Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cloth belt for a zipper.
The invention also relates to a zipper comprising the zipper cloth belt.
Background
Zippers are widely used in various fields as a daily product, and are widely used in articles such as clothing and bags. Currently, there are mainly three kinds of zippers, nylon zippers, resin zippers and metal zippers, which have main components such as cloth tapes, zipper teeth, sliders, etc., regardless of the type of the zippers. Functionally, the zipper is mainly used for opening and closing articles, but in some industries, especially in the clothing industry, the zipper is sometimes required to have other functions as required, such as: and (5) light weight. Chinese patent application No. 201080069345.2 discloses a webbing (i.e., a tape) for a slide fastener, which provides a webbing for a slide fastener having both portability and strength by providing a count of warp yarns, a warp density of warp yarns (i.e., a count density of warp yarns), a count of weft yarns, and a weft density of weft yarns (i.e., a count density of weft yarns) of yarns constituting the webbing. However, with the development of technology, there is a demand for lighter weight of the cloth tape, and it is obvious that the cloth tape in the prior art cannot meet the demand for lighter weight. In addition, since the length of the tape is much longer than the width of the tape, when the slide fastener having the tape is attached to an article, the tape receives a large force in its width direction, and due to the lightweight design of the tape, the side pull strength thereof is very weak, resulting in a very weak tape.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-described drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a fastener tape that is more lightweight and that can effectively improve the side pull strength of the tape.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a tape for a slide fastener, wherein the warp count of warp yarn constituting the tape is set to 22dTex to 28dTex, and the warp density of the warp yarn is set to 205 pieces/inch to 231 pieces/inch; the count of the weft yarn of the yarn constituting the tape is set to 81dTex to 87dTex, the weft density of the weft yarn is set to 42 yarns/inch to 48 yarns/inch, and the weft yarn is a multifilament yarn formed by bundling 33 to 39 monofilaments. In the cloth belt for the zipper, by setting the warp yarn count, warp density, weft yarn count, weft yarn weft density and weft yarn multifilament structure of yarns forming the cloth belt, the strength of the cloth belt, particularly the side pull strength of the cloth belt along the width direction, is effectively improved while the cloth belt can be lighter, the durability of the cloth belt is greatly improved, the cloth belt has light and thin degree, light weight and strength, and various requirements are met.
In the above-described preferable mode of the fastener tape, the count of warp yarn is set to 25dTex, the warp density of warp yarn is set to 210 to 226 yarns/inch, the count of weft yarn is set to 84dTex, the weft density of weft yarn is set to 43 to 46 yarns/inch, and the weft yarn is a multifilament formed by bundling 36 monofilaments.
After the cloth belt is woven by using the set characteristics, the thickness of the cloth belt is 0.1-0.2 mm, and compared with the cloth belt in the prior art, the thickness of the cloth belt is lighter and thinner, and further lighter weight of the cloth belt is realized.
Further, when the yarns are used for weaving cloth belts, the warp yarns and the weft yarns are interwoven one by one, and the finally woven cloth belts are in plain weave, so that the strength and the durability of the cloth belts are ensured; moreover, as the warp yarns and the weft yarns are very thin, the cloth belt with plain weave still has better softness, thereby ensuring the texture of the cloth belt.
After the woven cloth tape is woven using the above-set characteristics, the cloth tape is thin and lightweight, and therefore, even if a transparent yarn is not used, the cloth tape can have a transparent feel, and in this embodiment, the transmittance of light of the cloth tape is 15% to 30%.
Preferably, in order to further improve the light transmittance of the cloth tape, the cloth tape is made of PET, PP, or PA.
According to the preferable scheme of the cloth belt for the zipper, the periphery of the cloth belt is provided with the belt edge part, the belt edge part is obtained after ultrasonic cutting, the cloth belt can be effectively prevented from being loosened at the position of the belt edge part on the premise that a woven edge line is not required to be arranged, and the thickness of the belt edge part is ensured to be very close to the thickness of the rest part of the cloth belt.
