Abstract

Description
本发明涉及脂溶性活性成分的新颖制剂(其具有所述脂溶性活性成分的高生物利用度),以及它们的制造方法,和它们作为膳食补充剂、食物、饲料、个人护理制品和/或药物的用途。
人们需要提供脂溶性活性成分的制剂(其具有所述脂溶性活性成分的高生物利用度),所述制剂能降低动物(包括人)需要摄取的脂溶性活性成分用量。
本发明的制剂满足了该需要,所述制剂包括脂溶性活性成分的组合物和保护性胶体,其特征在于所述组合物用水/在水中溶解、分散或稀释后,在200到800nm的波长范围内、优选250到600nm的波长范围内、更优选250到500nm范围内、更优选370到485nm的波长范围内具有≥380、优选≥600、最优选≥900的消光系数El/1。在本发明的上下文中,这类组合物也称作“强色组合物(colour-intensive compositions)”。
在本发明制剂的一些优选实施方案中,所述制剂被压成片剂时也显示≤30%的、优选≤15%的、更优选≤10%的、最优选≤5%的脂溶性活性成分挤出损失(extrusion loss),即存在于这些制剂的片剂表面上的脂溶性活性成分用量基于制剂中脂溶性活性成分总重为≤30%、优选≤15wt.-%、更优选≤10wt.-%、最优选≤5wt.-%。存在于这类片剂表面上的脂溶性活性成分是严重缺点,因为脂溶性活性成分不再受到保护性胶体抗氧化的保护。
通过下述步骤测定挤出损失:
·将片剂小心研磨为混合物,使得制剂自身不被使用研钵破坏;
·用合适的溶剂(例如二氯甲烷或石油醚(petrolether))处理所述混合物,使得仅已经被压出的脂溶性的活性成分被溶解;
·用另一溶剂(环己烷或异丙醇)稀释该溶液(溶剂+脂溶性活性成分),和
·通过测量溶液的吸光度,分析测定溶剂中的脂溶性活性成分,和
·计算被压出的脂溶性活性成分的总量百分比。
压出损失是(药物)片剂保质期(shelf life)的相关参数,即(药物)片剂中脂溶性活性成分稳定性的参数。如果压出损失越小,片剂的保质期越长。
本发明的其它优点在于它们易于操作的特性、它们良好的内容物均一性(content uniformity)和操作时的低灰尘。
因此,本发明还涉及用于测定具有高生物利用度的脂溶性活性成分的制剂的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
i)提供制剂样品,所述制剂含有脂溶性活性成分和保护性胶体的组合物;
ii)制备所述制剂在水中的分散剂;
iii)测量水和所述溶液在200nm到800nm波长范围内的消光系数El/1;
iv)从所述溶液的消光系数El/1中减去水的消光系数El/1。
如果在200到800nm波长范围内的消光系数El/1≥380,则所述制剂是具有高生物利用度的制剂。
脂溶性成分是通常对人或动物体具有药理学效应或提供健康益处的成分。优选地,它们选自类胡萝卜素和脂溶性维生素(维生素A、维生素E、维生素K、维生素D、辅酶Q10、多不饱和脂肪酸如二十碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸及其甘油三酸酯),以及它们的生理学可接受衍生物,如它们的酯(特别是与C1-20碳酸的酯)和它们的任何混合物。

脂溶性活性成分可以是天然来源的,即从植物中分离/抽提的、纯化和/或浓缩的,以及通过化学和/或微生物(发酵)途径合成的脂溶性活性成分。
脂溶性活性成分的制剂是含有脂溶性活性成分和保护性胶体的任何制剂,其中该制剂在水中/用水溶解、分散或稀释至10ppm的脂溶性活性成分终浓度后,在1cm的样品厚度下在200到800nm范围内的最大光密度或光密度边缘的波长处显示≥0.15吸光度单位的消光系数。这等于150的水性分散剂E(1%,1cm)中脂溶性活性成分的正式消光系数。El/1的测量明确描述于实施例1中。
本发明的制剂中脂溶性活性成分的用量通常可以是从0.1wt.-%到90wt.-%,特别是从0.1wt.-%到80wt.-%和从1wt.-%到50wt.-%。优选地,以组合物总重为基础,其可以从1wt.-%到30wt.-%、优选地从1wt.-%到20wt.-%、更优选地从1wt.-%到15wt.-%、更优选地从5wt.-%到10wt.-%变化。

