The weighing mechanism comprises a weighing plate (41), a weighing top plate (42), a weighing support plate (43) and two cantilever beam weighing sensors (40); when the fruit and vegetable tray is weighed by the weighing mechanism, the control module records the tray number of the fruit and vegetable tray, the base of the fruit and vegetable tray mechanism passes through the weighing plate during weighing, the long top plate on the turnover frame of the fruit and vegetable tray mechanism is pressed on the weighing plate connected with the cantilever weighing sensor, and the cantilever weighing sensor acquires the weight of fruits and vegetables borne by the fruit and vegetable tray by collecting the pressure exerted by the fruit and vegetable tray through the long top plate; the collected fruit and vegetable weight data are transmitted to a control module for processing; the control module correlates the weight of the fruits and vegetables carried by the received fruit and vegetable tray with the tray number of the fruit and vegetable tray.

The reciprocating ellipsoidal fruit and vegetable sorting and boxing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fruit and vegetable trays are used for receiving fruit and vegetable materials conveyed by the feeding mechanism, and driven by the annular conveying belt, the fruit and vegetable trays are firstly weighed by the weighing mechanism and then conveyed to the distributing and discharging mechanism for sorting;
The outlet of the sorting and discharging mechanism is also provided with a waste channel; when the fruit and vegetable materials carried by the fruit and vegetable tray are weighed and then judged by the control module to be in accordance with the sorting weight requirement of any one of the discharging channels, the fruit and vegetable tray can be poured into the discarding channel after reaching the sorting discharging mechanism.

The reciprocating ellipsoidal fruit and vegetable sorting and boxing system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the discharging channel is communicated with the fruit and vegetable loading box (12) through a discharging guide rail, and the conveying surface of the discharging guide rail comprises a plurality of rollers with flexible materials wrapped on the outer layers so as to reduce damage of fruits and vegetables in the discharging process; the waste channel is communicated with a fruit and vegetable cache filling box (60); the feeding transmission surface of the feeding mechanism is a U-shaped slope (51) for conveying fruit and vegetable materials.

A reciprocating ellipsoidal fruit and vegetable sorting and boxing system in accordance with claim 3, wherein: the control module comprises an STM32 control chip; the control module associates sorting weights with each fruit and vegetable loading box; when the fruit and vegetable loading box is placed at the discharging channel, the control module sets the sorting weight corresponding to the sorting operation of the discharging channel to be a value matched with the sorting weight of the fruit and vegetable loading box.

The reciprocating ellipsoidal fruit and vegetable sorting and boxing system as defined in claim 4, wherein: the control module is used for sorting the fruits and vegetables in a box, wherein the sorting weight associated with each fruit and vegetable filling box is not less than the corresponding order weight requirement; the sorting weight corresponding to each sorting operation of the discharging channel is distributed to one or more fruit and vegetable trays.

The reciprocating ellipsoidal fruit and vegetable sorting and boxing system as claimed in claim 2, wherein: each discharging channel is provided with a discharging action mechanism, each discharging action mechanism comprises a stretching electromagnet (30) and a wedge-shaped discharging guide block (31), when the fruit and vegetable tray is driven by the annular conveying belt to descend to the discharging channel distributed to the fruit and vegetable tray, the control module outputs a control signal, so that the stretching electromagnet at the discharging channel drives the wedge-shaped inclined surface of the discharging guide block to transversely move to the moving path of the long top plate of the fruit and vegetable tray mechanism, and the long top plate moves upwards and supports the fruit and vegetable tray when moving to the wedge-shaped inclined surface of the discharging guide block, so that the fruit and vegetable tray is overturned towards the direction of the discharging guide rail to pour fruit and vegetable materials into the discharging guide rail;
a wedge-shaped discharging guide block is fixed at the position of the material discarding channel; when the fruit and vegetable trays travel to the discarding channel, the fruit and vegetable trays are jacked by the discharging guide blocks and tilt towards the discarding channel.
7. The reciprocating ellipsoidal fruit and vegetable sorting and boxing system as defined in claim 6, wherein: after leaving the outlet of the sorting and discharging mechanism, the fruit and vegetable trays pass through a tray resetting mechanism under the drive of an annular conveying belt; the tray reset mechanism comprises a jacking plate (32) positioned at the short top plate moving path of the fruit and vegetable tray; a jacking inclined plane is arranged at the jacking plate, and a jacking plate small roller (33) is arranged at the inclined plane of the jacking inclined plane; when the fruit and vegetable tray passes through the tray reset mechanism, the short top plate of the turnover frame of the fruit and vegetable tray mechanism slides and rises at the jacking inclined plane of the jacking plate, so that the fruit and vegetable tray reversely turns over to reset to be in a horizontal posture.
