During running of the railway vehicle, especially during steering, the through passage middle frame can generate lateral offset friction with the wearing plate, and the rotation of the through passage middle frame is limited by two stops, which can generate serious abnormal sound and abrasion, and influence riding comfort and service life of the wearing plate.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a wear assembly which does not generate abnormal sound in the running process, can effectively reduce wear, ensures riding comfort and prolongs the service life of the wear assembly.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a wear assembly for a through passage of a railway vehicle, comprising:
the top of the abrasion strip is suitable for being fixedly connected with a folding shed assembly of the through passage;
the bottom of the wearing plate is suitable for being fixedly connected with a coupler of a railway vehicle;
the wear strip and the wear plate can rotate relative to each other around a fixed axis.
When the railway vehicle turns, the bellows assembly of the through passage has a certain tendency of lateral deviation relative to the coupler, so that the bellows assembly and the coupler are likely to generate relative friction, and abrasion and abnormal sound are generated. In the wear component provided by the invention, the wear strip is fixedly connected with the folding shed assembly, the wear plate is fixedly connected with a car coupler, and the wear strip and the wear plate can rotate around a fixed axis relatively; and because the folding shed assembly is a flexible part and two ends of the folding shed assembly are connected with the car body, when the railway vehicle turns, the folding shed assembly is adapted to the change of the connecting position of the abrasion strip and deforms to a certain extent, the connecting position of the abrasion strip and the folding shed assembly and the connecting position of the abrasion plate and the car coupler cannot move relatively, and the movement requirement of the folding shed assembly in the turning process is met. Through wearing and tearing strip and bellows assembly fixed connection, spacing has been carried out to the bellows assembly in the car length direction for the deformation of bellows assembly keeps in certain limit, has guaranteed the stability of link-up way when rail vehicle turns to.
When the railway vehicle turns, the abrasion strips and the abrasion plates can freely rotate around the fixed axis relatively, so that the abrasion strips and the abrasion plates are prevented from generating transverse offset friction and rotary clamping, serious abnormal sound and abrasion caused by the transverse offset friction and the rotary clamping are effectively eliminated, riding comfort is guaranteed, and the service life of the abrasion assembly is prolonged.
In addition, the through passage according to the invention can also have the following additional features.
In some examples of the invention, the first friction face of the wear strip is in contacting engagement with the second friction face of the wear plate. The friction area between the wear strip and the wear plate is large due to the rotational motion between the wear strip and the wear plate. In some examples of the invention, the wear assembly further includes a pin; the wearing plate and the wearing strip are connected through the pin shaft and can rotate relatively around the pin shaft. The abrasion plate and the abrasion strip rotate around the fixed shaft through the pin shaft, and the structure is simple and reliable.
In some examples of the invention, the pin is disposed on the top of the wear plate; the wearing strip is provided with a first pin hole; the pin shaft is in clearance fit with the first pin hole; or the pin shaft is arranged at the bottom of the wearing strip; the wearing plate is provided with a second pin hole; the pin shaft is in clearance fit with the second pin hole; or the wearing strip is provided with a first pin hole; the wearing plate is provided with a second pin hole; one end of the pin shaft is in clearance fit with the first pin hole, and the other end of the pin shaft is in clearance fit with the second pin hole. When the pin shaft is used as an independent part, the pin shaft is convenient to replace; when the pin shaft is arranged on the wearing strip or the wearing plate, the processing cost of the first pin hole or the second pin hole can be reduced.
In some examples of the invention, the first pin hole is provided at a central location of the wear strip and/or the second pin hole is provided at a central location of the wear plate. The arrangement of the first pin hole and the second pin hole enables the axes of relative rotation between the wear strip and the wear plate to be located at the centers of the wear strip and the wear plate, and therefore the stress environment of the wear strip and the wear plate is more stable.
In some examples of the invention, the wear strip is U-shaped, comprising two side plates and a bottom plate; the upper surface of the bottom plate is suitable for being matched with the folding shed assembly of the through passage; a first bolt hole is formed in the side plate; the side plates are suitable for being fixedly connected with the through passage through the folding shed assembly through bolts. The abrasion strip is fixedly connected with the bellows assembly of the through passage through the bolt, the structure is simple, and the connection is reliable.
In some examples of the invention, the side plate is provided with at least two first bolt holes. The at least two first bolt holes and the at least two corresponding bolts ensure the strength of the fixed connection between the abrasion strip and the through passage of the folding shed assembly, and the connection reliability is improved.
In some examples of the invention, the wear plate is made of a metal material. Wear plates made of metal materials can meet the strength requirements of the wear plates for complex forces during operation.
In some examples of the invention, the metallic material is carbon steel. Carbon steel can meet the strength requirements of the wear plate, and is readily available and convenient to cast.