The invention also provides a zipper, which comprises two rows of zipper strips, a slider and a pair of cloth strips, wherein the inner side edges of the cloth strips are respectively provided with one row of zipper strips, and the slider is clamped on the two rows of zipper strips to realize the engagement or separation of the two rows of zipper strips.
According to the preferable scheme of the zipper, the zipper is a nylon zipper, and the dental chain belt is spiral coil-shaped and is sewn and fixed on the cloth belt through a dental chain sewing line.
In the preferable mode of the nylon zipper, a turnup part is formed after the inner edge of the cloth belt is turned over along the width direction of the cloth belt, the turnup part and the part of the cloth belt overlapped with the turnup part form a zipper tooth installation part of the cloth belt, and the zipper tooth belt is sewn and fixed on the zipper tooth installation part through a zipper tooth sewing line; along the width direction of the cloth belt, the zipper tooth sewing thread sewn on the zipper tooth mounting part is positioned between the two ends of the zipper tooth mounting part, so that the zipper tooth belt is convenient to sew.
As described above, the tape for slide fastener and the slide fastener according to the present invention have the following advantageous effects:
In the cloth belt for the zipper and the zipper, by setting the warp yarn count, warp density, weft yarn count, weft density and weft multifilament structure of yarns constituting the cloth belt, the strength of the cloth belt, particularly the lateral pulling strength of the cloth belt along the width direction, is effectively improved while the lighter cloth belt can be obtained, the durability of the cloth belt is greatly improved, the cloth belt has light thinness, light weight and strength, and the requirements of multiple aspects are met.

It should be understood that the structures, proportions, sizes, etc. shown in the drawings are for illustration purposes only and should not be construed as limiting the invention to the extent that it can be practiced, since modifications, changes in the proportions, or adjustments of the sizes, which are otherwise, used in the practice of the invention, are included in the spirit and scope of the invention which is otherwise, without departing from the spirit or scope thereof. Also, the terms such as "upper," "lower," "left," "right," "middle," and "a" and the like are used herein for descriptive purposes only and not for purposes of limitation, and are intended to limit the scope of the invention as defined by the claims and the relative terms thereof as construed as corresponding to the claims.
In the following examples, the directions are defined as follows: the longitudinal direction of the slide fastener is defined as the front-rear direction, the width direction of the slide fastener is defined as the left-right direction, the directions orthogonal to both the front-rear direction and the left-right direction are defined as the up-down direction, the direction in which the slider 5 moves toward the upper stopper portion 7 of the slide fastener is defined as the front direction, and the direction in which the slider 5 moves toward the lower stopper portion 8 of the slide fastener is defined as the rear direction. Therefore, the front-rear direction coincides with the moving direction of the slider 5 in the slide fastener, and the up-down direction coincides with the thickness direction of the tape 3 in the slide fastener. Or as shown in fig. 3, the upper side of the paper is the front direction, the lower side of the paper is the rear direction, the left side of the paper is the left direction, the right side of the paper is the right direction, the front side of the paper is the upper direction, and the back side of the paper is the lower direction.