如果使用明胶和糖的混合物作为保护性胶体,则明胶对糖的重量比优选地从20∶1到1∶10、优选地从2∶1到1∶2变化。

如果使用经改性的食物淀粉和糖的混合物作为保护性胶体,则经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比优选地从500∶1到1∶100、优选地从20∶1到1∶10、更优选地从10∶1到1∶10、进一步更优选地从4∶1到1∶2、最优选地从2∶1到1∶2变化。
在糖、明胶和植物油的混合物作为保护性胶体的情况下,脂溶性活性成分对油脂的重量比优选地从1∶100到1∶0、优选地从1∶10到1∶0、更优选地从1∶1到1∶0变化。
植物油可选自玉米油、大豆油、花生油、红花油、葵花子油、橄榄油、菜籽油、中链甘油三酯油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、棉籽油和椰子油。
淀粉可选自玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、木薯淀粉和它们的任何混合物。
经改性的(食物)淀粉的优选的例子为用OSA(辛烯基琥珀酸酐)改性的淀粉,所谓的“OSA改性淀粉”。这类经改性的食物淀粉可从如National Starch & Chemical(Bridgewater New York,USA)(例如HS、Hi CapHi CapPurity Gum)或RoquetteFrères(Lestrem,法国)(例如LAB)的公司商业获得。
本发明优选的实施方案是下述组合物,所述组合物中脂溶性活性成分为叶黄素、番茄红素、β-胡萝卜素或玉米黄素,保护性胶体是经改性的食物淀粉和糖的混合物。特别优选的是下述叶黄素形式,所述叶黄素形式基于组合物的总重包含0.1wt.-%到25wt.-%、优选地1wt.-%到20wt.-%、更优选地2wt.-%到10wt.-%的叶黄素和/或65wt.-%到75wt.-%的保护性胶体(特别是具有5∶1到1∶1、优选地为3.5∶1到2.5∶1的经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比),和/或2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂。在番茄红素形式中特别优选的是下述番茄红素形式,其基于组合物的总重包含5wt.-%到15(优选10到14)wt.-%的番茄红素和/或55wt.-%到75wt.-%的保护性胶体(特别是具有5∶1到20∶1、优选地为7∶1到18∶1的经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比),和/或2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂。特别优选的β-胡萝卜素形式是下述β-胡萝卜素形式,其基于组合物的总重包含1wt.-%到30wt.-%、优选5wt.-%到30wt.-%、更优选15wt.-%到30wt.-%、更优选15wt.-%到25wt.-%的β-胡萝卜素,和/或20wt.-%到75wt.-%、优选30wt.-%到70wt.-%、更优选50wt.-%到65wt.-%的保护性胶体(特别是具有1∶1到100∶1、优选地为1∶1到70∶1、更优选地为1∶1到60∶1的经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比),和/或2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂。特别优选的是下述玉米黄素形式,其基于组合物的总重包含1wt.-%到20wt.-%、优选1wt.-%到15wt.-%、更优选2wt.-%到10wt.-%的玉米黄素,和/或50wt.-%到90wt.-%、优选60wt.-%到80wt.-%、更优选65wt.-%到75wt.-%的保护性胶体(特别是具有1∶1到5∶1、优选地为1.5∶1到3.5∶1的经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比),和/或2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂。更优选地,根据下文所述的方法制造这些组合物,其中特别地使用玉米淀粉作为粉末捕获剂(powder-catch agent)。最优选地,由此得到的组合物含有以组合物总重为基础从10wt.-%到25wt.-%的玉米淀粉。
