说明,但多层塑料板亦适用于本发明。
该塑料面板20外周缘向下延伸成上外周边21,该塑料底板30外周缘向上延伸成下外周边31该下外周边31具有向内的台阶,该台阶的高度与上外周边21厚度相等。
该塑料面板20下底面与支撑芯11顶面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起以构成密闭性固定相联接;该塑料底板30上顶面与支撑芯11底面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起以构成密闭性固定相联接;该上外周边21内侧面与下外周边31台阶之上的外侧面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起以构成密闭性固定相联接,其中,该上外周边21下端面靠接在下外周边31台阶。通过该胶水粘接或超声波焊接能够把塑料面板20、塑料底板30以及支撑芯11固接在一起。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图5,该支撑主体10还包括一支撑骨架12,它用于加强复合板支撑强度及与组件的连接。该支撑骨架12整体为封闭环框架,如为口字框架或O字框架,但并以此为限,其它也可适用本发明,如:为四根管件,它们排列成类口字框架;或,为工字框架;或,为类II字框架;或,为U字框架;或,为两根管件,它们并排;或,为四块状,它们排布在矩形四角。该支撑骨架12的横截面成空心管件,但并不以此为限,其它如为挤出型材,或,管件、挤出型材和五金件、注塑件的复合体亦能够适用于本发明。
该支撑骨架12包覆支撑芯11全部周边。其中,该支撑骨架12内侧面与支撑芯11外侧面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起;该塑料面板20底面与支撑芯11顶面、支撑骨架12顶面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起;该塑料底板30上顶面与支撑芯11底面、支撑骨架12底面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起;该上外周边21内侧面与下外周边31外侧面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起;该下外周边31内侧面与支撑骨架12外侧面之间通过该胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起。通过该胶水粘接或超声波焊接把塑料面板20、塑料底板30、支撑芯11以及支撑骨架12固接在一起。
根据需要还可设置角部内衬件,它可以增强复合板的支撑强度。它可直接焊接或粘接支撑骨架12,或,粘接在塑料底板和支撑芯之间。
实施例三
本实施例与实施例二不同之处在于:请查阅图6,该支撑骨架12横截面成L形,它包括横边以及连接横边外侧的竖边;该塑料底板30外周部设有下凹槽32;该横边粘接或焊接在该下凹槽32,该竖边内侧面粘接或焊接该支撑芯11外侧面,该下外周边粘接或焊接在竖边外侧面。
实施例四
本实施例与实施例二不同之处在于:请查阅图7,该塑料底板30外周部设有放置槽32;该支撑骨架12固设在该放置槽32之内,而且,它顶面与支撑芯11底面齐平并粘接或焊接。该下外周边31粘接或焊接在该支撑骨架12外侧周面;该上外周边21粘接或焊接在该支撑芯11外侧周面以及下外周边31外侧周面。
实施例五
本实施例与实施例二不同之处在于:请查阅图8,该支撑骨架12上下部都设有外高内低的台阶;该塑料面板20粘接或焊接该支撑骨架12顶面,而且,它端面靠接在该台阶面。该塑料底板30外周部下凹成定位槽33,该支撑骨架12底面固接在该定位槽33,同时,该塑料底板30粘接或焊接该支撑骨架12底面,而且,它端面靠接在该台阶面。该支撑骨架12外侧周面形成复合板的外侧周面。
实施例六
本实施例与实施例二不同之处在于:请查阅图9,还包括一封边件50,该支撑骨架12外开设有连接槽,该封边件50设有插接部51,该插接部51固定插接该连接槽,根据需要它们之间可采用紧配合或粗糙面配合,或在插接部51外设置倒刺。
实施例七
本实施例与实施例三不同之处在于:请查阅图10、图11以及图12,该支撑骨架12的竖边设置为波浪形,该下外周边31内侧面设有凸部,以使得它与支撑骨架12的竖边的波浪形相吻合;该支撑芯11的蜂窝结构包括一中整板111、多个连接在该中整板111之上的上正四边形周壁112以及多个连接在该中整板111之下的下正四边形周壁112,而且,相邻的正四边形周壁共边。该蜂窝结构中,该上正四边形周壁112和中整板111配合构成多个上蜂窝槽,它的开口全朝上;该下正四边形周壁113和中整板111配合构成多个下蜂窝槽,它的开口全朝下;而且该上、下蜂窝槽都为盲槽。该蜂窝结构可一次模压发泡成型,成型后无需再加工。
实施例八
本实施例与实施例七不同之处在于:请查阅图13,该支撑骨架12上、下都设有弹性卡钩121,该支撑骨架12的上弹性卡钩121插入塑料面板20和支撑芯11之间,并卡钩固接;该支撑骨架12的下弹性卡钩121插入塑料底板30和支撑芯11之间,并卡钩固接。该支撑骨架12外侧周面形成复合板的外侧周面。
实施例九
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图14,该塑料底板30设置为波浪形状,它最低部粘接或焊接在支撑芯11的正六边形周壁112底面,它最高端粘接或焊接在上整板111底面。
实施例十
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图15以及图16,本支撑芯11的蜂窝结构包括多个开口朝下的圆形的盲槽式的蜂窝槽111,每相邻两个蜂窝槽111底面之间都连接有连接板112。由于不但蜂窝槽111为盲槽式,而且还设有连接板112,因此可一次模压发泡成型。
实施例十一
