Abstract
用于内燃机的共轨燃料喷射装置的活塞泵。该活塞泵具有泵壳体(1),在该泵壳体中构造至少一个泵缸(12)。泵活塞(2)可沿轴向运动地设置在泵缸中。通过在泵活塞中的凹穴(9)将通过润滑油输送孔(8)输送的润滑剂沿轴向进行输送,从而实现了用润滑油环绕冲洗泵活塞。以此有效地避免了在泵缸(12)和泵活塞(2)之间的缝隙中产生沉积物。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种被润滑的活塞泵,特别用于在船舶发动机的内燃机的共轨燃料喷射系统中应用。
背景技术
在共轨系统中使用的高压泵已从现有技术中公开。这种泵通常涉及到活塞泵或者说容积式机器(Hubverdr_ngermaschine),它们的突出之处特别在于由于在泵缸和泵活塞之间的槽密封件而泄漏损失较低。通过凸轮传动机构例如凸轮驱动装置在泵活塞或者说活塞杆上产生泵活塞运动。
在陆上交通工具中使用由现有技术公开的泵时,对在泵缸和泵活塞之间的较低的泄漏损失的评价完全是积极的。而如果用重油(HFO)运行内燃机,例如在船舶发动机制造中就是这种情况,那么在泵缸和泵活塞之间的导向面上由作为泄漏燃料在泵缸和泵活塞之间蠕行的有待抽吸的燃料产生沉积物。重油在导向面上形成沉积物称为上漆(Verlackung)。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务是提供一种活塞泵,该活塞泵避免由所使用的燃料在泵缸和泵活塞之间造成上漆。
该任务通过本发明的独立权利要求得到解决。从属权利要求是本发明的优选设计方案。
按本发明提供了一种活塞泵,该活塞泵具有泵壳体,在该泵壳体中构造至少一个泵缸。泵活塞在泵缸中沿轴向来回导向。泵活塞由凸轮传动机构或者说凸轮盘如偏心支承的盘或凸轮进行驱动。在泵活塞和泵缸之间形成一个空腔,该空腔就是所谓的工作腔或者说冲程容积。按本发明的泵可以涉及具有一个以上活塞的径向活塞泵或者轴向活塞泵。在泵缸和泵活塞之间设置至少一个凹穴,在该凹穴中沿轴向输送流体,优选输送润滑油。
通过在泵缸和泵活塞之间设置能够在泵缸壁和泵活塞之间的中间空腔中沿轴向也就是说沿泵活塞的运动方向引导燃料的凹穴,用例如润滑油来冲洗在泵缸和泵活塞之间的导向面或者说导向区域。通过用润滑油冲洗导向面,不会在导向面的区域中出现沉积物,并且有效地避免了上漆。润滑油优选通过凹穴分布在泵缸的内壁上并且而后离开活塞泵的冲程容积向泵活塞杆流出。按本发明,该活塞泵适用于所有燃料,这些燃料倾向于沉积在泵活塞和泵缸之间的缝隙中。也就是说同样适用于用替代燃料例如菜油来运行的陆上交通工具的活塞泵。
按本发明的一种设计方案,在泵活塞中设置凹穴,从而实现尽可能低的制造成本。尽管按这种设计方案在泵活塞中设置了凹穴,也可以按本发明实现在泵活塞中的凹穴与在泵缸中的凹穴的组合。凹穴可以在活塞上以不同的形式实现,这些形式也可以进行组合。例如可以沿泵活塞的纵向设置纵槽、横槽或者螺旋形槽。这些凹槽也可以构造成不连续的。此外可以借助于构造在泵活塞上的凹处来构造输送小盘,该输送小盘沿着导向面输送燃料。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种按本发明的活塞泵的实施方式,其中在该实施方式中,不连续的螺旋形的凹槽作为凹穴9构造在泵活塞2的侧面上。通过凸轮状的凸轮传动机构11使泵活塞2在泵壳体1内也就是说在泵缸12内进行上下运动,该凸轮传动机构11在这里是椭圆凸轮。在此,泵缸12和泵活塞2构成了泵壳体1内的冲程容积13。通过第一排出孔4和第二排出孔5将燃料从在泵缸内构造为环形的第一卸压槽3和第二卸压槽中排出。为此燃料泄漏量优选具有1巴以上的压力。而该燃料泄漏量的压力必须至少大于排出孔4和5中的压力。
通过润滑油输送孔8将润滑油供给润滑油环形槽7。所输送的润滑油通过凹穴9到达泵活塞2和泵缸12之间的中间区域。多余的润滑油朝着凸轮状的凸轮传动机构11的方向流出。
卸压槽3和6优选构造在泵活塞2的在缸侧的端部也就是说与泵壳体1构成冲程容积13的泵活塞端部与润滑油环形槽7之间。

Claims (11)
1.用于内燃机燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,该活塞泵用于在具有共同的高压管路的系统中输送燃料,该活塞泵具有泵壳体(1),在该泵壳体中构造至少一个泵缸(12),在该泵缸中设有泵活塞(2),该泵活塞可沿着导向区域在轴向方向上运动并且在泵活塞(2)的在缸侧的端部上与泵缸(12)构成冲程容积(13),其特征在于,设置穿过泵壳体(1)的输送孔(8)用于将流体导入设置在泵缸(12)上的环形槽(7)中,并且在泵缸(12)和泵活塞(2)之间的导向区域中设置至少一个凹穴(9),在该凹穴中沿轴向输送流体。
2.按权利要求1所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述流体涉及润滑油,该润滑油基本上沿从冲程容积(13)引导出去的方向进行轴向输送。
3.按权利要求1或2中任一项所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,通过至少一个设置在泵缸(12)中的环形卸压槽(3、6)排出燃料泄漏量,所述卸压槽与穿过泵壳体(1)的排出孔(4、5)相连。
4.按权利要求3所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,在所述环形槽(7)和冲程容积(13)之间设置至少一个卸压槽(3、6)。
5.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,在所述泵活塞(2)和/或泵缸(12)中设置所述凹穴(9)。
6.按权利要求5所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述凹穴(9)至少部分地以纵槽的形式进行设置。
7.按权利要求5或6所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述凹穴(9)至少部分地以凹槽的形式沿圆周方向进行设置。
8.按权利要求5、6或7所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述凹穴(9)至少部分地以螺旋形槽和/或不连续的螺旋形槽的形式进行设置。
9.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述活塞泵涉及在高压范围中使用的径向活塞泵或轴向活塞泵。
10.按上述权利要求中任一项所述的用于燃料喷射装置的活塞泵,其特征在于,所述内燃机涉及用重油运行的船舶发动机。
11.具有按权利要求1到10中任一项所述的活塞泵的内燃机。
