Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic device and an earphone. The earphone comprises an earphone connecting wire and a second electromagnetic induction structure, wherein a joint is arranged at one end of the earphone connecting wire, and the second electromagnetic induction structure is arranged on the joint. The connector is embedded in the earphone connecting groove, the second electromagnetic induction structure is connected to the first electromagnetic induction structure, and the electronic device transmits signals to the earphone in an electromagnetic induction mode. Therefore, the earphone connecting groove induced by the magnetic field can be sealed, further waterproof and dustproof effects are realized, and corrosion caused by long-term exposure of metal in the air can be avoided. And the groove body of the connecting groove of the earphone induced by the magnetic field occupies less internal space of the electronic device.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of earphone connection structures, and particularly to an electronic device and an earphone.
Background
The length of a common earphone connector is not short, so that the connecting groove for accommodating the connector needs to be matched with the volume of the earphone connector, a large amount of space inside a mobile phone is occupied, and the overall layout of the mobile phone is greatly influenced. Therefore, the defects of the prior art are improved to reduce the occupied space in the mobile phone, so that the reasonable use of the internal space of the mobile phone is facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is that the technical problem cannot be solved by the prior art. In the prior art, the earphone connecting slot of the conventional electronic device occupies a large internal space of the electronic device, which is not favorable for the design and configuration of the internal space of the electronic device.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1 and 2, which are schematic diagrams and cross-sectional views of an electronic device and an earphone according to a first embodiment of the invention. As shown in the drawings, the present embodiment provides an electronic device 1 and a headset 2, which are a headset connecting slot on a side of a housing of an electronic device (such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer), and a headset connector matching with the headset connecting slot. The present embodiment provides an electronic device 1 and an earphone 2, which use an electromagnetic induction method as a transmission means of earphone signals, and replace the existing wired earphone by inserting an audio source connector into an audio source hole, i.e. the connection method of a magnetic field area replaces the direct contact electrical connection method. Moreover, in the embodiment, the earphone connecting groove 111 of the electronic device 1 using electromagnetic induction does not need to have an electrical connection point in direct contact, so that the earphone connecting groove 111 of the electronic device 1 can achieve a design of isolating and sealing the internal space of the electronic device 1 from each other, thereby achieving the waterproof and dustproof effects for the internal space of the electronic device 1, and the internal space of the electronic device 1 occupied by the earphone connecting groove 111 is smaller than the internal space of the electronic device occupied by a general earphone connecting groove, so that the occupation of the internal space of the electronic device 1 can be reduced.
In the present embodiment, the electronic device 1 includes a housing 11, a first electromagnetic induction structure 13 and an electrical connection structure 15. The earphone 2 mounted on the electronic device 1 includes an earphone connecting wire 21 and a second electromagnetic induction structure 23.
As mentioned above, the casing 11 of the electronic device 1 has the earphone connecting slot 111, the first electromagnetic induction structure 13 is disposed on a slot wall of the earphone connecting slot 111, and the electrical connection structure 15 is electrically connected to the first electromagnetic induction structure 13 and a control circuit (not shown) of the electronic device 1. In this embodiment, the first electromagnetic induction structure 13 includes a first coil 131 and a first magnetic member 133, the first coil 131 surrounds the first magnetic member 133, the first magnetic member 133 is disposed on a groove wall of the earphone connecting groove 111, wherein the first coil 131 may be a copper coil, and the first magnetic member 133 may be magnetic steel, but the materials are not limited thereto. The electronic device 1 includes an electrical connection structure 15, wherein the electrical connection structure 15 is electrically connected to the first coil 131. The electrical connection structure 15 includes a circuit board 155, the circuit board 155 has a pad 1551, the circuit board 155 is disposed on a wall of the earphone connection slot 111, the circuit board 155 is electrically connected to the first coil 131, the pad 1551 of the circuit board 155 is electrically connected to an internal control circuit of the electronic device 1, and the electronic device 1 transmits a current signal to the first electromagnetic induction structure 13 through the circuit board 155.
