The third screw 89 is screwed into the fourth threaded hole 431 of the bottom plate 4 through the first washer 88, the damping member 87 and the first through groove 86 in sequence, so that the bearing plate 8 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 4. In this embodiment, the number of the first through grooves 86, the number of the damping members 87, the number of the first gaskets 88 and the number of the third screws 89 are two.
The pivoting portion 9 includes a third side 91. The pivot joint 9 is opened with a fifth receiving slot 911 penetrating the third side 91, and the fifth receiving slot 911 is used for receiving a part of the tension spring 2 and a part of the guide 3. The pivot portion 9 is opened with a second stepped hole 92, and the second stepped hole 92 is communicated with the fifth receiving slot 911. The pivoting portion 9 further includes a first pin 94. In this embodiment, the number of the first pins 94 and the number of the second stepped holes 92 are three, one of the three first pins 94 passes through one corresponding second stepped hole 92 and is received in the second connection end 22 of the extension spring 2, and the remaining two of the three first pins 94 respectively pass through two corresponding second stepped holes 92 and are in threaded connection with the two third threaded holes 33 of the guide 3, so that the pivot portion 9 is connected to the extension spring 2 and the guide 3.
The pivot portion 9 has a first pin hole 93 at an end opposite to the end where the fifth receiving slot 911 is located. The pivot portion 9 further includes a second pin 95, a second pad 96, a third pad 97 and a third pin 98, the second pin 95 passes through the second pad 96 and is partially received in one end of the first pin hole 93, and the third pin 98 passes through the third pad 97 and is partially received in the other end of the first pin hole 93.
The tension spring 2 passes through the guide slot 31 of the guide member 3, the first connecting end 21 is sleeved on the first connecting post 13 of the bottom case 1, one of the three first pins 94 passes through a corresponding second stepped hole 92 and is received in the second connecting end 22, so that the tension spring 2 is connected to the bottom case 1 and the pivoting portion 9, and the remaining two of the three first pins 94 respectively pass through the corresponding two second stepped holes 92 and are in threaded connection with the two third threaded holes 33, so that the guide member 3 is connected to the pivoting portion 9.
The first stepped holes 54 of the two connecting arms 5 are respectively sleeved on the two second connecting posts 43 of the bottom plate 4, so that the two connecting arms 5 are rotatably connected to the bottom plate 4. One ends of the first shaft holes 55 of the two connecting arms 5 are respectively accommodated in the second accommodating grooves 62 of the two clamping members 6, and the two connecting arms 5 are respectively rotatably connected with the two clamping members 6 through the two connecting shafts 56. The three first screws 46 respectively pass through the three second through holes 84 of the loading plate 8, the three first through holes 45 of the bottom plate 4, and the second threaded holes 131 and the two first threaded holes 113 of the bottom case 1 to be in threaded connection, so that the bottom plate 4 is fixed on the bottom case 1. Two third screws 89 respectively penetrate through the two first gaskets 88, the two damping members 87, the two first through grooves 86 of the bearing plate 8 and the two fourth threaded holes 431 of the bottom plate 4 to be in threaded connection, and three second screws 47 respectively penetrate through the three sixth threaded holes 85 of the bearing plate 8 and the three fifth threaded holes 44 of the bottom plate 4 to be in threaded connection, so that the bearing plate 8 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 4. The first elastic piece 71 of the first elastic member 7 is disposed in the fourth receiving groove 83, the second elastic piece 72 is disposed in the third receiving groove 82, and the first elastic piece 71 and the second elastic piece 72 protrude from the fourth surface 81.
The second clamping member 10b includes a connecting portion 301, a first connecting body 306 and a second elastic member 307. The connecting portion 301 is rotatably connected to the pivot portion 9 and includes a connecting surface 3011. The connecting portion 301 is opened with a connecting groove 3012. The connecting slot 3012 penetrates the connecting surface 3011 and the surface of the connecting portion 301 perpendicular to the connecting surface 3011, and is used to receive a portion of the pivot portion 9. The connecting portion 301 has a first connecting hole 3013 and a second connecting hole 3014, and a central axis of the first connecting hole 3013 substantially coincides with a central axis of the second connecting hole 3014. In this embodiment, the first connection hole 3013 and the second connection hole 3014 are both connected to the connection groove 3012.