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图17以及图18,该蜂窝结构包括一上整板111以及多个连接在该上整板111之下的正三边形周壁112,而且,相邻的正三边形周壁共边。该蜂窝结构中,该正三边形周壁112和上整板111配合构成多个蜂窝槽,该蜂窝槽都为盲槽而且开口全朝下。由于具有上整板111,因此可一次模压发泡成型。
实施例十二
请查阅图19,一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,它包括支撑主体10以及塑料面板20。
该支撑主体10包括支撑芯11,该支撑芯11为蜂窝结构并是由塑料发泡材料加工而成,本实施例中该支撑芯11整体为平板形状。请查阅图2以及图3,该蜂窝结构是依据蜜蜂巢穴的结构特征而制造出来的仿生结构产品。本实施例中,该蜂窝结构包括一下整板111以及多个连接在该下整板112顶面的正六边形周壁112,而且,相邻的正六边形周壁112共边。该蜂窝结构中,该正六边形周壁112和下整板111配合构成多个蜂窝槽,该蜂窝槽都为盲槽而且开口全朝上。由于设有下整板111,因此该蜂窝结构可一次模压发泡成型,成型后无需再加工。由于设有下整板11,因此可以节省塑料底板。
该塑料面板20厚度在0.3mm-4mm之间的单层塑料;单层塑料板使用ABS、PP或PS等材料经过吸塑或直接加工成所需的形状,然后切成面板所需尺寸,如正方形,矩形,圆形或其他规则和不规则的形状。本实施例中,该吸塑面板20为矩形平板,而且,该吸塑面板20上印有木纹或其它纹路,或,都复合有木纹或其它纹路的复合层。在本实施例中,该吸塑面板20是以单层塑料为例来做说明,但多层塑料板亦适用于本发明。该塑料面板20外周缘向下延伸成上外周边21。
该塑料面板20下底面与支撑芯11顶面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起以构成密闭性固定相联接;该上外周边21内侧面与支撑芯11外周侧面之间通过胶水粘接或超声波焊接在一起以构成密闭性固定相联接。通过该胶水粘接或超声波焊接能够把塑料面板20以及支撑芯11固接在一起。
实施例十三
本实施例与实施例十二不同之处在于:请查阅图20,该支撑主体10还包括一支撑骨架12,它用于加强复合板支撑强度及与组件的连接。该支撑骨架12整体为封闭环框架,如为口字框架或O字框架,但并以此为限,其它也可适用本发明,如:为四根管件,它们排列成类口字框架;或,为工字框架;或,为类II字框架。该支撑骨架12的横截面成空心管件,但并不以此为限,其它如为挤出型材,或,管件、挤出型材和五金件、注塑件的复合体亦能够适用于本发明。
该支撑芯11外周面设有环形槽116,该支撑骨架12固接在该支撑芯11的环形槽116内。该塑料面板20底面粘接或焊接在该支撑芯11顶面和支撑骨架12顶面。
实施例十四
本实施例与实施例十二不同之处在于:请查阅图21、图22以及图23,该支撑芯11整体状为曲板状。先设置模具的上、下模,并使它们之间组成的型腔为曲板状。通过该模具即可一次模压发泡成型为所需的曲板状。该支撑芯11的蜂窝结构包括一曲面的上整板111以及多个连接该上整板111之下的多个正四边形周壁。
实施例十五
本实施例与实施例七不同之处在于:请查阅图24,该支撑芯11的蜂窝结构包括一中整板111、多个连接在该中整板111之上的上正四边形周壁112以及多个连接在该中整板111之下的下正四边形周壁112。上正四边形周壁112顶面配合并形成为曲面,下正四边形周壁底面配合形成平面。
实施例十六
本实施例与实施例一、十一、十四、十五的不同之处在于:请查阅图25,本实施例中,该蜂窝结构包括多个正六边形周壁112,而且,每相邻两正六边形周壁112都共边。该蜂窝结构中,该正六边形周壁112配合构成多个蜂窝槽,该蜂窝槽都为上、下贯穿的通槽。由于每相邻两正六边形周壁都共边,因此该蜂窝结构可一次模压发泡成型,成型后无需再加工。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:它至少包括:
支撑主体,它至少包括支撑芯,该支撑芯为蜂窝结构并是由塑料发泡材料加工而成;以及
塑料面板,它固接支撑在支撑主体之上,而且,该支撑芯和塑料面板固接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑主体还包括支撑骨架,该支撑骨架是由金属材料加工而成,而且,该支撑芯支撑骨架和塑料面板固接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑骨架包覆支撑芯全部周边或部分周边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:还包括:
塑料底板,它固接支撑在支撑主体之下,而且,该支撑芯、塑料面板和塑料底板固接在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该塑料面板为吸塑面板,该塑料底板为吸塑底板。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑芯和塑料面板、塑料底板之间的固接都采用粘接或焊接连接方式。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑芯的蜂窝结构具有多个蜂窝槽,该蜂窝槽开口朝上或朝下。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑芯的蜂窝槽为盲槽。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑芯的蜂窝槽为通槽。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种塑料发泡蜂窝复合板,其特征是:该支撑芯的蜂窝结构一次模压发泡成型为所需形状。