In some examples of the invention, the second bolt hole includes a bolt head hole and a bolt shank hole. When the bolt is matched with the second bolt hole, the bolt head is matched with the bolt head hole, so that the top of the bolt head is lower than the upper surface of the abrasion plate, and the interference of the bolt and the rotation motion of the abrasion strip is avoided.
In some examples of the invention, the wear plate is provided with at least four second bolt holes. The strength of the fixed connection between the wear plate and the coupler is guaranteed through the at least four second bolt holes and the at least four corresponding bolts, and the connection reliability is improved.

The inventor of the invention discovers through research and analysis that the existing wearing component is characterized in that a wearing plate is arranged on a car coupler, a middle connecting frame of a folding shed is lapped between two stoppers, and the movement of the middle connecting frame of the folding shed in the car length direction is limited, so that the middle connecting frame of the folding shed is centered. The wearing component enables the middle connecting frame of the folding shed to move laterally relative to the wearing plate in the running process of the railway vehicle, particularly in the turning process of the railway vehicle because the middle connecting frame of the folding shed is not limited in the vehicle width direction; in addition, the middle connecting frame of the folding shed rotates on the wearing plate, so that serious abnormal sound is generated between the middle connecting frame of the folding shed and the wearing plate, and the comfort is influenced; when the rail vehicle passes through a more complex route (such as an S-shaped curve), the two stopping blocks have the risk of clamping the middle connecting frame of the folding shed; when the gravity center of the through passage deviates, even the possibility that the middle connecting frame of the folding shed is in line contact with the wearing plate exists, the abrasion is aggravated, and the abnormal sound is aggravated. For the reasons, the inventor improves the existing abrasion assembly to obtain the technical scheme of the invention.
A wear assembly and through passage in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to figures 1-11.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1-5, a wear assembly of an embodiment of the present invention includes a wear strip 1, a wear plate 2, and a pin 4. The through passage of embodiments of the present invention includes a bellows assembly (not shown) and a wear assembly provided by embodiments of the present invention. The bellows assembly comprises two bellows bodies (not shown in the figure) and a bellows intermediate connecting frame 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the wear strip 1 is U-shaped. In particular, the longitudinal section of the wear strip 1 is U-shaped, i.e. its projection in the longitudinal vertical plane (yOz plane) is U-shaped. The wear strip 1 comprises two side plates 11 and a bottom plate 12. The two side plates 11 are respectively provided with three first bolt holes 1a, and the total number of the first bolt holes 1a is six. The lower surface of the base plate 12 is the first friction face 10. The pin shaft 4 is arranged on the wearing strip 1 and is positioned at the central position below the wearing strip 1. Preferably, the abrasion strip 1 is fixedly connected with the pin shaft 4 through welding or bolts, so that the processes of pin hole punching, assembly and the like are saved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the wear plate 2 is a rectangular plate, and includes eight second bolt holes 2a and a second pin hole 42 provided at the center of the wear plate 2. The upper surface of the wear plate 2 is a second friction face 20.
As shown in fig. 10, the middle connection frame 3 of the bellows is a rectangular frame, and includes a bottom frame 30; the bottom frame 30 is a hollow frame having a rectangular longitudinal section. Two side surfaces of the bottom frame 30 of the bellows intermediate connection frame 3 are respectively provided with three third bolt holes 3a, and the total number of the third bolt holes 3a is six.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the bottom frame 30 of the middle connection frame 3 of the bellows is in contact fit with the bottom plate 12 of the wear strip 1 and is fixedly connected with the two side plates 11 of the wear strip 1 through three bolts. The three bolts ensure the strength of the fixed connection between the abrasion strip 1 and the folding shed middle connecting frame 3, and the connection reliability is improved. The wearing plate 2 is fixedly connected with a coupler (not shown in the figure) through eight bolts. The strength of the fixed connection between the wearing plate 2 and the car coupler is guaranteed by the eight bolts, and the connection reliability is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the first friction face 10 of the wear strip 1 is in contacting engagement with the second friction face 20 of the wear plate 2. The pin shaft 4 is in clearance fit with the second pin hole 42, and the wearing plate 2 can rotate around the pin shaft 4. The abrasion strip 1 and the abrasion plate 2 rotate around the fixed shaft through the pin shaft 4, and the structure is simple and reliable. The pin shaft 4 is arranged at the central position of the wearing strip 1, and the second pin hole 42 is arranged at the central position of the wearing plate 2, so that the stress environment of the wearing strip 1 and the wearing plate 2 in the working process is more stable.
The bellows assembly is a flexible member, and both ends are connected to the front and rear vehicle bodies, respectively. When the rail vehicle turns, the car coupler drives the wearing plate 2, the wearing plate 2 drives the wearing strip 1, the wearing strip 1 drives the folding shed middle connecting frame 3 to deviate to the outer side of the curve, and the folding shed assembly is adapted to the position change of the folding shed middle connecting frame 3 to deform to a certain extent. In the process, the connecting position of the wearing strip 1 and the middle connecting frame 3 of the bellows and the connecting position of the wearing plate 2 and the car coupler cannot move relatively, so that the motion requirement of the bellows assembly in steering is met.