优选地,其制备方法包括以下步骤的制剂:
a)提供保护性胶体和脂溶性活性成分;
b)制备所述保护性胶体和所述活性成分的水性纳米乳剂,其中所制备的纳米乳剂的内相颗粒的平均颗粒尺寸为≤1000nm;
c)将所述纳米乳剂转化为粉末,优选地转化为微珠(beadlet)。
步骤b)
可以如下文所述来制备纳米乳剂:在水性溶剂(例如水)中提供保护性胶体并同样添加脂溶性活性成分或悬浮于/溶解于亲脂性溶剂(例如食品级别油、氯仿、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、己烷、庚烷和/或其混合物)中。或者可以使用疏脂性溶剂如醇、丙酮、丙醇、水和/或其混合物,其中脂溶性(亲脂性)活性成分必须使用高温和高压溶解/分散。
通过激光衍射测量(例如使用MasterSizer of Malvern,UnitedKingdom),所制备的纳米乳剂的内相颗粒(Sauter直径,D[3,2])的平均颗粒尺寸可优选地从10nm到1000nm、更优选地从10nm到500nm、最优选地从200nm到300nm变化。
优选通过使用高压匀化器、剪刀片搅动器或本领域技术人员已知的任何其它合适的设备来制备纳米乳剂。
步骤c)
纳米乳剂向粉末的转化可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法制作,其可以是喷雾干燥、粉末捕获或(微)封装。优选的是粉末捕获方法,其特别包含以下步骤:
·将纳米乳剂(其优选地具有从15℃到80℃的温度)和粉末捕获剂(其选自淀粉,特别是玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉和/或木薯淀粉,硅酸钙,磷酸钙和二氧化硅)和热空气流(优选具有从40℃到200℃、更优选从60到120℃温度的空气,优选地通过分离的入口)同时喷雾到冷空气(优选具有从0℃到40℃、优选地从5℃到20℃温度的空气)流化床上;
·从流化床上收集由此形成的微珠;
·在常规干燥器中进一步干燥微珠。
因此在本发明上下文中,微珠是具有粉末捕获剂外层的颗粒。如果粉末捕获剂是淀粉,其可以任选地通过使用二氧化硅被流化。
粉末捕获剂方法的一个优选的实施方案如下:
-在垂直喷雾塔的上部进料纳米乳剂(其优选具有从15℃到80℃的温度)和(优选通过独立的入口)粉末捕获剂(所述粉末捕获剂选自淀粉(任选地通过使用二氧化硅被流化),特别是玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉和/或木薯淀粉、硅酸钙、磷酸钙和二氧化硅)和热空气流(优选具有从40℃到200℃、更优选从60到120℃温度的空气);
-在所述喷雾塔的下部进料冷空气流(优选具有从0℃到40℃、优选从5℃到20℃的空气),以形成含有脂溶性活性成分的颗粒的流化床,所述脂溶性活性成分包埋于保护性胶体基质中并被粉末捕获剂覆盖;
-从流化床收集所述颗粒和
-以本领域技术人员已知的任何方式将其干燥。
步骤c)中使用的热空气优选被脱湿至例如低于3g/kg的水含量。
可选的粉末捕获方法公开于WO 2004/062382的2,1.12页到3,1.35页和WO 2004/062382的实施例中,其中“基质组分”对应于本发明中的保护性胶体。
通过激光衍射(例如使用MasterSizer of Malvern,United Kingdom)测量,通过粉末捕获方法获得的“微珠”可以具有50μm到1000μm、优选80μm到700μm、更优选100μm到500μm、最优选200μm到400μm的平均颗粒尺寸(Sauter直径,D[3,2])。