Furthermore, the earphone connecting wire 21 of the earphone 2 has a connector 211, and the second electromagnetic induction structure 23 is disposed on the connector 211. In the present embodiment, the second electromagnetic induction structure 23 includes a second coil 231 and a second magnetic element 233, and the second coil 231 surrounds the second magnetic element 233. The earphone connecting wire 21 has a signal connecting wire 213, the signal connecting wire 213 is electrically connected to the second coil 231, wherein the second coil 231 may be a copper coil, and the second magnetic member 233 may be a magnetic steel, but the above materials are not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the earphone 2 is installed in the electronic device 1 having the earphone connecting slot 111, and the connector 211 of the earphone 2 is embedded in the earphone connecting slot 111 of the housing 11. The second coil 231 of the earphone 2 is placed inside the first magnetic member 133 of the electronic device 1, i.e. the second coil 231 is enclosed by the first magnetic member 133. The second magnetic member 233 of the connector 211 is attracted to the first magnetic member 133 of the wall of the earphone connecting groove 111, so that the connector 211 of the earphone connecting wire 21 can be fixed to the earphone connecting groove 111 of the housing 11.
The internal control circuit of the electronic device 1 transmits a current signal to the electrical connection structure 15, the electrical connection structure 15 transmits the current signal to the first coil 131, the current change of the first coil 131 changes the magnetic strength of the first magnetic member 133, the change of the magnetic strength of the first magnetic member 133 causes the change of the magnetic flux of the second coil 231, so that the second coil 231 generates the current signal, the current signal of the second coil 231 is transmitted to the sound generating unit of the earphone 2 through the signal connection line 213, and the sound generating unit generates a sound source after converting the signal. The number of turns of the first coil 131 and the second coil 231 in the present embodiment is designed according to the calculation of the electromagnetic conversion efficiency.
In this embodiment, the disadvantage of the prior art is improved, the earphone connecting groove of the prior electronic device does not have the waterproof and dustproof effect, and the metal terminal in the prior earphone connecting groove is exposed in the air for a long time, which easily causes the oxidation corrosion of the metal terminal, and the prior earphone connecting groove occupies a larger internal space of the electronic device, which is not beneficial to the design of the internal circuit of the electronic device. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the connector 211 of the earphone connecting wire 21 is embedded in the earphone connecting groove 111 of the housing 11, so that the earphone 2 is connected to the electronic device 1. The first electromagnetic induction structure 13 of the electronic device 1 and the second electromagnetic induction structure 23 of the earphone 2 are used as transmission means of earphone signals in an electromagnetic induction mode. In the embodiment, the earphone connecting groove 111 of the electronic device 1 using electromagnetic induction can completely seal the earphone connecting groove 111 of the electronic device 1 from the internal space of the electronic device 1, so as to achieve the waterproof and dustproof effects, and there is no metal terminal connected to the outside (i.e. no metal terminal directly exposed to the air), so that metal oxidation and corrosion of metal inside the electronic device 1 are not easily caused, and the internal space of the electronic device 1 occupied by the earphone connecting groove 111 is small, so that the occupation of the internal space of the electronic device 1 can be reduced.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic diagram of an electronic device and an earphone according to a second embodiment of the invention. As shown in the figure, the difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is the arrangement of the first coil 131. In this embodiment, the first electromagnetic induction structure 13 includes a first coil 131 and a first magnetic element 133, the first magnetic element 133 is disposed on a wall of the earphone connecting slot 111, the first coil 131 is disposed on the housing 11 and located around the notch of the earphone connecting slot 111 and surrounds the first magnetic element 133, the electronic device 1 includes an electrical connection structure 15, the electrical connection structure 15 is electrically connected to the first coil 131 through an electrical circuit, wherein the electrical connection structure 15 includes a circuit board 155, and the circuit board 155 is disposed on the housing 11 and electrically connected to the first coil 131 and a control circuit of the electronic device 1. The volume of the slot of the earphone connecting slot 111 can be further reduced in the above manner, so that the occupation of the internal space of the electronic device 1 can be reduced.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of an electronic device and an earphone according to a third embodiment of the invention. The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is the arrangement of the electrical connection structure 15. In this embodiment, the electrical connection structure 15 includes an electrical connection line 151 and a spring structure 153, the electrical connection line 151 and the spring structure 153 are used as a structure for replacing the circuit board 155, the electrical connection line 151 is disposed on the inner wall of the housing 11, one end of the electrical connection line 151 is electrically connected to the first coil 131, the other end of the electrical connection line is electrically connected to the spring structure 153, and the spring structure 153 is electrically connected to the control circuit of the electronic device 1. This reduces the use of the internal space of the electronic device. In addition to the first embodiment, the present embodiment may also use the electrical connection wires 151 and the spring structure 153 as a structure to replace the circuit board 155, and the second embodiment may also reduce the usage of the internal space of the electronic device.