The connecting portion 301 further has a first receiving slot 3015, and the first receiving slot 3015 penetrates the connecting surface 3011. In this embodiment, the first receiving slot 3015 is used to receive part of the second elastic element 307; the number of the first receiving grooves 3015 is two, and two first receiving grooves 3015 are arranged at intervals. The connecting portion 301 further defines a receiving portion 3016, the receiving portion 3016 is located between the two first receiving slots 3015, and is configured to receive a portion of the connecting member 302.
The first connecting body 306 is used to clamp the object together with two clamping members 6, and includes a fixing surface 3061. The first connecting body 306 has a fitting hole 3062 formed therethrough and extending through the fixing surface 3061, and the fitting hole 3062 is formed to receive a portion of the threaded shaft 3022 of the connecting member 302. The first connecting body 306 has a third receiving groove 3063 penetrating the fixing surface 3061, and the third receiving groove 3063 is used for receiving a part of the second elastic element 307.
The second pin 95 passes through the second pad 96 and the second connection hole 3014 and is screwed into one end of the first pin hole 93 of the pivot part 9; the third pin 98 passes through the third pad 97 and the first connection hole 3013 and is screwed into the other end of the first pin hole 93 of the pivot portion 9, so that the pivot portion 9 is rotatably connected to the connection portion 301, and the first fastening member 10a can rotate around the central axis of the second connection hole 3014 of the second fastening member 10 b. The pivot portion 9 is partially received in the connecting slot 3012 of the connecting portion 301.
The adapter 30 is rotatably connected to a carrier (not shown), and includes a connector 302, a nut 303, a retainer ring 304, a carrier 308, and a chuck 309. The adapter 30 is connected to the carrier via the connector 302, and the connector 302 and the carrier can be connected by a thread or a snap-fit.
The connecting member 302 is screwed to the carrier, and includes a knob 3021 and a threaded shaft 3022 connected to the knob 3021. The knob 3021 defines a second receiving groove 3023, and the second receiving groove 3023 is used for receiving a portion of the nut 303. One end of the threaded shaft 3022 is fixed on the bottom surface of the second receiving groove 3023, and the other end thereof passes through the nut 303, the retaining ring 304, the damping member 305, the first connecting body 306, the carrier 308 and the chuck 309 to be threadedly connected with the carrier. In this embodiment, the damping member 305 is a damping ring; it is understood that in other embodiments, the damping member 305 may be other forms of damping elements.
The retainer ring 304 is located between the nut 303 and the damping member 305, and is used to prevent the nut 303 from loosening. The retainer ring 304 is provided with an inner annular hole 3041, and the inner annular hole 3041 is a non-circular hole. The damping member 305 is used for providing a rotation resistance when the holding part 10 rotates relative to the adaptor part 30; when the external force for rotating the holder 10 is removed, the rotational resistance keeps the holder 10 at an arbitrary position with respect to the adapter 30. In this embodiment, the number of the damping members 305 is two, two damping members 305 are respectively located at two sides of the first connecting body 306, one of the two damping members 305 abuts against the first connecting body 306 and the carrier 308, and the other damping member 305 is located between the retaining ring 304 and the first connecting body 306 and abuts against the first connecting body 306; it is understood that in other embodiments, the number of damping members 305 may be increased or decreased as desired.
The carrier 308 passes through one of the damping members 305 and is connected to the first connecting body 306, which includes a body 3081 and an optical axis 3082 connected to the body 3081. The optical axis 3082 is a non-cylindrical body, which includes a mating surface 3083, the mating surface 3083 is mated with the inner ring hole 3041 to limit the rotation of the retainer ring 304 around the optical axis 3082.
In this embodiment, the mating surface 3083 is a plane; the number of the mating surfaces 3083 is two, and the two mating surfaces 3083 are disposed opposite to each other. The carrier 308 defines a third through hole 3084. The third through hole 3084 penetrates the body 3081 and the optical axis 3082, and is used for the threaded shaft 3022 of the connecting element 302 to pass through. The supporting body 308 further defines a fourth receiving groove 3085, and the optical axis 3082 is fixed on a bottom surface of the fourth receiving groove 3085.