在本发明的优选的实施方案中,以微珠的总重量为基础,微珠含有从0.1wt.-%到90wt.-%、优选地从0.1wt.-%到80wt.-%、更优选地从1wt.-%到50wt.-%、进一步更优选地从1wt.-%到30wt.-%、最优选地从1wt.-%到20wt.-%的脂溶性活性成分,从10wt.-%到90wt.-%、优选地从20wt.-%到75wt.-%、更优选地从30wt.-%到70wt.-%、进一步更优选地从50wt.-%到65wt.-%的保护性胶体,从1wt.-%到60wt.-%、优选地从5wt.-%到40wt.-%、更优选地从10wt.-%到35wt.-%、最优选地从15wt.-%到30wt.-%的粉末捕获剂,和从0.1wt.-%到20wt.-%、优选地从0.5wt.-%到10wt.-%、更优选地从1wt.-%到5wt.-%、最优选地从2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂。
因此本发明还涉及具有改善的生物利用度的脂溶性活性成分的制剂(其包括根据上述步骤a)、b)和c)制备的制剂)与并非根据这些步骤制备的组合物的比较,以及通过根据上述步骤a)、b)和c)制备制剂来改进所述制剂中脂溶性成分生物利用度的方法。
本发明还涉及用于制造脂溶性活性成分制剂(其具有所述脂溶性活性成分的高生物利用度)的方法,所述方法包括上述步骤a)、b)和c),以及可通过这一方法获得的具有高生物利用度的脂溶性活性成分制剂自身。这类制剂含有纳米微滴/纳米颗粒形式的脂溶性活性成分。如果这类制剂溶解于水中,则纳米微滴/纳米颗粒被释放。这些纳米微滴/纳米颗粒具有优选地从10nm到1000nm、更优选地从10nm到500nm、最优选地从200nm到300nm的由此形成的乳剂内相的平均颗粒尺寸(Sauter直径,D[3,2])。
本发明另一优选的目标是下述不含动物成分的制剂,所述制剂含有叶黄素、番茄红素和/或β-胡萝卜素作为脂溶性活性成分和经改性的食物淀粉(具有上述偏好)作为保护性胶体,其特征在于当所述制剂在水中/用水溶剂、分散或稀释后,在200nm到800nm波长范围内具有≥380(优选如上所述的范围)的消光系数El/1和压成片剂时≤15%(优选如上所述的范围)的脂溶性活性成分挤出损失。所述制剂在水中/用水溶剂、分散或稀释时的高色彩强度导致叶黄素、番茄红素和/或β-胡萝卜素的良好释放并由此导致潜在的高生物利用度。非常低的压出损失导致(药物)片剂的极好稳定性。
另外,本发明涉及根据本发明的制剂作为膳食补充剂、食物、饲料、个人护理制品、药物(其具有所述脂溶性活性成分的高生物利用度)的用途。
除了脂溶性活性成分和保护性胶体外,本发明的组合物可优选地额外含有至少一种水溶性抗氧化剂和/或脂溶性抗氧化剂。
水溶性抗氧化剂可以是例如抗坏血酸或其盐,优选抗坏血酸钠,水溶性多酚如羟基酪醇和橄榄苦苷元、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)或迷迭香或橄榄的提取物。
脂溶性抗氧化剂可以是例如生育酚,例如dl-α-生育酚(即合成生育酚)、d-α-生育酚(即天然生育酚)、β-或γ-生育酚,或这两种或更多的混合物;丁基化的羟基甲苯(BHT);丁基化的羟基茴香醚(BHA);乙氧喹、没食子酸丙酯;叔丁基羟基喹啉;工艺6-乙氧基-1,2-二羟基-2,2,4-三甲基喹啉(EMQ),或脂肪酸的抗坏血酸酯,优选抗坏血酸棕榈酸盐或硬脂酸盐。
在本发明制剂的特别优选的实施方案中,其含有至少一种选自DL-α-生育酚、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸钠、乙氧喹及其混合物的抗氧化剂。
根据本发明的制剂还可被压缩为片剂,其中可添加一种或多种选自以下的赋形剂和/或佐剂:单糖、二糖、寡糖和多糖、甘油和甘油三酯。
可存在于本发明组合物中的单糖和二糖为蔗糖、转化糖、木糖、葡萄糖、果糖、乳糖、麦芽糖、蔗二糖和糖醇。