Through wearing and tearing strip 1 and the 3 fixed connection of bellows intermediate junction frame, spacing has been carried out on bellows intermediate junction frame 3 in the length direction of the car for the deformation of two bellows bodies in the front and back of bellows intermediate junction frame 3 keeps at certain limit, has guaranteed the stability of link-up way when rail vehicle turns to.
When the rail vehicle turns, the wearing strip 1 and the wearing plate 2 can freely rotate around the axis of the pin shaft 4, so that the wearing strip 1 and the wearing plate 2 are prevented from generating transverse offset friction and rotary clamping, serious abnormal sound and abrasion caused by the transverse offset friction and the rotary clamping are effectively eliminated, riding comfort is guaranteed, and the service life of the wearing assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention is prolonged.
The first friction surface 10 of the wear strip 1 is in contact engagement with the second friction surface 20 of the wear plate 2 and the wear strip 1 and the wear plate 2 undergo a rotational movement therebetween. Because the friction area of the rotary motion between the abrasion strip 1 and the abrasion plate 2 is larger than the friction area of the transverse offset motion, the friction force on the unit area of the rotary motion friction surface is smaller than the friction force on the unit area of the transverse offset motion friction surface, the abrasion concentration is avoided, the abrasion and abnormal sound generated in the working process of the abrasion assembly are greatly reduced, and the service life of the abrasion assembly is prolonged.
The wear plate 1 is made of a metal material. Preferably, the wear plate 1 is made of carbon steel. The carbon steel can meet the strength requirement of the abrasion plate on complex stress in the working process, and is easy to obtain and convenient to cast.
In another embodiment of the present invention, wear plate 1 is made of a non-metallic wear resistant material. Preferably, wear plate 1 is made of nylon or ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene refers to unbranched linear polyethylene having a molecular weight of 150 ten thousand or more. The nylon and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene have strong wear resistance and self-lubricating property, higher strength, stable chemical property and strong ageing resistance, and can effectively reduce the wear and abnormal sound generated in the working process of the wear assembly.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the second bolt hole 2a further includes a bolt head hole 2aa and a bolt shank hole 2 ab. Wherein the diameter of the bolt head hole 2aa is larger than the diameter of the bolt shank hole 2 ab. When the bolt is matched with the second bolt hole 2a, the bolt head is matched with the bolt head hole 2aa, so that the top of the bolt head is lower than the second friction surface 20, and the interference between the bolt head and the rotation motion of the wear strip 1 is avoided.
In the through passage provided by the embodiment of the invention, the two folding shed bodies are connected through the middle connecting frame 3 of the folding shed. Because the folding shed body is a flexible part, the folding shed assembly has a sinking trend for a through passage with larger length. The car coupler is connected with the middle connecting frame 3 of the folding shed through the abrasion assembly provided by the embodiment of the invention, so that the car coupler plays a supporting role on the middle connecting frame of the folding shed, and the sinking of the folding shed assembly is avoided.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the bellows assembly further includes a wear strip mounting frame 31, as shown in fig. 11. The wearing block mounting frame 31 is a hollow frame, and its longitudinal section is rectangular. The top of the wearing strip mounting frame 31 is welded with the bottom frame 30 of the folding shed middle connecting frame 3. Two side surfaces of the wear strip mounting frame 31 are provided with three third bolt holes 3a, and six third bolt holes 3a in total. The wearing strip mounting frame 31 is fixedly connected with the wearing strip 1 through bolts. The wearing strip mounting frame 31 replaces the folding shed middle connecting frame 3 to be connected with the wearing strip 1 through bolts, and plays a role in protecting the folding shed middle connecting frame 3.

As shown in fig. 8, the pin 4 is provided on the wear plate 2 at a central position above the wear plate 2; preferably, the abrasion plate 2 is fixedly connected with the pin shaft 4 through welding or bolts, so that the processes of pin hole punching, assembly and the like are saved; in another embodiment of the invention, the wear plate 2 and the pin 4 may also be integrally formed. As shown in fig. 6, the pin 4 is in clearance fit with the first pin hole 41, and the wear strip 1 can rotate relatively around the pin 4.
The abrasion strip 1 and the abrasion plate 2 rotate around the fixed shaft through the pin shaft 4, and the structure is simple and reliable. The pin shaft 4 is arranged at the central position of the wearing plate 2, and the first pin hole 41 is arranged at the central position of the wearing strip 1, so that the stress environment of the wearing strip 1 and the wearing plate 2 in the working process is more stable.