The chuck 309 is fixedly connected to the carrier 308, and has a through hole 3091. The through hole 3091 is for the threaded shaft 3022 of the connector 302 to pass through. The chuck 309 further comprises a gripping portion 3092, the gripping portion 3092 being connected to the carrier. In this embodiment, the chucking part 3092 includes a plurality of gear teeth (not shown) arranged in a circumferential direction of the chuck 309 on one end surface of the chuck 309; it is understood that in other embodiments, the securing portion 3092 can have other configurations, such as the securing portion 3092 can be formed by a plurality of spaced apart protrusions.
When assembled, the chuck 309 is secured to the carrier 308. The optical axis 3082 of the carrier 308 sequentially passes through one damping member 305, the first connecting body 306, one damping member 305, the retainer ring 304 and the nut 303, so that the optical axis 3082 is connected to the two damping members 305, the first connecting body 306, the retainer ring 304 and the nut 303. The threaded shaft 3022 of the connector 302 is threaded through the third through hole 3084 of the carrier 308 to couple with the carrier. The nut 303 is partially received in the second receiving groove 3023 of the connector 302, and the connector 302 and the nut 303 are not screwed together. The retainer ring 304 is supported against one side of the first connecting body 306 by the corresponding damping member 305. The carrier 308 supports the corresponding damping member 305 against the other side of the first connecting body 306. The two engagement surfaces 3083 are engaged with the inner ring hole 3041 to limit the rotation of the retainer ring 304 around the optical axis 3082, thereby preventing the nut 303 from loosening.
The link 301 is fixed to the first connecting body 306, and the knob 3021 of the link 302 is partially received in the receiving portion 3016 of the link 301. The second elastic element 307 is partially accommodated in the two first accommodating grooves 3015 and the third accommodating groove 3063, and the second elastic element 307 is connected to the connecting portion 301 and the first connecting body 306. The central axis of the optical axis 3082 is perpendicular to the central axis of the second connection hole 3014. It is understood that in other embodiments, the damping member 305 may be provided on the catch 10.
Referring to fig. 4, a cradle head 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 201 and the clamping structure 100 connected to the main body 201, where the main body 201 is the above-mentioned carrying member. The threaded shaft 3022 of the connector 302 of the clamp structure 100 is threadedly coupled to the body 201. The main body 201 includes an engaging portion 2011, and the engaging portion 2011 abuts against the fastening portion 3092 of the chuck 309 of the clamping structure 100, so that the chuck 309 is connected to the main body 201. In the present embodiment, the engaging portion 2011 is a disk tooth.
Referring to fig. 5, when the holder 200 holds an object (not shown), one end of the object is supported against the second elastic member 307 of the holding structure 100. According to the distance between the end of the object abutting against the second elastic member 307 and the other end opposite to the end, the clamping part 10 is pulled to adjust the distance between the second elastic member 307 and the clamping member 6, the tension spring 2 is elastically deformed, and the bottom case 1, the tension spring 2, the bottom plate 4, the connecting arm 5, the clamping member 6, the first elastic member 7 and the bearing plate 8 are gradually far away from the second elastic member 307 along the length direction of the guide groove 31 of the guide member 3; meanwhile, the two clamping members 6 rotate around the two second connecting posts 43 of the bottom plate 4, respectively, so that the two clamping members 6 and the second elastic member 307 clamp the object together. Two corners of one end of the object are respectively received in the two receiving slots 64 of the clamping member 6, so that the object is prevented from sliding out of the clamping structure 100 when being vibrated.
When the object needs to change the angle, an external force is applied to the clamping structure 100 to overcome the rotation resistance provided by the two damping members 305 to the rotation of the holding part 10 around the optical axis 3082 of the supporting body 308 relative to the main body 201, so that the clamping structure 100 is in a rotation state, and the holding part 10 can rotate to any angle relative to the adapter part 30. When the external force disappears after the object is rotated to a desired angle, the holding structure 100 is in a locked state, and the rotational resistance maintains the holding part 10 at an arbitrary angle with respect to the main body 201.
When the object needs to be removed from the holding structure 100, the holding part 10 slides in a direction away from the main body 201 to move away from the main body 201, and the object is taken out from the holding structure 100. The catching part 10 is restored to the original position by the elastic force of the tension spring 2.