寡糖和多糖的例子为淀粉、经改性的淀粉和淀粉水解产物,例如糊精和麦芽糖糊精,特别是具有5到65范围内葡糖当量(DE)的那些,和葡萄糖浆,特别是具有20到95范围内DE的那些。术语“葡糖当量”(DE)表示水解度,并且是还原糖量的一个度量,其被计算为以干重为基础的D-葡萄糖;规模以天然淀粉(其具有接近0的DE)和葡萄糖(其具有100的DE)为基础。
甘油三酯适当地为植物油或脂肪,优选玉米油、葵花子油、大豆油、红花油、菜籽油、花生油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、棉籽油、橄榄油或椰子油。
固体组合物可额外含有抗结块剂,例如硅酸或磷酸三钙等等,和至多10wt.-%、通常2wt.-%到5wt.-%的水。
令人惊奇地发现本发明的制剂具有高生物利用度。在本发明上下文中“高生物利用度”表示其口服应用给的动物(包括人)血浆中脂溶性活性成分的量比下述脂溶性活性成分的量至少高两倍,优选地至少高三倍,所述脂溶性活性成分由一种制剂(通过实施例1中所述方法测量的最大或边缘波长处其El/1≤380)释放,优选地由具有保护性胶体的制剂释放,所述保护性胶体与根据本发明的强色制剂具有相同的基团。
在本发明上下文中,动物(包括人)除人以外特别包括农业动物例如绵羊、牛、马、家禽(肉鸡和蛋着色)、虾和鱼(特别是鲑鱼和虹鳟鱼),以及宠物例如猫、犬、鸟(例如火烈鸟)和鱼。
本发明的其它方面为含有上述组合物的食物、饮料、动物饲料、化妆品和药物组合物。
其中可以使用本发明的组合物(特别是用作着色剂或功能性成分)的饮料可以是碳酸饮料,例如调味的seltzer水、软饮或矿物质饮品,以及非碳酸饮料例如调味的水、果汁、水果宾治(fruit punches)和这些饮料的浓缩形式。它们可以以天然果汁或蔬菜汁为基础或以人工香料为基础。还包括酒精饮料和即溶饮料粉(instant beverage powders)。另外,也包括含糖的饮料,含有无热量甜味剂和人工甜味剂的减肥饮料(diet beverages)。
另外,从天然来源或合成获得的乳制品在食品的范围内,其中本发明的组合物可以被特别地用作着色剂或功能性成分。这类制品的典型例子为乳饮料、冰激凌、乳酪、酸乳等等。乳替换制品例如豆乳饮品和豆腐制品也包括在该申请范围内。
还包括含有本发明的组合物作为着色剂或功能性成分的甜品,例如点心制品,糖果,口香糖,甜点例如冰激凌、果冻、布丁、即食布丁粉等等。
还包括含有本发明的组合物作为着色剂或功能性成分的谷物、小吃、曲奇、意大利面、汤和酱、蛋黄酱、沙拉酱等等。另外,也包括用于乳制品和谷物的水果制品。
通过本发明的组合物被添加进食品中的(脂溶性)活性成分和/或着色剂的终浓度可以是从0.1到500ppm,特别是从1到50ppm,所述浓度以食物组合物的总重为基础并取决于要着色或强化的具体食品和预期的着色或强化级别。
优选地,通过向食品中以本发明组合物的形式添加(脂溶性)活性成分和/或着色剂获得本发明的食物组合物。对于食物或药物制品的着色或强化而言,可以根据本身已知的方法使用本发明的组合物,用于应用本发明的可分散于水的固体组合物。
通常,组合物可以作为以下形式添加:水性储存溶液、根据特异应用与其它合适的食物成分的干粉混合物或预混合物。可例如使用干粉搅拌器、低切应力混合器、高压匀化器或高切应力混合器根据最终应用的制剂进行混合物。显而易见地,这类技术是技术人员已知的。
其中组合物被用作着色剂的药物组合物如片剂或胶囊也在本发明的范围之内。可以通过将本发明的组合物以液体或固体着色剂组合物的形式单独地添加至片剂包衣混合物中,或通过将着色剂组合物添加至片剂包衣混合物的一种成分中来完成片剂的着色。可以通过将着色剂组合物掺入胶囊物质的水性溶液中来制备有色的硬胶囊或软壳胶囊。
其中使用组合物作为活性成分的药物组合物如片剂(如咀嚼片剂、泡腾片剂或薄膜包衣片剂)或胶囊(如硬胶囊)也在本发明的范围之内。本发明的组合物典型地作为粉末被添加至压片混合物中,或以本身已知用于生产胶囊的手段填充进胶囊中。

研究的一般设计
在第-7和0天,收集来自每个志愿者的血样用于测定基底血清β-胡萝卜素。在收集第二次基底血样(第0天)后立刻给予每个志愿者当天的β-胡萝卜素补充(15mg)。此后,给予志愿者早餐。