The application provides a cloth belt 3 for a zipper, which realizes lighter weight and lighter weight of the cloth belt 3 and can ensure the strength of the cloth belt 3, in particular the side pull strength of the cloth belt 3 in the width direction. The cloth belt 3 for the zipper adopts the following structure: as shown in fig. 1, the count of warp yarn 1 (i.e., vertical yarn extending in the front-rear direction) constituting the yarn of tape 3 is set to 22dTex to 28dTex, and the warp density of warp yarn 1 is set to 205/inch to 231/inch (i.e., 80/cm to 91/cm); the count of weft yarn 2 (i.e., a lateral yarn extending in the left-right direction) constituting the yarn of tape 3 is set to 81dTex to 87dTex, the weft density of weft yarn 2 is set to 42 pieces/inch to 48 pieces/inch (i.e., 16 pieces/cm to 19 pieces/cm), and weft yarn 2 is a multifilament formed by bundling 33 to 39 monofilaments. In the fastener tape 3, the warp yarn count, warp density, weft yarn count, weft yarn weft density, and weft yarn multifilament structure of the yarns constituting the tape 3 are set, so that the tape 3 is made thinner and lighter. In particular, since the tape 3 is long in the front-rear direction and short in the left-right direction, when the slide fastener is attached to an article such as clothing, the urging force to the slide fastener is mainly from the width direction of the slide fastener, or in other words, the tape 3 is mainly subjected to the side pull strength in the width direction thereof; in the present application, the weft yarns 2 among the yarns constituting the tape 3 are always thicker than the warp yarns 1, and each weft yarn 2 is formed by forming a multifilament from a bundle of 33 to 39 monofilaments, so that the side tensile strength of the tape 3 in the width direction can be increased to a large extent, and the tape 3 which is extremely lightweight, thin and durable. Therefore, the fastener tape 3 according to the present application has a light weight, a low weight, and a high strength, and can satisfy various requirements.
In the preferable mode of the fastener tape, the count of the warp yarn 1 is set to 25dTex (i.e., 22.5D), the warp density of the warp yarn 1 is set to 210 to 226 yarns/inch (i.e., 83 to 89 yarns/cm), the count of the weft yarn 2 is set to 84dTex, the weft density of the weft yarn 2 is set to 43 to 46 yarns/inch (i.e., 17 to 18 yarns/cm), the warp yarn 1 is a monofilament, the weft yarn 2 is a multifilament formed by bundling 36 monofilaments, and the lightness and thinness of the tape 3 can be maximized on the premise of ensuring the strength of the tape 3.
Further, when the yarn is used for weaving the cloth belt 3, the warp yarns 1 and the weft yarns 2 are interwoven one by one, and the whole cloth belt 3 finally woven is in a plain weave so as to ensure the strength and the durability of the cloth belt 3 and ensure that the appearance of the cloth belt 3 is uniform; in addition, since the warp yarn 1 and the weft yarn 2 are very fine, even if the whole cloth belt 3 is in a plain weave, the cloth belt 3 still has good flexibility, and the texture of the cloth belt 3 is ensured. When the cloth belt 3 is produced, firstly, cloth belt blanks woven by warp yarns 1 and weft yarns 2 are obtained, then the cloth belt blanks are subjected to ultrasonic cutting according to the required size of the cloth belt 3, and further the cloth belt 3 is obtained, the front edge, the rear edge, the left edge and the right edge of the cloth belt 3 are all provided with belt edge parts 31, and the belt edge parts 31 are obtained after the cloth belt blanks are subjected to ultrasonic cutting, so that the positions of the belt edge parts 31 are very smooth, phenomena such as fuzzing, spinning and deformation can not occur at the positions of the belt edge parts 31, and the cloth belt 3 can effectively prevent yarns from loosening at the positions of the belt edge parts 31 on the premise that a weaving edge line is not required to be arranged. In addition, since the cloth belt 3 is very light and thin, the thickness of the cloth belt 3 at the belt edge part 31 after ultrasonic cutting is very close to the thickness of the rest part of the cloth belt 3, and the difference between the thickness of the belt edge part 31 and the thickness of the rest part of the cloth belt 3 can not be seen visually, so that the uniformity and the aesthetic degree of the appearance of the cloth belt 3 are greatly improved.
After the cloth belt 3 is woven by using the above-set characteristics, the thickness of the cloth belt 3 is 0.1-0.2 mm, and compared with the cloth belt in the prior art, the cloth belt is lighter and thinner, and further lighter weight of the cloth belt 3 is realized. Further, since the cloth tape 3 is extremely thin and lightweight, the cloth tape 3 can have a transparent feeling even without using a transparent yarn. The transmittance experiments of light were performed on the black tape 3 and the white tape 3 using a spectrophotometer, and the experimental results are shown in table 1 and fig. 2, and in fig. 2, a curve A1 is an experimental result curve of the black tape 3, and a curve A1 is an experimental result curve of the white tape 3, so that it is known that: the transmittance of the cloth tape 3 is 15% to 30%, the transmittance of the black cloth tape 3 is about 20.22%, and the transmittance of the white cloth tape 3 is about 24.53%.