Referring to fig. 6, when the pan/tilt head 200 is not in use, the two clamping members 6 rotate towards the bottom shell 1 around the second connecting column 43 of the bottom plate 4, so that the two clamping members 6 and the two connecting arms 5 are respectively and partially accommodated in the two first accommodating grooves 42 of the bottom shell 1. The retaining part 10 rotates towards the main body 201 relative to the adapter part 30, so that the retaining part 10 is close to the main body 201, and the main body 201 is opposite to the retaining part 10, thereby facilitating the storage of the holder 200.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the clamping structure 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the clamping structure 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, except that two damping members 305 are omitted from the clamping structure 300, and the nut 303, the retaining ring 304 and the carrier 308 are omitted from the adapting portion 40 of the clamping structure 300. The adapter 40 further includes an elastic body 401, a spring 402 and a support member 403. The supporting member 403 has a receiving hole 4031.
The clamping part 10 is connected to the adapter part 40. The elastic body 401 is sleeved on the threaded shaft 3022 of the connecting member 302, and the threaded shaft 3022 of the connecting member 302 passes through the matching hole 3062 of the first connecting body 306, the receiving hole 4031 of the supporting member 403 and the through hole 3091 of the chuck 309. One end of the elastic body 401 is connected to the bottom surface of the second receiving groove 3023 of the connecting member 302, and the other end is connected to the surface of the abutting member 403 opposite to the first connecting body 306. The clamp spring 402 is disposed on the threaded shaft 3022, the chuck 309 abuts against the clamp spring 402, and the clamp spring 402 is used for preventing the chuck 309 from moving along the axial direction of the threaded shaft 3022. The connecting portion 301 is fixedly connected to the first connecting body 306, and the connecting member 302 is partially received in the receiving portion 3016 of the connecting portion 301. The second elastic element 307 is connected to the connecting portion 301 and the first connecting body 306.
Referring to fig. 10, a cradle head 400 according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is substantially the same as the cradle head 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, except that the holding structure 100 is omitted from the cradle head 400, and the cradle head 400 further includes the holding structure 300. The threaded shaft 3022 of the connector 302 of the clamp structure 300 is threadedly coupled to the body 201. The chuck 309 can be clamped to the main body 201 to limit the adapter 40 from loosening relative to the main body 201. The engaging portion 2011 of the main body 201 of the holder 400 abuts against or disengages from the fastening portion 3092 of the chuck 309 of the clamping structure 300, so that the clamping structure 300 is in a locked state or a rotatable state, and the rotation of the clamping structure 300 is realized or the clamping structure 300 is limited to any stop position.
When the object held by the holding structure 300 needs to change the angle, the elastic body 401 is elastically deformed by an external force, the chuck 309 is in a movable state, and slides in a direction away from the main body 201 to disengage from the main body 201, and the holding structure 300 is in a rotating state, and the holding structure 300 can rotate to any angle relative to the main body 201. When the external force disappears after the object is rotated to a desired angle, the elastic body 401 is deformed, the chuck 309 is restored to the original position by the elastic force of the elastic body 401 through the abutting member 403, and is in the locked state, the clamping portion 3092 of the chuck 309 abuts against the engaging portion 2011 of the main body 201, so that the holding structure 300 is held at an arbitrary angle with respect to the main body 201, and the holding structure 300 is in the locked state.
The holder provided by the invention further comprises an actuating mechanism 202. The actuator 202 is used to carry a camera, such as a camera. The main body 201 is rotatably connected to the actuator 202. The head further comprises a control system 203, the control system 203 being arranged on the main body 201. The control system 203 includes a mode button 2031 and a rotation button 2032. The mode button 2031 is used for controlling the mode, such as the working mode and the non-working mode, of the actuator 202 of the pan/tilt head. When the actuator 202 is in the working mode, the rotation button 2032 can control the actuator 202 to drive the camera to rotate a predetermined angle relative to the main body 201. In the present embodiment, the predetermined angle is 660 °.
By adopting the clamping structure and the holder with the clamping structure, the adapter part is connected with the bearing part through the connecting piece, the chuck can be clamped on the main body to limit the adapter part from loosening relative to the main body, and the elastic body elastically supports against the chuck and enables the chuck to clamp the main body. The angle adjustment of the object clamped by the clamping structure can be realized by rotating the clamping structure, and the operation is simple and convenient.