从该研究的第0天直到第14天,每个志愿者重复β-胡萝卜素测定接着给予早餐。另外,在研究的第2、4、7、10和14天收集血样。使用针对基底血清β-胡萝卜素值的改变来比较不同制剂的生物利用度数据。曲线先的面积用作相对生物利用度指示器,并表达为给定的标准制剂(=具有更高生物利用度的制剂)的%。
Claims (24)
1.具有高生物利用度的脂溶性活性成分的制剂,其包含脂溶性活性成分和保护性胶体,所述制剂的特征在于所述制剂在水中/用水溶解、分散或稀释后,在200到800nm的波长范围内具有≥380的消光系数El/1。
2.如权利要求1中所述的制剂,其特征在于所述制剂被压成片剂时显示≤30%的脂溶性活性成分挤出损失。
3.如权利要求1和/或2所述的制剂,其特征在于用于制备所述制剂的方法包括以下步骤:
a)提供保护性胶体和脂溶性活性成分;
b)制备所述保护性胶体和所述活性成分的水性纳米乳剂,其中所制备的纳米乳剂的内相颗粒的平均颗粒尺寸≤1000nm;
c)将所述纳米乳剂转化为粉末,预选地转化为微珠。

17.如权利要求14所述的制剂,其特征在于其含有基于组合物总重1wt.-%到30wt.-%、优选地5wt.-%到30wt.-%、更优选地15wt.-%到30wt.-%、最优选地15wt.-%到25wt.-%的β-胡萝卜素,和/或20wt.-%到75wt.-%、优选地30wt.-%到70wt.-%、更优选地50wt.-%到65wt.-%的保护性胶体(特别是具有1∶1到100∶1、优选地1∶1到70∶1、更优选地1∶1到60∶1的经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比),和/或2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂和/或10wt.-%到25wt.-%的玉米淀粉。
18.如权利要求14所述的制剂,其特征在于其含有基于组合物总重1wt.-%到20(优选地1到15)wt.-%的玉米黄素,和/或50wt.-%到90wt.-%、优选地60wt.-%到80wt.-%、更优选地65wt.-%到75wt.-%的保护性胶体(特别是具有1∶1到5∶1、优选地1.5∶1到3.5∶1的经改性的食物淀粉对糖的重量比),和/或2wt.-%到5wt.-%的抗氧化剂和/或10wt.-%到25wt.-%的玉米淀粉。
19.不含动物的制剂,其含有作为脂溶性活性成分的叶黄素、番茄红素和/或β-胡萝卜素和作为保护性胶体的经改性的食物淀粉,其特征在于所述制剂在水中/用水溶解、分散或稀释后,在从200到800nm的波长范围内具有≥380的消光系数El/1和被压成片剂时≤15%的脂溶性活性成分的挤出损失。
20.具有改善的生物利用度的脂溶性活性成分的制剂,所述改善是与不是通过下述步骤制备的制剂相比而言的,所述制剂含有根据以下步骤
a)、b)和c)制备的制剂:
a)提供保护性胶体和脂溶性活性成分;
b)制备所述保护性胶体和所述活性成分的水性纳米乳剂,其中所制备的纳米乳剂的内相颗粒的平均颗粒尺寸为≤1000nm;
c)将所述纳米乳剂转化为粉末,优选地通过粉末捕获方法来进行。
21.用于制造脂溶性活性成分制剂的方法,所述制剂具有所述脂溶性活性成分的高生物利用度,所述方法包括步骤:
a)提供保护性胶体和脂溶性活性成分;
b)制备所述保护性胶体和所述活性成分的水性纳米乳剂,其中所制备的纳米乳剂的内相颗粒的平均颗粒尺寸为≤1000nm;
c)将所述纳米乳剂转化为粉末,优选地通过粉末捕获方法来进行。
22.能够通过权利要求21所述的方法获得的具有高生物利用度的脂溶性活性成分制剂。
23.如权利要求1到20和22中任一项的制剂作为具有所述活性成分的高生物利用度的膳食补充剂、食物、饲料、个人护理制品、药物的用途。
24.一种方法,所述方法通过根据以下的步骤制备制剂来改善所述制剂中脂溶性成分的生物利用度:
a)提供保护性胶体和脂溶性活性成分;
b)制备所述保护性胶体和所述活性成分的水性纳米乳剂,其中所制备的纳米乳剂的内相颗粒的平均颗粒尺寸为≤1000nm;
c)将所述纳米乳剂转化为粉末,优选地通过粉末捕获方法来进行。