Table 1 transmittance of light corresponding to black tape and white tape under irradiation of light of different wavelengths
In order to further increase the light transmittance of the cloth tape 3, the cloth tape 3 is made of PET, PP, or PA.
The present invention also provides a slide fastener, as shown in fig. 3, which basically comprises a pair of tapes 3 as described above, two rows of dental tapes 4, a slider 5, a pull tab 6, an upper stopper 7 and a lower stopper 8; wherein, two cloth belts 3 in a pair of cloth belts 3 extend back and forth and are arranged side by side left and right; two rows of zipper strips 4 are respectively arranged at the inner side edge of each cloth belt 3, and each row of zipper strips 4 is composed of a plurality of zipper teeth which are arranged front and back; the slider 5 is clamped on the two rows of dental stringers 4 and moves back and forth along the extending direction of the dental stringers 4 for realizing engagement or separation of the two rows of dental stringers 4; the pull tab 6 is arranged on the pull head 5, so that a user can hold the pull tab 6 to drive the pull head 5 to move forwards and backwards conveniently; an upper stopper 7 provided at the front end of the fastener stringer 4 for restricting the slider 5 from being separated from the fastener stringer 4 forward from the front end of the fastener stringer 4 when the fastener is closed; a lower stopper 8 is provided at the rear end of the fastener tape 4 for restricting the slider 5 from being released from the fastener tape 4 rearward from the rear end of the fastener tape 4 when the slide fastener is unzipped, and the lower stopper 8 also allows the rear ends of the two rows of fastener tapes 4 not to be separated when they are engaged. Preferably, the zipper is a nylon zipper or a coil zipper; in the nylon slide fastener, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the fastener tape 4 is spirally wound and is sewn and fixed to the tape 3 by a fastener tape sewing thread 9.
Further, each tape 3 has a fastener element attaching portion 32 and a tape body portion 33, the fastener element attaching portion 32 is located inside the tape 3 and extends forward and backward for attaching the fastener tape 4, the rest of the tape 3 except the fastener element attaching portion 32 constitutes the tape body portion 33, and in the nylon slide fastener, the fastener tape 4 is sewn and fixed to the fastener element attaching portion 32 by the fastener element sewing thread 9. Since the cloth tape 3 is very thin and light, the fastener element mounting part 32 has an upper and lower two-layer structure in order to facilitate sewing of the fastener tape 4; specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the inner edge of the cloth tape 3 is formed with a turnup part 34 after being turned over along the width direction of the cloth tape 3, the turnup part 34 is located at the lower side, and the turnup part 34 and the part of the cloth tape 3 overlapped with the turnup part 34 jointly form the element mounting part 32 of the cloth tape 3, so that the part of the cloth tape 3 located above the turnup part 34 and overlapped with the turnup part 34 forms the upper layer structure of the element mounting part 32, the turnup part 34 forms the lower layer structure of the element mounting part 32, the thickness and the hardness of the element mounting part 32 of the upper layer structure and the lower layer structure are obviously improved, and the sewing of the element chain belt 4 is facilitated. As shown in fig. 4, the fastener thread 9 sewn to the fastener element attaching portion 32 is located between both ends of the fastener element attaching portion 32 in the width direction of the tape 3, that is, the width of the fastener element attaching portion 32 is larger than the distance between the left and right fastener element threads 9 sewn to the fastener element attaching portion 32, that is, the left end of the fastener element attaching portion 32 passes left and right across the left Duan Lian thread 91 on the fastener element attaching portion 32 and the right end of the fastener element attaching portion 32 passes right and left fastener element threads 92 on the fastener element attaching portion 32.