In summary, the present embodiment provides an electronic device and an earphone, the electronic device has a housing and a first electromagnetic induction structure, the housing has an earphone connecting groove, and the first electromagnetic induction structure is disposed on a groove wall of the earphone connecting groove. The earphone is provided with an earphone connecting wire and a second electromagnetic induction structure, the earphone connecting wire is provided with a joint, and the second electromagnetic induction structure is arranged on the joint. When the joint of the earphone connecting wire is embedded in the earphone connecting groove of the shell, the second electromagnetic induction structure is connected to the first electromagnetic induction structure, and the electronic device transmits a signal of the control circuit to the earphone in an electromagnetic induction mode. So change the connected mode of prior art's contact into the connected mode of magnetic field response, sealed spread groove can be accomplished to the connected mode of its magnetic field response, and then realize waterproof dustproof. In addition, the coil and the linear material are embedded in the groove wall of the connecting groove, so that the space in the electronic device can be saved. In addition, the influence of corrosion damage of the connecting terminal can be effectively reduced by a magnetic field induction mode.

Claims (7)
1. An electronic device is characterized by comprising a shell, a first electromagnetic induction structure and an electric connection structure, wherein the shell is provided with an earphone connection groove used for matching an earphone connector, the first electromagnetic induction structure is arranged in the earphone connection groove, and the electric connection structure is electrically connected with the first electromagnetic induction structure and a control circuit of the electronic device; the first electromagnetic induction structure comprises a first coil and a first magnetic part, the first coil surrounds the first magnetic part, the first magnetic part is arranged on the groove wall of the connecting groove of the earphone, and the electric connection structure is electrically connected with the first coil.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the electrical connection structure comprises a circuit board disposed on a wall of the earphone connection slot and electrically connected to the first coil and a control circuit of the electronic device.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the first coil is disposed in the housing around the notch of the earphone connecting slot and surrounds the first magnetic element.
4. The electronic device of claim 3, wherein the electrical connection structure comprises a circuit board disposed on the housing and electrically connected to the first coil and a control circuit of the electronic device.
5. The electronic device according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the electrical connection structure comprises an electrical connection line and a spring structure, the electrical connection line is disposed on an inner wall of the housing, one end of the electrical connection line is electrically connected to the first coil, the other end of the electrical connection line is electrically connected to the spring structure, and the spring structure is electrically connected to a control circuit of the electronic device.
6. A headset for use in an electronic device according to any of claims 1 to 5, comprising: the earphone connecting wire is connected with a second electromagnetic induction structure, one end of the earphone connecting wire is provided with a joint, and the second electromagnetic induction structure is arranged on the joint and used for generating electromagnetic induction with the first electromagnetic induction structure; the second electromagnetic induction structure comprises a second coil and a second magnetic part, the second coil surrounds the second magnetic part, the earphone connecting wire comprises a signal connecting wire, and the signal connecting wire is electrically connected with the second coil.
7. The earphone according to claim 6, wherein the connector is embedded in the earphone connecting groove, the first electromagnetic induction structure adsorbs the second electromagnetic induction structure, and the first electromagnetic induction structure and the second electromagnetic induction structure generate electromagnetic induction to transmit signals of the control circuit.
